These are the biggest buds Ive ever grown, I didn't know what darkness precisely did before.... now I know... My god after a few days they oooze cristal liquid from all its holes. They are greasy and sticky, full of weight and I think well hit the 300 grams per plant with this one, taking our total to 600 grams what would be 2 grams per watt used. If that's so, Ill never use another light again! Thank you Mars Hydro for letting us try it. And by god so should anyone wanting to up their growing game. Background Fingers crossed that these Spicy Bitch regs provide at least one male so that we can back build some stock of it. In the event that does take place we’ve got a single clone of each strain from the previous pollen chuck to sit in the tent with them so they can make babies for the next few months. The whole point of the last year was to start making some foundational genetics for a third generational cross we could call our own. If you’ve been following along than you’ll know that it’s been anything but easy. Our previous pollen picks didn’t pan out at all so we’re back to the drawing board with a new option from ExoticSeeds. This’ll be a 10 plant run with 5 regs and 6 strains for pollination including the strain itself. We’re running in a 2x4 MarsHydro grow tent all powered by a Mars Sp6500. That’s a little more than 600w packed into half the recommended footprint😳. Why? you ask - because we like our buds big and overcompensatory😂. Really, I’m just of the mind that we can pack more light into this space than recommended and get much better results. The math doesn’t lie. At least not as long as I wasn’t high when using the calculator again….. Many thanks to @MarsHydroLED for the opportunity to test run the equipment👊. In addition, we’ve also moved to a new nutrient system - Druid Nutrients out of the Netherlands. They don’t really have a presence on GD yet but you’ll be hearing about them very soon I’m sure. The beauty of this system is that it’s literally a 1 (one) component system for the entirety of the plants grow cycle. It really has changed the game in terms of ease of feeding and maintenance. It’s also very versatile and seems to provide everything needed across multiple different strains in the same ratios. Keep your eyes peeled for these folks. Pretty much a guarantee that they absolutely blow up once more people know about them👍👌😎. Strain Background Spicy Bitch: predominantly sativa, heavy yielder with a daytime kinda trip profile. It’s a cross of Queen Mother and a Pre-2000 AK47. We’ll pull what pollen we can and hope to have a female run out a larger supply of seed for the future. It’s a compact and squat plant requiring very little maintenance. Typical for the strain really. It’s been chosen as an option to potentially mellow out the high , shorten the stature of the resulting hybrid and inject it with some of that mellow indica effect. Boogie Nights - total shot in the dark. Still haven’t even tried the strain myself yet but it was available at the right time and interesting enough to make a salad with. Big thanks to AMS who’ve been nothing short of an excellent seedbank to collaborate with. Expect similar growth characteristics to that of the Northern Lights. Better resilience however. Blueberry - this particular clone is from extremely strong stock. Spliff seeds broke the mold with this strain. She’s lower maintenance than the NL, more resilient than anything else we’ve got on the menu and the terp. Profile on this girl is out of this world. If we can bring any of these qualities to the cross, then it could be magic👌. White Widow - garrghh, I just can’t get away from this particular plant. Again, still haven’t even tested the buds yet and all I can say is that the growth characteristics are extremely vigorous and desirable. This plant is one of 3 unicorns that I have yet to tame due to a combo of extremely bad luck and circumstance. All told, it’s still the same story: a VERY experimental breeding project designed to shotgun a broad swath of genetics against a reliable and dependable Breeder who’s put out proven fire 🔥🤟😎👍.

Olá pessoal, nova semana, Purple Punch está uma verdadeira árvore 🌲 esta semana voltou a surpreender-me cresceu 15cm de altura está com 1,65m e cada vez mais ramificada, as ramas laterais querem ir ao topo como a haste principal, tive que adicionar uns tutores para suportar o peso das ramas, esta semana adicionei growth-c e alga-c, tudo vai muito bem, Fico maravilhado a cada dia que passa. 🤩 🌲🌱🍀 Bons cultivos companheiros

Great growth and , I really picked at the lady’s this week and crazy hydroponic store visit.. was a memorable start of the week . But yeah these advanced nutrients are really expensive and they do a great job just thinking bout switching back to hg and emerald harvest.. but other details this week is that they like the lollipop and de leafing. last day de leafing will be Monday morning . At the middle of the 3 week but to me more like beginning of week three cause I don’t count the first week in flower but yeah looking good great growth and I they smell pretty freaking good

Went away for the weekend and plants were looking great when I got back. I think I’ll flip them in the next couple of days and do my first defoliation. I’m pumped. Bought a veg tent so I’ll make a couple of cuttings too and maybe put the little OGKZ in there. Give it a chance.

Bon voila ! les larves de chrysopes sont arrivées, je les aime bien car après avoir mangé les thrips sous toutes leurs formes, les chrysopes adultes restent dans la tente, très utile en cas de nouvelle invasion de thrips... en seulement 2 jours on voit que les feuilles des plantes ne s'abîment plus et redeviennent bien verte, c'est plutôt bon signe... ma petite bouture acid dough entame donc son reveging, les fleurs qui restaient s'allongent et des nouvelles feuilles à 1 pale sont apparues, pour le moment elle fait un peu mutante mais je ne m'inquiète pas, affaire à suivre, en attendant arrosage à l'eau, et je prévois un TCO la semaine prochaine.

WELL LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!! My beautiful KOSHER KUSH #1 is already being flushed and will be chopped this weekend!! All these amazing colors are just starting to devour the plants with yellows purples and oranges inching closer and closer to harvest!! I will only be growing TOP SHELF FLOWER for my local dispensary after they reached out to me and pre ordered all of it!! I’m using some flawless finish on a couple of the feedings for flush and the other plants are still on a steady dose of flora bloom/ micro , terpinator , and cha Ching .. after a couple more feedings I’ll start flushing the rest of the girls and making sure no more nutrients is left in those pretty buds!! Till next week guys!!

So plan is now to water her one last time and then when she is mostly amber or a good 60/40 she'll be placed in a closet for 48 hours of darkness before the harvest so maybe another week or so. I want her to have the most amber trichomes I've tried to harvest at. I usually harvest once amber begins to appear, but I would like her to be more amber then the other gm I harvested to compare the outcomes.

Howdy folks 👋 8 weeks (well 9 technically) finished. Flush begins today. I will try to give her more darkness than usual towards the chop time to force the trichs more. I have already tried a small sample from a lower area with 5 day of quick dry and no cure. trichs were mostly cloudy I just had to....😳 It was outstanding and cannot wait for end product. Buds just keep getting bigger and bigger!! I think they need atleast 2 weeks more, so i gave them 1 week more pk booster and i want to try and give GHE ripen for late flowering next week. Going to flush them when i think they are as good as ready to chop, till they yellow and hopefully get purple :) Cya next week!

Saskatoon Berry has been a very nice surprise. Two of the 3 plants look to be very productive and the smells are completely different. Over all very pleased so far.

Final week for the Blackberry Auto! After a proper flush and 24h of darkness, she was ready to go trichomes sitting around 25% amber and the aroma became incredibly strong. Buds are very dense and heavy, the main cola feels like a rock. Lots of purple and almost black tones on the sugar leaves. The smell during harvest was crazy sweet berries mixed with a bit of earthy spice. I’m super happy with the result; this one definitely exceeded my expectations in both quality and yield.
