Week 8 - 05/03 - 05/10 Light - 400 W HPS & 265 W LED Temperature - 76 +/-2 Humidity - 55 +/-5 D1 Flower - This week will be the transition week for the ladies, each day reducing the light schedule by an hr. It worked pretty well last time so hopefully, this batch follows suit. I will change the MH bulb to an HPS midweek, along with switching on the bloom switch for the LED light. Added the Scrog net and ended up defoliating and cleaning up the underside a little bit. D4 Flower - Watered with nutrients and switched to an HPS bulb D7 Flower - Plants are doing great, nod spacing is nice and stacked. The transition eased the plants into flower, they are down to 12 on 12 off.

1/11/2024 Vegetation Week 1 Day 1- I have a root almost in the water.. Yay!! Top feeding is almost done. she is looking a little sad as I work the transition Top feeding but once the roots are fully in the water she will start to take off. Ensured my PPFD is set between 250-300 it is set to: 258 1/12/2024 Vegetation Week 1 Day 2- I have a root in the water.... NO TOP FEED TODAY SIR!!! now that a root is touching the water and she looks stable, I am not going to topfeed, I will see how she looks tomorrow and as long as everything looks good I am going to go ahead and do a change and week 1 fill on Nutes.. I know it is a couple of days in but the same Nutes go through Week 2 and get changed at Week 3 So I should be good to go.. I will just ensure I fill to root touching the water when I change tomorrow. 1/13/2024 Vegetation Week 1 Day 3- Water Change Day!! I added 36 Gallons of Water to the system: Silica= .5mil/gal= 18mil CalMag= .75mil/gal = 27mil FloraMicro=3.0mil/gal = 108mil FloraGro=2.0mil/gal = 72mil FloraBloom= 2.0mil/gal = 72mil PH DOWN= 30mil Very important thing with this system is to now wait the 24 hours for the system to adjust.. Do not make any further adjustments to your PH up or Down for 24 hours to allow time for the system to balance. 1/14/2024 Vegetation Week 1 Day 4- Today I just adjusted the PH to ensure that it was right at 6.0 1/15/2024 Vegetation Week 1 Day 5- Today I Cleaned up the lower damaged leaves from the transition from top feeding to roots in the water. She looks good today. 1/16/2024 Vegetation Week 1 Day 6- Today I just took a picture of the beautiful lady for Log. Other than that just normal day to day operations, check the pH, check the Humidifiers and fill as necessary, check level of water in the Res. Hello and Welcome back 🌱 It‘s now 7 days ago since I put them in Water to Germinate and now it‘s their 5th day of growing. Yesterday, they got their first 4 hours of darkness and now i‘m slowly going down to 18/6 light schedule. I admit, the environment was sometimes very off due to experiments with VPD and leaf temperatur but I think I can dile it in correctly for this growing stage and beyond (hopefully). I was trying to see what happens if I stress them a little and hoped they would grow faster but they 100% didn‘t like it. They heat up pretty fast when the Air is too hot and dry because the roots are not developed and the plant is not established enough. An established plant can stay outside in the heat of the sun and still have cool leaves. So my environment for this stage is as above (27°C,70%RH). Light at 15000 Lux (≈370 ppfd) a little high but I‘ve noticed some stretching and I asumed they wanted more light and I really don’t want any more stretching. My media comes without nutriens so i feed little amounts of it every time they dry out enough. This is a Indica dominant strain so I asume they will stay fairly smal. Btw. If anybody wonders if CO2 bags work, check out the Video I uploaded. They are still seedlings (not really in Veg yet) and so i‘m treating them as such for the rest of the week. Root developement is now the top priority wich, if you didn‘t know, is better in a smal pot first because they are more likely to develope secondary roots but we’ll see. I heard It‘s like topping just underneath the plant. When they are ready to be transplanted I most likely will take the first three. Update: I did all the preperations for Transplant bc I was worried about root bound. I took Nr. 4 out and washed it as carefully as I could to expose the roots. Some of them got stuck on harder peaces of dirt and got ripped off. But it looks like alot of secondary roots developed instead of just one long taproot, wich is nice. I assume i can transplant them in the next few days. I rearanged the plants according to the Lux reading, wich is highest in the middle so the bigger plants (Nr.1 and Nr. 3) went to the sides. Maybe Nr.1 got the „smal“ genetics and it’s not anything environmental. thanks for following along this far and happy growing! Update: hey guys so yesterday I noticed, that the roots are coming out of the bottom. They were trying to get to the bottom of the three pots 😭 i had to do an emergency Transplant wich went very bad because they were stuck in the little pots. I don‘t think i‘m going to use these kind of pots anymore because they were not easy to get out. I even dropped Nr. 3 but luckily nothing bad happened. After the transplant both Nr. 1 and 2 were already ready to get more light. But Nr.3 was turning away from the light and the leaves were hanging down. So to lower the stress and encourage root groth I redusced the amount of light to a minimum and lowered the Temperature and highten the RH. This seemed to work well because the leaves were purking up again. The next day after 6-7 hours of darkness they are doing fine again but i‘m going to give them a little longer to establish themselves in the new pot. I changed the light schedule to 18/6 since I had to give them more darkness yesterday. I hope everything goes smothly from now on.

From now on, only Reverse Osmosis watter for the ladies, no nutrients applied.

Entering in probably the last week of vegetation, the girl has grown well but with same yellow tips in the new growth. This week I gave 0.5 ml of bio grow per 3L of water and I've increased the fresh air supply on the bottom since the plant is getting the bloom phase. See you next week. Happy growing

Flowering continues RHC #2 is starting to show color & both are starting to smell sweet, the Chemdawg & C99 plants are budding up nicely. Watered day 103 runoff PPMs are 2199 average with a pH of 5.2

I had to travel and left then for 3 days with no water, when I arrived she was quite yellow but ss soon as I put water on it, refuse it but later suck it all and become very healthy

Ok my dear fellows. I've upgraded my tent in a 1m X 2m. With this setup and a high potent dehumidifier I should be able to keep the humidity low. Unfortunately this high humidity was going too kill two other crops. With this setup I should reduce that risk again. So the RHC is now together with the others. She is bulking a lot. There have been a little discoloration on the upper leaves. It might have been the light too strong. This is weird because I'm providing 1500 ppm CO2. All the other parameters are ok so it must have been a little lack of water some days ago. Smell starts to be very noticeable BUT it doesn't reminds me weed but instead citronella. I thought that's why I don't see mosquitos in the room. To the next week *Changed nutrients ratio to meet to lower the EC but keeping PK at the level of (40ppm - 100 ppm). *Next upgrade will be a tower fan to increase the airflow

Well, they haven't died, lol. J/k. These ladies are 15 days old today and are looking quite content 😁 Still have some adjustments to make but very close to being dialed in. Again this will be a relatively short run, going to veg for 3 more weeks, maybe 4 and then flip the lights. Also only going to do defoliation with these.
