They seem to have stopped stretching and are now focusing on the buds. Very odd coloration happening on the leaves of the left plant. I'm thinking it's either a calcium deficiency or a manganese deficiency. Either way the buds are developing nicely still. Right is looking great right now, save for a few spider mites I had to squish earlier last week. Nice and frosty at 5th week of flower. If all goes well with both of these girls, I'll be harvesting them at the end of January. I'll definitely give them a bud washing b/c I found mites. Update 1/2/22: okay I've got a few notes to make on the progress as a whole. So after topping right, it seems like she started producing flowering hormones right after. While left focused on stretching for like a week more. Right has fat, compact and frosty buds- shaped like golf balls. Left has spire-shaped buds, not AS dense(still dense though, mind you), and less frost. So I'm thinking left is staggered behind right by about a week. Since this is week 5, we'll be able to tell just how far ahead she is by week 8.

Good morning growmies! I am finally back online after moving house and being without internet for weeks. These ladies took a battering and bruising in transit, and were left in the dark for 4 days, starved of water and food for 9 days TWICE inside 3 weeks. Still, can you believe the progress despite all that? Wowza, when RQS say these Epsilon F1s are fast they are NOT JOKING, and OH MY the smell is soooooooooooooooooo good. It's really a complex sweet and fruity scent with delicate notes of spice and sandalwood. I am super curious now. All five plants are within a couple of inches of each other, the tallest being 72cm currently (Dinah!). I am so very impressed with these plants that I am considering running a full tent of Epsilon F1s for my next grow! I wonder if I can get a bulk discount?! 😬😁 Day 54: Fertigated 10l Day 56: They are not slowing down. Ally, Normani, Lauren, and Dinah are all similar size, Camila is a bit smaller but in terms of development they are all very very close to each other. I am really impressed by the uniformity here, more impressed by the speed, and most impressed by the scent. They are not strong smelling, but if you get close or have a squeeze it wafts over you like an exquisite perfume. It is the most complex cannabis scent I have experienced yet. Really really interesting, I am really excited for the eventual smoke review so that I can properly understand the complexity at play here. The breeder and sponsor of this grow Royal Queen Seeds have offered to sponsor a full tent of this strain, if that works out then I will be doing another grow series right after this one. unprecedented how fast they grow they grow on average off 10 cm per day which I have never experienced on soil but had many problems to keep the pH under control I do notice that less is more on rdwc now that I have reduced the nutrition, the pH remains a lot more stable 4 days ago they transferred to 12 12 now comes the fun part I also ordered a co2 set so from next week we will add co2 to the space

Top leaves are turning yellow probably due to excess light and heat. Temperatures are very high above 30oC in southeastern Brazil. I increased the lighting distance 30cm from the top. QB LM301H 120W

End of week 9 One word - Voluptuous! The neighbours are definitely smelling it now, luckily the terpene profile on all of these plants make it smell more like a citrus farm. Another smooth sailing week and I have noticed some of the ladies are drinking less and the leaves are fading more and more every day. I am preparing for harvest as the girls are almost screaming to be cut down but I’ll be patient. I’ll be using my grow tent as the drying room because I can keep the environment in check. Making sure all my effort is not ruined by a rookie mistake such as not drying properly. Removed some dead leaves and thats about it. I’ve basically just been checking my PH and watering through this entire grow. It’s cool being easy and easy being cool!

Well looks like my yield is going to be substantial. Noticed accelerated growth in the last 3-4 days. Been using cinnamon (anti-fungal) and perlite to top their substrate. Also been using a foliar spray twice daily (dusk/dawn). Lighting is supplemented with waterproof C.O.B. led's which run 20hrs on 4 off besides on exceptionally sunny afternoons where I then turn them off til shade casts again. Total growers but not showers. No strong calyx formation yet, maybe into first week of flower.

--- Day 43 --- 15/06/2021 Starting to water 3L today, she's looking really good. Shes finally starting to stretch out a bit, up till now her canopy was quite crammed and close. Some of her branches are starting to grow up and the whole thing is stretching out a bit, which is nice. She's now 51cm/20" tall. I've watered her again with 3l of 23C, 1000PPM, 6.0PH water with the above nutrients --- Day 44 --- 16/06/2021 I'm really happy with the way her canopy shape is looking, it's all pretty even and level, considering the accident I had, I think she's doing just fine. I've watered her again with 3l of 23C, 1000PPM, 6.0PH water with the above nutrients --- Day 45 --- 17/06/2021 She's now just over 23" tall and she's filled the tent. The light is as high as it can go, and she's touching the walls of the tent. She can't get any bigger, else we have issues. I'm going to have to get a bigger tent... I've watered her again with 3l of 23C, 1000PPM, 6.0PH water with the above nutrients --- Day 46 --- 18/06/2021 Shes now over 24" tall and she's filling the tent quickly. I've watered her again with 3l of 23C, 1000PPM, 6.0PH water with the above nutrients

At day 105 from seed, 59 days since the switch to 12-12, she is looking fine to me. I estimate that she'll be ready in 21 days from now but we'll see. She smells great, like sweet citrus and skunk, but not strongly. Not much to report.

Esa familia, de nuevo e vuelto para actualizar las candy caramelo, también trasplantamos a su maceta definitiva, amarillean las hojas de abajo porque ya pedían un trasplante, y hasta que se amolden al nuevo sustrato. Ph controlado temperatura 22/26 y humedad algo baja 60% aunque pronto cambiaremos el ciclo lumínico. Hasta ahora esto es lo que hay y mientras catamos la cosecha anterior, os iré actualizando demás diarios con sus respectivas cosechas fumetillas, un saludo y hasta la próxima semana.

Today is the beginning of the 5th week I see the first sings of hairs/pistles she does not need feeding so I am going to top dress her with some local bat guano and some raw bloom stage microbes in prep for the next feeding. Hopefully she gives me some more stretch. Side not I know I could be asking a lot of questions but would just rather learn the process by watching her and see what she does and when so I can better programe in the process for any other auto grow. I feed her on sunday/yesterday just to add an update. See above nutrients and additives.

With great joy I will start my second season growing cannabis. I hope to learn from some small mistakes from the first season where I was surprised by my performance as a first-time sailor cultivating the BlueDream strain. This season I left the 4 seeds of GorillaGlue 36hrs in a pot of water to break the dormancy. After that I used the napkin technique for more 42 hrs. So I put each one in a 5-gallon airpot, as they are automatic and go to harvest in the same pot. After 24hrs in the vase the first 2 little leaves came out. I made a homemade dome with a 2-gallon water bottle, cutting it into strips and lining it with plastic with some holes to keep the humidity high during this initial phase. We entered the first week of cultivation and unfortunately due to an oversight I got confused in the fertilizer table and clearly the dreaded overfert happened. I did a watering only with water to try to remove the excess fertilizer let's hope it works.

The plants are doing really well ✌️ Last week it looked like the buds growth was slowing down, but this week the buds are growing in size by the day. The strain description says the plant should be ready in 9 weeks, but as things look now it could also be 10 weeks. I don't mind though as she already looks amazing and getting better every day! The plant in the back that didn't have the purple shades is now also turning purple-ish. The resin production on both plants is more than I ever seen in previous grows. The buds and sugarleafs are sparkling every time I open the growbox, and the smell is really intense. My carbon filter is having a hard time keeping the aroma inside the GTools these last few weeks 😅 Will the Fruity Donutz will be ready by the end of the week? Stay tuned for more pictures and updates 😊😉 A final update before the plants are harvested ✌️ It's officially week 10 now, but I plan to harvest the Fruity Donutz in a day or 2. The trichomes are mostly milky but no amber ones just yet. It would be a shame to harvest these beauties before they reach their max potential. They look absolutely stunning, and I can't wait to try them. I plan to chop them down and hang them without doing any trimming, just remove the biggest leafs. They take longer to dry, but it does improve the overall taste and quality in my experience.
