2-3 buds were moldy so i had to cut them hope it doesnt spread further😳 to be honest i havent seen more beautiful flower than this purple one❤️

Been a minute growmies but I’m back with some updates. This week I realized I was going to have to get a new tent ASAP. Was really trying not to have to but it is inevitable. She is huge now! Even tried throughout this week and next to do some tie down with string to fabric pots. Sorry for wait…. I know she was sad towards the end of the week 😞. 8/31: Started new batch of nutes. Did a massive defoliation today as well! A lot more light through the canopy now. Cut dying bottom branches. 9/1: Did a lot of defoliation today. Even removed some of the lower branches not getting sufficient amount of light.

May 15: later start as a replacement for my failure on Durban Poison. Have wanted to fit this one in for a while and should be an easy and reliable grow. Top tip for germination stage is get a heating mat. My house is usually about 18 C but cannabis, tomatoes and pepper all need it warmer to start properly. So, get a heating mat. i usually keep it at about 26 C. Next germination tip is to expose the newly sprouted seed to ethylene gas just before it first reaches light. This is a huge tip for all growers. Seed ‘priming’ using ethylene gas in dark before seedling is exposed to light. https://scitechdaily.com/accidental-discovery-how-a-whiff-of-an-unusual-chemical-transforms-seedlings-into-super-plants/ Seed priming works. I tried it last year on peppers, tomatoes and cannabis. 😎 This is as big a tip as my standard “get a pH meter”. Seed priming takes minimal effort (use a ripe apple or banana) and it certainly seems to pay off big time as shown by my last two seasons. I’ll be doing this every single time now.

Very optimal setup for everything so far. you can really tell the first sprout apart right now because of the second set coming in. Can’t wait to start using nutrients soon!

Not the greatest but that’s down to the grower not the products. Buds are nice and solid but could’ve probably used an extra week or two. Nevertheless I’m still enjoying my very own organic weed. I’ll definitely grow this again and when I do I may LST one and see how she does compared with one left to grow in a natural central column. Happy growing peeps 🐞🤙🌱

Day 49: Week 7 behind 8s mow and onto the final stretch now. These ladies have been great performers for me in the grow I wish I had more of them to do !!!... Fft#9 is bursting with fresh pistils again now and should swell like a trooper this week. Rhe bids are rock solid under the new pistils and her smellnis so sweet like picked fruit now.Their size is more than I expected but had hoped they would attain before the final swell and ripening. She has a good few hidden gems tucked away below decks too which will be fun to find on harvest and trim. Her biggest main is doing excellent and a great guide for her siblings to grow too hopefully. FFT#10 Is looking mean and nasty in a good way. Her darkness warns of impending loss of clarity and vision if messed with in my opinion !!!. lol She looks so different to the other ladies and her bud structure is below the main tops is a little less compacted. She is covered in trichs and her can sweetness is blatent at the slightest touch. She wanted to grow her way throughout the grow and even when tied and bent , she found a way to upset the symmetrical desire I had in mind Cant beat an independent lady who knows best !. She is so tacky when handled too. I thought she was so close to finish but she is still putting a few new pistils out over her mains so she may go another 2 weeks too. I am determined to hit the sweet spots with these two ladies and am also applying a little drought stress for the next 7 days This is to test the theory out a little and see if we can get them as pitent as possible too. fingers crossed Growmies. be safe and well. thanks for stopping by. been a slow week i think. had a problem with my power going out for 8-9 hours sunday (rcd tripped) before i opened the tent to 98% rh and water covering the leaves but turned all my fans up and it dried quick so all is good now UPDATE: done some defoliation to get more light through, lets see how that goes

Im still not using the PH meter, but i will use a Canna Aqua nutrients from now they ended 2019, but 5 years later i still have it, so ill use it

I.missed a week last week while in the room. My.phone died and it was late and I only go in about every three days or so to adjust and water! This Bruce is a strong pheno and I will be flipping them all into flower soon !

So 2 of them are entering flower No nutrients yet just rainwater from the start untill now

Time to Acclimate! Small dose of nutrients & LEDs will go from 50 -75% over the course of the next week. ~~~~~~~~~~ Roots look good, transplanted and ready to explode through veg! Nutrients will be on next week's post - the above is what I use to acclimate.
