Tag 58: Heute habe ich noch einmal entlaubt, da sie noch immer Blätter und neue Blütenstände produzieren. Die Black Orchid ist etwas gedrungener und "buschiger" gewachsen, während die Jungle Lava für meinen Growstyle perfekte Internodien und insgesamt ein sehr gutes Wuchsverhalten zeigt. Die Wurzeln sind super gesund und gleichmäßig, die Länge und Größe der Blätter passt und das macht das Entlauben sehr angenehm. Im Moment kommt insgesamt eindeutig der OG Kush Geruch sehr dominant durch, aber die Black Orchid hat auch noch eine gute Prise Zitrone an Board. Morgen mach ich mal die ersten Bilder der Trichome und reiche sie dann nach, Licht ist leider gerade aus gegangen. Tag 59: Die Bilder sind da und ich mag sie. Plant continues to show growth , slow and steady but maybe it will bust with growth one day, but otherwise I noticed to leaves kind of twisting and curling and such not sure why I barely water them to keep from being overwatered because I noticed the soil does retain water a LOT plan to transplant them in coco coir 50/50 mix fox farm cream of the crop but till then they will remain in Fox farm ocean forest( maybe the soil is overloaded with nutes for this strain) 😬(and me amending not making it any better)

D89 (18/02/2021): Copy paste of last week... I think max one week and she is done 😁 I gave around 2L of tap water. Glue Gelato is dry and in jar since one week. I did not move back Banana Kush in the tent since I was sure it was her last week. At this point I should have move her back in the tent. I think being in the closet might have slow her down since there is no reflective wall but at least the environment conditions are good. - temp in the closet: 18-21C - water: 2L of tap water - RH in the closet: 33-35% D90 (19/02/2021): I can definitely see more resin gland forming on buds and can also tell that the calyx are swelling nicely. - temp in the closet: 18-21C - no water - RH in the closet: 33-35% D91 (20/02/2021): I gave 1.75L of tap water. - temp in the closet: 18-21C - water: 1.75L, PH7.5 - RH in the closet: 33-35% D92 (21/02/2021): I checked the trichomes and they are more abundant. It's beautiful to see the buds becoming frostier day by day 😍 - temp in the closet: 18-21C - no water - RH in the closet: 33-35% D93 (22/02/2021): She is starting to show some amber trichomes but not enough. I will let her some days to ripen but she is close to harvest! - temp in the closet: 18-21C - no water - RH in the closet: 33-35% D94 (23/02/2021): I gave 3L of tap water. - temp in the closet: 18-21C - water: 3L, PH7.5, 130PPM - RH in the closet: 33-35% D95 (24/02/2021): Trichomes are all cloudy with some ambers. Due to a timing issue, I will need to chop her this weekend in two or three days. Yesterday I did reduce light intensity to 50% power. She will pass 2 days with this light intensity and then 2 days in complete darkness. - temp in the closet: 18-21C - no water - RH in the closet: 33-35% D96 (25/02/2021): I will not change for week 14 since she is going into darkness tonight for two more days. Trichomes are not exactly where I would like. More ambers would be better but at least they are all milky white with some amber. She's at her peek in term of THC potency. - temp in the closet: 18-21C - no water - RH in the closet: 33-35% D97 (26/02/2021): 24h into complete darkness is done - temp in the closet: 18-21C - no water - RH in the closet: 35-40%

One white widow auto didn’t germinate.

This was another very good week for the plants, with the flowers beginning to swell up and take shape. Some of the lower leaves are starting to yellow, but this is expected. As the light doesn't penetrate as far, the plant will begin to 'consume' those leaves and drop them to redirect energy to the tops. The canopy is fairly even apart from 1 small spot, which does not have any colas at all. This is due to me bending away the GSC that was topped, with the intention of the lower branches stretching up. This happened with all the other plants I did it to, but not this one for some reason. I think it was due to airflow around the budsites so I added an extra fan last week to hopefully improve this. The strongest looking plants by far are still the ones that were Topped with LST, followed by the mainlined, with only LST in last place. I have found that the LST only ones do not have stems as thick as the others, so this may impact yield later. Not much done in the way of training apart from the odd leaf bending or stem tying. The next few weeks will most likely be fairly uneventful, as now we just need to wait for them to flower fully :D

Here we are at the harvest of one of the masterpieces of the season, Ghost Train Haze Automatic by Zamnesia. ** We remind everyone that we have grown two plants per strain, one without the aid of any technique and the other instead worked with the techniques described below. Technique used // The plant was worked with the MAINLINING technique, particularly successful in this case because the plant with a wide internodal distance put a lot of body until it swelled like a pig. Better with the techniques or normal? It is a plant with a high distance between internodes, the Mainling was truly perfect. This time I am strong for the main lined plant. You can watch plant and I believe it will think the same This is another confirmation that MAINLINING on AUTOFLOWERING in my opinion is only indicated in plants with medium-high internodal distance. This is a real monster not usual for soil in 11 lt pot. Flower quality // The flowers are impressive, the classic haze shape is very long, some are really hard and heavy, I'm not crazy about the taste but by definition the pure haze taste is not among my super favorites but I love it anyway. Tart Pops is entering week 6 of veg and she's stacking up beautifully! Been training the top heads using plant bends to open her up and keep that canopy nice and level. She's responded like a champ — lower sites are reaching for the light, and the main tops have been topped again to push even more branching. Structure is looking strong and symmetrical, and she’s taking the training like a true tart with attitude Keeping an eye on node spacing and dialing in those nutrients — this girl is prepping to blow up in flower! Let’s see what she’s got in the next stretch

Trichomes all cloudy and very frosty but not any amber's yet 17/1 chopped her today, she has been in the dark for 24 hours. She smells amazing

27.07. Day 87 Flower Day 47.

Its that time of week again for our weekly update. I'm more than sure now that this is a photo seed rather than an auto seed, it's still continously growing rapid and big but no sight of flowering at the moment, I may have to give it another week or 2 before I switch the light to 12/12 to start her flowering stage. But so so pleased with her progress.

Day 28 - These ladies are growing like crazy! 2 of them are already almost as tall as my white widow autos that are about 2 weeks ahead! Day 30 - Still stretching like crazy, starting to look much better though I have to say! Day 32 - Ladies are starting to get nice & purple!

12/1: She's scheduled for execution on Tuesday (maybe Wednesday) Hooray!😋 The bottom part of the closet seems empty with only 9 plants in there.. 😟 I cut the harvested plants up and put them into drying baskets in the top of my closet with a small oscillating fan on. I've got the temperature fluctuating between 68f and 75f and the RH is staying between 48% and 52%. To do that, I had to take down the small light in the top of the closet to fit the drying baskets up there. So, I moved the 3 shorter plants still up there, including the Stardawg, down to the bottom and put them on top of buckets. Now the bottom of the closet looks full again!😃 I'm anxious to finish up this grow so I can get busy growing the Fastbuds Fast Flowering Photo Testers!!! When I harvest the next 5, I'll flush the remaining plants really well and that will be all the flushing they'll get..I'll let them dry back out for a few days and harvest them. I've got to make some minor improvements to the garden (adding UV, blue and red/far red booster panels and intake fans) That should put me on track to start germinating them by mid-December if all goes well.

Getting close to finishing! Maybe start flushing Friday when it turns 7 days and aim for a 7 day flush!
