This plant is finally seeing some better days, the first time using coco loco that the medium Burned the plant. She's fully recovered and I will move her to a 3 gallon and hopefully the next 4 weeks of veg is a smooth one

Day 6 of 12/12

I've overwatered my plants the past 2 times, so I let them go through the whole drying cycle which took all week. I'm feeding them tomorrow morning. I put up my trellis and trained a couple branches and tops are already evening out. I also battled some fungus gnats this week.

Some leafs are turning yellow which is a signal that the root flushing has worked. I've tried to see the trycomes with s magnifying glass but I don't see any turning ambar yet, the opposite with the pistils, most of them are already brown. At this point I don't know if I should harvest now or wait one more week.

Getting there... cant wait for Spring Walls are up and painted, floor is laid, electrical all done, exhaust outlets mounted. Ive started to install the trim - I decided to put a grey stain instead of boring paint on the floor trim boards. Looks really solid against the dark bamboo floors. I used two gallons and two coats of flat pure white paint for walls and ceiling. Should give me a reflectivity somewhere around 80%. Some may ask why not opt for mylar? I just dont like the look. I dont care too much for reflectivity, as I will be well above the required watts/sqft with the light setup I will be using. I mounted an electrical receptacle in the ceiling, I thought it may come in handy for cord management. Im going to mount the 3 x meanwell drivers outside of the grow room and run some extra long cables to them. This is to keep heat out of the room, any little bit helps. Will be running a 8inch fan with about 750 CFM in order to properly vent the room. Intake will be a door vent and the negative pressure the fan provides. Odor is not too much of a concern, but may as well add a carbon filter. Tables to be built this week after trim is installed Week 1 Spend - $2080 Week 2 Spend - $350 (mostly on hardware store visits) Total so far - $2430

The autos are doing better than they were I got a new bottle of calmag cuz the older one was old. I still could use some warmer temps. I've been turning the exhaust fan down to the lowest level but the RH goes way up. I might move them into the tent with the HPS soon which settles around 82°f but that light makes the RH go way down so this whole thing is just a pain in the nuts.

Hello! Hello! This week has been another solid week in the books. I did quite a bit of defoliation this week as the ladies were in need of it. Wanted to open up some airflow for them as well as get some of those lower bud sites some light. I am currently feeding about 3 gallons a day as these girls are drinking quite a bit. First gallon I feed is from the extra I mixed on res change for the week, then I have typically been going with RO water and Cal-mag for my other two. I am still learning and figuring out feedings, but so far so good this run. I am thinking I should have done a second trellis net as well, they just keep stretching, but seem like they should be pretty close to done, but still more than I anticipated. Quite a bit different from my first run, those plants were super short and bushier, more of the typical Indica style. I think its definitely easier to defoliate and train these plants, but that could be my knowledge has grown a little as well. No plans to do anything else to them other than monitor the environment, keep up with my res and monitor that, and make sure these light penetration and airflow is good! Day 22 and there have been significant changes in the size of the fan leaves. The stems are looking much fatter and more sturdy as well. Cheech has her 5 nodes, perfect and ready for topping. I am going to put off topping her though until Venezia is ready and that should be in the coming couple of days. Other than that, changed water and adjusted the lights about 3cm higher to keep them at 60cm from the plant. Again I left the Milwaukee PH controller to run for about an hour to get the PH down to 6.0 Day 25 and ladies have been topped at node 4, keeping node 3 and cleaning node 1 & 2. Light LST on Cheech’s axillary buds which are already well developed Day 27 - following up with gentle LST twice daily, tightening up the formation of the mainline. I’ve noticed what seems to be a bit of stress on the leaves of Cheech (see photos) which is affecting both plants under the same light. So I’ve moved the light up a few centimetres and rechecked and adjusted the PH which was at around 6.4.

Opening 4th week blooming!! Since I levelled the EC, they are going so smoothly. Live and learning! Once they ate like a monster last time, I decided to increase 10% of the schedule, due last watering it was around 2.7. So I'll work with EC between 3.5 and 4.0 a they are consuming around 2.5-3.0 by 3 days. Removed some specific leafs covering other buds. Even didn't consider as a defoliation. Day 53 - 26/05/2025 They are bulking very well and the interesting is both Strawberry Colas have different terpenes smelling out. The 1st has more gas terpenes and the 2nd has more citric terpenes. The Mango Cream, as base for Strawberry Cola, also have fruity and gas terpenes. The buds are pretty dense. Their structure are pretty tight and thick, with most of lower buds just fetching between the others, forming a unique bud for each stem. I'm pretty happy with their results. I'm expecting to harvest between 150 and 200g dry.
