This plant was a dream to grow, wish I'd taken cuts. Halfway through dry at 7 days. Drying at 55 - 60 % RH and 17 - 19 degrees C. I anticipate she'll be done between 10 - 14 days total dry time and I'll then trim and update weights on this Harvest. 133.75g total after trim. She's a nice smoke, very happy.

La verdad que el secado muy bien 7 días en Malla y a los botes, 50% humedad y 23 grados es la temperatura ambiental que han tenido en el secado. En resumen la cepa es muy fácil de cultivar, la única pega igual El tiempo de floración, pienso que es muy rápida los tricomas ya estaban hechos y se me hecho el tiempo encima. Very dense flowers and heavy smells like cheese

What a beautiful strain Orange Hill Special is, nice and bushy, great internodal spacing, sturdy and healthy. Happier and happier with how this grow is going. The less beautiful parts on top are my doing, my blind as a bat FIM destroyed half the top of the plant. More patience next time... The super soil is still performing great and I´m pushing up the dimmer to get the ladies used to more light, very carefully because leaves are folding every time. Some of you might be happy to find my European recipe/shopping list for super soil. I tried to make it with widely offered products throughout Europe. Feel free to use it and elaborate on it. If one product is not available in your country, please check the brands at the bottom, which might be available in your country, and substitute. The only thing one could add to the recipe (which I did but forgot in the shopping list) is some Epsom salt. Fed them again with my permaculture tea, all seem to flourish and smells are starting to come from the plant, with that same distinct dankiness I had in earlier grows with this tea. See the germination page and other diaries for more info on my Perma tea. Now they were big enough, some might even say too big, to start the real training. I always love to give them a little bend the week before, to get used to the idea. With some sterilized bamboo sticks I pushed the plants down to expose their sexy undersides. Day 36 - Starting week 6 and can’t really complain. She does have a couple funky leaves but just a few and probably from me dripping nutrient rich water on them but she’s looking nice and healthy overall so saying this week is the start of flowering. She stretched almost a full inch over the last 24 hours and really looking forward to watching the buds develop. Day 37 - She’s still doing a bit of stretching but pistils are shooting out like fireworks. She’s definitely going to be needing some more water tomorrow and did some leaf tucking tonight. Day 38 - Decided to hold off on watering and feeding for another day or two. She still didn’t seem quite dry enough to don’t want to push it. Re-tucked some leaves and will check things out tomorrow. Day 39 - Gave her a gallon of water and nutes today and there’s not much I can complain about right now. She’s budding up nicely and looking like when all is said and done, it should be a good harvest. Not much of a smell coming from her right now but still looking good overall. Day 40 - I turned on the second light in the tent to help pick the temps up a little bit and all of a sudden growth on all the gurls exploded. Just took some pics for progress and readjusted everything and tucked the leaves a bit more. Day 41 - She’s still doing some stretching and really budding up nicely. I ended up removing a couple more fan leaves so keep things open. Will probably need to give her some water on Tuesday. Day 42 - The end of week 6 and she’s doing great. Nothing else new to report and just updating some pictures. She’ll get some water and nutes tomorrow.

Hello everyone! The last two weeks I have been very busy so I did not have time to upload the previous week. The previous week I noticed a mold starting to form in the flowers of the wedding cake (the taller plant) because the humidity was too high in the growing space. I acted quickly and added a dehumidifier, an extra fan and a home co2 system . On top of that, I cut out any part I found that was infected with the mold. Last week I started washing the gorilla skittles (the low plant) hoping to harvest it next week.

04/02/22: Had some mishaps - I visited the grow room and various branches had fallen over due to the weight of the buds - big problem with large sativa breeds. I managed to use large garden sticks, cable ties and plastic clamps to secure them. Other than this plants all looking fine fine fine - large colas throughout - some are even starting to show brown pistils. smell is strong.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. Not much to report on the Bubble Runtz, , she popped above soil on day 3 and is now on day 7 and is working on her 2nd set of true leaves. I started prepping the Coco Coir by flushing down to .4 EC and then soaking in water with an EC of 2.0 with Cal Mag and a PH of 6.8. I will let it soak until the seedlings are ready to be transplanted hopefully by next weekend or shortly thereafter. The weather in my region is perfect for cultivating seedlings as it is fairly hot and humid and I only have the Spectrum X running at 30% so it is not putting out much heat and I also have a humidifier running in the tent on low which is maintaining a RH of around 68%. I do have the AC Infinity fan kick on here and there just to keep some fresh air in the tent but no real issues with heat. This is my first run with Tastebudz genetics and super excited to try a cross of Bubble Gum and Runtz. I plan to build a mainline and flip as soon as all 5 mainlines are built, hopefully around week 7. This Medic Grow light is perfect for a 5X5, and the AC Infinity 8" exhaust does an excellent job of keeping the tent cool. I will set up an auto feeding system which consists of a reservoir, and some 1/2" tubing that is hooked to a submersible pump in the reservoir and set to feed for 1 minute every 6 hours through halo feeders connected to ball valves to adjust the flow. The runoff then flows via gravity to a 5 gallon bucket in the tent with a shallow pan condensate pump that pumps the runoff out of the tent when it gets above 3 inches to another reservoir. I have been growing fruit and vegetables for over 40 years and I have recently switched to high frequency fertigation in Coco Coir for my tomatoes as well, as I believe this growth medium combined with this technique is the safest, most environment friendly, and foolproof method of getting monster yields no matter what crop you are growing, and I have seen massive results in both cannabis and tomatoes. My goal is to have these ladies transplanted by around day 14-17, and have the first toppings done within 48 hours or so of transplant. I hope everyone has a safe and peaceful weekend. Recovering just fine from the crash! I have another of exactly the same seed, critical +2.0, in a pot next to it (but a 20L pot) and they are currently the same size/doing as well as each other. Because the can is quite long I add a small amount of water from the top and also dip the can into the water to feed from below. At the bottom of the can I made around 15 small holes across the base, and there are stones covering perhaps the bottom 1.5cm of the can to further promote drainage. No ferts yet!

Hello Diary. The first week of flowering is over, the plants have branched out nicely, the Purple Punch has grown more than 60cm and has now become crowded on the Farm. Specifically, Purple Punch # 1 grew 66 cm, Purple Punch # 2, which sprouted a few days later, grew 54 cm, which surpassed roommate Watermelon, who keeps them company on the Farm. Along with the height, there are a lot of leaves throughout the plant, but this time I'm not sure if I would do defoliation. The plants normally look healthy and satisfied, they did not reflect as much as on Watermelon, that they were harmed by too many nutrients. They’re obviously a little more resistant to that. Except for the yellowish tips of the leaves, which I believe is genetics, everything else seems fine. The flowers started to form, so I have new motives to photograph. At the beginning of the week, I also changed the light regime to 20 hours of the day and 4 hours of the night. I water every two to three days, when each plant gets about 2 liters of water. I add food at about every other watering. Sometimes biobizz and sometimes I put Easy Grow or Easy Bloom tablet, depending on the stage the plant is in. p.H. I always adjust the water value to a value between 6.2 and 6.5. Conditions on the Farm are more or less satisfactory, the temperature is about 25 degrees while the humidity is slightly lower than satisfactory, varying between 40% and 50%. Here’s a brief overview of the past week. 18/02/2021 - Day 23. Watering. I adjusted the water to 6.3 p.H with Plagron’s Lemon Kick and added 1.5 mL / lit CalMg preventively. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25 degrees and 41% humidity. 20/02/2021 - Day 25. Watering. I regulated the water to 6.4 p.H, I added 1ml / lit CalMg and BioBizz as scheduled for the first week of flowering. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.4 degrees and 43% humidity. 22/02/2021 - Day 27. Watering. This time I watered only with water which I regulated p.H at 6.3. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.6 degrees and 40% humidity. 23/02/2021 - Day 28. Photography and height measurement.
