8th week of Flowering is over. Buds almost doubled in size except Lemon Orange. Smell is pretty heavy and frosting continues. Mimosa Evo and Runtz can not carry their buds anymore. I had to tie them up. Trichomes almost fully milky for all ladies but waiting another week to get 20% Amber. Target VPD is still set to 1,5 with 23 Celcius Target Temp. ******** Week 10 - Feb 10 to 16/20 (Days 64 - 70 from seed popping out) It’s flush week so not much to update really. This week you anticipate the outcome with great hopes and also think about missed opportunities......no different here 😂 😂 😂 Last feed given last week. First good flush this week. I did not use any flushing agent with this girl. Want to get her natural taste and see what she can do on her own. The medium is pretty good with going into the week with a run of 900ppm. She is more dark on the bottom than I would prefer but it will be what it will be. Found an issue my pH pen this week and it will have contributed to some of the stresses this girl went through in recent two weeks. She picked back up this week and is taking roughly 2 days to work through 4L of water. Her run off by the end of the week was in mid 300ppm so we should be good with her feeding from her leaves. The top leaves are fading and giving a yellow with a slight purple on the edges. Combined with he red hairs and different shades in the bud and she is getting pretty🤩🤩 She is fading and looking more beautiful everyday! Will be pushing this girl and don’t anticipate chopping her down before next weekend.....want least day 75 to 77 idea.......see what the week brings. She has beautiful buds but they need more squishing and I want to ensure she can feed on herself as much as possible. I personally prefer the smoke from a plant flushed for two weeks, so that is the goal......only concern is what will happen to tricombs over the next four days or so???? She squished out bud very well over the weekend and has swelled quite a bit. She is getting fat and happy.......putting on the weight and frost this week girl!! Dropped the night temps to 60 degrees and the humidity to roughly 40% at night. Stripped more of her leaves this week. Some are still left where I don’t want to remove the leaves for fear of bruising the bud trying to get it off. 😧 She is such a dense bushy little girl!!! When you shake her and you feel how much she moves the pot you instantly smile👍😆👍 Again, trimming more lower growth on the main stems would have given her little extra to fill in the tops of colas even more.......next time👍 Crazy good genetics is what keeps going through my mind this grow.....impressed......I have to get more FastBuds in my seed collection!!! Little more detail......to come Feb 10/20 - Day 64 - her first flush after feed two days ago. - 6L water with Rezin & Liquid Weight @ 2ml/l = 100ppm and 5.8pH - runoff: 895ppm and 6.1pH. - Good looking numbers for two weeks flush. - no flushing agent used and she is not crazy for ppm in medium and she is not showing signs of toxicity. Feb 11/20 - Day 65 - Nothing today. Feb 12/20 - Day 66 - 2L water with Rezin @ 2ml/l and LW8 @ 1.5ml/L = 75ppm and 5.95pH - her tops appear to be mainly bud now. Not many sugar leaves pointing out anymore. Feb 13/20 - Day 67 - 2L water with Rezin & LW8 @ 2ml/l = 80ppm and 6.15pH - been cool in tent last couple of days......slowed down a bit. Feb 14/20 - Day 68 - Nothing today. Feb 15/20 - Day 69 - 3L water with Rezin & LW8 @ 2ml/l = 100ppm and 6.1pH - Her claw is coming out more. Could she be root bound? - Light is at 18', pH is inline, same when medium is dry and wet, nitrogen hasn't been too excessive?? Feb 16/20 - Day 70 - 3L water with Rezin & LW8 @ 2ml/l = 100ppm and 6.0pH - Pulled a few more lower leaves......she is thick!......she is also getting sticky moving around her buds😀😀 - closer to the end so will keep dropping temps and humidity in tent. - Have a great week all and may your gardens be full of colour and shine!!🙏

10/10/21 new week for Hyper glue Growing almost a month now did some topping last week and today started to LST the main everything going great so far plants loving the new FC-4800 so as i absolutely no extra heat is coming of them 👌🏻 I maybe will top some more but as far it Goes for LST this will be the only thing i will do to the plants let the rest grow freely one hyper glue has to wait for main LST 12/10/21 The other hyper glue got LST clip on the main and think this was one of best ones so far 14/10/21 Growing very nicely giving them the watering and nutrients when they need it . I am trying to understand plants better by looking at feeling soil etc instead of a regiment. And learning we do every day because bin growing in 11L pots but now in 8L pots so that means that there gone be smaller then my first grow . Branches are starting to need support. No issues yet this week or changes to note. Hoping to get at least 6 ounces dry from this plant, that would be a huge win.

Day 91, plants #1&3 are still maturing and not ready to be chopped. They are definitely running longer than I expected. I have plant #2 in jars and curing already. Total dry weight for her was 98g or 3.5oz!!! Definitely more than I was expecting. I was hoping for 1.5oz so I’m definitely a happy guy about that!!! Update #2: upon further investigating, looks like I’m going to start flushing the last 2 plants in a couple days when they go through all their current nutrients. They’re about ready to come down. I harvested last two plants on day 98. Currently drying. I will update with final weight in a couple days.

I want that happy face! I have to confess I love watching this cute little plant every day, so before I go to bed I come and say hi and then goodnight! All I have dine so far is water them with water from the rain. Its been raining a lot. ;)

A Note From (BAM): "This week was a battle with the environment. The plants grew like crazy, but the controller tried to sabotage us every single night. I learned more about VPD, airflow, and the limits of automation than I ever wanted to. But by the end of the week, the plants were wider, the roots were thicker, and I was in control — not the controller." --- Day 8–9: LST & Light Upgrade The FIM sites had fully healed, so I started Low Stress Training (LST) — pinning branches outward with clips to create a flat canopy. I also added the second Sanlight EVO 4-120, angling both lights inward at 40 cm. The plants responded immediately with faster growth and wider leaves. --- Day 10–11: The Fan Controller Nightmare The AC Infinity Controller 69 Pro showed a fatal flaw: every night, when VPD fell below the trigger point, it sent an OFF command to the fan — even with Minimum Speed set to 1. The tent would spike to 80% humidity and 29°C. I tried everything: lower triggers, higher minimums, different modes. Nothing fixed it. The controller simply ignores the Minimum Speed setting when it decides to turn off. The workaround: I have filed a warranty claim with AC Infinity. In the meantime, I am running the fan on a fixed manual speed to ensure continuous airflow. --- Day 12–13: Nutrient Stability & Canopy Width PPM was drifting too low (440–480), so I learned to make a concentrate (2g A + 2g B in 1L RO water) for daily top-ups. This gave me precise control without full reservoir changes. Plant PPM pH Plant 1 509 5.91 Plant 2 519 5.94 Canopy width is now ~45 cm per plant, height 30–33 cm. New Irrigation System – Mars Hydro Foldable Bucket Drip Kit This week, we also welcomed a new tool into the grow room: the Mars Hydro Drip Irrigation Kit (link here). 👉 Important note: I’m not running it on automation or timers. I will manually control it, plugging it in and off when watering. This way, I get the benefit of precise, even distribution, while keeping full hands-on control. What it is: • A bucket-based drip system that distributes water (or nutrient solution) evenly to multiple pots through adjustable drip emitters. • A way to reduce manual hand-pouring and ensure more consistent soil hydration. • A tool that can save root systems from “wet/dry pockets” that sometimes happen with hand-watering. What it is NOT: • It’s not fully automated irrigation (unless connected to timers or sensors). • It doesn’t make plant care “hands-free.” You still have to decide when and how much to water. • It won’t replace observation—plants still speak through their leaves and posture. What to Expect: ✅ More even watering across pots. ✅ Reduced runoff mess if dialed correctly. ✅ Less physical strain compared to hand-watering each plant. ✅ The chance to experiment with “precision irrigation” in future grows. What NOT to Expect (yet): ❌ Fully automated feeding schedules. ❌ Perfect calibration out of the box (it takes a few runs to dial flow rate for each pot). ❌ A substitute for plant observation—eyes on the canopy are still the most important tool. Educational takeaway: Drip systems are bridges between hand-watering and full automation. They give growers consistency without completely removing the grower’s role. For many, this is the sweet spot—technology supporting, not replacing, the human touch. P.S. #2 – Pheno #1 vs. Pheno #2: Different Timelines Another important note this week: the two Mango Kush sisters are not in the exact same stage of flower. • Pheno #1 – More advanced. She is already in full flower mode, pistils bursting, bud sites defined, white hairs everywhere. This is the classic “week 3 flower look.” • Pheno #2 – Slower. She is not yet fully in flower. Why? Because she was germinated later and is effectively running a slightly younger internal clock—closer to 11–13 from seed. 👉 With the 11/13 light schedule (11 hours on, 13 off), Pheno #2 is taking her time to settle into bloom. This is not a problem, it’s genetics and timing. Each seed is unique, and sometimes phenos stagger into flower. What this means for the grow: • Don’t expect both plants to bulk at the same time. • Pheno #1 may finish earlier. • Pheno #2 could become the “late bloomer,” giving us a longer harvest window and potentially different terpene expression. Educational takeaway: Not all phenotypes follow the same timeline, even under identical conditions. One may stretch earlier, another may flower later.
