Week 2 Veg Update on Epic Buzz by Anesia Seeds As we enter the second week of vegetation, our Epic Buzz seedlings are embracing their new home with vigor.: One of the seedlings has been carefully moved to the 20-liter reservoir. It has adapted well to its new environment, showcasing an impressive array of roots throughout the net pot, indicating healthy and robust development. Both plants are progressing as expected, with no significant issues to report. The steady growth and absence of complications suggest that the conditions in my indoor setup are well-tuned to the needs of Epic Buzz. The images captured this week show that the roots are not only healthy but thriving. They have begun to colonize the net pot, which is a strong indicator of the plant's potential for nutrient uptake and overall growth. With the transplant successful and the roots establishing themselves, I'm keen to see how the increased space and resources will accelerate growth. I expect that the coming week will bring even more visible progress as the plants continue to mature. Watching the Epic Buzz seedlings transition smoothly into the vegetative phase is both rewarding and exhilarating. The absence of any noteworthy problems speaks volumes. I'm looking forward to observing their journey and sharing their growth milestones with the community. These two girls are moving along just fine in the 3 gal pots.Was going to transplant these two into bigger pots earlier on but decided not to.They are in a 60 inch high tent and I want to keep them short and stout.I did a lot more defoliation and fed some cal mag and recharge this week.I did top dress with Gaia green power bloom and they seem to be taking it nicely.

Hello Diary, Cherry Pie has finished its vegetative cycle and is entering the flowering phase. This week it grew an impressive 20 cm, lengthened and got a lot of new leaves and formed a nice shape. The leaves are a nice green color and look healthy. It is really developing very nicely which makes me super happy. I can't believe how in just 21. days the plant reaches this stage of development. That indoor is incredible, I am still impressed to this day. The summer heat is still present which affects the temperature in the grow box, this week the average was 29 degrees although sometimes the temperature rises to over 31 degrees. But I don't notice that it is harming them, I make sure to water them regularly, so that the soil does not remain too dry although that sometimes happens. Every week, as the plants grow, I increase the amount of water when watering. I continue to add Bio Grow Fertilisier and CalMg with each watering. pH I drop to 6.0 with Plagron's Lemon Kick. At the end of the week, more precisely after taking photos for day 21., I increased the power of the led lights to 80%. Here is a quick overview of the week: 10/08/2024 - Day 17. Watering. I prepared 8 liters of water, added Bio Grow Fertiliser and CalMg and with that amount I evenly watered all three plants on the farm. 13/08/2024 - Day 20. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as the three days before. 14/08/2024 - Day 21. Photographing and measuring the height of the plants. Official end of the vegetation phase. Laid out the Srog nets with intention to change the light setting next week. Added pre-flower nutes as well as a 1" top dress - with some added nutrient mix. Thoroughly watered and ready to start training.

The plants have been flushing for almost a week now. Really starting to change colors. I can't wait to see how much I get from them.

09/12/2018 Purple tip cutting seems to be taking .#1 is filling out well lots of fresh flowers stacking up nicely.#2,#3,#4 all doing well👍hope they finish up in 4weeks🙏 No feeding this week just molasses for soil microbes, 09/17/2019 Did some defoiliating and green tie 's to spread out lower branches on #1 . she is a beast. Seeing, some differences between #2,#3,#4 .#4 being darker green, #3 is paler green #2 not as pale, #1 lighter green but not pale at all. Given deep soaking today, and I noticed phase 3 flowering is starting!🙏 should start stacking them fat buds for next couple of weeks hope she done at 10 weeks fingers crossed.

Used royal queen seed fems popped 4 and 3 where successfully. Through veg stage no problems quite sturdy plants growth rate was the same on all round, had abit of nitrogen deficiency. Flower stage everything changed plants started to grow at different weeks and need separate feeds which became annoying, think this was done to pheno types being different. Drying stage: I used this new herb dryer called wedryer for to plants and hung the other in the tent. Wedryer works if you have small yield as can’t fit a lot, drys within a week though but also looses flavour. Have to wet trim bud and then leaves bud flat in one side due to them sitting on the dryer netting. Has fan with carbon filter which stops smells. (But myself prefer hang drying). Used trimbag to finish the buds off love this product and recommend to others to buy.

Still shooting up... lots of stretch but she’s slowing down. Hoping she really stops soon. She’s already past the light and I had to angle my lights sideways to keep her under the lights. No burn noticeable which is interesting to me since seedlings tends to burn under this light. Ignore commentary on video... I was recording for a friend who has a clone of one of my PT plants and she asked about size 👩‍🌾🏼

This was an interesting harvest. Everything was going great and the buds/trichomes were still piling on, when suddenly almost overnight plant "C" shifted to about 20% amber trichomes. So I harvested it, and because the other plant wasn't ready yet I decided to try water curing the first one for 7 days. Then at the end of the 7 days, I figured I'd hack down plant "D" and dry them both on the racks in the tent at the same time before moving into jars. The water curing was a huge success! After the first day, the water was cloudy with a slight green tinge. Second day was about the same. Then the water was just a little cloudy each change, no green tinge. Compare it to the diary I just opened around water re-curing some cannabis I bought from the government store, where the water is diarrhea brown :O On day 7 of my water cure, the water was perfectly clear so I decided to hack down plant "D" and get them both drying on racks in the tent together. While water-curing plant "C", I had its trim sitting in a bowl in the freezer. When I hacked down plant "D", I put its trim in the same bowl. After my typical wet-trimming, I hung up Plant "C"'s water-cured buds on the top rack, plant "D"'s buds on the 2nd rack for an old fashioned cure, and random trim from both plants spread out on the bottom 2 racks. The water-cured buds dried within about 24 hours and went into a jar with a 58% humidipack. The buds are SUPER dense and potent! Nice clean high, doesn't kill my throat. The downside is that the taste is really weak and not that great. But everything has pros and cons. Almost no trichome loss in the bucket during the water curing as well -- I was really worried about that! The other buds dried in about 36 hours and went into a jar with a 58% humidipack, where I burped it many times a day for a week. The smell and flavour are much more potent than the water-cured bud and it's a little harsher on my throat, but otherwise I'm not sure there's a detectable difference. However, you can SEE there's a sharp visual difference between the water-cured buds and the jar-cured :) Of course the jar-cured will mature more with time as well. Once the trim was completely dry, I put it in a bag in the deep freezer and dropped it to about -20. I didn't need to use a grinder this way -- I could just mash it all up in the bag with extreme ease! Sifted it through the kief screen, and pressed down 17 grams of lazy-man's hash! After processing the trim through the kief screen, I decarbed in the oven at 200F for 1 hour (this converts THC-A into THC or something to that effect -- if you don't do this, the edibles won't get you very high). I put the trim into a big mason jar and back into the freezer along with my bottle of Everclear. Once they dropped somewhere down around -20, I poured in the Everclear, put the lid on, and shook as hard as I could, as often as I could, for 5 minutes or so. I noticed that as I shook it around, the contents inside would alternate between solid and liquid which was kinda cool :) Shake it one way and it freezes, shake it the other way and it thaws... or something to that effect, anyway. I was able to use a double-coffee-filter to extract about 2 cups of dragon tincture! I threw everything in the coffee filter out -- next time I'm going to do a better job of it as there's a little pile of trichomes that forms at the bottom of the filter which I could put to use. Once I get that down next harvest, I'll have around 99% efficiency milking every last drop out of my harvests! White chocolate is so yummy, as are candy canes... I wanted to combine the two to make some edibles. Looking around for candy cane crush, I decided to check out Amazon. They had the same candy cane crush I was looking at from popular stores, for only a couple dollars more, so I figured sure why not have it delivered. I was planning to get some white Baker's chocolate, but on checkout of the candy cane crush I got a deal for adding on white chocolate Lindt bars for $1.25 a piece LOL! So I bought 10 of those. When the Amazon package arrived, I slowly boiled down 1/2 cup of my dragon tincture in a pot, then used a double-boiler setup to melt down 4 of the Lindt bars in the same pot. Once it was mixed well with the hash oil, I set it aside to cool for about 3 minutes before stirring in 1/8 cup of candy cane crush (plus I ended up adding maybe like a tablespoon more), pouring into a pan lined with parchment paper, and putting in the freezer for 30 minutes. So now I have a nice big chunk of white chocolate candy cane crunch stuff where a piece the size of my thumb gets me super high for like 8+ hours; 17 grams of lazy-man's hash; and 88 grams of bud :) And still enough dragon tincture left over to make 3 more rounds of edibles -- not sure what I'll make next! From now on I'm going to water cure a large portion of all my buds -- not just the ones I grow myself, but ones I buy from the Gummint too!

🌱 Ghost Train Haze — Week 3 VEG Report 12/12 from seed | Vegetative phase ongoing General Overview Week 3 of vegetative growth closes with Ghost Train Haze showing outstanding vigor and expression. From early in the light cycle, both plants consistently display strong “praying” behavior — leaves lifted upward, posture alert and confident. This is not occasional; it is constant, indicating a very good balance between light intensity, nutrition, and environment. Running as a pair, they behave almost like twins. Structure, rhythm, and overall pace are remarkably similar. As expected in nature, one plant is slightly larger than the other — a reminder that nothing in the universe is ever truly identical. Still, the similarity between them is striking and reassuring. Growth & Structure • Stage: Vegetative • Flowering signs: None observed • Node count: ~5 to 6 nodes • Growth habit: Upright, balanced, well-structured • Leaf posture: Strong and consistent praying • Color: Deep, lush green with excellent vitality Internodal spacing remains tight, structure is clean, and development is even. There are no signs of stress, clawing, deficiencies, or imbalance. ⸻ Genetics Notes — Ghost Train Haze Ghost Train Haze carries strong Haze-forward genetics, and early signs are already visible in her behavior: • High responsiveness to light • Expressive leaf posture • Vertical intention without excessive stretch • Clear metabolic efficiency Haze genetics often prefer to build structure first, establishing roots and vegetative mass before revealing their full personality. At this stage, Ghost Train Haze is doing exactly that — laying rails before speed. ⸻ Photo Documentation This week, both plants were briefly taken out of the tent for detailed photo documentation using a controlled studio-style setup. The photos focus on: • Leaf posture and symmetry • Natural water droplets resting on the leaves • Rich green coloration under controlled lighting These images are meant to document subtle signals, not to dramatize the plant. ⸻ Environment — Room Conditions (Week 3) • Photoperiod: 12/12 from seed • Day temperature: ~26 °C • Night temperature: ~18 °C • Relative Humidity: 60–65% • Airflow: Gentle, constant, non-stressful • Solution temperature: ~21 °C • Substrate temperature: ~21 °C Environmental stability remains consistent across the room, allowing the plants to focus entirely on vegetative development. ⸻ 💡 Lighting • PPFD: ~600–700 (adjusted to plant size) • Plants are growing naturally into the light • No stretch, no light stress The constant praying posture confirms that light levels are well matched to plant demand. ⸻ 💧 Watering & Nutrition • pH: 6.0 • EC: 1.0 Nutrient program: • Plagron Terra Grow • Power Roots • Pure Zym • Sugar Royal Foliar: • Vita Race • Applied selectively and intentionally, not on a fixed schedule This program continues to support strong root activity, clean metabolism, and vibrant vegetative growth. ⸻ 🔍 What to Expect / What Not to Expect (Next Week) What to expect: • Continued vegetative expansion • Additional node stacking • Increasing leaf mass and canopy presence • Gradual emergence of Haze characteristics What not to expect (yet): • No flowering initiation • No explosive stretch • No need to push inputs Patience remains key — the foundation is still being built. ⸻ Final Thoughts Week 3 confirms that Ghost Train Haze is thriving.
