This was a brilliant week for plant growth, with some side branches over doubling their height. I added the ScrOG net at the beginning of the week and began some more intensive training. The broken mainled blue has fully recovered from last week's damage, and is quickly catching up the my other mainled experiment. The LST only plants I pretty much just continued to bend. The topped & LST'd plants I removed some of the lower bud sites that were not getting any light. I also removed a few awkward fan leaves that could not be tucked away. The addition of the net has helped with this though, as keeping the canopy even is much easier with the support it gives. I also decided not to try any further cuts on the (half) mainlined auto's. My reasoning is that they have developed strong, independent colas already, so cutting for more would not see much gain. The plants had also begun to flower on the night I went to perform the second cut, and my growing experience tells me not to mess with flowering plants too much so here we are. I gave the plants one regular watering of 10L pH'd water, and a 20L nutrient mix using the ratios stated above. All volumes were split equally between the plants. The scrawny looking blue critical has perked up a heck of a lot, but is still the weakest of the 3. The strongest plants by far are the ones that have been topped and LST'd, closely followed by the mainlined ones. LST only is definitely great, but it is clearly lagging behind the other two techniques.

YESTERDAY BAD THINGH HAPPENED. I realized that the PH meter was broken and the PH res were very much lower than what I guessed!! The roots was immerged from many days in a really acid solution. So I completely changed the res and eliminated all the rotten branches (that was many). I hope my girl will survive to this bad stress. Finger crossed New Res: 11/06 EC: 1,24 PH: 5,97 12/06 EC: 1447 PH: 6,38 13/06 EC: 1335 PH: 6,16 14/06 From now on, I will give only GHE Ripen (Final Part) to her. Planning to change the res on Friday, for the last two weeks of ripening with only ripen and bio bloom, adjusting the PH whenever above 6 to give some relief to her after 13 days in an acid solution. she seems to recover now (fingers crossed) Today I added 1L with 5ml of ripen and 4 drops of Bio Bloom and PH+ to raise up until 6,4. Now the res is: EC: 1403 PH: 6,45 15/06 The girl is survived and this is the only news I would like to hear! Now the PH is stable and the acid solution should be finally gone. From now on I will dispense only RIPEN: added 1l with 4 ml of ripen. On Friday night I will add florakleen for 24 hours and then on Saturday night new res with only ripen and Bio bloom before the final flush. Today situation is: EC: 1494 PH: 6,25 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Lesson Learned: CHANGE THE SOLUTION EVERY 10 DAYS AT MOST (BETTER EVERY WEEK) BEFORE TO CHANGE THE SOLUTION LET FLASH CLEAN RUNS FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS IN THE OLD SOLUTION PAY ATTENTION WHEN THE FLOWERING STOPS AND THE RIPENING STARTS 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 16/06 Finally the PH restarts raising. Maybe this means the roots have finished to drain the previous acid res. I'm happy of that ! The EC is still raising, so I put less Ripen in the new added water. She's drinking a lot. I added 4 L of water today EC: 1655 PH: 6,26 17/06 Added 1L with only Ripen and Hydroguard Ready to change the solution the next week EC: 1684 PH: 6,17

Hey Friends, end of week 9 from seed Plant #1 is growing big, not too much flower yet I started noticing a weird smell coming out from the plant. The nutrients I use do not have a pleasant smell but this smell coming out from the plant smells very weird. When i touch the leaf with my finger it leaves a strong smell like Lemon and green mango which is good, but when I put my nose close to the cola it smells weird like wet socks. I searched for mold and didn't see any signs. The plant looks healthy, humidity is at 51% Temperature 76 f This week I also noticed some of the leaf stems close to the light were turning red, only the top ones were turning red so I lowered light intensity and the stems are slowly turning back to green. Looking forward in seeing some flower development in week 10, will keep you guys posted, see you next week 😊

Gave her a pretty good haircut around the base and took off anything that wasn't going to have a big top bud and opened it all up for better airflow so come flowering I won't have any stagnant air in the center causing bud rot. She is just starting to show preflowers so I went ahead and started hitting her pretty heavy with organic bloom nutes like fish bone meal,seabird guano and fox farm fruit and flower and then fed her a nice healthy dose of FOOP canna bloom 1 & 2

Having a lux meter has improved my grows so much. Knowing your DLI and where the hottest/coldest parts off your plants (ppfd wise) is just really the next step in adding that thing to your grow(s) that sets your next crop from your last. As I'm a long way from where I want to be. My next crop will focus on 2-3 plants. Doing 35 really is its too much work. Timing and moving plants around as there all at different stages. Like autos in pre fower will only take about 35-40dli before showing stress (drooping for ages after lights out or near the end of lights on) but, really you only see it about 20m after lights out. So its kinda of a ritual for me to check my girls after I put them to bed. Also doing 3-4 swaps and plant moves in and out of my dark room, or moving from the 70cm2 into my 1m2 (having a same spectrum of very close is a must if you're going to reg change lights/tents. As for this strain. She's really happy. Bit of wind burn you can see my 360degree ball fan is to powerful on its lowest setting. I'm thinking of putting something to break the wind on her. I did remove the 1st true leafs/nodes much later than I did with my 2 Fastbuds (that stalled for a wk) but they're back strong. And no early flip. Really only thing I can think of is the DLI and not stressing them day in day out with lights out has improved all my plants. (Lux meter id suggest any grower who wants to push their limits) Maintenance 1st True leafs/nodes removed to help energy move to the next more important sets. Very little to no feed. I'm keeping her going with Fish force and Royal mix soil. This week I'll be adding Xpert Nutrients. What a great week! They stretched out quite a bit! That fat banana is kinda a baby! it will wilt its leaves if it is the slight bit dry. it will also wilt about 3 hours before bed time. i dont quite understand it. The BubbleGums have given me no trouble. pretty hardy!

It’s been a good week of bud growth. I started turning up the dial to 400watts over night when the temps start to lower. I did add an hps to add color and wattage to the grow and not break the bank. So far it’s paying off. With allot of heat I’m keeping my eye on the water levels. Refilling as needed.

What’s up this is the very start of week five these plants are huge really filling out the screen good. The grow XL really kicked into high gear. Got tons of tops and nodes poking up. Keep folding everything down under the screen and it’s really getting good results. Nutrients are doing great everything has a really nice color. The DWC plant water got a little high on the PPM for a day towards the end of last week so I started to see a little bit of tipp nute burn butt got the water changed out and everything is looking great again. I topped that plant really good and it’s got a really nice round shape trying to get it to fill the whole end of the tent screen. I’m pretty excited about this plant. This will probably be the last week of veg well I know it will everything’s in pre flower pretty heavy. And they have a really strong smell for being where they’re at in their life cycle which is cool! I’ll update again in a few days thanks for stopping by and as always 🍻

So the plant did well in the 9L airpots, and had a really good root structure. Out of this grow she was one of the largest out of the 4 plants. She didn't quite pull out the colours that this strain usually manages, but that's probably due to me not being able to lower the temperature. The harvest was quite an easy one and I didn't really get any fluffy buds as I had trimmed the lower part of the plant early on in the grow.

Watermelon 🍉 is maturing very well. Nice and dense, frosty buds! She's finished growing now, so concentrating next on just flower nutes. The plant is very small due to my terrible attempt at LST! 😅 27.2.25: Watermelon 🍉 and Purple Lemonade 💜🍋 are both far below the scrog net, they've definitely stopped stretching now. My LST on these was much worse than even just using the net. 😅 That was certainly a valuable takeaway. I'm sure Purple Lemonade 💜🍋 will be good. Watermelon 🍉 was so stunted. It's not a tall strain, usually either, but nevertheless, the buds there are looking very frosty and are very, very sticky! 😅 Should be a good smoke, eventually, 🤗 just won't be much to bag unfortunately.
