The Fruity Donutz ladies started blooming a few days ago. And with the bloom, they vigorously grew in height as well. Unlike last grow I now stopped with the Alga Grow in time so there's no sign of Nitrogen burn, just really abundant growth. The nematodes are doing their job in the soil and the black fly polulation is slowly decreasing 🎉 . The plants do not stretch as much as I feared so I'm going to let them grow without LST. The branches are naturally filling up the empty space in the GTools so I'll let nature follow it's course (as long as the course leads to rock hard buds obviously 😅). Stay tuned for more pics and updates later this week ✌️😊 🌿🌿🌿 Mid-week update Since the Fruity Donuts were stretching like crazy. The top leafs started showing signs of light stress and I had to think of a solution. One was supercropping the plants, but it felt like a bad idea. HST also has an impact on the plant growth, and both ladies are blooming now. I couldn't raise my light any higher because of the suspension system, but after a good vape I took a closer look at the clips and came up with an idea. By directly hooking the clips to the top of the GTools I got at least another 15cm of extra vertical space 🙌 . Now the plant has enough space to gorw a little bigger and the buds are safe from lightburn.

I didn't bother updating the diary last week as there was nothing going on really, just finished the 1st week of flushing and another week till harvest. Only big change going on is the hps and little viparspectra LEDs have been taken out and replaced by 2x invisible sun ISH265 quantum boards.

Day 30 Feb. 18th- I feel like everything is going great -all plants are now in final 7 gallon containers..have used a lot of soil! -I have been tying the plants down as much as possible -March 2nd will be 42 days and I think that is when I will switch to 12/12 -Day 35 Feb. 24th- I need trellis netting soon I retie branches constantly for inner growth HULKBERRY and GREEN GELATO are growing similar...LSD and ROYAL GORILLA are growing similar! -Very interesting!! * I have color coated the plants like I should have a couple weeks ago -GREEN GELATO has all green pipe cleaners now...HULKBERRY has all yellow pipe cleaners. very long branches and small inner growth LSD is in all purple pipe cleaners. tying it down has done wonders! it has awesome inner growth! Now the ROYAL GORILLA in all orange pipe cleaners! This plant is a pain in the ass lol. The inner growth and spacing is insanely close!!! so many shoots all tightly together. I have tied down anything I can. Unsure how it will work in budding next week

The plants had been a little root-bound before transplanting them into the bigger pots, this showed in a yellowing of the leaves and a slowed growth. During week 5, now in the bigger pots, the plants are recovering quickly. The start to grow in a nice healthy green color and quickly get bigger in size. Since the light-mix has nutrients in it for appr. 2 weeks, I only add a little BIO NOVA Roots and BN-Zym to my 'FLEXITANK' reservoir. After adding the nutrients I measure the ph-value and see its 6,6. That is too high for cannabis-plant on soil, they cannot take up all nutrients at that ph-level. Therefore I use ph-min from BIO NOVA to decrease the value of the 100 liter nutrient solution in my reservoir to ph=6,0. At this ph-level the plants can take up all nutrients they need for a healthy growth. My two SANlight EVO4-120 LED-fixtures are hanging 75 cm above the plants and are tilted inwards by 11 degrees, following the recommendations of the lights manufacturer. The fixtures are dimmed to 60% of power (=1 green light ON on the dimmer) at this stage, so they plants get a nice stretch and grow into bigger plants fast.

Day 35-42 Plants are making a nice comeback (d36) Some minor defoliation around the top was done during the last few days (d32-36) I plan on increasing DLI to 40+ during next week. Some defoliation + LST/leaf tucking + pinching (d38) #3 has comeback nicely and has a unique phenotype compared to the 3 others (d38) #4 has slowed down a little bit. The soil was more dry so maybe a lack of water/nutes intake (d38)

Noticed a little late that the plant needs more water than nutrients. Burned Frankensteins tips a little.

I Did 5 in paper towel and 3 directly in dirt so far 4 out of 5 in paper towel 2 out of 3 in soil both in cool dark place. I will check remaining two in a few days ILGM GSCE AUTO

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great week! The Glueberry OG keeps chugging along....She is still feeding on cal mag, maxi bloom, and liquid koolbloom...and absolutely STACKING! Lol...loving this light so far...but will have a much better review upon a squeeze test in the press.... I currently have the Spectrum X running at 100% power and have upped the time on the UV/IR bars to 90 minutes just prior to lights off. I am super happy with this light so far, she puts out impressive PAR, and runs fairly cool. The only thing I would change is to have individual timers for the different spectrums. I did hear they sell a timer that does this but it does cost $300. Not much to do this week other than keep the reservoir full and in the correct PH range. The tomatoes outside are absolutely loving the runoff from these autos, as that is all they have had to drink since they were about 3 weeks old. Starting week 3, this strain grows like crazy!! The conditions are looking good, i am now giving her full nutes since she took more than well the last half-dozed nutes. Very nice lush green with no signs of deficiencies! One the root found its way to the tank wich surprised me be how fast she broke through the bottom hole

Day 82: Starting CBD on just water, going to start harvesting her top buds shortly. Mexican's large leaves are starting to get yellow so I've cut them off, she's starting to smell fruity. Green is still growing. Just adding the contest video entry. CBD is looking plump, her top tier trichs are looking cloudy. Evening: Put CBD underneath some intense lighting and cut off her top bud, 4g wet, did a quick trim and hung her. I'll let the rest go until the weekend. Sometimes I can't wait and need to cut. Each cut of a large fan leaf, or the stem you get a very fruity & bubblegum scent.

Week 4 update! 🌱 Week 3 is done, and the ladies are now three weeks into their flowering phase. So far, everything has gone really well. However, one bud and the plants in the front showed slight signs of potassium overfertilization, which likely caused a calcium uptake issue and led to minor necrosis. No worries, though – today I completely flushed the entire system and replaced it with a fresh solution. With this reset, everything should be back on track 💪💧. On top of that, I decided to bring out an old Cree& Osram LED lamp as a booster. This will provide the two smaller front plants with more light intensity so they can metabolize the higher nutrient levels more effectively 💡🌿. Everything is looking great so far! Kein Grund zur Sorge – heute habe ich das komplette System gründlich durchgespült und die Lösung durch eine frische ersetzt. Mit diesem Reset sollte jetzt wieder alles reibungslos laufen 💪💧. Außerdem habe ich beschlossen, eine alte Cree& Osram LED-Lampe als Booster herauszuholen. Damit bekommen die beiden kleineren Pflanzen vorne eine stärkere Lichtintensität, damit sie die höheren Nährstoffwerte besser verstoffwechseln können 💡🌿. Es sieht alles richtig gut aus! Buenas a todos familia, 4 semana ya.Recta final del periodo de crecimiento,conforme cambiemos el foco cambiamos el fotoperiodo a 12/12 . El trasplante fue un éxito, no hubo complicación ninguna. La tierrra que usamos fue PLAGON LIGHT MIX. Todo va sobre ruedas , la condiciones en crecimiento fueron óptimas , las power plant xl, aún que parezca que no, acabarán recuperando, solo les falta ese pequeño estirón y ale.
