The pound cake auto is really taking off. I’m happy I didn’t top the plant and just let it do its thing. It’s gonna have big long bugs all over the whole plant is just gonna be nugs. Not sure what I did with this plant but I got the roots perfect this time and it’s showing it the growth of the plant

I pollinated a side bud of this girl and her seeds are developing quickly. Which is exciting for the sake of future grows. Other then that the buds are not super big at all but look super quality so I am happy with how things are progressing. As the week comes to an end the trichromes are really coming in and she is starting to smell very nice. I think one more week of flowering to fatten up a little more and then I will flush to finish. I learned that I started to feed flowering nutes to early and so my first two autos did not get super tall as a result. Learning a lot with my first indoor grow and first time with autos, I read a really solid breakdown of Autoflowers lifecycle that was super informative. I'll leave here, and post it with my final harvest post here. Knowledge is power 😎 LIFECYCLE OF AN AUTO A common question I see is when to switch autos from veg to bloom. Many people are under the impression that as soon as they see the first flowers it's time to switch. Perhaps a little explanation of the life cycle of autos will help to clarify this. Weeks 1 - 3. Once you've started your seeds and they break the surface of the soil, they are in their seedling stage. The first set of leaves to appear will usually single fingered, followed by a second set that may still be single fingered or perhaps 3 fingered. Once that second set appears growth will start to accelerate as the new leaves provide more photosynthesis. This process will continue, more new leaves, faster growth. Depending on the type of soil in use, mild vegetative nutes can be introduced at week 2. By week 3 most plants will start to show their sex. Males will start to produce pollen sacks and females will display pistils. Weeks 4 - 6. The plants are now entering a pre flowering stage. During this time the plants should exhibit explosive growth, often as much as a new set of nodes and 1" vertical growth a day. This is the time when they will gain most of their vertical height. Many people make the mistake of switching from vegetative to flowering nutrients at this point, assuming that since they see flowers it must be the proper time. This is incorrect. If the switch to flowering nutes is made at this time the vertical growth will stop and the plant will put it's energy into producing buds. If you need to keep your plants small, or want them to finish earlier, they by all means switch nutes at this point. But if you want to get the most out of your plants continue feeding vegetative nutes until you see the vertical growth slow and stop. Depending on the strain that will usually be sometime during week 5 or 6. Weeks 7 - 9. By now vertical growth has stopped and the switch to flowering nutrients has been made. The buds will start to fill out and put on weight, becoming hard and tight. Pistols will start to change from white to brown, orange, red, etc. By now the plants will also have developed a strong smell. Toward the end of this phase the large primary and smaller secondary fan leaves will begin to turn yellow. This is an indication that the plant is moving toward the end of it's life. Weeks 10 - 11. At this time flowering nutes should be discontinued and only plain pHed water fed to flush the remaining nutrients from the soil and improve the taste. Yellowing of the fan leaves will continue as the plant draws the stored energy from them. Eventually they will die and fall off. By the time that the smaller leaves that come from out of the buds will also start to turn yellow. Then it's time to harvest. I know that many of you are thinking that the seed bank said the plants will finish in 8-9 weeks, so why are you saying they take 10-11? The claims made by the seed banks are somewhat deceptive. If you switch to flowering nutes at week 3 or 4 the plants can finish in the times the seed banks say but they will remain small and not reach their full potential yield. Years of growing by myself and others has shown that autos do best if you follow this time line. Of course, there will always be variations depending on the strain, the environment, nutrients, etc. This information is meant to only serve as a general guideline.

7/12. Sorry I haven't updated. Been working long weeks. So, I got the tent stabilized. Humidity is at a constant 55%. I brewed a batch of compost tea made from fresh compost, worm castings, Urb, molasses, and Maxicrop Liquid Seaweed. I gave each plant about a half gallon each through a sprayer.

Week 13 (Aug/1/2024-Aug/7/2024) DAY85 - Nothing new. Water, check, repeat. Added Kelp Meal for nutrients this week. I am thinking how I will separate the plants this week--they're starting to bunch up together--staggered may be the best option to minimize space in the garden. DAY 89 - Gave one of the girls to my buddy. Helped with the bunching of the plants in a limited space. They're a lot to handle when you harvest alone. Kept the tall one, the short two(LST), the different one in the 45 gallon pot, and the bushy one(LST-ish). By the way: I include germination as part of the day count. So basically day 1 is when I put the seed in water. These seeds all rooted within 48 hours.

Day 58 : Watered with 3L with CAL MAG only, CO2 stopped for all ladies. Burn is stable now but she doesn't have a lot of energy in her leaves to give to the buds. So i think she will flower but with small buds. Edit (Day 62) : Again the same watering as the previous, just water with cal/mag.

This two were part of another diary and got moved out due to space reasons at VW8 and moved back indoors at VW20 https://growdiaries.com/diaries/218151-auto-god-s-glue-grow-journal-by-yan402 13.09.25 VW21 Both are looking good and are developing tighter nodes than when they were outside, I'm going to have to keep cutting them back every once and a while I also applied nematodes against thrips and fungus gnats. 20.09.25 VW22 some spots and some yellow leafs, I think it's a root problem, probably root bound, but both seem healthy and are getting thicker so maybe just top up with Coco coir and give a slight different nutrient schedule less Tri Part Bloom could do the trick MAYBE lol. 27.09.25 VW23 Topped up the pots with extra coco coir and trimmed the side roots a bit, both plants were root bound πŸ“Ή 03.10.25 VW23 did a HST/LST session πŸ“Ή 12.10.25 VW25 Done a major HST session to try and keep them in line with the Sunset Sherbet GF I have going in the same tent, rest in the video πŸ“Ή 17.10.25 VW25 ffj/fpj/fish 30 β†’ 60 ml 19.10.25 VW26 it just became a one plant diary, keeping #5, #6 gets it's own diary for testing nutrients : 25.10.25 VW26 I'll be repoting tomorrow, 26.10.25 VW27 rest in the videoπŸ“Ή πŸŒ±πŸ’¦πŸŒ±πŸ’¦πŸŒ±πŸ’¦πŸŒ±πŸ’¦πŸŒ±πŸ’¦πŸŒ± Day to day tasks & actions 🌿 πŸŒ±πŸ’¦πŸŒ±πŸ’¦πŸŒ±πŸ’¦πŸŒ±πŸ’¦πŸŒ±πŸ’¦πŸŒ± 25.10.25 VW26 – Fed 5l of #1 β†’ 2l runoff (*RUNOFF reused for tomato plants) πŸΆπŸ’§πŸΆπŸ’§πŸΆπŸ’§πŸΆπŸ’§πŸΆ πŸ’§ Nutrients in 30L #1 πŸΆπŸ’§πŸΆπŸ’§πŸΆπŸ’§πŸΆπŸ’§πŸΆ πŸ’§ TriPart Micro: 10 β†’ 30 β†’ 40 ml = 0.33 β†’ 1.00 β†’ 1.33 ml/L 🍢 TriPart Grow: 0 ml = 0.00 ml/L πŸ’§ TriPart Bloom: 10 β†’ 30 β†’ 20 ml = 0.33 β†’ 1.00 β†’ 0.67 ml/L πŸ’§ Cal-Mag: 60 ml = 2.00 ml/L 🍢 Home-made FFJ/FPJ (new fish batch): 30β†’ 60ml = 1.00 β†’ 2.00 ml/L πŸ’§ pH Down: Citric acid (BuxXtrade) β€” adjust to ~pH 6.0 πŸ“¦ TOTAL : = 180 ml per 30L = 6.00 ml/L πŸΆπŸ’§πŸΆπŸ’§πŸΆπŸ’§πŸΆπŸ’§πŸΆ βš™οΈβœ‚οΈβš™οΈβœ‚οΈβš™οΈβœ‚οΈβš™οΈβœ‚οΈβš™οΈ βœ‚οΈ Tools & equipment βœ‚οΈ βš™οΈβœ‚οΈβš™οΈβœ‚οΈβš™οΈβœ‚οΈβš™οΈβœ‚οΈβš™οΈ βœ‚οΈ 2Γ— MarsHydro SP3000 βš™οΈ MarsHydro 150mm ACF Ventilator βœ‚οΈ Trotec dehumidifier (big unit) βš™οΈ Mini no-name dehumidifier βœ‚οΈ Kebab skewers (LST – stainless) βš™οΈ Wire + roast skewers (LST assist) βœ‚οΈ Scissors (HST) βš™οΈ Vacuum (for spills & cleanup) βœ‚οΈβš™οΈβœ‚οΈβš™οΈβœ‚οΈβš™οΈβš™οΈβœ‚οΈβš™οΈβœ‚οΈβš™οΈβœ‚οΈβš™οΈ πŸ’πŸπŸ¬πŸŒˆπŸ’πŸπŸ¬πŸŒˆπŸ’πŸπŸ¬πŸŒˆπŸ’ πŸ¦„Fantasy Feast ( Seeds)πŸ¦„ πŸŒˆπŸ’πŸπŸ¬πŸŒˆπŸ’πŸπŸ¬πŸŒˆπŸ’πŸπŸ¬πŸŒˆπŸ’ Species: Hybrid (Regular) Genetics: The mother is Unicorn Whip by Dirty Bird Genetics.
