Ginger Nut cookies & Aussie music Videos Grow Diary update 27th Feb 2020 The preflowering Stretch has well and truly begun with every branch that wasn't tied down , shooting upwards a few inches. The plant itself looks very healthy and content. Once flowering starts I'll begin to add P+K to the feeding regime. We have had bugger all sunlight here for over a week and also we have had lots of rain and wind. Daily max temps have been around the 24-25 celcius range and the minimums around 15 c. RH has been high 67% on average. That is about it for this weeks plant update . Now for the weekly Music videos. ** Last week I posted the links to three different artists who were picked by fellow growers thru the Grow question that I posted asking for requests. ** This week is back to just the one featured Artist from Australia. This week's artist is Mr Paul Kelly who is an Australian rock music singer-songwriter and guitarist. He has performed solo, and has led numerous groups, including the Dots, the Coloured Girls, and the Messengers. He has worked with many other artists and groups and is considered one of the finest singer songwriters to have come from Australia. Once again I couldn't narrow it down to just one song as he's had many great tunes but I have chosen the two with the best Music video as that is the main criteria for my Diaries Theme. Stretch coming on nicely. The SSS is flowering earliest and fastest, 1 Sour D seems to have more genes from the "GPP", but the other is super sativa looking... Hoping its close too the Karmabx3 Sour D genetics! The Strawberry Cola Sherb, is clearly feeling great in the air pot! but in all honesty... ima bottom feeder so it just turns out a lil awkward hand feeding. (Seaweed drench once a week)

Hello and thank you for stopping by, this is the start of week 4 of flower for this Sour Diesel Auto from Fast Buds. Everything seems to be going just fine still waiting on my beneficial nematodes to come in the mail so we can take care of the gnat larvae issue that I have going on. I am planning on getting some yellow sticky pads as well. This Sour Diesel Auto is starting to pack on some frost and some gassy smells. I am top dressing with 484 and worm castings every 7 to 10 days and watering with a pH of 6.5 of dechlorinated tap water. Nothing much else to say as everything is going smoothly with little to no effort thanks to my organic style of growing. Stay tuned for some more gassy frost next week! ✌️

Plants are growing really fast just giving water when soil dry. Decided to top the big bud auto seems to be growing really fast. Was only going to lst because this is my first indoor grow and don’t want to fuck it up hahah. Not much else going on this week. One of the northern lights is tiny but I have faith in it

Realmente muy feliz con lo obtenido, 307g en 0.8me me parece genial, estas flores tienen un aroma genial entre el típico haze mezclado con cacao, un efecto muy agradable y confortable, rica al fumar y muy poco picante gracias al lavado de raíces con flawles finish 👌👨‍🌾🏻 Totalmente recomendable esta genética de royalqueenseeds muy agradecido por la oportunidad 👍👌👨‍🌾🏻

No more training, switched the lights to 120W+660nm+UV+IR. I had to increase the distance since the new QB is much hotter. The weather was very humid - AC working all the time, still 26.2C at night, usually 25C during daytime, 45% RH during day, 52% RH at nighttime .

I’m a week late posting on these as I was a week ahead in the timeframe for this diary because of the new Germination option. We are caught up now day wise anyway, and all is good. Finally got her into the flowering tent and into my 5 gal RDWC system under a 1000w HPS on a light rail mover. We flipped her to flowering as soon as we got her in because my DWC systems tend to grow big ass plants. Lol so I’ve decided to flip without much of my screen full and let the stretch fill it. I will also be hitting them at 1000w rite from the start instead of trying to turn it down and get it closer to save power consumption. I will be starting with the light already up as high as it can be at about 3 ft above the screen. I’ve also shortened the span of my rail mover and set my pauses shorter at about 10 sec. with the light at 1000w we get a better spread out on the light meter and don’t need to move the light as far. I’m also going to keep tucking till they completely stop stretching in an effort to keep them as low as possible. We also had some excessive nitrogen build up a couple weeks ago and dropped the ec way down to 0.2 for the next week. They responded quick and went in the opposite direction very fast and before I new it we had nitrogen deficiency. Lol so we got them sitting around 0.75 EC now and they are coming back around. Another week and the root growth is letting me know we're close to transplant time, which is a good timing with my tent getting ready for a new cycle. I pulled a few lower leaves off her to keep that energy pushing up to the top. Based on the leaves, she appears to lean to the OGKB in her lineage, so this should be a nice candidate for a scrog to get the most of the business of the strain. The hardiness of this seedling is definitely a testament to the breeders efforts in offering quality feminized genetics. Check them out on Strainly or see their site for their other offerings.

Week 3 flowering (a week is 5 days) Both plants begin to seriously flower with some early trichomes on leaves and buds. It seems that Gori is quite in a more advanced status compared to Rilla. I also changed the nutrients compositions following the 3rd week Advanced Nutrients for coco professional program (I calculated EC of every single nutrient and made a custom dosage program for every week according to a more realistic EC value - check nutrients in my diary). Plants are doing well, leaves are beautifully green without signs of nutrients burns, excess or deficiencies. They are watered every day in the morning with fertilized water. Every day I also correct the training of the branches, removing unwanted popcorn/bottom growth and removing leaves that covers buds and leaves that don’t perform well (i.e.: leaves at the bottom that will not take light). 🌱
