think i overfeed a little bit the tips of the leaves show signs of burning so next will be 2ml bloom and 1 ml pk booster u can see the little burned tips of the leaf in the pictures. Guess it won't affect the growth of the buds. If u have any advice feel free to say :) Cheers Spekkoek

Moved #1 and #2 outside under a 54W fluorescent t5 with daytime temperatures reaching 98 F and low humidity less than 30%. They get sunlight for about 4 hours. I’m giving 225 ml of water every hour, for 10 hours. They are only being fed lotus nutrients (grow) through drip as of right now.

This is the before picture of when i went on vacation for a week to what I came back to. Needless to say I was ecstatic! My very first buds grown all by myself! I am germinating a 4th plant be this week as I had an 0/3 on germinating Gorilla Cookies from Herbies. I'm starting to grow 1 more Amnesia Haze in the tent this week as well.

Its day 25 since sproud and the plants are looking good so far. The jslow stress training with the clips works as expected and the branches are getting thicker and more robust. Defoliation on day 34. I collected leave mold from the surrounding woods. a lot of white fungy hopefully usefull mycoriza.

Day 85 - Starting week 13 today and it’s starting to look like she’s got about 2 weeks or so left. The trichs are about 75% cloudy right and the pistils are starting to shrivel up quite a bit now. I’ll probably give her another week or so then will start flushing her. Day 86 - Gave her two gallons of water and cal-mag today, pH’d at 6.7. She’s definitely starting to fade out now so next watering, I might just go ahead and start to flush her out because it’s starting to look like she ain’t got much time left. Pistils are starting to really shrivel and it’s mostly cloudy trichs throughout. She’s got a lot of weight to her and had to add a few more yo-yo’s to keep her colas held up. Day 87 - Ole girl is starting her fade now and she’s just about all cloudy and even seeing a few ambers in there. Going to go ahead and start the “flush” her next watering, which will be tomorrow. I might not do a full and complete chop when the time comes but I’ll get the big and main colas off and see if I can get the smaller stuff underneath to fatten up a bit before chopping the rest. Day 88 - Looking like this time next week, I might be giving this girl the chop finally. The trichs are completely cloudy with about 10% amber so today for her water, I followed the Technaflora chart and gave her 5ML of Magical and 80ML of SugarDaddy in 2 gallons of water pH’d to 6.5. She’s been getting 2 gallons of water every other day so after today and until harvest, she’ll get just straight pH’d water. The buds are fat, heavy, frosty and the yo-yo’s are the only thing really holding her up. She’s fading fast so hopefully this final week, the pistils will finish dying off and if she needs a little more time, I’ll give it to her. Day 89 - She’s getting close to chopping, thinking next weekend will be the day. Gonna give her one more week to fatten up. She is an absolutely stunning girl and pictures don’t do any justice. She’ll be getting some straight pH’d water tomorrow. Day 90 - Gave the girl 2 gallons of plain pH’d to 6.4 water today. She’s got a week or so left and will most likely chop her next Saturday. Most of her colas are so far and dense, this will probably be my best and biggest harvest to date. Day 91 - The end of week 13 and tomorrow will most likely begin the final week before chopping this beauty. She’ll get another 2 gallons of plain water tomorrow and that she’ll only be getting plain water till the end. The buds are so fat and dense, frosty as hell and the smell is just amazing. Should be my top harvest.

How did you create/breed Freakshow? A. Methodical selection, line breeding, and culling is the short answer. Read our About page for more details. Q. Is it an indoor or outdoor type? A. Everything I've ever worked has been outdoors, including of course Freakshow. In the 70s in Santa Cruz, Haze was a favorite among surfers for the pure energy and I still have (greatly improved) stock of it around, simply because even when I made hybrids with it I always kept the original in pure form for obvious reasons. Q. What is the psychoactive effect like? A. Like the flavors, many people have commented that the "buzz" is somewhat different than other mainstream types out there. It's not entirely out of the scope of imagination that given that this strain has new alleles in so many other respects, that it could also contain new, unique cannabinoids, as well as new and unique terpenoids, some of which may not even be among the standard 16 or so that the average lab is testing for. Aside from the up, cerebral, energetic boost, some report a mild time/space warp effect. Creativity and idea induction should be mentioned, for sure. Freakshow has the pure energy effect and greatly alters perception to the positive side, so definitely destroys depression. I thought I better clarify this because there are a few people thinking that because of an article "Growing Marijuana that Doesn't look like Marijuana" that mentions that I had worked web-leaf types years ago and had eventually turned that into Freakshow. This is incorrect and I'm needing to get ahold of the writer to have him change it. When I read the piece and saw the mistake I figured it didn't matter that much, that the actual method of breeding could just remain a "trade secret". Recently, I noticed online that a posting, "Freakshow only exists because of duckfoot" by Curious Cannabis Connoisseur, where he explains how I developed Freakshow using Duckfoot. Let me explain, about 20 yrs. ago a friend gave me a jar of seeds labeled "BC Bigbud" and I sprouted flats of hundreds to look for oddities and had found one web-leaf pheno which we named Webster. It was a female so I bred it to a normal leaf male and began selecting and stabilizing a line of Webster. About 5 or 6 generations later I had nailed it to 100% webs and had also stabilized it for a deep purple color and a nice "gingerbread" terp profile. I was busy working other lines at that point so I put Webster in the library. Also, I was having a hell of a time getting a pheno of it that flowered to my satisfaction. (it seemed to finish with a limited number of calyxes). I knew I would have to outcross it to something with a big tasty bud and restabilize it for web-leaf, and I no longer had the original BC Bigbud. I still have the Webster seeds, and trust me the thought has crossed my mind to make the cross with Freakshow, but why? Why mess around crossing things just to create something even weirder? I have heard that the "Duckfoot" also doesn't bud up well so maybe there's a correlation there. Anyway, people can do what they want to and I will too, but crossing Freakshow with some low-THC crap like ABC is in my opinion idiotic. I worked extremely hard stabilizing and perfecting a beautiful new subspecies and I believe it should be kept pure. I won't go on a rant here about the rampant crossing and the lack of line-breeding in the cannabis world in the last several decades, or where this will eventually lead us, but I will say that it's not in a good direction. Bottom line....Freakshow has no web-leaf genes, it was made using top-grade tropical narrow-leaf drug (NLD) cultivars. Q.Why is Freakshow patented? A. Although I and most others (including all the folks at HSC) believe in and subscribe to the concept of "open sourcing" because sharing in cannabis genetics was always the cultural norm, it was decided that Freakshow should be protected (1) because it is a novel and unique, not a preexisting strain (or even subspecies), (2) To keep the greedy corporate big boys from exploiting it, (3) To maintain control of the genetic refinement of it in all future generations. Seaweed Extract spray, feed through leaves for week.

Day 50 flowering. I am still glad i didnt chop her down withbthe others and her resin production is great. a lot of leaf on her and some problems supporting herself at all on her stringy legs. I should have stripped her out a lot more during defols but too late now.lol.A week /ten days left for her roughly and i am hoping for some budswell !!!. She smells fruity sweet to touch and leaves fingers very spiderman.lol

Onto the dragon force for last week and then a week of water. Alot of cloudy still some clear hopefully I time it right. She's supper frosty and dense.

Trichchomes are about 50/50 clear cloudy I’ll have to have a proper look in a few days. I want mostly amber

Day 33-40 (May 24th-May 31st) (Day 34) I just found a herm branch on the tight blueberry pheno. It looks like a random pollen sack opened right above a lower branch. I removed the sack but I saw a small amount of dust fall onto one of the lower branches. I’m going to leave it to see if it will pollinate that small branch at all. I spent a good 5 minutes looking closely for bananas or claws but couldn’t find anymore. The main bud is clearly unaffected so I will just leave it unless it is visibly seeding itself. Too bad because I’m really excited for this plant. (Day 36) Not a lot has happened since I flushed them. Growth actually looks healthy and I don’t see any deficiencies on anything yet. (Day 37) Both of these badazz cheese phenos are picture perfect and easily hold up against Canadian and California quad grade. I might try to reveg them at the end and take some clones. They have this unique pungent, grassy, sour milk smell that is just wonderful. The density and bud structure is looking great too. This whole plant will probably take 3 minutes to trim if that. (Day 38) Just found a banana on the shitty blueberry pheno. This pheno is trash and I would honestly throw it away if it didn’t mess up the 3 perfect rows. It has almost no frost, no smell, is airy and has bad structure. I’ve actually never seen a plant with such little frost. Even outdoors. (Day 39) I think most of this tent will be done by day 60 but I will probably ride it out until day 70+. I don’t think the blueberries or the jacks will fill out very much either way but taking it too day 70 will ensure maximum production from each plant.

Week 6 Summary: First off, Happy New Year!! Ciao 2018, may 2019 be filled with peace, love, joy and dank buds 😄😉 Day 36-39: Started off nice well this week, considering the amount of defoliation I did on day 35. Some more stretching going on here but not too much, except 4AM3 has a central shoot I couldn't find a spot to LST that just started to shoot right up lol. Starting to show some nice frost on Day 36 too. 4AM2 is already starting to plump up a bit, don't think will get much more stretch on that one, seems like it will probably harvest the least. I might have overdone the defoliation on it on Day 35 lol. 4AM2 is the one I decided to top for the hell of it anyway because it had a really wierd growth mutation. Still, with less main tops to produce it might be the best bud of them all 😅 Day 37-42: Day 37 is when I started seeing a deficiency I thought might have been magnesium on 4AM1. Pictures to show up top. Since their next feeding wasn't scheduled until day 42 I waited. Day 38 and it had spread a little on the same plant, and typical calmag deficiencies started slowly showing up on a few other plants(really tiny amounts). I posted on reddit and pretty much confirmed my suspiscion of a calmag deficiency. Since I am watering twice a week, once with calmag ph'd to 6.8-6,9 and once with blume nutes ph'd at 6.3-6,5. The calmag feeding was done on day 42( as scheduled at full strength this time so hopefully the problem will go away. 4AM2 hasn't been watered yet, pot didn't feel completely light yet(plus she had the most runoff last feed), will get her dose tomorrow. P.S. Really starting to smell like sweet berries! Mmm.. 😍 On to week 7!

Hey everyone! Volume hasn't increased dramatically this week, but trichome production has gone into overdrive. And honestly, that makes me just as happy. Pistils are still almost entirely white, so the colas haven't fully expressed their potential yet. There's more to come. Temperatures hit 31°C during the day and 28-29°C at night, yet the Rainbows have maintained solid vigor throughout. Runoff EC came in only 0.2 points above input, so the nutrient solution stays unchanged. Plants are clearly in a good place. One thought though: could the trichome explosion be a natural defense response to the heat? What do you all think? 🤔 Good luck to everyone and as always critiques and advice are more than welcome! 🙌

Welcome to my diary for The Seedsman Tiny Pot Contest I was left with two difficult tasks. Firstly, what the hell am I going to grow in? It has to be something unique! Can't just be any ordinary small pot..... Secondly, what am I going to grow in it? It also has to be unique! Can't be just any ordinary pot..... The first obvious choice to me was a photoperiod. Since we are dealing with a micro root system, I would be able to train it like a Bonsai. As the roots get big, it would be easy to cut and maintain the root system before flower. Less chance of root bound and the plant would grow according to its environment. Then I said fuck it..... and chose an autoflower. It's a contest and I love a challenge! I landed on Oasis Genetics Auto Crystal Widow and a little hippo named Herbie! Herbie holds 0.081 gallons of soil. I'm hoping with a 12/12 light schedule it will keep the roots from getting out of control. Wish me luck!! GERMINATION: Day 1, dropped seed in small glass of water. After 12-18 hours the seed will be transferred to a wet paper towel until taproot forms. End of Day 4 taproot had reached 3/4" and it was time for soil.

Day 11. Week 2. Hello. I'm a little late with the report. I see growth, but slow. I think the soil was of poor quality. I added fertilizer to the water, after a day I saw improvements. You may need to water less. On the second video on April 15th. Share your experience. I will be glad.
