She is bursting with terpenes! I pressed a 6.6g puck and I got a 1.74g return at 220F (26%) my mold is made to hold about 15g so I suspect I lost some recovery to the filter bag. Just learning on the press but I’m getting wonderful results and returns around 25%.

Everything seems to be doing well, they are all sticky and stinky!

This strain is very heterozygous. 4 seeds were started. The 4 phenos were very different. I saved 2 of those phenos for my arsenal, which is quite exceptionnal. I ususally save just one pheno from a strain. The Pheno #1 was mainly sativa (75%). Long branches. Lots of fluffy buds. The more resistant to mold, but it has to be with the fluffiness. The taste was cheesy and spicy, which has nothing to see with the 3 other phenos. Not a single ressemblance with ak-47 parents as well. It shares the musky undertones of the strain, but nothing else. That pheno is gone. Not enough potential. Terpene profile was deceiving, just as the cannabinoid content. The Pheno #2 has more indica in it (45% indica). robust and tall plant with dense heavy buds. No mold resistance at all. Biggest producer. The taste was earthy and musky with hints of wood. That pheno is gone. Not enough potential. The Pheno #3 is my favorite one. It reminded me of the good old Ak-47, with her flowery/sweet/skunky smell and taste. Pure nostalgia! Tall and quite robust plant with huge fluffy buds coated with trichomes. She grows pretty similar to Lemon Skunk if you know the reference. Great producer of top quality buds. So sticky! In my top 3 sativa for 2 years. The aroma is very close to the old school Ak-47: sweet, flowery and skunky. It tastes like sweet lemon on the inhale, with a sharp touch of spicy lavender and earth on the exhale. IMO, that is the pheno we want to save from that heterozygous strain. Backcrossing this one would be a very good idea. The Pheno #4 is just as interesting as my favorite #3. The only issue with this one is about mold resistance. Crazy compact and heavy budst! One of the most productive I’ve ever seen too. More traits of the Ak-47 in the aromatic profile, but nothing like the #3. On the structure side, we can immediately recognize the sturdy and bushy structure of Ak-47. THC content is very high too. I suspect the CBD content to be high as well. The effect is a mood elevation, with good focus and a deep body relaxation; a bit similar to what White widow does. The aroma is earthy and pungent. Very skunky and musky. It tastes very sweet and earthy on the inhale, with hints of skunk on the exhale. That pheno #4 expresses the best traits of the Ak-47 in its structure, while pheno #3 kept the aromatic profile.

4/15/25 Things are progressing nicely. Some plants dont seem to be doing too much but 3 of them or so that are really standing out. Im curious if some of these are going to be longer flowering time than anticipated with the very obvious sativa dominant plants.

FINALLY STARTING ANOTHER GROW. MY BACK HAS BEEN FUCKED FOR MONTHS. CANT WAIT!!!! IM DOING 24 AUTOFLOWERS FOR THIS GROW AND IN 5 WEEKS IM STARTING ABOUT 20 FEMINISED PHOTOPERIODS IN MY 5X5 WITH A TSW2000 SO THEY CAN BE READY TO MOVE INTO THE 8X8 TENT AFTER THE AUTOFLOWERS ARE FINISHED. HOPE MY TIMING IS GOOD🤞🤞🤞🤞 LOL

Today is the harvest day for Red hot cookies. To be honest they were ready to chop after 7 weeks of 12/12. One green poison and one gorilla girl which is more indica leaning are also ready and I think I ll chop them too. Two gorilla girls and two green poisons still have some days to fully mature, bu its a week tops. One of the Red Hot cookies showed these beautiful dark purple, orange, yellow combination on its leaves which I always dreamed of having in my garden. Im super happy :) Combined with the ridiculous frostiness in the middle, she's definitely one of the most beautiful plants I've had so far. Cheers everyone.

I know it’s been a few weeks. I been traveling like crazy and haven’t really been home enough to get good pics of the plants. Here’s a photo dump of what the grow looks like now. One thing I’ve noticed is my leaves are a very dark purple compared to the other growers I’ve been seeing on here. Tell me what you think in the comments

Day 60 - 09/02/20 Lovely smell coming from the blue cheese plant :) the buds have a very similar smell to the blueberry outdoor grown buds i smoked in spain a few years ago :) took me right back there mentally haha. Ive added a good feed of calcium magnesium, nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus the last few days as these are big plants and a few leaves have been yellowing over the last couple of weeks. Since these feedings everything is returning to normal and flowering is going fine. This is my first time growing in biobizz light mix so i was bound to run into some problems. Still i think im gonna get around an ounce from this plant. I think harvest is still 2-3 weeks out for this one but as its a favourite of mine im really excited! this lady has stayed very short but bushy , she is drinking the least out of the rest and bud production has been minimal so far , i gave her a light / last defoliation this week and she has already recovered , purely too open her up too the available light , i really do hope she very soon steps up a gear with bud production otherwise i dont think there will be very much on the scales at the end , again have had absolutely no issues with this plant at any stage and she certainly has had more than enough light on her too produce , so lets watch this space and see what she can do ,

Start of week 3 I believe the girls are doing good a few minor worries but that’s at ease for now I think , i have added nutes at a low level and will increase once I see how the plants react to the introduction of the nutes .. Looking into starting lsd on some plants but not too sure wether it’s to early or so . will continue to update the week but for now Started lst on a few plants day 15 and seen good reactions by day 17 so quite happy with that and will continue this process I will also look into topping my plants as well but not just yet ... they seemed to like the nutes as well so all good week so far Soo topping done on 4 plants wasn’t as scary as it sounded haha let’s see how they recover ! Going to combine lst as well now Very good recovery it looks like and the end of week 3 looks promising with the plants happy growing

Late start in journaling. 8 weeks in!

Safe to say we're heading into flower. I'm pretty close to full strength on the nutrients at this point. Still defoliating and filling in the screen. Plant on the right is slightly behind as far as kicking into flower. Some yellowing browning just starting a tips. I'll change out the water tomorrow (on day 49). Averaging water changes every 12 days. Day 49: Did not change water today, will on day 52 or 53 instead. Decided it could just be the light being too close. Moved it up and did a little lst above the screen. All done removing branches and leaves. Great end to the first week of flower.

This week I inoculated the room leaves and plants with Neoseiulus cucumeris, I have had minor thrip problems all summer, Usually I use lady bugs to combat them but none have been available this year. I inoculated the plants by shaking the bottle full of Cucumeris and bran over the leaves. I will do this a few times before pre flowers show. Cucmeris are predatory mites that eat the thrip larvae. And are supposed to work for spider mites as well. I added the scrog nets to the room and began training the plants through them. I then flipped the lights over to 12 and Initiated pre flower. All vegetative growth was very vigorous. The goal of this grow is to do a preliminary test to begin to determine if Mycelium provides any additional benefits to Cannabis when allowed to colonize in super soil before being added to bottom layer of the pot. The Process: 1) 8 weeks Prior to Germination Super Soil is mixed (see super Sub cools super soil recipe further down the page) and added to spinning two part composter, water is added and the super soil mix is allowed to break down for a week. 2) 7 weeks Prior To germination 1L of colonized mycelium is added to each side of composter. Mycelium is now allowed to colonize the super soil. 3) After 8 weeks total the Mycelium has had enough time to colonize throughout the super soil mix and is ready to be added to the bottom 1/3rd of the pots. -5/28/23 Start of Week --Week 10/Flower 4 -5/31/23 (Day 74/flower 25) --Observations: temperature is rising during the day and the night isn't dropping as low as I would like. Already starting to get clustered again. --Comments: seems to be okay with the increasing heat, don't see any problems yet and hopefully wont. shade leaves are starting to push their way into the middle area again, will try not to remove unless the become a problem. -6/3/23 (Day 77/Flower 28) --Observations: shade leaves still pushing their way into center, buds still growing and starting to form calxes. --Changes: will no longer be spraying after today, will also start giving more water --Comments: today is the last day for spraying this plant, watering will be increased to compensate. may have to remove some of the shade leaves pushing into the center area next week, will be extremely selective if I have to remove anything from this point on. lemon basil is starting to tower over the cannabis, will be removing some to give space between them. -6/3/23 End of Week

Added video on may 16 for a good look May 11 We are now almost at the end and I must say it sparkles more than anything else I have had so far I specifically took photos and the video using only the light from my phone. Despite the burn marks, she's a real sight to behold. She makes it difficult for me to take photos with a flash because she's covered in trichomes that simply bounce the light back. The buds look great and healthy and are now in their final stages of ripening. I hope everyone enjoyed this cup. I've been through thick and thin with this plant, and I really enjoyed it.Regardless of whether I win the cup or not, I'm already a winner with this beautiful plant. Very nice Plant, had problems while growing, but it was my mistake. Drying was no problem, great taste and smell.
