What to say about this week? For starters LST was started this week. Initially I used garden ties but soon after replaced them with 6” garden staples . 2 of the 6 girls began throwing pistals resulting from the LST starting around day 15 YIKES 😬. The Zkittlez & the Runtz both from (Expert Seeds ) began giving the 5x5 its first smells . The LST so far has been a pleasure no ooosy daisies so far & the girls are showing what they are made of . The secondary shoots have great potential to form a nice round bush that I can train out into an even-as-possible canopy . Today is day 21 & day 20 for this bunch . They are only using Gaia Green dry amendments for feedings but I decided to take some advice given to another grower & supplement my girls with some compost tea . NO I DONT THINK THEY NEED ANYTHING ADDITIONALLY IM REALLY HAPPY SO FAR WITH MY NUTES bbbbuuuuuttttttt in the short chance that my ladies may take a liking to an occasional tea & reward my pampering with large , long , frosty, stacked cola’s . . Thennnn I’m supplementing , I consider this all “4-play” for my ladies Ik a giver 🤷‍♀️😭 My only concerns are racing against this clock to get as much size & solid structure before flowering sets in I’ve really got my heart set on a certain outcome & I’m one for a good challenge. Finally , atleast as much as I can remember, I increased the dimmer knob on the light from 65% to about 78%. I won’t increase the watts any higher until bloom sets in fully & at that point I’ll be turning it to 100% raising it a maybe 6 inches & watching patiently for my girls to start praying 🙏 to it . Week 3 in the books !

Lookin good, no more herms so far as I’ve tightened things up hopefully that’s the last of them for good. I installed a 4Inch AC infinity fan and filter as an intake so I have been able to close all of the vents. At this point the leaf strip has proven to be a solid method, I have nothing to compare bud size at this point but just the extra space it opened up is a plus. I’m sure the lowers will be a little more firm and the plants obviously haven’t had to be fed as often as usual so its saving time, water and nutrients. The added microbes have also allowed me to keep my ppm around 1000 instead of 1080ish without any sign of deficiencies. The Mandarin cookies x Dionysus has a little cal-mag issue but that was a trait from the mother which out of 10+ grows all had a cal-mag deficency. Plant is really budding out and some leaves are turning dark. A pretty sight. Added silicate to the mix, read good tings about it. Would love to get some feedback from people that have or are using it. Thanks in advance. Did some super cropping to level the canopy out, have not done that before (on purpose). I did dive into the middle of her canopy and removed a dozen or so small, scraggly shoots that would have only drawn nutrients that are better served elsewhere on the plant! 8/4- Our weather continues to be hot and humid. I am continuing with my daily watering routine, watering in the late afternoon after the sun sets. I went through the underside of the GG4 Sherbet FF and removed some shade leaves that were either dead and brown or all yellow, and basically gave the entire plant a good look over to spot any issues that may arise as early as possible. If any issues are identified, it's a lot easier to cure them when they are spotted early! 8/6- We finally have some much needed rain on the way in the way of a tropical system which will be bringing on and off showers beginning tomorrow through the 9th. As a result of this gift from above I will not have to water the rest of this week! 8/8- Well there's three full weeks in flower for the GG4 Sherbet FF and she's continuing on course to be another epic result from FastBuds genetics! Strong strong smell, what an amazing smell, I'm enjoying an amazing strong amnesia haze clasic smell right now, cannot believe this lady is gonna be ready in around 65 days, let's see how she keeps developing in the further days of this 4th week of flower 😋😍👨‍🌾

Flushing as we speak! Chopping this plant in 2 days to get a harvest done before the competition ends! This is an amazingly fast plant! Resin production- ✅ Terps - ✅ Fast - ✅ Easy to grow - ✅ I cannot say enough about this lady! Just fed an average amount of nutrients. Vegged a little longer because of flower tent overflow, but once she flipped, she was fast and quality all the way! More details to come! ✌️🏻💚

these 2 seeds from the same pack are definitely different: the topped girl is massive, with multiple heads that are only starting to stop growing (i hope she will finally concentrate on her buds!), while the LST girl has a nice structure with 6 buds that are growing day by day. one classic, the other with great potential... i love this session. 😊 miscalculation on my part at the beginning of the week: I doubled all the nutrients, confusing the volume of my cans... 😓 coco is not forgiving, the burns appeared the next day; but fortunately, it is corrected just as quickly: I emptied the bowls and diluted the water in the tank, I performed a haircut on the two girls (one burned, the other a little wilted), and here they are in great shape at the end of the week. The resin appeared on the LST girl this week. another thing: the bleach has already proved its worth; not a single worm in my water, no more smell of algae in the tank, despite a rather sporadic maintenance... 😏

Mainlining is progressing nicely. The main stem was topped at the 3rd node, and each main branch was topped again at the 3rd node to build a clean and symmetrical manifold. I always wait until the branches have 5 nodes before topping, to make sure the plant is strong enough to handle the stress. This week I performed a selective defoliation and some light LST, only to guide the branches and keep everything level. I’m still deciding between 8 or 12 main colas, depending on how the plant continues to respond. In the video you can clearly see the before and after of defoliation and training 🌱💪

ok so everything has gone fantastic , no nutrient burns at all , and have been slowly creeping up the base nutrients , i have stopped the cal mag and now adding house and gardens bud XL at full strength these girls are now in full swing of flower and i bought a new ph stick this week , i have found when PHing the feed bucket that its best too have air stones in the bucket , add all nuts and then ph but do not use the feed that day as if you check the next day the ph is off again so i left it 24 hours after i add more ph down , and it seems too make the measurements alot easier and stable , i have bent down the main stems " without damaging them onto my netting too A keep the canopy all the same high so my lighting is covering all plants at the same distance and also it allowed the side stems too reach up too , i also was sponsored another new led light by kingbo this week so have added another 600watt led too the grow , so now have two 600's and one 900watt , and temps are still fine sitting at 24c lights on and 19-20 off , so am pleased with that , this lady is nice and compact and tight lots of leaves that I had too remove too open up her bud sites , stretch was also minimal ,
