Cheese from Seedsman - Nano Grow

Beginning of week.. A star is born! She is so tiny.. The seed was pretty small too. I hope that doesnt mean the calyxes are gonna be small as well.. I think I'm gonna wait to start feeding her.. At least till she has some greenage to her.. She is still a little yellow.. But cute asf lol Mid week.. This is really just day 2.. But ai want the weeks to begin on Mondays.. So this is how it's gonna go down lol. I went ahead and fed her.. .5mL/L of CALiMAGic.. .25mL/L of FloraMicro and about .15mL/L (3 drops) of Floralicious Plus.. I hope that wasnt too much.. Runoff came out at 6.8pH but that should correct itself by the time she actually needs some nutes.. But they are there if she needs them. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention.. I also sprinkled alot of mycorrhizae (sp) into the medium.. I know that isn't a good way to do it.. But its kinda rocked up and shouldnt just wash away.. I put alot of it by the seedling itself.. It should still do what it needs to do in the weeks to come!... Not sure why I cannot pick and General Hydroponics nutrients in the list.. Like none of them are showing up.. How am I supposed to keep up with my grow when shit's all fucked off?!?! End of week.. Still having an issue with posting the General Hydroponic nutrients into my diary.. Word... But she is growing quick asf! Not much to say.. On to the next!!!...

Beginning of week.. She is doing great.. Happy... Healthy.. Can't complain.. This will be my first cheese strain.. Not sure what to expect.. Will it taste like swiss?.. Smell like gouda?? Lol.. We shall see!!!... Next day.. Gave her a good feeding. Probably too much.. But the pH is a little off.. Runoff was coming out at 6.8.. Then 6.5.. Today 6.4. I've only been mixing it up to 6.1 - 6.2.. I dont wanna go too low.. It should adjust when needed.. Probably next time we will be in the 6.3 or 6.2 range.. I typically just keep all my grows between 6.1 and 6.3 with no issues.. Unless the medium pH is off or there is a salt build-up.. But we're good.. Just fresh (reused) coco coir.. I flushed it with 7.0 tap water before reusing.. So that's where the pH thing popped up from.. But she is doing good so far.. Even with all the lighting she is getting (it seems like alot for a seedling) but she is staying short just like I want her too 👍 Mid week.. She is growing quickly and looks pretty healthy.. A bit on the lighter green side.. Not yellow but just not a dark green. Should be a fun experience! I went ahead and just gave her .25mL/L (7 drops) of Floralicious Plus in pH'd to 6.1 (2/3) filtered tap water and (1/3) rain water lol.. Just to help bring the TDS of the tap water down.. The tap water here is pretty loaded.. 240 PPM. So I mix in the rain water.. 20 PPM.. And use a brita filter (that needs to be changed soon) which brings the final TDS to 150 PPM.. Not bad.. Not bad at all lol... Can't wait to see what this girlie does! I was thinking of spraying a lower branch with colloidal silver and selfing this girl to have many many more cheese.. And use the pollen to cross with another strain! 🤔 Next day.. Just took a gander at the lady today and I noticed branches already trying to pop out! Sweeeeet! She is just showing me that she is up for the challenge of topping and LST lol.. Very fast growing strain so far.. Very happy with her. End of week.. Pretty happy with the growth with this girl.. Next week she should get a few more leaves on her.. Hopefully some early LST. I really wanna start her early so maybe I won't need to top anything.. Just get her nice and branched out and flip her to flower ASAP.. I'm pretty sure it can be done.. I can get some branches tied down pretty low.. Anyways.. On to the next week!...

Beginning of week.. This week I am adding in some FloraGro.. She sure is growing quick asf.. I love that. She's not as green as most plants I've had.. But the waybshe is growing.. I doubt there is ANY issues ANYWHERE. pH is back on track.. PPMs are good.. Just smooth sailin from now till harvest. Happy with the way this girl is going so far! Mid week.. I went ahead and topped her this morning.. I was going for a FIMming.. But I "fuck I missed" the "fuck I missed" technique lol.. So it's just pretty much topped a little high.. But she is topped at the 4th node now.. Just want 4 branches to mess with in here this time.. This should be awesome tho.. I may pollinate this strain with a Zkittlez Glue clone I'm gonna attempt to get some feminized pollen from.. But haven't really got it all planned out just yet.. We shall see.. But everything is going pretty perfect so far... End of week.. I went ahead and removed all but 2 fan leaves.. Should be fine.. She is still growing pretty quickly.. Branches are exploding! Only 5 branches now. 1 was kinda on the smaller side of its sister.. So I removed it and thats the way she will be bent over!.. On to the next!....

Beginning of week.. Well last week I went a little crazy, I guess.. She should pull through just fine tho. These branches are exploding! Love this shit. Going up on the FloraMicro and that is probably it. Everything else will stay the same. I remember during week 1 I really wanted to just try to LST this girl and nothing else till harvest. Was just gonna tie branches as needed.. And then I went a little crazy with defoliating and even topped her lol.. 🙄 Should still some decent results with just 5 colas.. Unless I can get these branches that are growing from the branches branch out quick enough.. If that made any sense.. Lol. Anyway.. I did leave the top fan leaves on still because the branches that those 2 fan leaves feed are still a bit small.. I try to only remove a fan leaf once the branch its feeding has more leaf mass than the fan leaf.. They seem to grow a little slower if you remove the fan leaf when its still pretty young.. But this week those fan leaves will be long gone. She is growing so fast.. I need a plan after the craziness that happened at the end of last week lol Mid week.. I went ahead and kinda HST'd her.. The main branch was bent very slowly but sturnly.. She ended up going a full 90° but the next day she came right back up.. Went ahead and did it again today.. I just want the 2 branches above the bend to not be so immature but tall.. Bending the entire main stem should help with LST next week. The 2 main fan leaves I left are showing signs of either pH fluctuation.. Or Calcium deficiency.. But I'm leaning more to the Calcium def. because I have been only using it at half stregth.. Too nervous to have it spread to the branches.. I'm not gonna wait till next week to go up on the CALiMAGic.. Changing it up this week.. But just for notes.. I was at .5mL/L of CalMag and now bringing it up to 1mL/L before this week is over. She still looks ok and is growing perfectly.. Besides the 2 fan leaves. Now that I think about it, the last time I mixed nutes for her, I forgot to add in the FloraMicro before I mixed in the FloraGro.. So I just skipped it. FloraMicro has another 5% Calcium.. So she has only had 2.5% Calcium rather than 10% at normal dose. Hmm..

Beginning of week.. Never got a chance to update the end of the week last week.. Blah.. She's doing ok.. Her bottom leaves (the oldest leaves) are still getting that weird spotting in between the veins.. Orange or rusty color. The only thing I can make of it.. Is pH fluctuation.. But that just doesn't make any sense to me.. I've kept the pH at 6.1 - 6.3 and check the runoff EVERYTIME!.. It has not been off at all.. Was thinking my meter was to blame.. But it's reading the same as my Apera PH20 or whatever the model number is.. And I calibrate that thing once a month.. Just stopped using it.. My other plant isn't showing this issue.. So wtf.. What is happening and how do I make it stop?!?! The pH is perfectly fine.. I'm sure I would see an issue in my runoff if it wasn't.. I even upped the calcium.. Which I know isn't the issue because it would be on the newer leaves.. Not the oldest leaves.. And the leaves closest to the light.. That's how I've always seen calcium issues.. I wonder if she's being overloaded with something.. I did sprinkle quite a bit of Mico. (Cant even begin to think of how to spell it lol) maybe it's affecting the way she is taking up some of the nutes 🤷 fuck idk.. Back to GWE website to check some more, I guess... Other than that.. I removed a couple leaves (I wouldn't call that a defoliation lol) just to avoid them covering other branches.. I think this will be the last week of veg.. Just want to get these branches in place.. Then let her begin the stretch and then I can find out what my next moves should be.. But I can't know until she stretches.. No more counting my chickens before they hatch lol.. Anyways.. LST'd.. Leaves fuckin up.. Still growing nicely tho.. Flipping to 12/12 next week.. That's about it... Mid week.. Seeing some yellowing on the newest growth now.. Ugh.. This bitch is finicky as fuck! But I'm still gonna keep trying with her.. She's still growing nicely.. Lately, I have just been giving her pH'd water in the runoff catcher (not really a saucer lol) she drinks up a 1/2 Liter in 12 hours.. Even the top of the medium will be nice and moist.. But it is a little difficult to water from the top with all te new growth RIGHT THERE.. But since I've just been using water lately, I'm going to try bottom feeding with some nutes.. I just need a couple more nodes on the branches before I feel comfortable swingin my 1L bottle around in there lol.. But damn she is growing nicely.. Cant wait to see and smell the flowers a cheese strain can make! Whoops.. Havent been keeping up like I should have... All I've done, is defoliated a little.. See next week..

Whoops.. Lol.. Forgot to update at the beginning of the week also.. But here is what I got... Mid week.. She is doing good.. I defoliated a little toward the end of last week.. She kinda looked like shit, but about 2 - 3 days after she filled herself in nicely.. I flipped to 12/12 also.. Not counting flower weeks till the actually flowers have began forming.. Makes more sense, if you ask me.. End of week.. Not much to report on.. She has popped out a few calyxes and pistils.. Not many yet.. This next week she should start stretching! This is going to be a very interesting grow for sure... On to the next!!!...

Beginning of week.. I think she is beginning to stretch.. Gonna cut the FloraGro is half and also add FloraBloom to the mix.. She was already starting to show preflower.. There was one calyx for sure that already had a pistil 2 weeks ago (1 week before 12/12 flip)... But not much of anything forming yet.. It should be 100% dark in there.. Never had any issues before.. She may just be a late bloomer? 🤷 Mid week.. This is weird to me.. Normally my photos will have flowers forming by the end of this week.. Not seeing that happening with this girl. There should NOT be ANY light leaks.. I even rechecked my timer to make sure its on 12/12.. Lights are only on from 5:00 to 17:00.. I guess we will just have to keep going and see what happens by next week.. End of week.. Well the plan was to cut out the FloraGro next week.. But she is barely beginning to form some pistils.. I think 1 more week of 1/2 n 1/2 FloraGro n FloraBloom for this week.. And have a 3rd week of transition.. Unless she magically forms some nice colas in 3 or 4 days.. Lol.. Not happenin.. Oh well.. I have defoliated here and there the last couple weeks.. Not anything major.. Just maybe 1 node (fan leaf and branch) at the bottom of 2 or 3 branches here and there.. Other than that.. Just been watering when the medium is pretty dry.. Like too dry, I'm sure.. But that's been about every 2 - 3 days.. And that's water, feed, water, feed, etc... but she (and others before her) seem to love it.. Keeping the pH at 6.1 - 6.3 and dont give too much PPMs.. Lights haven't been moved or dimmed.. Just full blast.. Lined with foil.. 2 computer fans.. Lol.. Thats it.. I really only paid for the bulbs, the medium, nutes and the seed.. About $50 or so. Not bad.. Anyways.. On to the next!... (3rd transaction week... Ugh...)

Beginning of week.. Gonna just up the Armor Si (Silica) for now.. I kinda wanna try to go through flower using Silica to see if it affects anything.. Taste.. Smell.. Hmm.. I may.. I may not.. We shall see... But going up on it this week for sure... Mid week.. Yeah one more transition week is needed for sure.. This is the first plant I've had take this long to transition.. Something must have happened that first week.. Or maybe this is normal lol.. Not gonna stress on it cuz she is beginning to show some pistils.. By beginning of next week, she should be in full flower.. I love doing these little nano grows in this box.. I bought some AC Infinity USB computer fans and I need to rig up the box to use both.. run 1 for intake and 1 for exhaust.. Has high medium and low speeds.. I think they would work alot better than the little computer fans I'm running now which I just wired to a random transformer that I found... Ended up working pretty well.. for 3 years now lol just want something in there that can move more air and help keep the nano box cool 😎 End of week.. Whoops.. Forgot pics.. Will explain what Ive done in the next update!.. That includes the LST and HST showing up for this week and next week!.. On to the next!...

Beginning of week... She is finally flowering! Looking nicely structured too.. Ive been doing a bit of a LST/HST method.. Not tying down but not breaking any stems either.. What I do is get the very top 2 nodes.. Just the little sprouts at the top and slowly start bending it to basically weaken the inner stem and leaving any branches below to keep stretching when Im done bending, she crown is still leaned over pretty good.. At least at 90°.. And when I bend.. I SLOWLY make my way to get the crown to point straight down.. Without breaking any stem or even bruising the stem.. But I've been doing this to just the 3 main tops.. The single top at the end and the other 2 tops at the other end.. The remaining 2 main branches are fine the way they are.. And the smaller 4 branches on the inside have been lollipopped all the way to just leaving 2 nodes. So not quite an even canopy.. But she can still fit in the grow box perfectly at this point! Removing the FloraGro and using a full dose of FloraBloom and adding in the Kushie Kush bloom booster along with FloraNectar FruitNFusion.. Love this shit! Lol Mid week.. Lookin good.. Just been watering, feeding, watering, feeding, etc. and only watering/feeding when medium dries out which is about every 2 - 3 days.. Just glad she is finally showing some gorgeous, whispy pistils! So happy and excited! End of week.. So I bought some MYCO+... Seems pretty legit.. It says not to use in flower, but ai just went ahead and watered some in tge last 2 waterings.. I just wanted to make sure the myco (no idea how to spell it) is in there.. Even has some humic acid and sea kelp.. I don't see the option to add it into the nutrients section so I'm adding it in here.. But she is already packing on the trichomes.. Rubbing the trichomes can help you get an idea of what the finished product should smell like.. And hooooly shit.. Not much of any cheese scent.. But she got some dankness goong on for sure.. I think she may still be slightly stretching.. But she should be just about done, I think.. She is pretty happy and healthy.. No complaints at all.. On to the next week!!!...

In the next couple weeks I'll drop the Armor Si (Silica) and up the Kushie Kush (bloom booster) and FloraNectar FruitNFusion.. Trichome rubbing smells nice.. I think I'm beginning to smell the cheese 🧀 lol Mid week.. She is packin on the trichomes nicely! Flowers are forming awesomely as well! Niceeee..... End of week.. Forgot to get some pics.. But still just packin on trichomes and flowers.. The smell is really getting kinda strong already too.. For how early it is in flower.. But wow.. Niceeee.... Lol on to the next!!!...

Beginning of week.. Gonna go down on the Armor Si.. Up on the Kushie Kush and call it a week lol.. She is stackin nicely.. Smelling kinda strong for her size already.. Not a bad strain to have as a freebie!.. Mid week.. Noticing some nute burn on the tips of leaves.. Gonna go down on some nutes.. Not sure which yet.. I got a few days till I feed again.. I went ahead and defoliated the shit outta her.. I feel it's going to help with all the airflow that's able to get around in there now.. I've had great results with defoliating this much.. I've had awful results with defoliating barely anything.. But with this strain, I think she will NOT disappoint! The smell is getting pretty strong! Still don't really smell much of a cheese.. But she is gonna be DANK af for sure! These bulbs are a little too close to the 2 tall skinny colas.. The leaves are beginning to show some yellowing in between the veins.. Not much I can do.. Maybe tie them down somewhere.. I may just let her keep going this way.. Other colas look fine.. If I can raise the bulbs 2 inches or so, I will.. But as for now, they stay till I can figure it out. Not a bad strain at all! 👍 End of week.. Wow she is smelling amazing! Trichomes are everywhere! This is a very frosty lady! I've cut out the Armor Si (Silica) and went down on the Kushie Kush (bloom booster) from Advanced Nutrients.. If I still keep seeing the burnt tips, I will lower what needs to be lowered again. But she is just.. Wow.. The colas still have plenty of time to fatten up. I have some AC Infinty computer fans that I need to install onto this grow box.. They are much better than what I've been using.. They are both on one USB plug but can be controlled by a switch with high, medium and low settings.. Pretty cool and powerful little fans.. I'll have one for exhaust and one for circulation around the plant.. How I already have it setup basically.. Just with these AC Infinity fans.. Gonna try to get them in next week.. Another week down.. Not too many more to go! Awesome strain! Very happy with this freebie.. I wish I would have made some fem seeds, or at least fem pollen with her! I may try a reveg, cut 2 clones from it and try that at a later day.. Anyways.. On to the next!...

Beginning of week.. Wow.. This morning she had a totally different scent!!! She smells like a fucking cheese!! Lol.. And she is soooo frosty.. This is awesome.. I really might wanna reveg this girl and make some fem seeds and pollen with her! Mid week.. Whoops.. Forgot to get some pics of the girlie after I took off a few leaves and took a pic of the 2 awesome looking leaves.. Cannabis leaves are so beautiful! Lol. But she is doing ok.. Still seeing some slight nute burning on the newer growth.. But as long as it's not speading drastically!.. She is packin on the calyxes, trichomes and terpenes like a freaking champ! End of week.. Installed my new AC Infinity fans.. Now I have one exhaust and one intake. They seem to be a little finicky.. They just randomly stop running and then after a few seconds cut back on, like normal.. I think it's only doing that when Im opening and closing the grow box.. Not sure.. I also raised the lights about 2 inches.. Should be perfect.. But the she is happy as can be!! Oh yeah! I got a PAR meter!!!.... Not the $500 one buly Apogee.. But a new one made by Hydrofarm.. $150.. Not bad.. Totally worth it. But the entire canopy gets between 600 and 650 PPFD.. If I bring them closer, the PPFD jumps up dramatically. Kinda cool how these lights can actually do something.. Just gotta keep them about 4 inches away in flower and use a few bulbs to help spread out the light footprint.. So cool, in my opinion. This isn't meant for huge yields (obviously...) But I have gotten a little over a oz. in this box.. This plant may not produce as much but I am still gonna be very happy woth the outcome.. As I mentioned before, this is mostly for having a little bud in between harvests.. Barely uses ANY electricity or produces ANY heat.. And the little tiny bucket I'm using as a pot is perfect size.. For the size of the plants that can even fit in this grow box.. Anyways... Yeah she is happy and healthy! On to the next!...

Beginning of week.. Rechecked the PAR... Ok so some tops are getting about 800 PPFD and some tops are getting about 600 PPFD.. And I think a couple leaves WERE in the 1100 PPFD zone before I moved the lights up a couple inches... They are showing light burn.. Alot of leaves are showing just a tad of some nutrient burn.. It doesn't look TOO too bad.. Should be fine.. I think it could be from before I went down on the Kushie Kush.. I forgot to keep an eye out for it. But should only need to feed for another 2 or 3 weeks anyway.. Not much longer! Mid week.. Sorry.. No pics this update.. Lights were already out when I finally had a chance.. But she is doing awesome.. Gettin some orange pistils.. I think she is going to start fattening up! Niceeee... End of week.. So I haven't really been watching the trichomes.. Till just now.. And yeah.. There is alot of milky in there already.. Like dayum! I'd be happy to harvest now! But I really wanna flush and they should still swell a bit more.. There are about 50% turned pistils at this point.. But checking the trichomes, about 75+% are cloudy/milky.. The rest are still clear.. I think I spotted 2.. Maybe 3 amber around in there.. I checked all over too.. Every cola top.. Ever nug at the bottom lol.. They are damnnear all cloudy.. So starting tomorrow, I will flush the medium till the runoff is reading as low as I can get it.. Once it is as low as I can get it, only THEN, will I flush some FloraKleen.. It makes better sense to just get as much shit out as possible and THEN use FloraKleen to help remove anything else it can.. Gonna see if I can just use distilled water for the entire flush.. If I can get the runoff down to like 10 PPM and run it that low for at least a week.. That would be awesome.. Anyways.. Amazing terps.. This plant is gonna be fucking epic.. I may try to reveg and get some clones later on.. We shall see.. As for now... On.. To.. The... NEXT (fLuShhHhH...)..

Beginning of week... The flushing has begun! I flushed with 1L of just pH'd filtered water.. Then flushed with 1L of distilled water.. Not pH'd.. Havent used FloraKleen yet, wanting to get the TDS down as much as possible, then using the FloraKleen to remove the leftover nutrients and whatnot.. Next day... Flushed with FloraKleen in distilled water pH'd to 6.3.. Runoff is now reading 50 PPM 6.3 pH.. She is doing great.. Can't wait to see what this strain is all about! Mid week.. Man, this plant smells so amazing! I can't wait to taste this girl! I've just been giving her refrigerated distilled water daily.. I'm gonna start using JUST rainwater pH'd to 6.2 - 6.3 once this gallon of distilled is used up lol.. So far, I've gotten the runoff TDS down to 30 PPM.. Perfection! Can only get better (...or stay the same.. That's fine too lol) from now till harvest.. I may do the 48 hours of darkness.. But that's next week.. Love this strain so much! End of week.. I don't think this strain is a colorful one.. Which is fine.. Quality is still there for sure! The smell is awesome! Milky/cloudy trichomes.. She should be ready for harvest in another 7 - 8 days! I can't wait to taste this girl! Just plain, low TDS, pH'd water till then. On to the (last) next week!...

Beginning of week.. I haven't given any FloraKleen yet.. Just been giving plain ol' rainwater pH'd to 6.3 at about 30 PPM. No fading yet.. But I am seeing some purpling on a couple leaves.. Word... Mid week.. She is slowly fading now.. Seeing some reds on leaf tips.. If I take her another week they would spread more, I would think. Man, she smells so amazing! I can't wait to give her a taste! So excited! 😁 Almost end of week (beginning of 48 hours of darkness)... So at 5PM, I watered with REFRIGERATED distilled water.. That was the final watering till harvest.. So not 5PM tomorrow.. But 5PM the next day and she will get chopped and hung! So excited!!! Next update will be the harvest!!! On to the.... HARVEST!!!

Love this strain! I really wanted to reveg.. But I just never got around to it.. Very tasty.. Not a big yielder.. But quality makes up for it. Nice, dense nugs. Not bad for a freebie!
