All has gone good this week topped #2, #3, #4 , for the 2nd time, continuing training.forming good flat canopy, switching them over to flower as it's the end of week

Trichs seem to be further along then last grows, I can only assume the extra light and/or higher heat has cause them to finish a bit faster. Right now we are sitting on a majority of 70% cloudy, literally only a couple ambers through out. Wanting to harvest a little earlier this grow, hopefully day 59 or 60. Sooooo, 10-11 more days till chop. Day 51 Starting a flush, drained and filled with tap water, 2mL/L of flushing agent to help dissolve/bind salts. 3 hour cycle runtime with flushing agent. Drain/fill with high quality ROH2O, pH’d, H202 for disinfection.

No nutrients this last watering I did today. Flushing for 2 weeks then harvest time! I've done the last of my defoliating and looking forward to starting a new batch in a few short weeks.

The plants look and feel incredible, I can't wait to do some serious supercropping later into this week. Follow along! This should be fun. Day 3 flower update: holy cow I love these plants, I am having a ton of growth and turned the optic 8s up to 100/50/25 and going to leave it here until 9/1 then switch to 100/60/50 and see how they react. Clones got cleaned out today to a buddy so we can further a couple other strains, the Chempie cuts were exquisite. Side note a little bit of nutrient burn noticed on main girl ZKWC but not anything to stress about, washing machine mother does not seem to mind a higher EC feed. The last few weeks have been a 30 second watering once a day. As of today 8/23 I am switching to 5/5/2.5/2.5 ml/g for BasisA/BasisB/StartR/Calimagic. I am obviously not an expert grower, just a guy trying to grow some beautiful big fat flowers. Take my advice with a grain of salt but feel free to lurk and watch the results! So day 4 of flower I was contemplating what my goal for this grow is, and I settled on schwazzing this grow, I did it with my first photo grow in Hydro and had awesome success on all but two plants (weaker blue dream phenos did not respond well and I had all kinds of feeding issues not entirely sure they would've made it without the schwaz either but anyways...) So yeah we're gonna try it out. Plants are bouncing back quickly from everything, I supercropping a ton to really spread the plant out and I'll be throwing a trellis back up after they have a chance to reach.

Doing great. Leaves are perfect , plants are very happy. Growth is tall enough for trellis in this space very soon.

Week 8 Day 1: how did we get here?! Northern Lights is looking beautiful (the only plant in a 5 gal pot outside). No major issues. Kids were fed liquid nutrients for the second time 9/8, and will be recieving them once a week moving forward (hopefully every other watering). Gotta find a way to make watering a smoother process tho, might invest in a home RO filter 😂 Big dreams being discussed, this could be the start of the only cultivation, breeding, and distribution center that has a primary focus on re-entry and subsequent business development.. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. That’s the calcium + nitrogen backbone for the feed. Step 2 – FERMAKOR PK Base (Part B) 15 L water in the main barrel → added 30 ml FERMAKOR PK Concentrate, mixed well. This forms the main P + K part of the formula. Step 3 – Combine Solutions Slowly poured the Calcinit mix into the barrel while stirring — no reaction, still crystal clear. That confirms the mix is stable and precipitation-free. 🌿 Step 4 – FPJ / FFJ Batch Added 30 ml homemade FPJ (fish + veg batch) ≈ 1 ml/L. Color shifted to a light-amber tone — looks alive and active. 🍋 Step 5 – Citric Acid Balance Added 1 tsp citric acid after everything was blended to fine-tune pH and help chelate micros later on. 📦 Step 6 – Top Up & Check Filled to the 30 L mark with plain water → pH tested with drops, showing yellow-green — roughly 5.8 – 6.0 range. Trabajan en sincronía con el suelo vivo del fondo, que contiene la poca humedad de la maceta textil. Ph: 6.1-6.5 EC: 700 PPM 020+/020- HR: 65% 5+5-. C⁰: 19-26% Manta térmica 24 x 7 con plato. . !! .19 horas de luz: 2 x TS600 LATERALES. !! .15 horas de luz: + 100Watts CENTRAL. !! . Another week of decent weather including the hottest day on record for July in the U.K. It was not last as we have had several shitty showery days but this will hopefully clear to the glorious blue skies we have been having. No problems to report this week but I'm sure the fecking slugs will show there slimy heads at some point so I'll be on guard for the buggers. 😂

Late in the day update. Sorry, pics aren't the best. Girls are starting to spread out now that the daylight hours are nearing the 14 hour mark. Hormone change is starting to happen. The Gelato once again., what can I say. Hitting ove 8 and a half ft now. The Silver Widow is pushing up to where it always grew like a round bush. It is close to 6 ft. The Breakup Cake is going on 7 ft. Stalks are getting very large., just healthy all the way around. Thanks to all my growmies, grow um big.

Veg30, las plantas crecen bien, necesitan una pequeña defoliación y ajuste de LST, quizás mañana. Veg31, este será la última defoliación y entrenamiento durante un buen rato, se puede decir que ya tienen la forma deseada, ahora solo hay que dejarlas crecer. Veg34, se regó con pH 6.0 y EC 2.0, el drenaje tuvo los mismos valores, entonces el próximo riego será con una EC mucho más baja. Las plantas siguen creciendo bien, se quitaron un par de hojas, ahora tendrán 1~2 semanas más para que estiren antes de pasarlas a 12/12.

My little mutt mix strain has been a very interesting, and unique grow. Huge plant tiny potter, lighter comparison pictures above. I Just started seeing a few stray amber trichromes. I will start her on just ph water in a day or two. Letting her use up what energy she has left. This was a struggle of a grow. It's a baby monster plant. I did juice her too much in flowering. We made it through, and she has some nice flowers with a fruity, and kinda earthy aroma. The next update may be a few days late, but it will be the harvest most likely. She grew great in my autoflower room under the Mars Hydro FC4800 light. I will see you soon for the chop.
