Opium is missed already, she was my favourite (the other half) and she was brilliant. The outcome section of the diary will not load properly so I will mention how delicious she is right here, it seems insulting of the plant to finish off the diary in the yellow… Opium was a pleasure to grow, she was flawless, she provided me so much therapy and she was strong. The only issue was the moisture in the end but every plant in the garden eventually became victim to the bud rot and she held on as long as she needed. This beauty was not infected by any other ailment and she seemed to home many white spiders along with ladybugs, which is a good sign that she was worth being protected by nature. We can’t even imagine how she would have been if she had been planted in the cover crop bed, it is hard to picture her in a bigger or better form then she actually was. As you can see she had the wash and there wasn’t any waste, we have already pressed some of her in the dab press. Opium has a sweet fruity skunk scent and she tastes exactly the same. To say the least, we are very much enjoying her on a daily but we have been doing that since the day she sprouted. Our wet weight is an estimate due to scale issues which don’t cause us any concern. Believe me when I say, she deserved a green faced diary for her harvest log.🤷‍♀️🏻 💚✌️

All pics are from Day 42/start of week 7. As you can see she received some defoliation and some serious LST. She is very dense and until the stems harden I will continue to pull the branches outwards. She will resemble the Zkittlez I ran this summer. Can’t wait to see the results. Back half of pictures are from Day 49 end of week 7. All leaves grew immensely I needed to defoliate once again. Last major defoliation.

Day 77 This tall plant displays strong vertical growth with a sturdy central stem and several well-developed side branches. F week 6 Really strong reeky smell. I made an 8 hour mid flush with Flash Clean caused by nutrient lockout.

it grows so fast. The lower leaves are shaded and away from the light. So I cut them as the plant gets taller I really don't have a good setup to be able to clean my roots. I tried this week anyway. I watered each pot with 2L (not enough I think :/) of water at 450PPM PH: 7 then after I gave 1L of water at 900PM PH: 5.5. There was a big puddle in the room afterwards. But it wasn't that hard to clean up after all. Hi everyone ! i was away this week, so i full the 2 tanks before i leave, and ask to the room mate to adjust pH each day and add only tap water when the level drop. when i come back home again, some leaves turn brown and dry on the edge 😢 and the leaves are all curled down. i don't know if it's due to overdose, pH fluctuation, etc ... Do you have any ideas guys ? Edit : I bet on Mg carrency

She is starting to swell up and bud growth is at a good pace right now.... I'm really hoping for big things and some dark colors.. Thank you again to divine seeds for throwing this contest together.. ***I’m not sure why but it’s only letting me put 100 growing plants, but I actually harvested 180 plants in three separate rooms of about 300 sqfeet almost each, running in at 350 g per plant *** Given her being my first grow, I don’t really have anything to compare to but me and my plants have gone through a lot this year. Definitely going to need filters with this one, for the strong scent. 10 out of 10 would recommend this strain. I tried some fish fertilizer through some of the early growth and everytime I did, I would notice the plants beginning to burn so I completely stopped it, I learned organic is the best way to go if I’ll ever be using fertilizer again. This is the only way I would’ve learned it through experience! I didn’t think I can make it all the way through with my harvest, but ever since I got on Growdiaries everybody has helped me tremendously with every question I had, without the site my whole to harvest would’ve went to shit along time ago. Haha I really can’t thank my Growmies here enough for all their support. Every time I thought about giving up I would have uplifting comments assuring me my plants we’re doing fine. A message to all nee growers. Don’t be afraid of failure. Ask questions. I don’t know when my next grow will be but when, or if I decide to grow again, I’ll definitely document it on the best possible weed growing platform. Cheers friends!

Struggling with RH, tent is too crowded bc I have lots of negative pressure, tent is bowing in hard. The best I can get down to is 50%RH, however I have tons of circulation. Look at video. I put a dehumidifier in the lung room. Rh drops if I open window, but its raining. Too wet outside rn. It went from blizzard (dry) to rain for 7 days now, maybe thats why Im struggling. Need circulation in lung room too. Vents open, still struggle, tent door open, im fine. And I use blackout curtains so no light penetrates the room. It maintain complete darkness 24/7. Plants sleep when i sleep, so never worried about it. My house was built in 1952 post WWll, so no insulation, just straight brick and a solid slab. That means it will hold moisture. Lung room at 35% RH. Rearranged set up. Trichomes...... 70% clear, 20-25%% cloudy, 5% amber

D-50 : Everyone is doing great ! The one that had a difficiency alert a couple of weeks ago has recovered. Thanks to the community's helpers ! I setup the net 2 days ago so the flowers are driven to the light and covers maximum of space in the tent. Well, with only 3 strains, I'm not sure it's very usefull, but later would be too late, so I'm doing that now. I already know when I'm going to harvest those girls cause I will be in hollydays for one week at the end of december. So, I'll harvest between the 19th december. I also know what will be my next grow : 3 Shogun (RQS) with 3 Chocolate Haze (RQS). All of themp in the 1m² box. I'll try main-lining with two time toppings on them. They should be a litle less tall after that and optimizing the flower production. At the same time I will test the SmartPots. I think I'm good for a 19 weeks session with 7-8 week veg. and 9-10 weeks flo. So I could start the session at the very bigining of january in the second box (Secret Jardin DP60) while the first session is gently drying... D-53 : all is good :) just add Biobizz Microbes today. Let’s see ! D-55 : add Calmag today to the nutrients. Hope it will help the litle Pinapple that shows a bit of deficiencies.

Harvest time is here for both Mandarin dreams. Both plants were frosty, sticky and healthy, with MD2 being the better of the two. Will update in 7-10 days with dry weight and smoke report.
