Got the girls into there flowering tent and there 5 gal RDWC system under a 1000w HPS on a light rail mover. We are flipping them now because these DWC systems produce massive plants. We are going to tuck through the stretch until they stop this time and try and keep them as low as possible. I’ve grown this strain before a few times and ran a couple clone runs of it as well, so I think I know what to expect hopefully. Lol this is a spectacular strain from an A+ breeder(Canuk Seeds) and I can’t wait to smoke her again! One of those tried tested and true strains for me...lol I will also be keeping the light at max height and punching them with 1000w rite from the get go instead of lowering the wattage and trying to get the light closer to try and conserve power. I get a better light spread at 1000w 3 feet away and don’t have to move my light as much to cover the roughly 4x6 foot space of the tent I will be flowing in. The last 2 feet of the tent are reservoir and air conditioner. I don’t want the cold air to close to my plants so I try to keep a buffer zone. I will be adding a cardboard wall I think across blocking the air conditioners direct air output and blow it across the tent with my oscillation fan instead. I also have my second water cooled thermoelectric reservoir water chiller built now and I will be installing it in this reservoir as soon as I get a chance. I’m making a how to DIY video for it so it’s taking a bit longer to build and install as I’m trying to document the entire process. So probably next week I will have it installed and running for the weekly update and I’ll post some links to the DIY video as well if I have it up yet. Couple weeks ago I over nute’d them and ended up with nitrogen abundance so I countered that last week with a very low EC at 0.2 and the rebounded quick, so quick they went the opposite and I had nitrogen deficiency within the week. Lol so they are now in there new homes and sitting in 0.75 EC water with 6.0ph and they are coming around now. Well that’s it for this week folks, Cheers! 💨

Again this strain was a pleasure to grow and very resistant to any changes or nutrients. I just wish I had more at the time but it was a feee seed and I only had one. Would be a decent harvest of some juicy tasty pineapple goodness 🍍💚

Week 13 in the garden, and it's been a week of contemplation and admiration. Despite my initial plan to flip the plants, I decided to give them another week in vegetation. It's like I'm sculpting a masterpiece, carefully grooming the plants into a perfect botanical sculpture. Working with my plants feels like art – it requires skill, love, dedication, and a sense of playing God. As I look at the tent, I can't help but feel a sense of pride and joy. These green beauties are turning out amazing, and I'm filled with overwhelming happiness whenever I get the chance to speak to people about them and show them off. But the time has come to take the next step in their journey. They're being flipped this week for sure, ready to embark on the next chapter of their growth. Not much to mention, everything in cruise control. The Mephisto NCH is just a side note at this point. After a month I can say it will be a micro plant. So from here the Height numbers in the Info section will be referring to the DeadHead OG clones. They are just doing their thing. Just light waterings on tuesday and Friday, plain water ph7.0 I am going to put them into a 24 dark Cycle starting tomorrow after lights out. And then they will go into the flower closet to be flipped. Monday 3/7 I started soaking a Mephisto Pink Panama Auto. I will include this auto into this diary as it will probably still be in the same time frame as the Photo plants. And it will be reared the same as all the other plants. Again it was soaked in the same H2O2 solution and successful at cracking in 12 hours. Paper toweled for another 12 hrs and then into root cube. Seedling emerged and has first set of leaves after 1 week from soak. It already has a nice thick stem so we will see. Not much else to report. The beauty of living soil. Elle sera définitivement classée comme une strain dure à faire pousser. Une semaine elle a trop de nutriment, et puis cette semaine, elle semble en manquer. Les feuilles jaunissent jour après jour et je n'ai même pas flushé encore. Peut-être que c'est les foliar feeds avec le BooBloom?. Au moins, elle a de belle couleurs mauves et jaunes que je n'ai jamais eu avant, dommage que ce soit trop tôt. Je crois que je vais la flusher 1 semaine avant la récolte au lieu de 2 et donner un peu de nutriments à chaque arrosage pour les dernières semaines avec une plus forte concentration de Bloom. Hey Guys, Growth has taken off a lot this past week, have had to add a heater to the grow which isn’t ideal but with warmer months coming this should only be temporary. I have the thermostat set to start the heater when temps go below 23°c. Watching Dr Bruce Bugbee on YouTube, he stated that growth does start to suffer below this temperature. One of the plants has some odd colours and growth which I’m pretty sure is Mg deficiency, which is probably due to that particular girl being more sensitive to PH swings than the rest of the ladies. I have had to insulate some of the circulating pipes as the water cooler was struggling to keep the water baths cool. Seems to have helped keep temps down a couple more degrees, I mate have to reconfigure where my water cooler is in the piping run after this grow Finally a special thanks to the GD team for selecting my previous diary for DOTM, very flattering considering some of the great content that was submitted for March 2020!
