Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 As soon as I walk into my grow room I can smell them and when I open the tent it's a slap in the face. Though it's a lovely slap it isn't gentle, it's a 'where've you been?' slap. A 'welcome to Caramel city' slap. 😂😂 Jokes aside. This strain's aroma has me "Enamorado". Pictures taken day 42 of flower. The Green Sensation seems to be doing it's job. Buds are really starting to fatten up fast and are looking very very luscious. I should have started using it in week 4 so I'm a week late on that. *Made a little reminder for the next run.* I can't seem to get a good shot of the buds but i'm working on it. Let's see if for next week I can get a good close up. In flower I water with nutrients in every feed and every 10 days or so I water with only water and Enzymes to help break down the old roots, gives life to the microorganisms, helps out the new roots and helps to prevent root rot. It's great if your using mineral nutrients as there's times where those minerals stay stuck to the roots and can cause root burn. I use alga based nutrients so I don't have a problem with that but I like to use it, I've noticed a great difference im flower before and after using. Flower Week 5

Welcome back in the 8th week of flowering with Dutch Passion’s Glueberry OG. She is ripening good, buds are rock solid and covered in trichomes, such a beauty. The smell is exotic never smelled and grew such a complex strain. Last Sunday I gave her the last bits of nutrients, so this week is flushing till Sunday, Sunday will be harvest day!! I noticed that this strain have a lot of purple on her leaves and mostly in the bud, im happy with how the buds look and smell, it still reminds me of caramel covered berrys with some earthy undertones. Cant wait to have a taste! My next grow will take place first or second week of December, in the meantime I will chooce a new strain to grow and prepare the next grow. This time I will perfom my first real ScrOG and combine it with the airdome underneath my pot (they say you can improves your yield by 20-30%). So it got my attention and im very curious about the results. That’s it for now see you all back on Sunday harvest day!!

The top buds are still fattening up but slower than last week. In the lower branches there are also many smaller buds that have started growing. I guess the plant is fattening up those as well. The flowering time of this strain is between 9 and 10 weeks, so it still has at least 2 weeks to fully mature. The top buds are looking nice and frosty, and the smell is outstanding! More pics will be added after wednesday. I lost my Sanlight dimmer key and waiting for a new one to arrive. And taking pictures with the growlight at 100% is no bueno 😐 🌿🌿🌿 Mid-week update Allright so my dimmer is replaced and I can take more pictures of this frosty lady ✌️ The trichrome production on this plant is more than I have ever seen sofar. My microscope broke down and I'm waiting on a new one to arrive so I can inspect the trichromes more closely. We're entering the ninth week of blooming so the plant should be ready within 2 weeks.

***Mar 22 Week 2 of flower, looking really good. I made sure to give the reservoir a little extra ppm this time around, because last week the plant ended the week hungry. I put a little extra Plant-Prod in this week, hopefully the extra 300 ppm will be enough this week! I went in and took off some leaves that were blocking the inner nodes, but I didn't take off any small bud sites on the inside *YET* ...I want to wait til stretch is done before taking anything major off, just in case it catches up by then. I will say that it is looking a lot more open now that I took a handful of leaves off. Most of them were overlapping other leaves, or just straight up too big. Others that didn't seem like much of a threat, just got tucked under other branches or leaves. I'm trying to be as hands-off with this grow as I can. Freakshow doesn't seem to like being played with too much. PPM is at 1850 and PH is at 6 Lots of pictures to start this week off, and also a small video to better detail how to plant is growing. I may have to switch CalMag brands by the end of the grow, unless the bottle will last me (I'm sharing my nutrients with my partner), but I don't think that would make too much of a difference, but it's worth noting. I also would like to note that I have not topped, LST'd, or any other training method to be precise, other than taking the top two leaves off as they get too big, I have not done anything else to make this girl get so wide. The canopy has been doing it' all on its own. The roots have been growing around and over the bubbles in the water, making them spread out almost like a cup (my partner has a theory that may be why the plant has been getting wide instead of tall... He believes the plant tends to take on the shape of the container it is it; aka the shape of the roots). I can now confirm that she is a female, as shown in the picture, you can see 2 long pistils coming out! ✊ I think I have the smallest amount of powdery mildew starting, because of the humidity being so high, BUT I have taken all other plants out of the tent, so this freak is all on her lonesome inside the tent now. I have seen an immediate improvement this morning, so I am not concerned over it. Beautiful start of the week, and can't wait to see how it goes the rest of the week! Should expect to see a lot of bushing and hopefully some trichome production by the end of it. Have a wonderful week everyone! 😻 ***Mar 24 Already drank 2 full cups of water (around 2L) and down from 1850ppm to 1600ppm ... oh boy!!! She's so hungry I wonder if I'll be able to keep up hahaha. She's looking really happy and healthy. Roots are still growing like mad. I wanted to trim them, but going to hold off a bit so I don't stress it out. ***Mar 26 ...The amount of water she is drinking is outrageous. I actually had to feed a little bit more nutrients (Plant-prod 15-30-15 about 0.3 tsp to bring the ppm from 1200 to next to 1500 to get through til monday/tuesday) and a sprinkle more of soluble seaweed. I did a little lollipopping tonight as well! Looking much more open and I took out a lot of the small bottom bud sites and leaves that weren't really getting any light. Everything is looking super good, and still no health issues. Doesn't seem to be missing any nutrients, but also doesn't seem to be bothered by having extra nutrients either.

Parece que ha terminado de estirar. Practico una defoliación intensa para airear los futuros cogollos y dejar mas espacio en el cuarto de cultivo. Agrupo de nuevo las macetas en su lugar optimo para asi rellenar por completo la carpa @marshydro. Me quedé algo corto de nutrientes pero estoy muy contento con los resultados, cada vez le voy encontrando mas su punto optimo. Siempre es mejor quedarse corto que pasarse.

79 days!!!!! and the harvest is already harvested :) The whole growth until week 6 went very well, then the girl got a little worse, (I think it's my mistake, which I described in previous weeks), but besides all that she managed to ripen perfectly, matured stiff flowers, full of shiny sticky trichomes with a very, very sweet aroma ;) 210 gr of wet buds, I also collected a lot of sugar leaves from which I will make bubble hash :) I can't wait to taste it :) this is my first trip with Sweetseeds Looking at the flowers I understand that I will definitely repeat it :) I will leave more feedback after the smoke review:) good luck to everyone.

Moved these girls back inside this weekend. I started to see what looked like the start of bud rot outside. Its been cool and damp for the past couple of weeks and bud rot loves that. I cut off a couple of branches which showed signs so I would not bring any indoors (fingers crossed). I'm going to chop and dry 2 of the plants this week - once I'm sure there are not anymore signs of rot. The third plant still needs another week or two. The video shows my upcoming grows also. New diaries coming soon! 👍

Hermoso el proceso, la verdad cada vez me gusta más todo lo que involucra al mismo! atencion, detalles, etc. Las chemical bride como verán salieron 2 fenotipos diferentes, uno con hojas más finas (tirando a sativa) y la otra hojas mas gruesas y las flores aparentan ser más "comprimidas". El olor que siento cuando toco las hojas con Resina es muy muy sabroso, realmente parece un caramelo de ananá (muy dulce, hasta empalagoso diría). En estos días voy a intentar subir un poco más el panel porque está muy cerca. Muy contento realmente con los resultados que vengo observando!

Day 40-47 (May 31st- June 7th) (Day 41) For the first time in this grow these plants are looking halfway decent. Smell is ramping up too. I finally feel optimistic about this grow. (Day 42) The two jacks and the chunky blueberry are showing early signs of N/Mg deficiencies. I know it’s late in flower but since I’m experimenting with this tent, I’m going to give them one final feeding of nature’s pride 2-5-5.5 (tbsp) along with a teaspoon of oyster shell flour and some rock dust. Everything else I’m going to give a teaspoon of rock dust and oyster shell. There is no way these amendments will fully break down in time to be used by the plant but they could at least use the pH buffering and trace amounts of minerals after their recent leach. Everything but the BAOGC is covered in pistils that don’t really match their bud size. I hope they fill into their pistils because an over abundance of hairs drops the bag appeal like crazy. Over the last few cycles, indoor and outdoor, I’ve definitely learned that different strains and phenotypes mature at different times. Sometimes really radically too. (Day 43) None of the plants are fading at all but they’re still looking good. Black garlic I know should be fading but remains dark green and toxed. I popped a developing seed out of the main bud too. I wonder if that blueberry herm branch pollinated it at all. It seems like plants don’t really like that Destiny dark matter soil by itself. I find it works better mixed with coco or promix 1:1. (Day 44) I’m starting to think I might be mixing up the TWOG and BAOGC. BAOGC took forever to fatten up last round and the 2 phenos I suspected already look done. I was thrown off by the similar terps. The beauty phenos are definitely TWOG (Day 45) God these Jack Herer’s smell good. Nothing but fruity funk. Almost like a vanilla or blueberry yogurt. I would say this stuff has the most overpowering smell in the tent now. I’ve noticed they’re starting to foxtail like crazy. Blueberry#1 too. I’m watering a final low strength feeding of seaweed extract on everything. (Day 47) Everything really fattened up this week. Even at the beginning of the week I was saying I didn’t think they would fill out. Jack Herer and BAOGC specifically made some big gains and nearly doubled their density and still have quite a way to go on them too! The smell has ramped up and finally, everything is looking happy and healthy.

Day 1 - 03/31/2022 Hello, World! 34th Street AK-47 Autoflower from OCS.ca germinated in 1 day after placing seeds in the freezer over night before planting. This was my 3rd attempt and the freezing method seemed to have done the trick! Sprouted on day 4. I placed the seed in the Aerogarden sponge pod and didn’t press it down too much. When the tap root started, it had nothing to grip onto, so I solved this by cutting a small portion of another sponge and placed it above the seed securing it in place with a loose “lid” on top so the sprout could easily push through. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 3 - 04/02/2022 Hygrometer is in. Was drier than a popcorns fart in the closet so I got the humidifier going and it’s looking good. Went from 22% to 38% humidity in ~1 hour. pH, water temp and EC/PPM all seemed high so I added ~0.5 mL of pH Down that brought the levels to 5.4 (too low). I added ~2 cups of Brita filtered water (water was getting low anyway) before I went to bed from the fridge that helped raise the pH, lower the EC/PPM, and the temp by a few degrees as well. In an attempt to cool the water down a bit over night, I took the “cap” off of the Aerogarden reservoir to let the water ‘breath’ while the light was off between 2 am and 6 am – that did not work... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 4 - 04/03/2022 Water temp remains high at around 28 c. I replaced about 1/3 of the tank with new water and added ~1ml of Miracle Grow. Didn't effect the water temp at all. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 6 - 04/05/2022 Levels appear the same. Tomorrow I’ll change the water out and start adding FloraMicro, FloraGrow and FloraBloom with some CaliMagic. Might pick up some Root inoculate of sorts or at least some preventative root rot formula – better safe than sorry. I’ll have to start seriously taking care of the water temp as well. Having it always around the 30 degree mark is not good. On a side note, I inadvertently found a great way to bump up humidity and air temp quickly: add boiling/hot water to the humidifier. My humidifier ran out of water over night while I was asleep. At 6:30 am I was lucky enough to notice since the humidifier rattles when empty. Humidity was down to 38% at that point. I went back to bed, woke up at 8:30 and it was down to 28%. As luck would have it, there was some left over boiling water on the stove in a kettle and I needed something easy to pour with. I checked back 30 minutes later and the air humidity/temp was up to 60% / 30 C respectively. Perfect conditions for our little lady to get big and strong. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 7 - 04/06/2022 First water exchange went smoothly. This was also the first time I added nutrients other than the NutriGrow formula. I mixed everything together in 16 cups of water. NOTE TO SELF: 16 cups is not enough for 1.1 gallons! I had to add another 5 cups of water/nutrients to get the water volume right. I added a bit of NutriGrow only in the last 5 cups with ~1mL of pH down (didn’t measure; kept applying in small doses until pH was around 6). Fun little week for these ones, was making some more LAB serum and one of my containers was contaminated with a fruit fly and it laid a fuck ton of eggs that turned into maggots. the one container that was still safe is getting made into a cheese and the left overs in that where mixed with the water for this week. Giving it a lovely boost of lactic acid and bacteria. Plants look to be hungry, hard to focus on them outdoors vs indoors and hit the correct PH range plus monitor the runoff for accurate feeding. o well.
