Well it finally happened, the girls have outgrown the 4x4! Was mid week and was having a hard time keeping humidity below 65%. Thought of defoliating, but can't keep doing that weekly or it will shock them sooner than later. So I decided to move the front left plant to the 3x3 under the Photontek SQ300W, giving the girls in the 4x4 some much needed breathing room. Set about retraining the plants to maximise space in the big tent, and then flattened out the lonely girl in the 3x3. Crazy enough the 4x4 still looks full by end of week, and the one by itself is getting close to filling the 3x3! This could be a pretty big grow by the time we finish 🤞. Have the solo plant running on the older Autopot valves with 6mm hose, and already had one clogging issue. Seems really early on, in past would take 2-3 weeks so thinking maybe I didn't have the lines 100% clean to start. Either way easy fix just blow out the clog and flush the lines with a liter or so and back in business. Always remember to flush the on/off valve as well as the main valve in the tray. Otherwise raised the lights in 4x4 to their max height (5" from roof) and took all the slack out of the cables to keep them off the lights. Adjusted the ties on last day of the week, but things seem pretty set now in the big tent so will just be widening out the lone girl once she grows a bit more. I'm sure by end of week that tent will be packed as well!

Goodday growmies, Fire is growing slowly but very well..the nights are very cold (chilly) and the weather is still a bit unstable (temp range from 15-24C @day and 7-11C @night..) But on my garden table its always nice, when the clouds are gone, standing in the sun..😎👍 the pix are made in very early sunlight.. when its still chilly thats why her leaves are a bit curled down(i watered her yesterday, she is just waking up..😳) those will straighten up today, i promise 😇 (as u can see, leaves arealready curling in.. just by standing in sun for 15 minutes) I have sprayed her with neemoil-mix on 15-05 (8ml neemoil, with a bit of detergent so it sticks better(3 squeezes or something) and with 0.7 ltr luke warm water) Bc there are a lot of parasites on the loose..😡✊ a LOT of small spiders in my garden too i have to remove rags and strings a few times a day..or else she will be webbed in in a day!👹 outdoor growing is always challenging bc just have to share it all with nature.. (sigh) But i am @ home all day.. so lets GET IT ON!✊ happy growing for all 👊

These funky mutants continue to surprise and amaze with their one-of-a-kind growth patterns. While the colder weather has introduced a few challenges, we’re adapting and thriving together. Let’s dive into the details! Environmental Updates: A Chill in the Air 🌬️ This week, temperatures in the grow room dipped to around 21-22°C, with relative humidity (RH) holding steady at 65%. While not drastic, this slight chill is enough to slow down growth a bit as the plants adapt. Cooler temps can encourage tighter node spacing, but they can also delay development slightly. Here’s how we’re addressing it: Proactive Monitoring: Keeping a close eye on temperature and RH trends to ensure they remain within optimal ranges. Gradual Adjustments: Slowly warming the environment with indirect heat sources if necessary, without shocking the plants. Remember, plants are incredibly resilient—and this slight delay will only make the Croco girls’ eventual growth even more rewarding. Feeding Updates: All in One Pellets & Organic Boost 🌾 This week marked a significant milestone: I introduced Aptus Holland’s All in One Pellets to the soil mix. Here’s how it went down: Preparation: Added a generous dose of the pellets to each pot. Soil Enrichment: Topped the pots with Pro Mix soil, bringing the total soil volume to 1 liter per plant. Feeding Transition: While I did one last watering with All in One Liquid, I’ll now rely primarily on: Regulator (0.15ml/L): To support stress resistance and strengthen cell walls. CalMag Boost (0.25ml/L): For calcium and magnesium supplementation, essential for strong stems and vibrant growth. Start Booster (0.25ml/L): To continue promoting robust root development. The combination of organic pellets and the Aptus liquid lineup ensures the girls have everything they need for a slow, steady nutrient release while maintaining microbial activity in the soil. Watering Technique: Bottom-Up Hydration 💧 This week, I switched to bottom-watering, a game-changer in preventing fungus gnats and promoting healthier root development. How It Works: Water is added to the tray, allowing the soil to wick moisture upwards through capillary action. Advantages: Reduces surface moisture, deterring gnats from laying eggs. Encourages roots to grow deeper as they seek water, resulting in a stronger root system. To further combat gnats, I’ve also placed yellow sticky traps around the pots. This dual strategy—bottom-watering and sticky traps—is already showing promising results. Mutant Marvels: The Funky Leaf Phenomenon 🍃 Each Croco girl is a masterpiece of mutation, with unique leaf shapes and growth patterns. No two plants are alike, and that individuality is part of what makes this grow so exciting. I’m patiently waiting for them to grow large enough to identify their sex. Here’s the plan moving forward: Option 1: Flip to 12/12 Temporarily: A one-week light flip to identify sex, then returning to veg. Pros: Fast and straightforward. Cons: Slight delay in veg growth. Option 2: Clone & Flip: Take cuttings from each plant, root them, and flip the clones to flower. Pros: Preserves the main plants in veg. Cons: Requires additional space and time for cloning. I’ll decide based on how the girls progress over the next week or two. Either way, I’m excited to unlock their potential. Photography: Capturing the Magic 📸 This week, I focused on showcasing the Croco girls’ beauty through a mix of macro photography and behind-the-scenes shots. Using both my Sony and Nikon cameras, I’ve been able to capture intricate details—from water droplet reflections to the delicate veining in their leaves. Why Use a DSLR/Mirrorless Camera? Greater sensor size allows for higher-quality images compared to even the latest smartphones. The ability to swap lenses provides flexibility for macro shots, wide angles, and close-ups. Depth of field and manual focus control ensure every shot is intentional and artistic. Lens Choices: Macro lenses (e.g., 90mm) for close-ups of leaf textures and water droplets. Standard lenses (e.g., 50mm) for portrait-style plant shots. While phone cameras like the latest iPhone can take great photos, they can’t quite match the level of detail, depth, and creative control a dedicated camera offers. Day 29 - she grows very well a. the shape of the plant has been formed b. our environment is a bit hot, but the lady is growing very well after defoliation, trying to control the humidity, at night it goes down to 50%. c. added 2L of nutrient solution mixed at double strength to get the PH up to 6.5, and the ppm to 600, was liberal with the Mineral Magic. d. growth of the main has slowed just a bit as expected, the outer branches though are rising outward Day 30 - growth explosion a. she is growing well, leaving ventilation opened all the way up, humidity at 50%, heat is a bit high 29c, our region is very hot right now, I added more yeast to the CO2 generator, instantly started bubbling up again. Will keep the CO2 in there directed toward the plant. b. ill be increasing the Mineral Magic as I go, adding Silica to any plant allows for them to withstand heat better c. it seems my plant likes the 6.2 PH the best, the breeder recommends 6.5, but with DWC, it needs to be a little lower, 6 would probably be best. Day 31 - growing well a. there is growth all over the plant, she is very compact, but very vigorous b. temperatures are around 28, humidity hanging aroung 55 with all vents opened up to lower temps Day 32 - another growth explosion a. she is taking off big time b. environment is stable at 27 degrees and 55% humidity c. removed the 2 largest fan leaves to allow light to now evenly hit the entire plant Day 33 - growth observed all over a. all is well, added 1L of double strength nutrients to the DWC Day 34 - explosion occured a. she has exploded her 4 branches out the sides, its still so young... b. the DWC is running well, letting the PH hang right at 6 Day 35 - wow a. the plant is doing very well b. removed 2 main stem leaves to open coverage for branch growth c. added 2L of plain mineral water to the DWC, ppm 600

In dieser Woche hat die Pflanze das komplette Zelt ordentlich ausgefüllt und hat sich auch ganz gut gestreckt. Am Ende der Woche habe ich ihr ein bischen die Beine rasiert um eine bessere Luftzirkulation zu gewährleisten. Einen schluck Bio PK 5-8 hat sie an dem Tag auch noch bekommen.

Let’s break it down: Growth & Structure All five phenos continue to impress, with strong, bushy growth and uniform structure across the board. They’re praying to the ThinGrowLED Model Ones, which have been running on channel one only, and they’re absolutely loving it. The leaf development is lush and vibrant, a sign that they’re thriving under the current conditions. Environmental Conditions We’re keeping things dialed in with stable environmental parameters: Temperature: 20.7°C Humidity: 57.2% CO2 Levels: 1569 PPM (a bit high but manageable) VPD: 1.05 kPa PPFD: 355 µmol/m²/s Each of these factors plays a crucial role in maximizing plant efficiency, and we’ll go deeper into why these values are set as they are. Featured Grow Gear – WCS2 Substrate Sensor This week, we’re also highlighting part of the grow gear in use—specifically, the WCS2 substrate sensor. This sensor measures: Soil temperature EC levels Water moisture It's currently placed in the Autopots, which are not yet connected. For now, we’re still top-feeding to encourage root expansion. By allowing the roots to reach the bottom of the pots before activating the Autopot system, we ensure they establish a strong foundation for optimal nutrient uptake. Well, Tropic'ozz is not the biggest yielder. That's not the target , so everything is fine😎. She gets the color I am used to and the Tropic'ozz smell 😯. Somehow the cuttings are always a bit stronger in colors than her mothers. Happy with her 😋 Rock on. 👊

Today is the harvest day of this wonderful girl. Plucked off all the main colas, the rest will mature for another week. She's ripened very well, totally defoliated, in a sunny and hot end September. In a better position she would have yelded at least twice as much. These branches will turn into super premium buds, rich of colours. This strain is simply amazing. The plant grown on the outside terrace had to be moved to a larger pot and placed inside my kitchen because it was yellowish and the leaves burned. The weather was not stable and there were strong gusts of wind that ruined the factory. It is now improved.

This cycle was all along a great pleasure. The plants developed MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED, the result under the Q6W-Gen. 2 LED lamps from SANlight is FANTASTIC. I have NEVER harvested more from plants of the same strain under HPS and the quality of the bud (trichomes, taste aroma) is MUCH BETTER when grown under LED, my decision is definitely made, I will continue to solemnly grow with LED-lights in the future. I harvested 2250 gram of Shiva Skunk and 3009 gram of Serious Kush, that a total amount of 5259 gram. In relation to the 3000 Watts (incl. dimmed part!) power of the LED-lights thats an AMAZING 1,753 gram per Watt.

Gran experiencia como siempre Contento con el resultado y con ganas de seguir probando y experimentando en este gran mundo. Cultivo facil de inicio pero que a finales por culpa de una plaga que no supe tratar a tiempo y sus consecuentes caos en esas dos semanas ... Fueron en la 4 y en la 5 semana , y desde ahí , pàrecio que cause unas carencias que ya se lastraron hasta el final del cultivo ... Aun así , en mojado pudimos sacar , nada mas que 530 gramos , y que ya luego en seco antes de pasarlas a los botes el peso total fue de unos 190 gramos de flor seca y ya lista para ir curando..

Hello. This is the end of week 5 and the beginning of week 6 of veg. This girl got topped last week, getting ready for training. I hope to repot this plant this week and it will get a tomato cage too. I can spread out the branches and tie the branches with the big buds to it. OK. Be Great. Chuck.

Week 12 day 78 i started the day and found my fan was fell down in my plants, i had some serious damage and i had to repair a few branches with some serious bud. Not all the buds make it and i had to harvest a few because of the damage. Not so nice because she was not ready. Also she is not so pretty anymore. But i'm happy there was no damage to the 2 huge buds their doing ok, and beginning to look better every day. So i started a final PK boost and hope i can finish and flushing after that. Day 82 i stopped the feeding and start to flush tommorow

This ladies got pretty big for real, hands down the biggest autos I've ever had grown in 7l pots, excellent performance, and the flowers start to stink really strong, there is one pheno which is more developed than the other 2 phenos but the 3 have developed really good and they are producing a lot of sticky and stinky trichomes! Let's see how this will end up! Can't wait 🤤
