Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the grand finale of my Medusa F1 journey! Week 10 has arrived, and it's a spectacle of colors that even the most talented painters would envy. The buds on my Medusa are a visual feast, showcasing a symphony of pinks, purples, reds, and greens. It's like stepping into a surreal world of botanical beauty. As we approach the harvest, it's time to bid farewell to additional nutrients. Just like saving room for dessert after a sumptuous meal, we're allowing the plant to focus all its energy on maturing those magnificent buds. It's the VIP treatment, giving them the undivided attention they deserve. Now, let's talk trichomes, those tiny resinous wonders that hold the key to potency. I've become a trichome connoisseur, inspecting them daily with a fascination that could rival an alien investigator. These shimmering crystals are like a galaxy of diamonds, reflecting the culmination of our hard work and dedication. A special shoutout goes to Royal Queen Seeds for blessing us with the Medusa F1 genetics. They've truly crafted a masterpiece, and I'm honored to have been a part of this growing adventure. Thank you, Royal Queen Seeds, for making our dreams come true. As we approach the final curtain call, I invite you all to savor the beauty of cannabis cultivation. Embrace the vibrant colors, relish the trichome spectacle, and celebrate the magic of nature's artistry. As always thank you all for stopping by and for supporting me on this journey, i am super passion about growing and fell blessed to have you all with me on this new journey <3 <3 <3 Genetics - RQS MEDUSA F1 Ligth - LUMATEK ZEUS 465 COMPACT PRO

She boasts uniform grow traits, mouthwatering aromas and flavours, and plenty of potency. If you're looking to bring stable, elongated plants into your room, tent, or garden, look no further. Mouthwatering Aromas, High Potency, and Mid-Size Plants Though she won't turn you to stone like the mythical goddess after which she's named, Medusa F1 is bound to get you plenty stoned in her own special way. Combining genetics from inbred lines deriving from Sugar Magnolia, a thick and sweet indica, and American Beauty, a fast, fruity hybrid loved for its well-balanced, positive high, the result is an autoflowering F1 variety that produces fresh flavours, a unique cannabinoid profile, and large yields. A very aromatic cultivar with a vibrant concentration of terpenes bearing notes of fresh mint alongside an upfront peppery kick, backed up by hints of fresh fruit, berries, and tangy fuel. Her thick, frosty flowers consistently produce high levels of THC and CBG, as well as high concentrations of myrcene, ocimene, farnesene, and caryophyllene. As a result, Medusa F1 has strong effects that relax and stone the body from head to toe (brought on by particularly high concentrations of myrcene and farnesene) while motivating the mind with an uplifting, creative, and motivating kick (thanks to high concentrations of ocimene). Medusa F1 seeds produce elongated autoflowering plants with long, strong branches and well-spaced internodes. Plants regularly grow up to 80–85cm tall and boast a fast flowering time of just 42–45 days (72 days from germination to harvest). Thanks to her genetics, Medusa F1 produces plenty of thick flowers with big, swollen calyxes that make for very easy trimming. Medusa F1 is very stable, handling stress and unfavourable growing conditions with ease, though she is somewhat susceptible to Botrytis, so make sure to keep tabs on the humidity in your grow room/garden

Nährstofflösung: 1 ml/l - Big Bud Advanced Nutrients 1 ml/l - Bud Candy Advanced Nutrients. 1 ml/l - B-52 Advanced Nutrients. 2 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part A. 2 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part B.

Raspberry Cough and Candyland are sprinting out in front of the holy punch. They both seem stronger and denser. I’ll do a second run of the holy punch next grow to see if I can get a better outcome!

D43. The third week of flower starts, and the girls are rocking it in the tent. They are bushier than a 70s pornstar, and the first girl has doubled in height in the last week. The second girl is only now starting to go into flower, so I expect her to soon begin stretching. She isn't far behind in height, so I suspect she will eventually be taller. There are a few yellow tips on new leaves on the first girl. It probably won't become a problem; it is only minor so far, but I will continue to monitor it. I slightly defoliated the girls below the canopy to promote better airflow, but I will wait until the stretch is done before a more substantial defoliation. ------------------------------ D46. The girls are raging in the tent. The first girl has stretched over 8 cm in three days, and the second girl is keeping pace, although she still has yet to go into full flower. I'm concerned regarding the first girl, as new leaves at the top of the canopy are thin and displaying interveinal chlorosis. Fresh leaves further down look fine, as do older leaves. The stretch and the increased light might have something to do with it. We'll see. I checked the DLI; it was around 53, which is way high this early in flower. I raised and dimmed the light to a DLI of 48, which is still high but should be more appropriate. ------------------------------ D49. So, I have a tent-sized jungle on my hand. Three weeks ago, I nearly cut down these plants because they had a rocky start, and I feared they got stunted. I have no idea what happened since, but HOLY SHIT! These girls have blown up. The second girl stretched over 25 cm this week and turned into a beast, which is funny, considering she was the smallest one from day one. She will continue to stretch longer as she is only starting to flower. The first girl is further along and is showing proper pompoms and will remain shorter than the second girl. Still, I hope that the difference in canopy height will be manageable. I will clean up the lower canopy in the coming week. The first girl is ready to shave her legs, but the second girl still needs a few days to settle into flower. ------------------------------

Edit: 1st January 2020 I started playing with making time laps video. You can see the first trial video over 28h period. It starts a bit slow cuz I was still figuring out the shooting interval. The second half of the video is shot with 1 picture every 1,5min, and I love it! It’s gonna be fun playing with this! 😁 31.dec.19 Happy New Year everyone! 🎉 And let the show begin, the girls are half way and starting to show pistils. I’m doing my best to tie them down to keep an even canopy. The Ph got finally stabilized at 5.5-5.9, I’ll start getting it a bit higher next week 5.9-6.2 In order to accommodate them all the ppm seems to be in the sweet spot around 650-700 at this point. It looks like the Criticals could use more, while the slowest of the Gorillas... well, she is slow, so she needs less. The temperature gets a bit low here, but won’t do anything about it, I don’t want to spend more on the electric bill then I already do. I’m looking forward for my friend to come and pick up the DWC GZ so I can have some more space to stretch out the rest of the girls. Oh, I’m working on setting up an old iPhone in there to make time laps videos 🤞🏼Just imagine watching those buds fattening up 😃 Happy growing in the new year! 🍀

📅 Week 11 | 🗓️ Day 71–77 Day 77 – 3-4 week of flower 🌸 Lemon Cherry Runtz 🍋🍒 🔸Lemon Cherry Runtz is really kicking into gear this week. Buds are swelling up nicely, calyxes are plump, and the white pistils are shooting out like little antennas in every direction. Resin production is in full swing – the tops are already frosty, sparkling under the light, and the colas are stacking beautifully along the main stems. 🔸Leaves are looking strong and healthy – deep green with some subtle purple hues showing on the edges. No clawing, no deficiencies, and no signs of overfeeding, maybe she could use a little more nutrition.. Sugar leaves are already coated with trichomes, which is always a good sign that the plant is cruising in the right direction. 🔸This week I kept it simple: only water. I also cranked the SANlight up to 100% to push temps up a bit, and it worked out great. Daytime VPD now sits right around 1.4–1.6 kPa, which is the sweet spot. Climate is steady, airflow keeps everything dry, and the buds are staying fresh and compact. 📈 Current Conditions (Day 77) 🌡️ Day = 24.7 °C 🌡️ Night = 18 °C 💨 Humidity = 56.1 % 🌬️ VPD = 1.4 – 1.6 kPa 🔦 PPFD = ~1000 µmol (12/12) 🛠️ Setup (unchanged) 💡 2 x SANlight Evo 4-120 @100% ⛺ 120 x 120 x 180 Spiderfarmer tent 🍯 Pots: 18L fabric pots 🌱 Soil: Bio-Bizz Light Mix 💊 Nutrients: BIO Tabs 🌱 “Easy, organic, only-water method. Filling out the trellis net. Looks like another 2-3 weeks until I flip the ladies. Using SST’s, LABS and natural inputs for this grow. I have made some mistakes in the past using Organics, but have figured out HOW to use them for an entire grow. The vegetative state, I have never had a problem with. The transition into the first 3 weeks is when I have had the most issues. After a little research and testing, I finally have a basic blue print of how to feed plants in flower for 10-12 weeks now or shorter. Mark Bowell from Perfect Gardens on YouTube and Mr Canucks Grow from Canada are my largest information inputs. Final Thank you to Mr McGooz for keeping me in the know. 10-11: yes, some of the stalks are turning purple. This is not due to phosphorus, magnesium, or any deficiency. It is due to the light being too intense for the plants. I am at the max distance and running the light at 30% ( it’s a 600 watt 🤣🤣). Soooo yeah, that purple is going to stay for a bit. Purple with other leaf discoloration or senescence IS a problem, purple stems with NO leaf issues isn’t serious issue. Cant it be fixed? We are going to find out….Photosynthesis Plus will be on hand in the next 5-6 days. This permits the plant to USE more of the photons ( yes, I have carbon in my media). This should minimize the purple and allow me to UP THE WATTS 🗣️🗣️ 10-14: spoke to my “guide” and we made the decision to go ahead and flower these ladies. We saw how much stretch there is to be had and realized we are currently filling the trellis by 75%. We are estimating the entire 4x4 area to be completely filled. I defoliated and pruned the smaller sites off the lower areas of the plant. Not quite lollipopping, just selectivity choosing sites to keep and bones that will get in the way. For transition I am using a ratio of 1:1:1 on NPK’s to ease the flip. The ppm’s will be between 750-800. Once we reach early flower, we switch the NPK’s to 1:3:2 ( flower girl by Dr Earth OR Fish bone meal and langbenite). I switch each feeding between the two for 5-6 weeks. At week 7 we switch to 0:3:3 ( seabird guano and Langbeinite) at 500 ppm’s. Week 8 the same feed. Week 9 kelpseaweed/water Only ( these are 10 week cultivars). Thank you for taking the time to read. 10-16 😍😍😍 Plants are starting to show deficiencies!!! Yes, normally one freaks out 😂😂😂 The slight deficiency is a sign that I can go ahead and start: The Flowering Cycle. When using Organics, you have to use your eyes because nothing is specific. Meaning: you have to see when the amendments are running out to A: Top Dress B. Make compost teas. We are going the compost tea route for flower. I made a video showing exactly what I use. The ratio is 5-5-5 ( yes earlier we were going to use 2-2-2, but we found out there is no calcium or magnesium in the all purpose mix by Dr Earth…another reason to learn to read your plants).

Week 9 flower is coming to an end and the GG#4 still has about a week to go. She definitely looks done, but the heads are mostly cloudy, no amber, which is fine for me but I have a couple others that are finishing up so I’ll chop them all at the same time. A few nanners pooped near then end, think I had the light intensity to high and far along into flower and that’s also why the SD had foxtail like growth, just displayed the stress in different ways, but what the hell do I know lol 😂. Flowers seem hard and dense! Stripped most the large leaves that I could easily get at and just watering still letting the soil stay a bit on the dryer side, but consistent. Steadily lowering the humidity the best I can and manage, but it’s a bit difficult as I took down the humidifier to clean and get ready for harvest and got the dehumidifier going, but got another cold snap coming through and it’s dry outside and the house heat is running, don’t have a clean filter for the humidifier now, trying to get it right, right to the end, but Mother Nature is making my unnatural grow difficult lol. Thanks for the view and long read if you made it to the end! Keep calm and grow on!

6/26 Rained last night. Might have showers bur the sky is clear. Real good weather coming. I need to transplant those seedlings. Plants are noticeably bigger every day. I see small spits of damage but it's isolated and in a high wind area. I'll address it and watch for nute deficiencies. Also need to transplant those seedlings. At leastcones an auto. 6/27 Rained overnight again. Looks clear today but we did get some rain yesterday. Tomorrow is all sun. I'm planning to transplant those 3 seedlings today. Also noticed some ragged holes so I've got a few pests. Looks like grasshoppers or something. With all the rain could be slugs or pillars I guess. Need to get ipm up amd running. I've got work to do. Found a plant on my gmo in the 30 bag. It got sun burnt and wind burnt but came out of it and they're all doing great. At first this one was a little behind after transplant but so were the other gmo's. Originally, it was one of my best plant prior to transplant outdoors. That one leaf I found during a thorough inspection of the garden. I'm hoping it's not tmv. Plants growing vigorously and better than but I'll keep an eye on it. I also transplanted the 3 seedlings. I added half new 707 in the 50 (prior soil was this same mix from last year) and transplanted one in that. One in a 10 gallon bag and the auto in a 5 gallon bucket. It will be interesting ingredients seeing how they turn out. All transplants went really smooth. 6/28 It's gonna be a hot one today. I haven't watered in over a week due to rain. Wind was whipping this morning! Looked like plants MIGHTVE been drooping but now that I think about it it was probably just the wind. ANYWAY I WATERED TWO AND A HALF GALLONS on the clones. That wind dries the bags out fast. Some still had some heft to them. Lately I've been going by my intuition which has seemed to be on point. All the seedling transplants look good and show no signs of stress. 6/29 The site was down so I couldn't update. Looks like it's gonna rain. It's noontime. This morning i found and killed two inch worms. There's not much damage so I'm wondering whether bt is necessary. Birds sit on the frame and dart I'm and grab them. I'll have to think on it. I also need to decide what I'm going to use for nutes this year. Don't need it yet. GMO's and sherb pie is putting out pistols everywhere. Same with the event horizon. Looks like I may have an early harvest this year. I certainly hope so. Still.....only did half what I did last year but with everything going on its all I can handle. 6/30 Site was down and it doesn't want to pet me upload my pictures 7/1 Trying to keep this updated. Need to spray bt. I'm seeing some damage. Not much but I need to get a handle on it now. Poured yesterday. Super sunny today. Plants seem to be flowering early this year while I still have a 2 seedlings that haven't shown their sex yet (they are fems but still). The clones are beginning to flower it looks like so I may have an early harvest this year. 7/2 WATERED THE GARDEN WITH 4 GALLONS. Spent some time looking over the plants and decided to hold off on the bt seeing as there isn't much damage. I spoke to a few shop owners and after seeing my garden this wad their advice as well. While watering I noticed red ants coming out of the soil of my GMO in the 30 gal. Some of these strains will be early finishers. The only time I've had stigmas like tjis was when I grew mendo breath and that was a super early harvest. Either way things are looking fantastic. The auto seedling finally showed a stigma. One seedling left (they should ALL be females) but I cant tell by the preflower yet. It looks female but I need to see that little white hair emerge to be sure.
