Slight defoliation this week. These plants are absolutely breathtaking. However, these will be low yield plants. I normally yield an average of a qp on my auto flowers, I look for these to be around 2 ounces per plant. Maybe. I normally grow in coco loco by Bush doctor. This grow is in FFOF. But i also went to 5 gallon pots this time, usually i run 3 gallon. This leads me to believe for sure. That this is genetic. Looking forward to the finished product here however, as this looks amazing, and smells like candy.

D43. First day of seventh week, I finally took out all the blumat water lines to be able to level the canopies to better perform the next four weeks. The whole tent is full of little colas, especially the lazy seed that have the most tiny ones due to the slow growth plus that she was quite in the bottom until today but now she's finally receiving same light as her sisters 💪. Today I watered again after three days, soil tension went from 40 to over 200 before watering that probably mean from now on will be better to stick on watering every two days instead of three. Things are getting smelly and promising, this week I'll do another insecticide foliar spray and watering and hope for the best. Peace ☮️ D46. That's a lot of wild stuff going on in here and my little girls look happier than ever, all the fans around every cola turned deep purple and full of white all around and they smell so good. I just watered 10% of the pot capacity with neem oil, calmag, higrozyme and nutrients until EC 1.9 pH 6.1 so water tension came down from over 200 to over 40mbar, also foliar sprayed again with potassic soap, neem and phyretrine since some thrip are still messing around. Good news the lazy plant despite the little colas once started receiving same light as her sisters she strengthen production and color of the leaf, not so bad!

4/22/2024 Day 29 showing plenty pistils, still in the transition to flower stage. Training may help the plant grow bigger/ longer stems. They can be semi bushy when spread out. Switched nutes to flower bloom from Gaia green 4/26 day 33? Last half of week 5 there has been more of a stretch than there was previous to this. These plants have been mad with a bit of over water and chlorine issues and maybe cal mag 4/27 day 34 end of week 5 The plants both stretched. The one I didn’t train,I can see a visible growth of about double the height, just over this last week. For it being just a pre flower stretch/transition phase for the auto flowers, I am surprised at how many pistils are on the flower sights. The end of last week, I didn’t feel like there were enough pistils to consider it the beginning of flower, and now at the end of this week, it looks like this should be the end of week 1 flower, but they were still stretching.

Week 12 from seed and not as heavyweight looking. But its been doing good. Ive started flushing it 3 days ago. Ill post about the harvest soon! One love!

Well not to much to report this week had a lot of tiny issues with the grow , the temperature was a big problem . Getting that fixed improved the overall health of this girl .. besides the cold she also had some air circulation problems as well plus lol the light switch for timer was put on 24h for a few days by the wife so I'm hoping for the best ..no hermies I hope ...cheers canna family

Well, this week has been eventful. What started with a fly deciding to lay eggs in my buckets with larvae swimming around and chilling on my roots turned into a bit of a disaster. I used very weak H2O2 (diluted 3% solution). To try and clean infestation, the roots didn’t like it, even though the actual concentration of H2O2 was probs less than 0.25%. Lesson learned 🙃 It has given some of them a touch of root rot (this is an assumption because I can’t figure out what else it could have been). So growth has stunted a lot. Just before the bug problem, I increased EC to 1.1, this was probably another mistake, the smaller girls at the back with a smaller root mass got massive lock out, potassium, mag and calcium by the looks of it, coupled with a few not so well timed PH swings out of the 5.5-6.5 range gave me a lot to combat this week. But, life goes on, they’re still alive (just about)... As this is probably the hardest curve ball I’ve had thrown at me since I started growing canna, I have cut back the EC to 0.56 to allow them to heal. Probably wrongly decided to top them all as they were growing past 7th node, either it’s gonna pay off, or I’ll be posting harvest details of 0g by this time next week 👽 I am on a stay at home holiday from work for the next 3 weeks, so looks like my babies are staying in the ICU and I’ll do my best to bring them back to life 😊

Loads shearing is still on going. 2-4 hour of no elec!! Not ideal to say the least. All things considered the plants are doing fantastic. They are starting to put on some size. The smell coming from the tent it's crazy😍

The plant is really small hopefully there are a few grams xD and now it is even infested towards the end and has to go out in quarantine lol

Feb 22 Really starting to thicken up! The soil underneath is still plenty moist even though the fan is blowing on it 24 hours a day. The roots will grow more quickly as the water dries up and the roots continue their search for more.

Little pink gelato got flipped 4 days ago hopefully get a decent stretch out of her . Just gonna defol and tie down the next few weeks and see how she goes . Sometimes the little ones produce the nicest buds .

Didnt take a ton of photos this week. But flipped the light schedule to trigger flowering. The canopy has filled out beautifully. If i was more patient I would have vegged for a week or two more.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. Not much to report on the Sundae Driver, she smells amazing, just kidding. I am feeding her with a syringe just plain water every 2-3 days and just lightly around the edge of the solo cup. I then go by weight of the cup to avoid over feeding. I will hopefully transplant to a solo cup in 7-10 days if all goes well. This is my first run with Royal Queen Seeds Genetics but I have smoked the hell out of some sundae driver genetics in the past and they were some of the best tasting nugs you could ever ask for. I plan to build a mainline and flip to 12/12 as soon as all 5 mainlines are built, hopefully around week 7. This Medic Grow light is perfect for a 5X5, and the AC Infinity 8" exhaust does an excellent job of keeping the tent cool. I will set up an auto feeding system which consists of a reservoir, and some 1/2" tubing that is hooked to a submersible pump in the reservoir and set to feed for 1 minute every 6 hours through halo feeders connected to ball valves to adjust the flow. The runoff then flows via gravity to a 5 gallon bucket in the tent with a shallow pan condensate pump that pumps the runoff out of the tent when it gets above 3 inches to another reservoir. I have been growing fruit and vegetables for over 40 years and I have recently switched to high frequency fertigation in Coco Coir for my tomatoes as well, as I believe this growth medium combined with this technique is the safest, most environment friendly, and foolproof method of getting monster yields no matter what crop you are growing, and I have seen massive results in both cannabis and tomatoes. My goal is to have these ladies transplanted by around day 14-17, and have the first toppings done within 48 hours or so of transplant. I hope everyone has a safe and peaceful weekend.
