Nicer weather, strange how different the two plants are. Girl scout cookie is very bushy, but no real flowers yet. Kush is tall and thin with much less foliage, but far more flowers.

So I stopped topping this week to see where the tops are at on these plants, and after seeing the explosion of growth after the 1 to 7 gal transplant, I think these are good to go! I’m waiting on switching to flower until I plant and germinate my next run, which will be in about 2 weeks. Also debating on running clones of these if I see any I like during the flowering stretch. I had to instal a carbon filter yesterday, Oct15, as my mother in law said it smells like a skunk sprayed the side of my house. Didn’t think I would need to until flower, but I guess it’s expected with this many plants! Steady growth, and slowly shifting nutrient amounts up, get ready for some buds!

Hello growmies! Welcome to week six of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! So here we are at week six and every one of these girls are at a slightly different stage, it is quite fascinating to watch them develop one after the other. Today I made the last adjustment to the light possible. I removed the adjustable hangers and affixed a carabiner which I tightly tied to the top of the tent bar. There is about 1.5 inches of space between the top of the shade and the tallest part of the roof of the tent. Plant 1 is already taller than this, and it looks like plant 6 and maybe even plant 5 are going to join it. It's a madness. I am sure you have already looked at the photos but just in case you do what I do and read the diary first... Here is my assessment at the beginning of week 6: Plant 1: Height: 1st (137cm) - what can I say about this ridiculous plant? Day 36... 137cm tall. I have had to raise the light to as high as it is physically possibly to raise it and it's still not high enough. She is done stretching now, she may add 3-5cm over the next week or so but I don't expect more than that, so her top of her main cola going to have to develop above the level of the light. Nothing I can really do, nothing wise anyway. What a monster plant. Maturation: 4th - early into flower - bud sites developing, pistils just starting to explode. Plant 2: Height: 4th (111cm) - this plant has been there or there abouts as the tallest plant for most of the grow, but she has topped out at 111cm. She will gain some during flower but not much more than a few centimetres. Very impressive plant, loads of bud sites, really big strong secondary branches. This one is going to be colas galore. Maturation: 3rd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 3: Height: 6th (95cm) For some brief days the tallest plant in the room, she peaked early and is now the "shortest" at "only" 95cm for this "50-70cm" strain. She is utterly dwarfed by four of her five sisters in just about every department, being quite a bit smaller even than plant 4 (although I have removed the most lower nodes from this plant). Compared with her sisters she is almost a runt... except that she is 25cm taller than the strain top-end average and matches the maximal height of the previous tallest Epsilon F1 plant I am aware of. It's not that she is small, actually she's pretty big for an Epsilon F1, it's just that the rest of the girls are on another level altogether. Plants 1, 5 and 6 are all absolute beasts. Maturation: 1st - well into flower - first shades of brown in some pistils. Plant 4: Height: 5th (98cm) although only 3cm taller than plant 3, overall she is a much larger plant. Her secondary nodes are the same height as plant 3. Maturation: 2nd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 5: Height: 3rd (113cm) - one of the two thick/short girls who have grown at a similar pace all along - she is further ahead than plant 6 but not by much and I think she will probably exceed 120cm this week, though I do not think she will outgrow plant 1 or 6. Maturation: 5th - early into flower - bud sites developing. Plant 6: Height: 2nd (120cm) - my predictions were correct about this girl and her continued growth. I now think she might actually outgrow plant 1, which is quite worrying. Maturation: 6th - early into flower - bud sites forming - by far the least mature plant of the six. ### Week 6 Day 2 23:00 30/7 Photographed. Raised the light. Rotated the plants. Inspected, measured and reported on each plant. ### Week 6 Day 3 23:00 31/7 It has not escaped my attention that the plants that are more advanced into flower have darkened and have some burnt tips. I need to flush them and lay off the base nutes a bit. Wow!!! No stopping these girls. I give them a top dressing at the beginning of the week and they look amazing 👏 so happy.

Jeez this girl is just going off. I gave her a haircut so the light can penetrate further. The buds are stacking up nicely. The dark devil did not like being topped. This girl was my topping mainline/fluxx experiment. Proves it's possible but the dark devil I left alone as the control plant looks much denser with bigger fatter buds growing. I'm excited to see her continue on.

12/26-12/28/20: So I have no idea what to expect. I just hope moving the light farther away was a good idea! I've had to turn the fan on a couple of times to bring the 82F temp down and now it's creeping back down. 12/29/20: Still no growth and I can't maintain the humidity above 45%. I placed a piece of saran wrap over the pot to help it retain some water. I also moved the 1000w lamp a little farther away and I have the fan running. I also need to figure out the exhaust set up. Too daunting. 12/30/20: The cherry finally popped and I can see ole girl starting to break the surface. Adding the saran wrap helped with the moisture and this morning was the result. The temp still seems a be high (81F) and the humidity still isn't maintaining (~51%). I watered the seedling a bit and spray twice a day. It's currently back under the wrap. 1/2/21: Ole girl Salisi is growing slowly, but strong. I added a humidifier from Target to maintain the humidity between 40-60%. Temperature still lingers around 82F, but I think that's ok:🤷:. 1/4/21: Salasi is growing with purpose now! Two more days until she graduated to the big pot. I moved her inside of a nursery with vents open and gave her a full watering. RT: 82F, RH 62%. 1/9: Salasi's looking ok but I'm concerned about stem length. I just sprayed inside the nursery and a couple spritzes to the top soil. I'm concerned about thinning?

This week has been another good week, fed a little cal mag to the girls and so shall see how they do with this and done some more LST, slowly but surely getting there only a few more weeks now until harvest time :) belle is the height they are at the minute. 04/11/2021 Got outside to soak up some natural sunshine, morning sun light afternoon shad until she is accustomed to outdoor life. She should finish nicely in spring-summer sunlight.

Day 36

Moving pass the transition a little more this week and slowly switching to bud development. The feeding has been holding up and I've decided to top dress and just let them ride out on what they have available in the medium.

End of day 41 flower and will be flushing both girls on day 42 flower. Overall the buds don’t seem as fat as it should be but hopefully during the flush they should gain some weight. I took a bunch of clones so those will be going to flower soon and now I have a better understanding of how to treat these girls during the flowering stage. Also popped two Blueberry seeds so I will have a journal on that soon.

I think that this is as good as they're gonna get. Gonna pull them both down and start a fresh one trying to keep it cooler cos mid 30s everyday is not good. Learned a lot this time, hopefully much better next time! Also took the top off the stardawg last weekend, should almost be smokable now!!

Keeping her watered will also help to extend her drying time to that ideal 10-12 day target. This should be some epic smoke as her buds are absolutely crystalized with trichomes and her smell is AMAZING! 😛💚 9/10- Well she's been in the dark for 24hrs. now with 24 more to go. I'm keeping temperatures in the low to mid 60's℉ and the RH @ 45%. Tomorrow is 'Chop Day'! I'll be taking some pic's of her when she comes out of the dark and during harvest...Stay tuned, this is some 🔥! I am continuing to water while she's in the dark with 0.5g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.8 @67℉ to keep her hydrated. 9/12- Well she's out of the dark where she spent roughly 60 hours. I kept the temp's @ 64℉ and the RH at 45%. After I brought her out I shot a few pictures of her, then plucked off all of the shade leaves. I then cut her off at her base and hung her whole. I'll keep the RH in the room @ 50% for the first 24hrs., then raise it to 55-60% for the remainder of the drying. I have the temperatures in the Dry Room at a constant 65℉ to help preserve the terpenes. Hopefully she'll take 10-12 days to dry to the point that she's ready to be trimmed and jarred! This is just very very impressive. Just a month after germination and this thing is growing like there is no tomorrow. I am doing nothing to the plant. No training, no pest control. Just ph water and occasionally some selfmade wormtea. So excited where this one will go. Will keep you updated

10/13 Day 8 of veg and she is looking really good. Included is a close picture of some new growth that came up over night! Rock it doll! 10/15 10/15 First watering since transplant a week ago ... Fish Sh!T 1tsp / Cal-Mag 1tsp per gal @ 6.1 ph for 0.5 gal She looks like she likes it :) 10/16 Krisabel seems to just love the watering! Growing right before my eyes! over night she went from a bit over 2 to pushing 4 inches! Can't wait to see how she shows.
