Hello everyone and thanks for stopping by. The start of this journal is a little overdue, but real life gets in the way sometimes and I kept having to delay. I initially had planned to run the Samsquanch OG strain from Mephisto and had even started a journal, but I had some issues starting off and the seeds just didnt take well for whatever reason. I tried to germinate my last 4 of those seeds after the originals failed, but only 1 came up. Still cant figure out what went wrong, but instead of waiting and ordering new seeds I decided to pop these freebies that they game me and the girls had absolutely zero issues and are off to a great start! I transplanted into the net pots on 10/20 (Day 4) after some nice long roots came out. I top fed for a few days until my roots were reaching down through the net pots. Everything is running pretty optimal thus far! Light is set about 40inches away 40% power right now. Daytime Temp is 78f and night is around 72-73f. RH is 62-65% EC 0.5

I’m not 100% done collecting all the data. By the smell of it, this plant will be one of the dankest plants I’ve ever grown. More to come. Tuesday, September 5 I have the nugs in jars right now. Hopefully I didn’t let it dry too much. Right now the humidity is at around 52% but I think if I move the jar around a bit I can them to sweat a bit more.

Day 21 of Flower 🌸 Girls looking real fire right now — stretch is finally done and the canopy has locked in. Big, chunky colas are stacking up and the tent smells absolutely crazy when I open the door (honest — forgot how sweet flower smell is after a few years off). Quick notes / vibes: Switched to 400W HPS + 300W LED (4k) for flower — you can see the HPS side blasting the fattest colas. The two plants that were smallest under the little LED pre-flip have blown right up under HPS and are now the tallest. Kush Crasher is showing beautiful dark colours from the cooler nights (~17°C). Some big fan leaves are almost black — gorgeous. I did some supercrop & last tucks earlier while there was still room; with the net full I’m mostly done training — one last clean tomorrow/the day after, then I’ll let them fatten out. Watering: still giving ~3 L per plant every 3–4 days — feeding organic BioBizz line + Top·Max, Green Sensation in the mix as needed. Environment: box is in a cold, damp garage so I have to switch the inline off at night to avoid freezing. Running a 150W cabinet heater and a small Peltier dehumidifier (not perfect but helps). Humidity still a fight (keep an eye on it) — big fan circulation 24/7 helps a lot. Plan next moves: 1. Final lollipop / net clean tomorrow — remove any junk under the canopy, open airflow. 2. Stop training after this last tidy; let buds fatten. 3. Keep watching trichomes from week 6 onward and stagger harvests as needed. 4. Push RH down as much as possible in late bloom Strains in this run : Wedding Cake (back-left), Kush Crasher (back-center), AK-47 (back-right), Double Krush (front-left), Wappa (front-center), Detroit Runtz (front-right) — 6 clones, planted 10/10. Running in 20 L Smart pots, BioBizz Light Mix, mycorrhiza, SCROG net @ ~25–30 cm. Feeling stoked — tent is filling out exactly how I wanted. Just gotta babysit humidity and let the buds get dense. At 10 oz cured, it’s not the yield I was interested in but the quality and is it ever! This shit smacks, will def be growing it again but now, on to the lemon berry candy autos from ethos for my next grow. Check it out!

Week 2 has gone just as well as I'd like it too! I had an accident during the week where I had dropped a sticky bug trap on one of my girls, this led to me accidentally ripping off a fan leaf and a half, but she seems to have come out of it just fine! (Thankfully). I have been feeding 1/3 strength nutes the past few feeds, stepping it up from 1/4. I will be watering until I see runoff from now on to prevent nutrients from building up in the coco. Update(day 15, 4/12/20) Today I purchased a new oscillating fan, co2 bags and a new hygrometer that hooks up to my phone and shows me stats. The girls have been putting in a lot of work over the past 24 hours. I also had a Purple Punch photo seed sprout today which I may be turning into a mother plant. I will be starting a diary for this girl too. Update (Day 16 5/12/20) Second purple punch photo popped today, going to keep 1 inside and give the other to my mom to take care of. The girls got their first 1/4 dose of calmag today fed at 6ph due to all the nutrients settling there.( I do have ph +/- but I'm going to try run this whole grow at 5.8-6.2. Update (Day 17 6/12/20) Plants seem happy today. Fan leaves producing a the pre-existing nodes are starting to shoot out quite rapidly. Unfortunately, my streets power went out today for ~90 minutes, I opened the tent, windows and doors to get any light in I could, thankfully the power came back on shortly after. I fed the girls today with very little run-off(I'm trying to perfect the amount of water they need). Update (Day 18 7/12/20) The girls have jumped up over night! I wont be feeding today as I'd like the coco to dry out quite a bit more. Update (Day 19 8/12/20 Gave the girls a small feed today with very little run-off Everything seems to be going well so far, I'm very thankful! Update (day 20 9/12/20) Everything is going pretty well today. I will not be feeding as the increased humidity has kept the coco more moist than usual. Will be feeding full strength nutes tomorrow! Lunes 19 de Agosto 2024 Van un poco lentas estas vértigo de Paradise seeds, aunque lentas van bien, veamos que tal explotan conforme pasa el tiempo, ire quitando la cinta que puse en la maceta air grow por el molesto fungus gnat, ya erradicado. A un no se nutren.

2/19 Week 8 Controlling the stretch somewhat by keeping strong blue light in the spectrum. Wont start flower under HPS again, will wait till stretch has finished. The FFt-7 seem to respond most to this, the FFt-5 not as much but still slowed down. Major day coming Saturday everyone back into one tent and that undergrowth is getting trimmed! Driving me nuts Wont need to worry so much over height at that point. Adding that small amount of PK has really spurred a lot of bud growth, looks like the guys knew what he was talking about. 2/21 Could not wait so... Lower End Defoliation Day! 2nd topped on day 20 and she is reacted well to HST, she is too busy with growing, there is no time to get stunted. I give her 1/3 of the feed schedule’s recommendation. Soon I will switch to bottom feed. DLI has been set to 30. Day 26 - today I installed the Megapot system. She has been transplanted from a 5 gal bag to a 6 gal one, it was quite a torture I must say. More stress for the plant. I had to do this for the better drainage. Was it a stupid move? We shall see.

Today we have the last day of flower at day 70. Aromas are getting real loud. Most Trichomes are milky on all strains, French Toast and AllGas could’ve been harvested earlier as they are leaning very far to the amber color. Flushed them for 1 week with tapwater at around 0,3 ec and 5,8 ph. Some samples have been cut on day 63, which already smell amazing.
