Day 45 --> Restart some light LST for the final weeks of Flowering. 🍇 Really intense aromas from stomper n GWK (like sour,sweet grape tannins). ⚠️ In this project we experimented with a super soil like mixture. Biobizz all mix was 65% of the mixture which 1/3 of it was placed on the bottom of the pot and the rest 2/3 was mixed with 35% Canna terra. About 10% perlite was added on the mix and it was sprayed with EM microorganisms (Soil activator). 🏁 The target is a tasty organic flower fed only with tap water and a slow release organic fertilizer(6-3-18) which being applied on the end of the 3rd week and, becomes available to the plants 7 days after. In our case which we transplanted on day 9, we used it on day 30(9+21) from seed. ℹ️ Facts Until the 3rd week plants were growing under LST with no problem (Day 17-19) was when preflower started). In the 4th week development slowed down and initially we though that was due to some drop of temp like midway veg in ➡️ (RQS fem induction). After days were passing and the development of the plants was not satisfying (even though the plants didn't show any symptoms of deficiency or environmental stress) we noticed shiny leaves and dark green colour starting from Stomper#1 which was the smallest plant and was the only one that had some visible burned tips on the leaves. GWK#2 was the only one that did not appear dark green colour or shiny leaves (like SS#1,#2 and GWK#1) but had drooping leaves without having overwatered her or noticing any issues.(Conditions on week 5 and 6 were a bit unstable as the weather got weird and we had high humidity and low temps). Reaching 7th week plant development continues to be average, stems of the most plants became dark red without having low temps inside the tent even though plants look a bit better after they were let to dry a bit more. 🔬 Symptoms 1)Dark shiny leaves 2)Slow growth 3)burn tips 4)Drooping leaves 5) Dark Red stems Matching the pieces of the puzzle we assume that we had NITROGEN TOXICITY and knowing that we do not use any liquid fertilizers it seems that our problem was that our super soil was too "hot" for our baby mephs. If our rooting system of our plants reached the final layer of soil( Biobizz all mix on the bottom of the pot) in the 4th week, it was when it had the highest availability of nitrogen. Availability that seem to be "too hot" for Sour stomper and Grape walker kush in early Flowering. Also in the last weeks we had cold weather so we had an electrical heater on increasing the temp of the room which led to higher temp and transpiration inside the tent.That being said it is likely that due to higher transpiration our plants let higher amount of N to enter the plant and that forced the plants to show us signs of it's toxicity. For a start we let the pots dry to reduce the nitrogen availability and then in Day 45 we water with 6,5 ph tap water + EM microorganisms (700ml each pot). ℹ️ Day 48 : Ideal humidity + temps and the plants have started to drink and eat a lot better the last days. After the second water (700ml) of the week yesterday (D47) with microorganisms only, we find the first signs of deficiency on Sour stomper #2 today. We were expecting this cause our dry fert has only (6-3-18) --> 3 phosphorus (slow release), so our leaves look like having phosphorus and calcium deficiency, we are thinking that the roots locked calcium too with the deficiency of P as these too are collaborating. - So we are going to feed all the plants with organic liquid fert. from Plagron - green sensation PK (9-10) starting with stomper#2. * Every plant in tent has its private watering schedule as the maturity and needs, have changed over the last week. - If the problem continues we'll consider a cal mag solution. * Will be appreciated any comments or same experiences!! Transplant is done into 10L pots! 9 pots are filled with a living soil mix, enriched with Lurpe Farmers Mix, Insect Frass, and other organic amendments The rest are in a lighter soil mix, so I can supplement them with Biobizz nutrien This run is experimental 🔬 — I want to compare how the two approaches perform. If all goes well, in about 10 days we’ll flip to flowering 🌸🌞. So far, the girls are looking strong and healthy! 💪🌿✨

Currently in the 9th day of Flower and the buds are starting to form nicely. I am spotting a small zinc deficiency on the leaves, the colour inside the leaf is light greenish. The PH was a bit too high and last week also might overdid it with the nutes. Solution for now is down the PH day by day till I reach 5.8 and then let it rise up again slowly. Lets see how the new leaves will form and the bud thickens. Smell is really great, strong pungent and exotic.

12.9 4th veg week done.. Healthy girls now. Blue fire's showed some signs that root space was running low and also nitrogen def. but got it under control and girls are now in final homes. Blue Fires are in 11L plastic pots and the New's in 16L root pouches. They got used to new homes pretty fast and were growing more the next day moved 👌 No hussle there. This is where sometimes I have burned extra time when messing with trasplanting. Maybe rhizotonic had something to do with this. Using it for the first time now. I mixed my soil 75% soil and 25% coco.. usually it's 50/50 but I like to tweak thing a little to see what's up 😉😎🙏 I topped all girls yesterday. This week I've been pulling the top fan leaves to stop the plant growing taller and to allow the side branches to catch up. I also started feeding them. I will probably repot and switch to flower next week now they've all outgrown their mutations.

Temps have been on the cooler side lately, with a few days close to 80° .

Day 78 Hey growmies, The girls received 2 liters of water with fertilizer and Cal-Mag today. Before that, I defoliated them for the last time – I hope it wasn’t too much, but I wanted to try a more radical approach to hopefully get an even better end result. Unfortunately, some of the Pink Gelato's leaves are showing clear signs of heat stress, but so far she’s still growing well. I hope the terpenes are okay. Day 79 The girls are doing well so far. Unfortunately, the tips of the Pink Gelato are a bit burned, and it's supposed to get even hotter in the next few days. I hope she survives the heat. The other two ladies don’t seem to mind it. The smell and the buds are getting bigger and bigger. The carbon filter is managing to neutralize the strong smell. Now we're heading into the final days of flowering

I found seed foeming and bananas so i decided to cut my losses before it got out of hand im just glad they got to where the are now first time grow first time using dwc and i fucked this shit up for a first timer you beauty

Finally starting to look like she might be finishing, but every time I think that, a bunch of new pistils shoot out. Trichomes are getting more cloudy but still a lot of clear ones. Lots of stacked calyxes now packing on. Remember this plant has already had 5 zips of dried bud removed at 11 weeks! I have not changed the reservoir for 4 weeks, I topped it up with a little bit of extra nutrient after two weeks but there seemed no reason to do anything else, she has not been using much recently ppm is constant at about 800. Only now beginning to see some leaves dying. I'm going to let her go for as long as she wants.
