Smell Increased a lot this week and got that real sticky-icky-ickyness to the touch now it’s like glue :) and smells fire… So fruity and sweet took a few more fans off possibly almost all apart from a few lol got a bit aggressive with her so she paid me back by giving me hives or whatever the bumps on my arms I always get are haha 😂 but yeah to allow the lighter green lower bits to get a little More light for the last few weeks 💚🔥💪

Got a new light this week, it's basically a HLG 260 R-Spec except locally manufactured using the same Samsung LEDs. Big Mumma got her 60x60cm tent today and will go in there under one Viparspectra 300W blurple (130w from the wall). I trimmed her, super cropped her main stem and added a scrog net in preparation of flowering her in the next couple of days. Because my other plants were getting up past 75cm after 7 days of flower (100cm is my absolute max) , I decided to supercrop the canopy back down to about 60-65cm - it was pretty scary and I definitely broke the outer stem on some of them. Also gave them a good trim. Fortunately most bounced back strong the next day which are the most up-to-date photos you see (17/4/20).

So both the ladies look absolutely beautiful, a bit of a different structure on the two but almost the same size. Jack #1 really has filled out veg wise. Jack #2 seems to be the furthest into flowering of all the autos. The training looks perfect so far, Jack #1 May get a few fan leaves tucked but other than that we are probably gonna leave the ties and just keep making sure they are tight, not adding more. We have also introduced some bloom nutes and dropped the amount of veg nutes. We are probably gonna switch the bulb and got to 12/12 this week! See new pics and check back soon!

Trop Cherry #8 x BeeJayz hasn’t been topped, I transplanted the girls this week from a 1 gallon pot to a 3 gallon pot. Trop Cherry was in a plastic pot but now in a fabric pot. Plants seem to be growing well.

So I heard that matterhorn is an unstable plant but I never thought it was so unstable. One fenotype are doing well but plants from another mother are struggling. I checked the condition every day and every day the EC dropped and the pH rose. Which meant eating, but still showing problems on the leaves. During this period I made a mistake with the water temperature, namely when the water temperature is above 20 ° C the oxygen in the water drops drastically and these were the beginnings of my root problems. I didn't know it then, but later root rot appeared.

Quest'anno si comincia col botto! Come buon proposito dell'anno nuovo mi sono deciso a metter mano ad un vecchio cassone che c'è in casa mia (prima era una base per un acquario). Ora sarà tut'altro >:D Dopo aver fatto una bella ricerca e raccolta di semi, averli testati e messi alla prova, mi sono finalmente convinto a fare questa benedetta veg box. L'altro box era un 80x80x160, perfetto per la fioritura. Questo invece è un 60x100x80, un box più slim del mio e sdraiato, riesco a dividere lo spazio per tenere madre e cloni contemporaneamente :) Per il momento sto ospitando alcune piante di un amico, piante che dovevano avere dimora in un comodo 120x120 ma che ora sono tutte stipate come sardine a casa mia per le prossime settimane. Mi sto prendendo cura di loro: mi assicuro che germoglino per bene (vedi la girl scout cookies e la runtz in serra), trapianto quando necessario, e mi occupo delle mie bambine personali, la banana sherbet e la critical 707. Piccola curiosità: quando mi ha portato le piantine, stavano tutte a 1 settimana di vita, alcune appena germinate, e ho notato che la bruce banner 3 ha prodotto un gemello! Due germogli da un seme! Sono riuscito a dividerli con successo e mi terrò il gemellino sfortunato per cercare di riportarlo in forze. Al momento ci sono 10 piante in totale: 5 automatiche (tutte del mio amico) e 5(+1) femminizzate (3 mie ,2 del mio amico e 1 in fase di germinazione). Vorrei provare a fare un clone di Monster Skittlez, visto che ha delle foglie particolarmente strane e arricciate (in inglese si dice "webbed" se non sbaglio)... indagherò! Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. Another great week for the ladies, as they are now about 2 weeks into flower, and the stretch is winding down. I am still feeding them silica, cal mag, and flower nutrients maxi bloom by GHE. I will start to add a PK booster this week. I also will be switching to light from V1 to F1 sometime this week, and also integrating the UV/IR bar into the light cycle later this week. I will run the UV/IR bar for approximately 30 minutes prior to lights off to get started. The 5X5 is really starting to fill up nicely, I am running two dehumidifiers outside of the tent and I am able to maintain around 50% RH in the tent during lights on, and around 55% RH with lights off. Still very happy with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 90% in the V1 cycle and will be transitioning to the F1 cycle later this week. Overall, the plants seem very happy and healthy. The temperature and humidity is significantly dropping so that helps keeping the tent cool and not overly humid. This is by far the best time of year to be flowering plants in my region. She started looking good after 3 days of stalled growth. Thanks to the growmieverse for the encouraging words while I worried something wasn't quite right. Still a modest RH concern (high 30s is ok, wishing for 50). Cool mist humidifier may be in order.

Start of week 9, getting fat

Only adding water at a Ph of between 5.5 and 7…still No extra nutrients…switched placement of the plants because the Big Bang was starting to cone and figured the mist from the humidifier was giving too much extra moisture (Not sure how much sense that makes but it healed after the move so I guess🤷‍♂️🏾) Other than that everything was fine.

Nice buds very sticky 💥 The smell its not a cheese in particular its the whooole plate of cheese with the jam & the dried fruits & earthy its delicious!🧀🍇

D64 - We're at the start of the fifth week of flower, and the girls are looking better day by day. However, a few days I noticed very minor leaf damage on two leaves on the second girl that "might" be thrips damage. It's not a huge deal since the girls will finish in two to three weeks, but I figured it would be prudent to be proactive before the next grow, so I ordered some Cucumeris predatory mites. They arrived today, and I hung a sachet with mites on each girl. D68 - Today, I disconnected the Inkbird controller and humidifier that kept the humidity in the tent high. It is getting towards the end of flower, and I want to decrease the RH in the tent to avoid botrytis. I also set the exhaust fan to run constantly. I hope that will be enough as there isn't enough space in the tent to fit a dehumidifier. #tinytentproblems D69 - The humidity in the tent is still too high for my liking so I had to get creative. I drilled a hole in my dehumidifier so that it can hang in the tent. It's only a small dehumidifier and not very powerful but the tent is tiny and the dehumidifier should be enough to drop the RH by around 10%. D70 - We have reached the end of the fifth week of flower and the girls are rocking it in the tent and their buds are getting fatter as each day passes by. It's only a waiting game at this point although a game where I'm trying to avoid budrot. I adjusted the light schedule yesterday so that the hottest hours of the tent are during the coldest hours of the day. That should even out the temps a bit, and I also keep a flap open on the tent to further reduce the temperature and humidity. The girls are looking great and I would hate to get botrytis and lose part of the harvest.
