At this point I'm checking the plant for signs telling me it's time to harvest. I think I'm getting pretty close at this point. She is putting out a strong smell and has a sativa structure with tall and dense flowers. I fed a really heavy compost extract this week with calmag and Golden Tree. Process/ Environment changes: - turned off one Ts1000 yesterday when I cut down the blackberry auto - humidty set to 45-50 % RH I'm on auto pilot at this point and I'm looking forward towards the dry and cure phase. I have purchased 1 gallon glass jars to cure the flower in. I have also purchased 2 way humidity pack to help keep my cure on the right track. I will go in to detail about my process when the time has come to dry the flower.

One of the plants has a slight pie dough smell, but still very minimal smell when I open the tent. EDIT: the smell is actually making it passed my carbon filter, and I am not sure why it is only 1 of the 2 plants giving off the heavy smell as well. The chunkier/darker colour one is the one that smells real heavy, smells really creamy/doughy. UV/IR has been on for the past few weeks, and will stay on until the end. The plants have gone through a bunch of issues so far, and are still going strong. Gave a tablespoon of power bloom to each, on day 31.

Began LST on the taller plants. Things are running smooth and the plants are happy! Temps were running slightly hotter than normal. But nothing these resilient plants can’t handle. 2x Stunted seedlings are showing new growth and look like they are recovering just fine - excited to see how they will turn out.

good with training and strong genetically. good for extracts. medicinal potentials include fatigue, tension, and stomach pain. my grow style seems to minimize ‘cheesy’ terpenes in favor of amazing tropical sweetness. cheers

This week I am still working on my slow defoliation, to get some light intake to some of the node sites, while putting the plant under as little stress as possible. I've still been using the molasses, Mykos WP and Fish Sh!t mix every other watering. I also top dressed another 1/4 teaspoon of BioAg TM-7, which once again seemed to help both plants keep their leaves held up longer between waterings. I assume the TM-7 is improving the water retention of the Build A Soil Lite I'm using. I still have the Viparspectra 100w boards, set to about 30% power kept about 14 inches away, this seems to be a good spot for the plants. I'll probably be taking the bottom branches off and cloning them this week, so I can back up these genetics. Update: I went ahead and cloned these ladies to back them up, they are my first plants from seed, so I wanna keep the genetics if I like the flower! I used clone-x, root riot cubes, my AC infinity Germination Kit with 80w led bar on setting 2. I sprayed the clones and inside of the kit with distilled water. Hoping I get some clones rooted soon!

We have made it to the end of Week 6. Conditions in the tent have improved DRAMATICALLY. The heat wave has finally passed and the temperature has finally leveled out. Not only that, the super weird monsoon weather that we were having has also passed and now the humidity is not rising above 60%. This turn for the best is really showing and also fixing the pH problem I had also probably helped a lot. The color of the buds is really coming through now. They are showing lots of light blues and a little orange and I am loving it. I am planning on pushing the nutrients a little higher these next two weeks, around 750-850 PPM. Hoping to give them a larger shot of overdrive to keep them pushing these last 2 or 3 weeks. Overall I am SO excited for this plant, I can't wait to see what her harvest will bring!!!

the girls are struggling a little bit. One is yellowing because its about to flower, but one is just not growing much and the other is very lanky.

05.07.21 hi liebe grower heute war es soweit ich hab die purps OG Nr. 1,2 und 3 getoppt und Versuche aus den abgeschnittenen teilen steckies zu machen(is das erste mal ,drückt mir die Daumen).Hab die abgeschnitten teile unten am Schnittpunkt (schräg abgeschnitten) in great White getaucht und in eazy plugs gesteckt die getränkt waren mit Ph eingestelltem Wurzel Stimulator hoffe das klappt hab das ganze zur Zeit im Zelt unter ner alten Torten Haube stehen.Werde dann die Tage,sobald die Pflanzen sich erholt haben,mit dem mainlaining beginnen. Hab die Pflanzen oberhalb der 3. Nodie getoppt und ihr die untersten Seiten Äste abgeschnitten so das nur noch nodie 2 und 3 an der Pflanze zurück bleiben. Der Hersteller also anesia seeds empfiehlt für diese Sorte sog und leichtes entlauben für mehr Ertrag,ich hab mich dazu entschieden der Pflanze 8 Haupttriebe zu verpassen,die ich mit dem selbstgebauten Tomaten Ring ausseinander halte ,und sie dann in die Blüte schicken werde, für purps OG Nr. 4 werde ich wohl nur lst und entlaubung anwenden da sie um einiges kürzer ist als die anderen. Das war's fürs erste Updates folgen wenn was passiert die Woche cu Growmies...... 09.07.21 hab heute mit dem Main Laining begonnen bei purps OG Nr. 1,2 und 3, für nr.4 hab ich mich jetzt doch dazu entschieden sie zu toppen und auch zu versuchen 8 Haupttriebe zu erstellen, da sie sich Recht gut erholt hat die letzten Tage, mehr passiert diese Woche nicht.........

In all honesty I'm not sure if I got the nutrients dialed in . I tested runoff and it was all within range of soiless mixes , calibrated my ph meter every watering as I thought maybe that's why I was getting yellowing leaves . They are still growing and budding rapidly and seemingly on par with what I've seen with others in like mediums so I'm trying not to worry too much . My carbon filter shit the bed already so my Mrs isnt happy with me today as my whole basement wreaks . The plants went from not too bad to wicked bad smelling within a couple days . I've been defoliating but do you think I should do more ?

Auto Opium is bulking, and filling in. She is starting to get a aroma going good. She should finish up in 2 to 3 weeks. Everything is going okay. I plan to sterilize the room once it is clear. Nothing more to report at the moment. Day 22 Flower (Day 64) Today is the first day of week four of flower. I gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.2 water, but the left girl didn't need any. She doesn't drink much since the light is turned way down not to fry her canopy more than it already has. Unfortunately, her new tent didn't show up today — hopefully, tomorrow. I also put half of an avocado on top of the soil in each pot to feed my worms. It should be a nice little treat for my worm buddies. Most of my cover crop has died now when the girls are blocking out all the lights, and I really should cover the soil in mulch, but as I'm changing to larger pots next run, I would have to remove it again in about a month, so I haven't bothered. Day 23 Flower (Day 65) Yay! The new tent finally arrived today. It is still a tiny 40x40 cm tent as that is all I can fit inside the wardrobe, but the new tent is 40 cm taller. The plant really needed the extra height since she was pressing against the light and roasting the top buds. It was a bit tricky to get the left girl out of the old tent, but by combining some McGyverism with a bit of brute force, I got her out in mostly one piece. The damage from the light wasn't as bad as a feared, although three tops were fried and a few fan leaves. Not great, but it could have been worse. I took the opportunity when she was between tents and did some defoliation/lollipopping before moving her into her new space and giving her 1.5 liters of ph 6.7 water to help her deal with the shock of being manhandled. It is lovely to have some space again, and I was finally able to turn up the light to 100%. Now those buds can start to fatten up! All I did with the right girl today was to give her 3 liters of pH 6.5 water. Day 24 Flower (Day 66) The left girl loves her new home and looks to be bouncing back nicely. She didn't need any water today, but it was the first time a tiny weed smell came out of the tent as I opened it. The right girl in my main tent is further along in flower and technically should smell more than the small tent, but the CO2 bag still overpowers everything with its sh*t smell. lol I gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.4 water today, and I also "shaved her legs" by removing some pointless leaves and branches low down on her. Finally, I started brewing some compost tea with the same recipe as last week (worm castings, rock dust, biochar, lime, bentonite, neem meal, kelp meal, alfalfa meal, and molasses). Still, this time it will be filtered as it is too soon for additional topdressing. The tea will brew for 24 hours, and I'll feed it tomorrow. Day 25 Flower (Day 67) All I did today was to feed each girl 3 liters of pH 6.6 compost tea as well as rearranging the main tent (moved the CO2 bag so I could move the clip fan, attached the ratchet hangers to the lights differently, and did some LST to get a branch out of the way) so I could raise the lights another 5 cm. Day 26 Flower (Day 68) Today was a really easy day. I just gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.1 water. That was it. Day 27 Flower (Day 69) I gave each girl 3 liters of pH 6.6 water today. I also took out my proper camera and tried a few quick bud shots. Just as an experiment though - handheld, no tripod, just the grow lights so no proper lighting, etc. Would love some feedback on these photos though as I'm completely new to bud photography and am looking to improve. Day 28 Flower (Day 70) The last day of the fourth week of flower and all is well in the tents. The left girl is 97 cm tall (12 cm increase in a week), and the right girl is 120 cm tall (a 3 cm increase in a week). The left girl has been stretching this week since she got her new tent (which allowed me to turn up the light.) She certainly is loving those extra photons! On the other hand, the right girl seems done with stretching and is working on fattening up the buds. All I did today was to snap some pics and videos and give the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.2 water.

Day 36: "Hey everyone! Just a quick update: I removed a few more leaves here and there and did one last round of LST (low stress training). 🌿 The plants are looking great, and I'm going to let them recover now before sending them into the flowering stage. I'm really excited to see them start blooming in 2-3 weeks! Also, a quick update on our temperature issue: today, the temperature stayed below 26.8°C, which is great news! However, we still need to find a solution to keep the humidity levels up. Our 360 m³/h exhaust system isn't able to maintain the required humidity level. I've calculated that we need a humidifier that can evaporate 1800ml/h to maintain 60-70% humidity, which would help manage the temperature better. Does anyone have tips for a good humidifier or other methods to control the humidity and temperature? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Day 37: Hey everyone! Tomorrow, we're planning to buy some Cal-Mag because we suspect the yellowing leaves might be due to a calcium-magnesium deficiency. We're also going to get a pH test kit to make sure everything is balanced properly. Do you think this is a good idea? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Day 38: Hey everyone! Quick update: it turns out the yellowing leaves were due to a nitrogen deficiency. We increased the fertilizer dosage today, so the plants should start looking better in 4 to 5 days. 🌿 Thanks for all the support and suggestions Day 39: Hey everyone! Another quick update: after increasing the fertilizer yesterday to address the nitrogen deficiency, it should take about 4 to 5 days for the yellow leaves to turn green again. 🌿 We're already seeing improvements! The plants have grown significantly and are developing a dense canopy once more. It's great to see them bouncing back so quickly! Day 41: "Hey everyone! Quick update: we've removed the bands we were using for LST (low stress training) and are now letting the plants grow freely. 🌿 We plan to keep them in the vegetative phase for about one more week before transitioning them to the flowering phase. Excited to see how they continue to develop!"
