Watering was done twice this week with 1.2 l (see table above for nutrients). The heating mat does exactly what it is supposed to do, you can see that the ladies are doing perfectly again 😃. Fresh osmosis water was mixed with tap water in a 100 liter tank so that I would have enough stale water for the coming week 👍. Otherwise everything was cleaned and checked. During the check, I noticed that after spraying neem oil 3 times, there were still a few damn trips to see. I have ordered nematodes for leaf and substrate against tripse. Week 4 of flower Mann I think she’s looking pretty good!!! She’s really starting to swell up. I was running my ppms at 800 the last week but I upped it to 950 this week. She’s responding great and no leafs have burnt. And Mann is she popping trichomes like crazy already and she smells nice light but you smell her. I’m loving DWC more and more. She is drinking a lot so I am constantly watching water level. Week 5 lets get it!!!!

I have a Strawberry Cheesecake about a week ahead of four other autos.

When I began the contest I had only grown Magic Melon once before (last winter), it grew in an 18 litre pot, became around 4 feet tall, and completely filled a 3'x3' tent. A friend of mine successfully grew a seed I gave them this summer in a container about 4 litres and the plant was considerably smaller. The fact that it can be successfully grown in less than 250mL is astonishing, I have buds from the one grown last winter that are bigger than the can I grew this one in. Harvested 91 days from sprout.

Went away for seven days had a friend come by and water the garden Absolutely exploded since I’ve seen them last very pleased with all of the plants except for mystery auto number one. It is disappointing me some but hopefully the top will bring more growth. Can’t wait to see these continued to develop!!!

A pretty good week, aside from carl 1's couple of breakages. Good growth and ambering on both indoor plants, and pretty good growth on the outdoors as well. Both the indoor plants should be at the very least partially harvested by next week (making this the possible last week for the indoor part of the diary) - Must say, I'm quite excited to chop down both of these plants. Carl 1's size and UKBS 1's frosty buds are starting to look too good to not sample, haha. =-= EOS T5 Rebel pics should be out tomorrow or the next day. Timelapse is out. =-= Updates to the week will come as things happen, as per usual. 7/11/2021 - EOS T5 shots are out. Took a branch from UKBS 1 as I thought I saw mold, I guess I was tripping. Trichomes are still very clear which confuses me to no end. even Carl 1 has some ambers, and it's still throwing white pistils like crazy while UKBS 1 is showing almost entirely orange pistils.

These buds were hands down the best out the whole harvest all the buds from the top to the bottom were fully developed without popcorn nugs with amazing purple hues while also being quite dense very impressed !!!!

This week it is official, I have used both organic and synthetic inputs. I did notice she was starting to become a little defcient right around the time to top dress(Week 3). I think her issue was potassium. I have also been overwatering a bit, trying to get a handle on keeping the media moist, I think the wetting agent in the Pro-Mix is working as well as the worm castings. Other than that, I am really impressed with her speed of growth. To give you growmies an idea of my thought pattern on this grow, the first 3 weeks were just organic amendments. Top dressed with 1 cup of worm castings, with 5 tbsp of Home Grown and 5 tbsp of Flower girl and watered in with a light nutrient(syn) solution. Next I will water only roughly until my next top dress in 3 weeks in which time I will feed a compost tea. Thanks for those that stop by, like and comment. See ya next week growmies!
