08/30/2021 - Noticing more gnats than usual. Could be overwatering, anaerobic soil conditions, or both. - Going to set up fly traps, starve both the plant and the gnats of water for about a week. - Will observe any stress responses due to an extended dry period.

Day 84-91 (Day 3F-10F) (Day 6F) I’m giving a final foliar spray of Velokelp tonight before I start to see buds develop. Forgot to water today as I didn’t have any RO and bbb#1 was slumped and droopy. I decided to just water everything with tap water. I’ve been doing quite a bit of research on using city tap water with organics and it shouldn’t disturb the microbiology very much at all. And it will actually help smokability and ash color because of the extra CaCO3 in it. The higher 7.8 pH will also lockout heavy metals like aluminum as well. (Day 7F) Plants look just fine and the pH fluctuation didn’t make any difference at all. I’m going to discontinue the use of RO water for the rest of my run and all subsequent runs. (Day 8F) I’m defoliating small amounts of leaves and sucker branches but this thing is out of control. Every 12-18 hours I see noticeable growth. I want to do a heavy strip around day 21. Starting to see budlets and pistil clumps form! These plants don’t seem like huge stretchers but I’m still anticipating quite a jump in the next few weeks. (Day 10F) Everything is looking just perfect. I’m surprised how fast these 10 gallon pots are drying out now. They go from soaked to light and airy within a few days. Hopefully I can make it the next 2 weeks without seeing any N or Mg deficiencies.

Day 120 - Getting closer to harvest day for this lady. She's huge and full of buds towards the top, smaller somewhat fat buds in the middle, and larfy buds at the bottom. I should have lollipopped her 1 or 2 more nodes up, especially for the colas that did not end up stretching as far as the others. Fed the lady water amended per this week's diary. Still seeing white pistils on her main colas so still 2 weeks away or so from harvest. I think this will be her last full nutrient feeding and for her next watering she'll get her last Cal-Mag feeding. I'll probably do 2 more plain water feedings from there and harvest once the soil is dried out after her last plain water feeding. I'm seeing a few of the lower buds of the lowest colas show some spots on the leaves so I just cut those parts off and hung to begin drying. It doesn't appear to be spreading but I'll keep an eye out these next few days. Day 123 - Fed the lady her last Cal-Mag amended feeding. Trichomes are looking more cloudy now on the middle buds. Will give 1 more plain water feeding instead of 2, I want to see how this bud will smoke with minimal flush versus the first lady harvested that was flushed more. Day 127 - Decided to skip completely flushing her to compare versus an over flushed plant. Harvested her today with the soil nice and dry.

When it comes down to this girl I think there’s not much to say a picture says most of the story react very well to training gives very large flower and with an incredible exotic Look the only thing the pictures cannot tell is the lovely fruity smell that it Hass And of course the beauty that is unreal I’m not too sure if I’m going to leave her one or two more weeks definitely this girl you don’t want to rush her , you want her to be just perfect thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow.

Two of the main buds have some bud rot due to the high humidity of the 2 last days ... high humidity due to the fact that I am working without air extractor and box half open but I've closed my box for less than. 48h and when zinc opened it the wall were full of water drops ( more than drops ) To help with that issue I've done a defoliation to have a better air circulation around the buds even if it's not recommended to do it that far in flowering. I've also observed the trichomes and they are mostly cloudy with a few brown and like 40% of clear trichs : surprising as the looks like she may need 1 extra week or 2 before cutting

HEY GANG UPDATE BEFORE THE FLIP!!!!! So guys I had the WPM (white powdery mildew) issue with the gelato auto haven't really seen it coming up elsewhere I'm already using a OMRI 3-in-1 spray for it will update on that as well, hopefully that'll cure it, otherwise these other girls are doing great! I have almost finished setting up the tent system and will update that also, see video, thanks for everyone's help, I cant imagine what I would do without the whole forum here and the wisdom I'm definitely a lot more knowledgeable about the process and systems that I have for it so again, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .t diarys are kindy all over the place got all different f1 hybrids growing either going along beautiful I had to start more and have no space tmfor them so there on my Mars hydro tent for now Best plants I've ever grown I won't be growing autos again agyer the success I've had growing hybrids

Honestly it feels to me like they took a couple finos of one plant and that's what they sold you. Couple of the plants came out a real fruity smell a couple of them came out a real dark gassy smell, what's crazy is I did the animal cookies and kept them separate and then I did the space cookies and kept those separate and one of the animal cookies and one of the space cookies turned out fruity and then one of the space cookies and one of the animal cookies turned out dark gassy smelling. That's why I think they just threw in a handful of phenos and called them whatever. Ordered from cookies/ lemonade for next crop. Better genetics better crop. I used LED for all of this made by Vipar Spectra the xs1500. This grow had nutrient lock out at one point hence the weird colors had to flush. Happy growing everybody! Also anyone looking into emerald harvest I highly suggest it It's the closest thing to all natural while still providing all nutrients. This was all grown in soil so I would advise not to use as much and don't mix brands, Stick with one whole solution and try using coco, much better results in my opinion faster nutrient uptake. Coco is the closest to hydroponics without having to water constantly.

11/2: I took everybody out of the garden and did some defoliating and sprayed them with boom boom spray and a little tiger bloom for the last time. In addition the potassium deficiency, it looks like several of them have a copper deficiency as well. I'm gonna re-calibrate my Ph meter...thinking it's off. I super-cropped the tallest 5 plants to try and keep the canopy more even, and spent about a half hour training the 4 plants in the upper chamber 11/3: The 5 plants whose tallest branches I super-cropped turned upwards and are doing their thing again. At least 3 more plants need the same treatment now..stretching like crazy. They are dry..watering in the morning. 11/4: I sprinkled a tablespoon of Cavern Culture (bat and seabird guano) onto all of them and watered it in with about 1/2 gallon each, including myco/tricho/beneficial bacteria, humic acid, bembe, terpinator, and cal-mag. I also did some more super-cropping and training on them today. I can't really spread the branches out too much, as I have no space at all to work with, but I managed to get light to more of the lower branches, so that's a win. Tomorrow I'm gonna transplant the one with the curly leaves into a 5 gallon pot and check out whatever's going on with her roots. The extremely curly-leaved plant...ugh...I'd say she's really "sickly", but she's big and bushy and still blooming like crazy....😕 It's like she hates being watered. I've ensured that there are hundreds of little holes in the sides and bottom of her pot and have a half inch airspace beneath it. During the afternoon, I've been leaving the closet door partially open and an industrial fan blowing across the pots to try to get more oxygen to their roots. All, but Curly Sue are doing fine. I'm hoping that maybe a transplant into a 5 gallon pot of perlite-heavy soil mix (roots dusted with myco) will make her straighten out and fly right. I'll water her into the new pot with boomerang and maybe spray her with boom boom spray. Biotabs swears by it as a shock-reducing transplant foliar feed....we'll see. I really hate transplanting when they are this far into flower, but I really don't want her to peter-out before she can finish. Of all the plants, she has the weakest stalk and branches, so...😷 11/5: I transplanted "Curly Sue" into a 5 gallon pot today and watered her in with myco, humic acid, boomerang, and bembe. Fingers crossed.... I removed the oscillating fan from above my lighting so that I could raise the lights several more inches, and added another oscillating fan above the lights that blows down on the plants. The one I removed is still up there too, but blowing across the LED drivers and a pair of the panels. I could still remove the ratchet hangers and just use carabiners to attach the fixture to the "ceiling" of the closet....that would give me another 5 inches of possible ceiling if I end up needing it. 11/6: I fed everybody about 1/3 gallon today, and went heavy on phosphorous..a heavy dose of tiger bloom, along with a normal dose of beastie bloomz, bembe, cal-mag, signal, big bloom, and a 1/3 dose of grow big. It's been raining for 24 hours and the humidity is off the charts, so I dialed up the ac infinity to come on any time it exceeds 55% RH and increased the fan speed on the floor of the closet to try and dry them out quicker than usual. 11/7: Did pretty much nothing to the bigger plants in the bottom today and only did a little training to two of the shorter ones in the top section. 11/8: I collected a bunch of rainwater over the past 48 hours and gave everybody about 1/3 gallon including cal-mag, signal, bembe, armor si, and a little bit of tiger bloom..still seeing some signs of phosphorous deficiency here and there. I took a bunch of photos and video while I had some of them out of the closet. 😍 Curly Sue continues to bud up, but she's still curly as hell. No way the old growth will correct itself, but I was hoping to see a few new sugar leaves be straighter than the rest..

Hi all 🧑‍🌾 Welcome to my 🍌💜👊 week update. Hope everyone keeping well and having a great week😁 Thank you so much for so much support on this bananas ride 🙏💜💚💜💚 Everything still going pretty well. Girls are developing and stretching like crazy. Athena currently Dec 14 90cm and main stem of Xena is not far of this height either. Unfortunately noticed first signs of calcium deficiency(my opinion) on Athena. Thankfully started feeding both girls with calmag weeks back but the dosage wasn't not enough for Athena. Started small treatment very next day on Dec 11 (see description below) I belive got my baby back on right track. Week 9 Dec 11-17 Dec 11 Watering was planned for Tuesday but due to calcium deficiency decided for a little treatment. Watered both girls with mixture of reduced content of growth nutes by 50% calmag at 1.2 ml per ltr. Reduced solution PH to 6.2 as apperently it's ideal for calcium consumption. Over period 4h I have watered Athena with 5ltr with couple runoffs. Xena 3ltr. Total of 7-10 leaves affected mainly at top colas close to the light. Dec 12-13 Purely observation and all looking well. Of course all affected leaves will progres of showing signs but good news is that growth and development booming and don't see any new leaves with symptoms. Very nice trichomes development in recent days and more and more colours. Dec 14 Second watering for this week 6.5l Increased calmag to 1.4ml per ltr and if still things will be looking well reduce to 1 or 1.2 on next feeding. Dec 15 Very nice respond on yesterday feeding. They definitely fatten over night and getting more and more frosty. Will need to remove some foliage soon as getting extremely bushy again. Dec 17 Xenas main stem top cola almost touched the light today. Tied her to left side of the cabinet, applied selective defoliation on both girls, tied few branches to netting and on the end of this busy day a third watering for this week. 7 ltrs beetwen both. Runoffs Xena PH6.4 Athena 6.3. Very nice week have to say. I belive that calcium deficiency on Athena is no longer a case here and both girls developing very nicely. Another week of slow progress. Plants have been getting the max amount of nutrients for a few weeks now, and thc crystals are forming like snow. Still looking quite different from the Purple Lemonade Auto. The smell is still a bit annoying. It's not such a danky smell, but some terpenes seem to be only partially filtered. Nothing that a small room air filter wouldn't solve, but still. Might have to look into different terpenes that are know to be resistant to activated carbon filters. Overall though, strong plants. looking very good. I seem to have overwatered one of them yet again as a few bugs started to fly around, so let's see if anything tries to sabotage the last stages :D
