Hello growmies! Welcome to week four of An Epsilon Adventure! The girls are already transitioning into flower, I will get some photos of that later in the week. Daily Updates: ### Week 4 Day 1 11:00 16/7 Removed some lower growth. ### Week 4 Day 2 23:00 17/7 Tallest plants were showing signs of heat stress so I have raised the light about 30cm more. Unfortunately this now means the lower plants aren't getting as much light as they could, so I have put the cycle back to 20h (I may even increase it). ### Week 4 Day 3 14:00 18/7 Photographed. ### Week 4 Day 3 19:00 18/7 Fertigated 2l. Okay these girls are now starting to concern me a little on the basis that they are supposed to grow to "50-70cm". At just over 3 weeks old the shortest of these girls is 53cm, the tallest (plant 3) is now 76cm tall. The worrying thing is they do not at all look like they are slowing down and as they are just pre-flowering now, the flowering stretch hasn't even started. So I need some genuine advice here now: Do I keep the faith and hope that they don't exceed the space I have? Do I top or super crop them now? These ladies are beastly, at the end of the week I am going to take some individual videos and more photos to really try and capture how magnificently well these girls are doing. I think I may be in the process of growing the biggest Epsilon F1's so far? Exciting to find out! ### Week 4 Day 4 21:00 19/7 James has assured me they wont go much more than 85 so I am not going to mess with them. They are due a defoliation at the end of this week though. Measured each plant as follows: Plant 1: 81cm Plant 2: 75cm Plant 3: 80cm Plant 4: 67cm Plant 5: 59cm Plant 6: 58cm Might photograph later or leave until tomorrow. ### Week 4 Day 5 10:00 20/7 Photographed and measured. Plant 1: 85cm Plant 2: 79cm Plant 3: 81cm Plant 4: 71cm Plant 5: 63cm Plant 6: 63cm So they've all grown about 4cm in about 13 hours, except plant 3 - which seems to have slowed down a lot. The top of plant 3 is also the most advanced looking in terms of pistils. I forgot to take close ups of the preflowers I will do that tomorrow. I have had to raise the light again today and it is now much further away than the younger plants than I would like. So I am thinking about adding a 300w LED into my 4x4. I have another 3 inches I can raise the light on the hangers, after that I can removed the adjustable handers and tie it to the top of the tent... that'll gain me another 4 or 5 inches. If I need to go higher my only option would be to set them up without the tent which is not an option right now. Hopefully they all just stop getting taller now and focus on flowering... but my gut tells me there's more growth to come. Watch this space! ### Week 4 Day 6 15:00 21/7 Measured. This strain averages 50-70cm in height. We have six plants here and every one of them is taller than the average... but would you just look at plant 1? She is a giant! 102cm!! Where will she stop? Next week will see the full transition to flower and we will start to see the bud sites developing. I have no idea at this point what the heights will look like at the end of next week. After checking the grow yesterday (2021-01-01), I noticed some of the yellowing I've seen in previous grows that served as early warning signs for an impending grow failure. I checked my reservoir and found it was down to about two gallons left and the pH had shot up to 7.1. I then checked my AutoPot runoff in the tray and found it was at 7.2. I then took my Remedy CBD out and flushed it with 10 gallons of pH 5.8 tap water until the runoff measured about pH 5.8. The plant has been returned to the tray and the pictures you see this week are the following day and I'm continuing to measure at the tray more closely now as well. I've continued to pull off some of the larger yellowing fan leaves but, other than that, I've kept this grow as simple as possible. The flowering stage is continuing as expected and the pictures show about how far along we've come.

04/01/21 Amazing colours have came through during cure showing off her red and purple! And she’s frosty all over and tastes like a tropical dream!mango pineapple tones with a side of lime! Would defiantly recomiod Update; colours are coming through got some amazing hues just uploaded some vids 😍 Got the green pheno on both???! But it’s but either way I love this strain tastes a lot like the black cream auto I’ve done of sweet seeds too. So many colours in the bud and the flavour is immense throughout! Tastes like tropical mango and slight pineapple with a lovely pungent limeish taste it’s so nice and the high sent me to sleep when I tested the result! Just had to lay there and close my eyes and enjoy it and woke up to the end of my film ahahah would defiantly recommend Anyone growing very easy and amazing results!

This plant is a beast.. she is massive and well into her stretch. Loads of bud sites and great spacing between nodes. I had to supercrop her as she was pushing twice the height of all othe girls in the room. She took it well and is fully recovered and just great. Love this plant. Very odd smell quite disgusting ATM tbh.. I started giving this girl a light misting with some fishmix and activera for a few days as she was looking like she was not getting enough food. 5 days on she is looking good Thanks for stopping by. In questa settimana ho notato che anche la pianta numero 2 sta diventando rosa. Proprio come nella foto principale di sweet seeds. Le cime ingrossano bene.

These guys seem to have some stunted growth from being in that shitty rock wool dish setup I had but they are making up for it now that they are in the air pots. I transplanted them into sunshine #4 because my other plants have had problems with N tox in coco loco, the only other soil mix I have...probably won’t ever be using fox farm soil again. Too expensive for what it is and it’s a pain in the ass dealing with nute probs. Day 8: into the new grow tent tomorrow

Heavy defoliation done on 12/22 EC 2.6 strong solution to help with recovery from defoliation in flower

She did well but the main problem was under feeding. She just wasn’t getting enough water from which she suffered tremendously as the growth through the vegetation was almost at a standstill. The plus side is that she is quite resilient.

Last week of my grow and I am excited to cut her down. Its been a long 15 weeks but I think I did a great job with what I had. Bag seed is a toss up and you never know what is going to happen. This was a good week with no issues. I flushed her and gave her last feed with water PH to 6.4. She started off strong grew well, then hermed on me i think around week 8 or 9. I was lucky enough to take whatever pollen sacks I found and she didnt end up getting pollenated. She is going to sit in the dark for 24-36 hours and will be getting chopped down after that. I am really excited to see how she looks. Her buds are dense and the trichomes are milky. Not to toot my own horn but she looks better than the pot I found the seed in. Next grow will be a clone that I am getting from another grower but i have also ordered some auto flowers, just not sure when they will be in, seems like most seed banks are sketchy on time frames. Hoping things turn out well for me and i hope things turn out well for all of you. Happy Growing!

Amazing told this run 110 grams of bud and 80 grams of shake. An amazing pungent fruity citrus cream cheese aroma eminates out of my cure vault. The high has been described by my friends as a creative uplifting high followed by intense couch lock. The grow itself was a breeze. The only real issues i had in the hydro grow was that i needed to to add cal mag because it was growing so fast and i was using distilled water. I basically did not train my plants other than defoliating to make space for air flow and light penetration. I would recommend this for any first time hydro grower that has a decent amount of space.
