What you guys think of my 1st attempt off growing I've learnt a hell off a lot from this grow it wasn't as easy as it looks I give my plants a lot off attention some times I think a little bit to much but this was all a learning curve very excited to havest her and continue with my other projects... The harvest of this plant was very well. I harvested it the plant the second week of October the buds were very top-heavy, with minimal, fluffy buds almost the entire plant was useful. I was very happy with the harvest of this blue gelato. also, it is a very stony plant very very strong Indica.

Fo' Twenny Back with another update on this awesome little Northern Light Blue Auto from Delicious Seeds! I have been giving plain tap water run through 2 KDF filters as of 9/5 and I moved her into the bloom room under quantum boards set on 12/12 to make room for the next run and maybe help her finish faster. 9/9 - She seems to be bulking up a bit in her last few days, but I waited a day too long to water and got she started to wilt/droop a bit. So, there are a few dead/brown leaves I've been having to pick out of her and thus begins pre-harvest defoliation. 9/13 - More defoliation and put her in a loosely sealed box to give 48-72 hours darkness. Harvest, coming soon. 9/15 - Checked her today and she could still use another day to dry out. I have never tried the darkness before harvest thing, but a lot of growers swear by it. So, I figure, why not? I will let her go until she is a bit drier and then give her the chop! Thanks for checking out my diary. I use all 3 General hydroponic nutrients and they are two different pot sizes the Moby Dick is in 30 liter and the blue amnesia is in 18 liters has a very strong odor and blue amnesia is maturing at a faster rate then the Moby Dick. a scrog net is being used in order to give support to the upcoming buds. I am also actually on week 4 I just made a mistake calculating the week. this is my first grow ever. also I'm not sure if using the scroll net it's a good idea for support rather than tying those branches up . I am watering every two days feeding nutes every single time at 900 to 1000 PPM ph at 6.2 the plans have not show any signs of stress but I am worried if it is too much nutrients the plant seems to grow very fast after every watering and seems to be loving it. the blue Amnesia XXL Auto it's growing in soil with 30% Coco and the Moby Dick XXL auto it's growing in hydroponic soil. the seeds were germinated on jiffy's and 100% germination rate plus the genetics seems to me very resilient to heat and everything else including lots of nutrients. the moby Dick XXL auto are the two in the front closest to the camera the two farthest to the back of the tent are the two blue amnesiaXXL auto. today day 31 i did some pruning actually lots of pruning hopefully don't cause stress to the plants or even worse cause them not to bud that nicely regardless the scrog net seems to be working just fine helping them access more light and making it easy for cutting leaves that are no longer needed. 32 yesterday after watering and sleeping today they have show no signs of stress in fact they starting to stretch in the buds that we're not getting sufficient light have start to grow also yesterday from the 16 liters I prepare instead of 3 ml of grow formula I add 6 1/2 to compensate for stress and the need of healing and having new grow stretch. also temperature has dropped dramatically outside making my house cold down from 24 degrees C to 19° at night internal temperature is remaining the same from 30 to 26 C. Day 33 I have been raising the scrog net every day and the light everyday this plant is growing very fast I also notice that where the fan is hitting all the time that plant is bigger I have been moving the fan to other sections of the grow tent to see if any reaction happens and it looks like it makes the plant grow faster . I will not be moving the Scrog net any higher Rather I will introduce another one once they require more support . Day34 notice some of the top leaves are showing a curving down like over-watering without actually over water I think they're showing signs of too much nitrogen .for the next water session I will hold back on nitrogen until I see signs of a fully recovering meaning leafs pointing up. thank you for reading have a happy grow.

The smell is pretty pungent and skunky. With a citrus smell if you squeeze the stem. Started the flush this week pretty excited for the harvesting. I'm at the 9th week of flowering. And I think 10 should be enough. I wanna thank @TheBudWhisperer for helping me with all my questions

These things have been chunking up very nicely in the past 2 weeks. The only 2 plants that I grew where i have pulled 0 buds with botrytis from!! These were the most amazing strains to grow from seedling right up to end of flowering!! I am 100% going to be growing many many WICKED GENETICS strains over this winter I cannot wait so much chem and sour and kush strains going to be an amazing winter for me and my friends!!! Next entry will more than likely be HARVEST!!! ✌️⚙️💨⛽️🦄

Wednesday Watered this morning both are doing well except for a heat/humidity stress visible on the edges of the leaves that are curling up . The shapes of the plants seems to be the final shapes so I guess that they will focus on the buds BUT I am starting to understand that the MarsHydro is promoting the stretch so they could continue to stretch a bit. I have made a video to show you my low stems cleaning so I hope you'll enjoy it 🙈🙉🙊 Thursday Same stems cleaning on the second grapefruit and a watering for both . The girls are drinking a lot and pretty often for a hand watering run.

Ok so I put a significant amount of time into this grow. Learned a ton (everything lol) as it was my first. After the final week, I decided to harvest when the trichs were milky and clear. Few amber here and there but time constraints meant I had to chop a bit earlier than I’d have preferred. I do prefer a more uplifting cerebral effect yet realize with an indica leaning strain, having all cloudy and maybe 25% amber would have been 👌🏼. My drying process began by chopping a plant at a time, I washed the buds to get the PM or traces off (also grime from outdoor city air). I used a big bucket and did hydrogen peroxide. In heindsight I would have used baking soda as well and did a two step wash. After washing them, I hung to dry with a fan until they stopped dripping then into the tent they went for drying at roughly 68 degrees and 55% humidity. I staggered the harvest and wet trimmed about 70% of the time with the latter 30% dry trimmed. This was done for convenience and to try both ways. I dried everything for about 12-13 days until the smallest stems snapped and the larger ones were borderline cracking. I started jarring everything with humidity meters, about a half oz per smaller widemiuth jam jar. The smell was never hay-like but did vary in strength and scent from plant to plant. Almost no seeds which was pretty great to see. One of the outdoor plants had quite a few seeds so I kept that separate. It ironically had the stinkiest floral smell. So what’s the total!! After curing in jars for about a month, I weighted everything and came out with 10.5oz of cured trimmed flower and about 2 oz of sugar leaf trim which I am making canna butter with and cooking. Made some reduculously strong cookies: 11 cookies from about 10 grams of trim. Ate two and was medicated for about 24hrs 😂. Some of the buds were super dense and cured down to 58 RH easily. There were a few of the large big buds that had mass but less density and fewer trichomes. These were more red-hair visually than the others. The smoke: surprisingly smooth. The effect is energizing and uplifting at first, with a nice sedative body feeling on the second half of things. Overall, I’m super happy with the result. Learned a TON and will be modifying my approach a bit next go-around this spring. Stay tuned!!!
