Her flowers are continuing to bulk up and are covered in glistening trichomes. She appears to be just starting to fade which is exactly what I'm hoping to see, meaning that she's just about used up the nutrients in her medium and all she'll be getting is straight water from here on out. I watered today with 0.75g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ turned her pot and shot a few pictures of her. 10/6- Today I watered her with 0.75g of her usual straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and turned her pot. She's definitely starting to fade, is still stacking her flowers, bulking up and has an incredible amount of trichomes which I'm beginning to monitor daily. 10/8- The routine of watering every other day continues like clockwork. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which will be in roughly two weeks +/- but you never know... It always pays to let the trichomes tell you when it's time to harvest, not the breeder as they are only giving an approximate time due to the numerous factors that can affect the time of harvest. 10/10- Well, Week Seven has come, gone and we're one week closer to this girl finishing up! She's so freaking frosty now and starting to fade that she'll be testing my patience this week! I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. I anticipate that she'll be ready by the end of next week but we'll monitor her trichomes and let them be the guide... I can't wait! 🤩 I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. No complaints, I like just letting the plant do what the plants wants to do. She lets me know when to feed her. She has been drinking close to a gallon of water a day.

What up Fam, Week 1 update on these beautiful little ladies. So far germination was a dream, and now they're starting to get there first set of leafs which is cool to see. I did do my first hand watering the other day and probably fed a little to early as I'm seeing a couple burt tips on the leafs. Or it could have been spraying ipm which I've had to do every 3 days since planting. One of my bags of soil where infested with Fungus knats so been trying to get rid of them without being to evasive. All in all though glad to start the first run in the new room and get it all dialed in. Happy Growing.

I think I am worrying myself more than I need too. The calicum defficiency has took over around a half of the fan leaves on 1 of the plants. I don't have much hope in a great yield from this one but fingers crossed my other 2 were caught in time. Have folder fed with a slightly more concentrated spray of cal mag and ph'd water. Whilst keeping a feed, plain ,feed schedule Unfortunately I don't currently have access to a ppm reader so can't say for sure exactly what the problem is but It seems the defficiency has slowed/stopped. Will continue to monitor.

Mildew was detected in the beginning if the week, the plant sprayed with solution of hydro peroxide to kill spores and then solution of apple vinegar to stop prevent new mold. It worked. I thenk the next eeek will be the last. I decreased 5he concentration of the watering solution, especially in Nitrogen part.

She looks pretty good other. Spaced some branches just just a tad. Cleanin up, while she fattens! Has a minty smell. SO..........................the girls are doing okay. I can only expect so much, given they're in 5 gals (except for LB), and half of them didn't get a good start. It's a nice experiment, for comparison sake. I don't think there's any bad plants here (of course, I don't think there are any bad plants ANYWHERE, EVER), just some early bloomers and some that still need some time. I've been feeding them with Tiger Bloom and a seaweed/kelp additive, and they've had two doses now of guano for top-dressing. Now I'm running out of room, should've planned better and left more room at the top of the bags. Never again with the 5 gals, they're great for indoor but way too restrictive for outdoor even way up here in Maine. I just finished LST again and they're looking pretty funky, but it's getting the desired result. GLad I kept some of them straight and didn't top, I want to see the difference in the end between nature's architecture and my twisted mess. SO far, so good, but I'm a little worried about the Ph. Again, my solution is good (around 6- 6.3), but my medium still comes in at 7 even. Great buffering shit, but I really need to acidify the soil a bit more. I've got some PhDown, but I'm worried that if I drop the solution too low I'll burn the plants. On the other hand, it doesn't seem to have much of an effect so far at 6.... 7/31 Update: Gave the ladies another round of bat guano, 2 lbs. spread hroughout a dozen plants. Kinda worried that I used too much, but the first applications weren't enough so we'll see. Yesterday gave 'em a feeding of Tiger Bloom, today I watered the guano in with well water that I adjusted (using PhDown) to a reasonable 6.5. A good dry day, bright too, they should soak it up good today!
