Day 59, 1st of October 2020: She quiclky reactod to the Topping.... i topped her 14x 14 branches and already growing out rapidly. She is bushy and looking good time to start flowering. I will leave her in 36 hours of darkness before the 9th week ends so on Saturday (todY is thursday) till monday morning. Let's make her flower :) Day 60, 2nd of October 2020: Alright so time has come; she needs to start flowering. Look at her the last 5 pictures (Day 60)📷 before I place her for 54 hours darkness I mean 17:00 o'clock on (today) Friday to 23:00 o'clock on Sunday. Can I count well? so ... 17:00 o'clock to 23:00 o'clock is 6 hours (23:00 o'clock lamp switches on) and next Saturday 23:00 o'clock is 24 hours and one more 24 hours is Sunday 23:00 o'clock 🤪 so 24+24+6 = 54!!!!! Yes!🤪🤪🤪 I have never been good at mathematics 🙃 Okay so I gave her a lot of water and also sprinkled the soil with bat guano before i put her in darkness. I added more nitrogen because she seems to be very hungry for that again and put her to 💤 😴 🛏️. So let's start flowering say goodbye and see you soon 😊 Day 62, 4th of October 2020: Here we go I took her out after 48 hours just to take pictures 📷 Flowering has started so from now the lamp switches on 23:00 o'clock and it works till 11:00 o ⏰ . Let's see how she streches and go crazy :) Photos are uploaded. The nice neon-green tops are appeard like always after leaving them in darkness :)

Purple Punch is basically ready but i want more amber trichomes let her maturing a bit more i think 1 week. I keep checking on her. First time growing in a long while. I set up a custom grow tent with some wood and mylar sheets. I'm using an old Rodeadro lamp for now but expecting the new Mars Hydro sometimes soon. Really doing this for the experience with no great expectations and hopeful for a fair amount of weed in the end.

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Sorry for the delay on the weekly updates, had some things I had to attend but I'm back and at it! 21-day defoliation has come.. These pictures were taken on day 20 of flower. So these ladies can get quite bushy with those big indica fan leaves. So a much need defoliation was done. I'm loving the CC2 structure but not so much CC1 & CC3, training with those two got out of hand, had to make so weird ass bends! Distribution is all off with CC1 & 3.. I'll se what I can do moving the colas around to even out the light penetration. The split on both look pretty dope tho and CC3 has that little half loop. I'm thinking about trying a canna bonsai next spring with an autoflower jus because of that half loop. 😂 That sweet sweet cream caramel aroma is getting more and more noticeable. 😍 😍 Trichomes are coming in nicely as well. Pretty happy with the results as always with this strain. Height is different on all three so 77cm is an estimate between the three.. I'm sure buds with start filling in this week after the defoliation done. Only going to be watering with bloom nutrients for the next two weeks then I'll start adding an organic PK booster to the mix. Have a great day! One love!

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 These pictures were taken on day 27 of flower. Super stoked with this strain! I'd say out of all the ladies in the tent she's the one at took the LST training the best, then again when I started training them she was also the most advanced. So maybe next time i'll wait a bit more before starting LST. My goal is to get all my plants in this shape, that way I can take up all the space in the tent with colas.. She has a GREAT shape, I'm just in love with how it looks like a garden bush. Almost like a rose bush with the colas popping out. (3rd and 4th picture) Smell is very potent, don't find it fruity or sweet yet but it seems to be heading that way.. I'm a sucker for sweet flavors. Trichomes are starting to cover up but doesn't seem like she'll be a frosty one. Hope I'm wrong. Bud have grown a GOOD bit from last week, good to see the defoliation worked. I'll be adding an organic PK booster for that extra boom in bloom. That's it for this week, things are looking promising with this lady! 😍 Stay tuned to see how these buds turn out. Take care! These pictures were taken on day 20 of flower As you can see in the pictures I did a little defoliation of the bigger fan leaves. She's pretty advanced compared to the other ladies. Buds sites are formed, strong aroma going. Her structure looks like a straight up garden bush. Took the LST great ended up with a nice open, spread canopy. With the defoliation done, buds will be getting much more light exposure and grow a bit more before gaining weight. Really happy with the results so far with this strain. So no change just got fatter buds. The 2 on the ryt are being flushed for 7.10days. 2 on the left are different strains. Had a few newbie problems at the start but soon realised its a weed n if u listen to her she will let u know what she needs.. Been a nice journey and carnt wait to dry n try. Happy growing peeps

Little Edit from this grow, I thought I would have a bit more from this 3 Greenpoioson XL, turn around a bit over 2 ounces.

What an incredible grow this has been! It's definitely up there with my best and favorite indoor grows I've done on Grow Diaries so far. It had a strong, resilient and beautiful growth from the first week when it fell all the way to harvest. Definitely an easy plant to grow that had an amazing pay off in the end. I think it's safe to say that anyone could grow this strain with mid level supplies and minimal experience and get good results. If I ran more powerful lights and kept a more comfortable environment (humidity etc) I don't see why my yields couldn't get even better with each grow. Even at the 4 ounces of good smokeable buds and 1 and 1/2 of trim and larf I was very satisfied . After drying and curing the plant had a strong smell with hints of flowers and sweet fruit. The taste was subtle fruity and sweet too. Where the Blue Monkey really shines is with making concentrates. I was able to do a few different projects with it. First I did some rosin pressing where the return rate was just barely under a 20%, which is very good. A 4 gram squish giving .8 gram back, that's the best return I've gotten off just bud, no kief or hash pressing. Then I decided to make some rick simpson oil. Ground buds and trim, decarb it, put it into the jars with high proof alcohol 150+, let it sit and shake overnight and then strain into a dark tincture, then use double boiler with no open flames to evaporate all of the alcohol out, and suck up into some syringes. I got 12 ml total...which is equal to 12 grams of RSO. It was awesome, you can smoke it, use it for edibles, a good diverse concentrate. * Don't forget to make your mom a care package, she'll be happy.💚 All in all this was the most productive, and educational grow I've had all year. Not to mention the plant and buds were just gorgeous! Thank you @exoticseed this was an amazing seed you created.

Hi buddz and buddettez how is it growing?😁👍 So another week ended into the greenhouse, fall is kicking in hard and temps dropped to 17 celsius daytime. The tomatoes are almost done, did it extremly well and what a taste and colours this year it was amazing. The Runtz is full into flowering, producing some very decent buds. I am very impressed by her, the canopy is looking great, nice evenly spread, and hopefully by having her lollipopped al the way up to 1 meter, the mold will back off this time🤙 To really go in war with this bud eating sucker, i added a fan to keep the air flow maximized. Lets hope for the best, the days are getting colder and wetter and so is the inside of the greenhouse😁🙌 The Santa Maria Auto doesnt want to grow up, stuck in her dwarfish bubble, i planted her to late into the season, better of next year. She will be one of the first to pop cause she needs to be finished mid summer were the climate is the most dry. The Blue Gelato 41 Clone is doing fine, after she rooted she could only grow/acclimate 2 weeks befor going into flower, top bud seems to be a fatty little one😋 Last water feeding was about 5 weeks ago, they never complained, the tomatoes burst when you water to much, beside that the ground is kinda slope towards my greenhouse, so they pick up alot of water from underneath😁🤙 Have a great week all, enjoy life to the fullest and happy growing

Day 1 of week 6: 26th Sept Slow start to this week with an update as my phone is broken. Girls looking good but no pics to show.. Day 2 of week 6: 27th Sept Nutes in as usual! Girls looking good and I think the CalMag is working a treat! 🤞🏼 Day 3 of week 6: 28th Sept Just added some pics and a lil vid today to kick this week off after a slow start! Day 5 of week 6: 30th Sept Nutes in again today and some more defoliation due to yellow leaves not getting enough light.. I was a little worried I hadn’t sorted the CalMag deficiency out properly but the girls are looking much happier now I’ve got rid of those yellow leaves and LST’d them a bit more. 😍 Day 6 of week 6, 1st October: Girls looking much happier since yesterday’s removal of yellow leaves and more LST!! They’ve bounced back so nicely!! Happy days 😊❤️ Day 7 of week 6: 2nd October Girls looking good, nutes in for the last time before switching to flower.. Switching to flower 🌹 during week 7 all being well!! Can’t wait to see some cola action!! ❤️, ✌️ and hair grease!
