Let’s dig into the details of this week! 🌟 Growth & Development This week marks a turning point for the girls! While their slow but steady growth continues, I decided to top a few of them. Why? Topping not only encourages bushier growth but also allows the untopped plants to catch up, creating a more balanced canopy moving forward. Each one is still showcasing those jaw-dropping unique traits that make this run feel like a gallery of natural art. The Mentha de Croco mutants truly live up to their name, with each leaf telling its own story—some broad and serrated, others narrow and elongated, all equally breathtaking. The room’s temperature has stabilized to a more comfortable range, with daytime temps at 22°C and RH steady at around 66%. These are near-ideal conditions for vegetative growth, helping the girls to stay happy and stress-free. Additionally, I’ve been sticking to bottom-watering. Filling the trays and allowing the soil to wick up moisture not only ensures the roots get what they need but also keeps pesky gnats at bay—especially when paired with yellow sticky traps. This method has made a noticeable difference in keeping the grow area clean and pest-free! 🛠️ Cultivation Techniques: To Clone or Flip? The big question of cloning or flipping still hangs in the air. I’m taking my time to observe and assess their progress. Each plant is so unique that I want to give them the space and time to reveal their full potential before deciding. Let’s touch on the two potential strategies for next steps: 1. Flipping to 12/12 for a Short Period: This would allow me to determine sex quickly, but it can stress the plants slightly. 2. Cloning: Creating clones and flipping them instead is a great way to preserve the integrity of the main plants while identifying males and females without disrupting their growth cycle. Day 21 - Ladies are looking nice & healthy! Everything seems to be going great, one is still growing a little slow but all in all extremely happy with this grow so far! Wow she over doubled her height this week. Grew 15cm! Now she's 25cm tall.

Day 65 harvest of the main buds and some bigger side buds. Lower parts stay for a couple more days for better results.

The plant is doin very well, the colas are all getting bigger and the resin production is huge. I'm near the harvest so within few days I'll give her the last nutrients ans the next week I'm gonna flush her. I'm very happy about this plant, she takes nutes very well and give zero problem.

Segunda semana de crecimiento de las red cookies gelato, hasta ahora va todo bien, humedad en 60/65 y temperatura de 22 a 27 de máximas. 9/9 una de ellas anda pocha de forma las hojas son algo raras , la voy a mantener pero podría hacer un reemplazo ya que germine 3 más por si hubiese problemas con alguna. Por lo demás todo perfecto , espero hacer un trasplante la próxima semana , e ir creciendo algo más en la maceta definitiva, seguramente caigan todas en 7l de maceta pero todavía no lo tengo del todo decidido. Buenos humos gente.

Day 78,79 - Just sat and admired her Day 80 - Gave her last dose of water Day 81,82,83 - Just sat around waiting for her to dry out so I can chop'er down Day 84 - CHOP CHOP Other Thoughts: Her last dose of water was actually a flush, with 5 Gallons of water. I wanted to see more amber trichomes but I ran outta time, the next run is ready to transplant up

4/1/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Veg (Day 59 overall) Water Change Day!!! Water was really low it was just above the hump in the Res cutting it close to not having enough water in the system to keep it going. They drank a lot making it close going the full 14 days. I am still going with the previous grows and adding 36 Gallons but even looking at the root I think the SILICA is working and the roots are further along at this point than in previous grows. This next two weeks will watch how much they drink and how low my Res starts getting, and will make a decision on changing the water weekly from here on out or still keep on the plan of every other week until Week 4 of Flower. I will be taking two clones from each to breed over the next few weeks depending on when I am going to flip them. 4/3/2023 Week 7- Day 3 of Veg (Day 61 overall) A little FIMing, A little Topping, and a Little bit of defoliation. Might have to take my clones during the week this week, I am trying to wait until Saturday to hit week 8 but again they are getting all over the place and I need to trim some of the sides and lower areas. 4/4/2023 Week 7- Day 4 of Veg (Day 62 overall) I decided to take my clones and clean up the lower half of the plants. I took 2 clones from each plant to go into the cloning machine. 4/5/2023 Week 7- Day 5 of Veg (Day 63 overall) Water Temp is sitting at 73. Right in my ideal range for my setup. Ideal range 70-74 My Temp Tent is my ideal zone75.6 Ideal for this grow 70-78 The lights are still waiting the switch to flower to get maxed out... The Humidity is coming in right at 60% I love it.. I took so much off yesterday I figure it was a good day to let them rest. 4/6/2023 Week 7- Day 6 of Veg (Day 64 overall) I needed to Defoliate some and I topped a little. The plants might force me to flip them soon. Next Wed is the 10 week mark half way through the 20 weeks. The net is Bingo... Which means that If/when the plants hit the net I will have to flip them. The Net is set to the max height that I can let them get based on the Breeders Stretch report 75%. 4/7/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Veg (Day 65 overall) #3 is 22 inches Tall, #2 is 19 Inches Tall. Net is set at 24 inches. Net is also set as my Bingo point, if they hit the net then I have to flip no matter what to account for the Breeders recommended 75% Stretch allowance. I think I am going to have to flip right at the 10 week mark of the Competition which is Wed 12 Apr. I topped a little, I de-foliated a lot to start getting it ready for the anticipated Flip.

Day 9: installed this Pro Co2 bucket in my grow tent 2 days ago. Really looking forward to see what this addition brings and if Co2 can really improve a run. Only time will tell Day 12: Everything is going good.. Added Foxfarm Acid Lovers dry fertilizer, scratched it into the top inch of soil about a tbsp and a half and watered good. I checked ph the other day and somehow soil ph was all the way up to 7.0 hopefully this FFAL will drop that a little. Also got some trifold poster boards and stapled sheets of mylar to them to reflect more light. 12/2 Ending week 2 gotta say everything is going as good as I could hope this lady is in full affect first time ever growing this strain and I can tell its a good one. Great genetics can't wait to see end result

well everything is going alright. nothing to complain about. destroyers are getting a lighter shade in the new growth but still pretty much healthy, just a more natural sativa color. maybe around this time i could have thought about topdressing but i’m more inclined to let them go on with straight water just to see how this mix runs till finish with just water and no extra inputs. though who knows i may just decide to topdress tomorrow haha others seem happy and healthy as well. watered the dinachem pot yesterday with about 4l of distilled water and destroyers got 4l each 2 days before that. caribe and cannalope pot is still pretty heavy. see y’all next week edit; yesterday we had a blackout so timers were set back an hour so i guess when i opened the tent today light had just turned on because they were holding a less intense praying pose so just checked back 3 hrs later now and looks fine now. added those photos as well.

*Increase PPM from 850 to 1000 over did it oh well. *Transplanted from 1 gallon to 5. * Might wait a week to let them recover to put them in flower.

Tag 119: In einer Woche wird geerntet, nun sollte ich mich freuen aber die Blätter der Shogun sehen mittlerweile furchtbar aus 😱 Zu allem Überfluss hat sie nun auch noch Pollsäcke entwickelt 😨 ich habe versucht die sichtbaren mit einer Pinzette zu entfernen😩 Mir graust jetzt schon ein wenig vor dem Endergebnis. Die Shogun scheint ein warmes Klima nicht zu vertragen, anders als bei Royal Queen seed angegeben....😞 Tag 120: ich denke ich bin zu schnell mit dem Dünger hoch gegangen, mich beschlich jedenfalls ab und an schon das Gefühl😶 Aber ich habe mich strickt an das Düngeschema von Biobizz gehalten, aber dabei ignoriert das die Blüte Zeit bei der Shogun länger ist, und somit ich zu früh in die vollen gegangen bin 😒 Naja wieder was dazu gelernt 😁 Tag 123: Die Shogun riecht nur sehr dezent, sie klebt kaum 😞

She popped through the soil in 5 days and is doing great so far. Stretched a little more than I prefer, but it may help with the LST bending I have planned. Just getting water so far.

Not been a bad week and we’ve had some great weather, this weather is also predicted for next week too. Earlier on in the week I noticed some trails on the plants leaves so I had to ask you lovely lot what was going on. I have leaf miners, I have sorted the problem on after you told me what it was and I have had no problems since. I have decided to use nutrients this week using plant magic root stimulant and cal-mag I have been using this every other day with just plane water when not using nutes. I have noticed by doing this that my plants have really come on loads. Topping my plants last week caused no issues and in my opinion they never even noticed I had done it 😂 So all in all a very good week, let’s hope for another easy week next week.
