They are going slow but steady. Holding back on watering to help fight the gnats. They were with too many last week. Some yellow points because of an 'on the limit' foliar feed. Nothing to worry about. Still very lush greens. I'm thinking the main reason for their slower growth, is the fan that is on high. My mission from the start s to get thick stalks and branches, to facilitate larger buds. Also, I'm pushing the SP 3000 to its max for the age of my plants, they don't have to reach for the light, resulting in shorter, bushier plants. I don't mind, I think the flowering stretch will make up for that and fill the tent. Still very happy with the SP-3000 from Mars Hydro, a much more constant and manageable climate in the tent, a dream to work with. I made a thank you video for @MarsHydroLED, of course, to also show off my music. I'm thinking one or two more weeks before resetting the light schedule for flowering. I'm already late and if another week will deliver bigger and more buds, I will give them what they need. For those living in Europe, wanting to try super soil, see my recipe in the images. next time i have to veg more then 4 weeks to increase yield. it finishes quickly and big yield for the short veg time. im also very happy with the optic 4 wich made the buds dense from top to bottom. i might upgrade to cocos or hydro next grow, or maybe both ;)

Ok, so things are moving faster now. I checked the trichomes for the first time this week and they are pretty much all milky in the buds at the top and the middle. The lower buds have somewhat more clear trichomes, and I might have been more radical when I did perform the lollipop. The plant in the back right corner started to get a little purple on the leafs at the buds, which I think looks pretty cool. Harvest time could be within the next week, pretty sure still this month. I am waiting to see some amber in the trichomes like 10%ish and will leave them in 48h of darkness afterwards. I am still playing with the idea of a partial harvest, but I don't have well controlled options to dry my flowers outside of the Growbox. So I do not want to risk anything by a lack of airflow or potentially a humidity that could be off. I hope the buds will pack some more this week to come. Sensi Seeds says it is a medium harvesting plant, so I'll see what I'll get. I definitely want to let them have clear water one last time before harvest, because I gave them nutrients up until now. I would love to see more changes in the colours of the leafs and the plant eating itself up, to not have any unnecessary nitrogen with an impact on the taste. Sensi Seeds says this strain needs 7-10 weeks of flower so we are well within that time schedule.

First week of seedlings just about done. Seedlings emerged by March 8th or 9th. Going great so far, 6/6 alive, one sort of okay. Fox Farm Happy Frog base soil. Aiming to keep best 4 for a Scrog, only have max 150cm height in the tent (low basement). Aiming for VPD around 0.6 to 0.7.

Nochmal ein kleines Update in Form eines Videos. Bisher ist alles gleich geblieben, gleiches Licht, gleich gedüngt, gleich gegossen. Bin schon mega gespannt wie das Endergebnis aussehen wird.

In den letzten ein bis zwei Wochen hat sich unsere Pflanze weiterhin prächtig entwickelt und zeigt nun deutliche Anzeichen einer fortgeschrittenen Blütephase. Es gab keine dramatischen Veränderungen, sondern eine stetige Reifung, die uns dem Erntezeitpunkt näherbringt. Die Pflanze präsentiert sich sehr buschig und vital, mit zahlreichen dichten Blütenständen, die sich gut ausgebildet haben (siehe Gesamtansicht der Pflanze). Die Buds sind kompakt und haben in den letzten Wochen an Volumen und Gewicht zugelegt. Man kann deutlich sehen, wie die Blütenkelche anschwellen und sich zu reifen Blütenständen formen. Trichom- und Stigmen-Reife: Ein genauerer Blick auf die Buds (wie im ersten Nahaufnahme-Bild der Trichome und im weiteren Nahaufnahme-Bild der Buds mit orangenen Stigmen ersichtlich) zeigt den Fortschritt der Reifung. Die weißen, harzigen Trichome bedecken die Blütenstände in Hülle und Fülle, was auf eine intensive Produktion von Cannabinoiden hinweist. Bei den Trichomen ist nun eine gute Mischung aus milchig-trüben Köpfen zu erkennen, die auf die volle Potenz hindeuten. Erste bernsteinfarbene Trichome beginnen ebenfalls aufzutreten, was ein Zeichen dafür ist, dass der Erntezeitpunkt bevorsteht. Parallel dazu haben sich die Stigmen (die feinen Härchen auf den Buds) von Weiß zu einem satten Orange-Braun verfärbt. Dies ist ein weiteres starkes Indiz für die Reife der Blüten und die nahende Ernte. Blattwerk und Nährstoffbedarf: Das Blattwerk der Pflanze ist größtenteils weiterhin gesund und grün, was auf eine gute Nährstoffversorgung schließen lässt. Einige der größeren Fächerblätter können in dieser späten Blütephase leichte Anzeichen von Vergilbung zeigen, da die Pflanze ihre Energie nun primär in die Blütenentwicklung steckt und Nährstoffe aus den Blättern zieht. Dies ist ein natürlicher Prozess, der oft als "Herbstfärbung" bezeichnet wird. Wir werden die Reifung der Trichome weiterhin genauestens beobachten, um den optimalen Erntezeitpunkt zu bestimmen, der je nach gewünschtem Effekt variieren kann. Auch die allgemeine Gesundheit der Pflanze wird weiterhin im Auge behalten, um sicherzustellen, dass sie bis zur Ernte optimal versorgt ist.
