While not drastic, this slight chill is enough to slow down growth a bit as the plants adapt. Cooler temps can encourage tighter node spacing, but they can also delay development slightly. Here’s how we’re addressing it: Proactive Monitoring: Keeping a close eye on temperature and RH trends to ensure they remain within optimal ranges. Gradual Adjustments: Slowly warming the environment with indirect heat sources if necessary, without shocking the plants. Remember, plants are incredibly resilient—and this slight delay will only make the Croco girls’ eventual growth even more rewarding. Feeding Updates: All in One Pellets & Organic Boost 🌾 This week marked a significant milestone: I introduced Aptus Holland’s All in One Pellets to the soil mix. Here’s how it went down: Preparation: Added a generous dose of the pellets to each pot. Soil Enrichment: Topped the pots with Pro Mix soil, bringing the total soil volume to 1 liter per plant. Feeding Transition: While I did one last watering with All in One Liquid, I’ll now rely primarily on: Regulator (0.15ml/L): To support stress resistance and strengthen cell walls. CalMag Boost (0.25ml/L): For calcium and magnesium supplementation, essential for strong stems and vibrant growth. Start Booster (0.25ml/L): To continue promoting robust root development. The combination of organic pellets and the Aptus liquid lineup ensures the girls have everything they need for a slow, steady nutrient release while maintaining microbial activity in the soil. Watering Technique: Bottom-Up Hydration 💧 This week, I switched to bottom-watering, a game-changer in preventing fungus gnats and promoting healthier root development. How It Works: Water is added to the tray, allowing the soil to wick moisture upwards through capillary action. Advantages: Reduces surface moisture, deterring gnats from laying eggs. Encourages roots to grow deeper as they seek water, resulting in a stronger root system. To further combat gnats, I’ve also placed yellow sticky traps around the pots. This dual strategy—bottom-watering and sticky traps—is already showing promising results. Mutant Marvels: The Funky Leaf Phenomenon 🍃 Each Croco girl is a masterpiece of mutation, with unique leaf shapes and growth patterns. No two plants are alike, and that individuality is part of what makes this grow so exciting. I’m patiently waiting for them to grow large enough to identify their sex. Here’s the plan moving forward: Option 1: Flip to 12/12 Temporarily: A one-week light flip to identify sex, then returning to veg. Pros: Fast and straightforward. Cons: Slight delay in veg growth. Option 2: Clone & Flip: Take cuttings from each plant, root them, and flip the clones to flower. Pros: Preserves the main plants in veg. Cons: Requires additional space and time for cloning. I’ll decide based on how the girls progress over the next week or two. Either way, I’m excited to unlock their potential. Photography: Capturing the Magic 📸 This week, I focused on showcasing the Croco girls’ beauty through a mix of macro photography and behind-the-scenes shots. Using both my Sony and Nikon cameras, I’ve been able to capture intricate details—from water droplet reflections to the delicate veining in their leaves. Why Use a DSLR/Mirrorless Camera? Greater sensor size allows for higher-quality images compared to even the latest smartphones. The ability to swap lenses provides flexibility for macro shots, wide angles, and close-ups. Depth of field and manual focus control ensure every shot is intentional and artistic. Lens Choices: Macro lenses (e.g., 90mm) for close-ups of leaf textures and water droplets. Standard lenses (e.g., 50mm) for portrait-style plant shots. While phone cameras like the latest iPhone can take great photos, they can’t quite match the level of detail, depth, and creative control a dedicated camera offers. This Wedding Cheesecake is growing very strong! She has a few double stems! This makes it look like she's topped herself on a couple of her branches. She's getting watered with about 1/2 of a gallon of de-chlorinated tap water.

It has been a pretty good week for the girls. They are well into flower now. Unfortunately I noticed some brown spots starting to show up. I suspect the soil got a bit hot, so even though this is amended soil mix I watered them with a bit of run off at the end of this week to get some of those excess nuts out. They are starting to smell, and it’s quite a floral aroma, something I haven’t tried before. I imagine they will take another 3 weeks before the finish line... maybe even 4. It’s really nice so see how even they look, the same pheno 8 out of 8. Hope you’re enjoying the ride! 🍀

Looking good but growing slow. Not much trichomes or frost but quite a bit of bud mass. I feel like she still has a bit of time left before she's done flowering. But she's fading in the leaves a bit.

Signs of flower is becoming more noticeable on mental rainbow F1 have noticed more bud site development and more clusters of stigmas on the tops of main side branches as well as other setts of smaller side branches streaching upwards

So pretty im genuinely happy and interested. GOD IS GOOD Haven't started flower mode yet though..maybe at 10 weeks?

One love Growmies 💚🇯🇲 Week 3 hitting around. 26.11.2025-Day 16(Week 3) November 25th, officially kicked off Week 3 of Vegetation. That means our girls are today 16 days into the active veg. cycle (measured from the first cotyledons on 10.11) so we are going to make some photos of these beautiful ladies. The Morning Droop Mystery Solved: 💧 You'll notice the leaves in the photos are a bit droopy/downcast. Don't worry, this isn't stress or a deficiency—it's just a routine event: 1. Night-Time 🌕 Application: I hit them for the first time with their foliar spray (PPM) right before lights out yesterday. Foliar feeds must be applied in the dark to prevent light burn. 2. Lights-On shock⚡️ : The pictures were snapped right after the tent lights came on. After a long night, and with the spray still on the leaves, it takes them a little while to "wake up" and lift their “solar panels” back up. They'll be fully standing and stretching within the hour! A Quick Note on Size vs. Time: Some people might look at Week 3 and expect bigger plants, but here’s a tip for anyone running an organic system: Don't panic about size in the early stages! In Living Soil, the plant spends these first few weeks building a massive, resilient root system and linking up with the soil’s microbial life.** 🐛 QUICK UPDATE WITH PHOTOS FROM MID OF WEEK 3- 27.11.2025: Tonight the plants look very strong, so the first training session took place. The girls were topped and bent for the first time. I hope both of my toppings were successful and I don’t stressed my ladies too much to stop them. Fingers crossed for week 4. 🤲🏻🤲🏻🐛

34 Days have passed. The colors are fading for some reason but i dont really care, theres obviously room for improvement on this grow. Im just gonna let it go as far as i can and hopefuly the plants will mature before they die off. It may have been because of over watering, thats my best bet so i will not water until they show small signs of underwatering, just so i can make sure. Other than that, the buds are looking good and the smell is incredible. ---1st time growing with FLO - Florian Living Organics.--- They claim that there is no need to pH when watering and that their living fertilizer is the only thing that i will need throughout the whole grow so i only need to mix with soil and just water with plain water. If this stuff works then it can simplify my future grows ALOT! Happy growing. 😎

Von 12 cuts die ich an meiner 12 Wochen alten Ak47 gemacht habe sind 7 durchgekommen gut verwurzelt und bereit in ein grossen Topf zu kommen. Finde die Genetik einfach klasse und wollte sie mir bewahren es ist das erste mal das ich mit clonen ein grow mache, hoffe klappt alles gut.
