Day 4 Week 16 ( 03-01-2019) she looks good, surviving the hell temperatures in there but enduring. Fertigation is about 600 ppm inflow, run-off 700 pom, I', giving her 0.55 g/L Bloom fertilizer. I see buds are getting thicker. The tent is a jungle. My God, I've never had such a mess., and never grew a sativa like this. I've had a specimen of Nirvana Sky "superauto"; indeed she was a real monster, but even she was autoflowering, I remember topping her early because I was fearing the big size. End of week 8 in flower , girls are on flush now, I have lowered the temp to 72 with lights on and 60 for lights off , I’m running both my Dehumidifers to keep the humidity below 40%, I will give them 4 or 5 days of just water and then no water or light for 48 hrs before harvest, the room is pretty stinky , thank god for can filters, I will post results after the chop.

Plants that are too far from an adequate light source will respond by accelerating stem growth in order to get closer to the lamp themselves. Especially when there are many other plants. A lack of lighting can easily cause overcrowding in a growing chamber, reducing the steady progression of your crop and the distance ratio between your bulbs and your plants. To address this problem, be sure to provide enough light to your plants to prevent stem growth. At the same time, you should not position your lights too close to your plants either since this would also result in an over-stretching of the stems and in some cases, the loss of your crop. In addition to the distance between the light source and the plant, the type of light you will use also affects the size of the stretching of your crop. OTHER CAUSES OF STRETCHING There are multiple variables that can lead to the stretching of plants beyond what could normally be expected of the plant. Environmental stressors resulting from transplantation (when a plant passes from one pot to another) can cause the plant to return to shock. This will eventually trigger a reaction causing a stretch. Cannabis plants that are not grown in decent conditions or do not receive enough nutrients will respond in a variety of ways and this includes stretching. Crops that are not spaced far enough apart are likely to stretch to sting the light to other plants. Due to extreme proximity, the plants will fight among themselves to reach the light, forcing them to expand as much as possible throughout the crop. HOW TO CONTROL STRETCHING DURING FLOWERING Stretching during flowering, you guessed it, takes place when you move your plants from the vegetation stage to the flowering stage. This is a completely normal reaction, as your plants are preparing to bear the weight of their heads. Stretching of a plant at the beginning of flowering varies widely; some plants can double in height while others grow only a few centimetres. There are, however, two main variables that can give you at least an idea of how your plants are stretching during flowering, and how much. Here are these two variables: Variety: Genetics has the greatest impact on the size of your plant. In general, sativa varieties stretch more than indicas and tend to develop long, slender stems. Light: Some lights, such as HPS, are more likely to encourage stretching. In addition, great distances between your canopy and your lights will cause the plants to stretch as they try to get closer to the light source. Stretching during flowering usually lasts the first two weeks of the phase. To minimize stretching, keep your lights between 10 (for CFL) and 30 centimetres (for HID) of your canopy. Finally, choose indica varieties if you have a smaller growing space. HOW TO AVOID STRETCHING In many cases, you can expect your cannabis plants to stretch during the flowering phase. Keeping that in mind helps to make a plan in case your species ends up growing much more than you could have imagined. If the information is available, get information on the standard size of your species and compare it to the size of your growing space taking into account the necessary distances between the bulbs and the plants. TRAFFIC While outdoor crop operations benefit from natural air to naturally limit stretching, indoor crops must assume the maintenance of air circulation within a confined space. Basic ventilation is enough to help the cannabis stems strengthen and become thicker rather than too high. In this way, the plants continue to grow vigorously without reaching heights and at the same time, your tolerance ceiling. MANUAL INTERVENTION For growers who want to get their hands dirty, there are physical procedures that can be done to reduce stretching. Similar to the natural effect that the wind has on cannabis plants, manually bending the leaves and stems will cause tiny cracks in the plant's tissues that will cause the plant to focus on regenerating its wounds instead of its vertical growth. THE TOPPING Topping is a form of manual intervention on cannabis to influence its performance, shape or size. For growers with a growing operation large enough to contain tall plants, stretching can increase the total yield of a species with more vertical space for head formation. if u wanna skip details just read the CAP LETTERS day 29 - januari 2 waterleaves from under the stems got cut off, also trimmed the lowest branches because the leaves were getting too big the soil plant has gotten no trim or cuts at all day 31 the ph of the res was 5.3 i changed water , roots look brown, not rotten or slimy just brown. day 32 the hydro plant gets healthy growth after the water change. ph is still too low (5.5) im waiting for my *PH up* i ordered online. never tought i would need it lol. she goes well on 5.5 but not enough calmag is absorbed like it does on 6.2 The pictures of day 32 display the difference is very big in the stems, the soil plant only got topped while the hydro plant had already a litle trim on the lowest branches and the branches above (in the midle of the bush where i topped them) so she got more stress and still is bigger then the soil. day 33 i got no ph up (for now yikes) sooooo i took 8 liters out of the res and replaced it with pure rainwater and 170 ppm calmag in it without nutrients to keep the acid level a bit higher. it worked as u can see in the final pictures the plant gets new growth a bit faster. ph up should be here by end of the week. day 35: plant start to stretch finnally, while i was doing LST later in the evening one of the top stems just snapped off completely OOOPS 😆. theres still a lot of branching going on and a nice bush she will recover very fast from this loss as i summoned the Cannabis Gods into my room as the planets lined up and perfected my PH up to 6 by adding the purest rainwater from the universe the roots cleaned themselves back to pearlwhite and started absorbing the nutes faster then ever. in all silence i knew this was my destiny and the stems grew so fast i could hear them grow. the whole experience was too much as i collapsed to the ground and stood up left the room and knew... i would never see these ph and calmag problems ever again and went down the stairs with my new powers THE PLANTS BOTH GOT GERMINATED ON SAME DATE. BOTH GOT TOPPED ON SAME NODE. I WAS FORCED TO TRIM 4 BRANCHES OF THE HYDROPLANT BECAUS IS WAS BLOCKING TOO MUCH LIGHT I ALSO CUT OFF THE 4 BIGGEST WATERLEAVES ON THE MAIN STEM. THE SOILPLANT DID NOT NEED ANY TRIMS AS SHE IS NOT GROWING AT AN INSANE SPEED, HOWEVER THE SOIL PLANT LOOKS HEALTHIER AND BIGGER BECAUSE THE FANLEAVES ARE STILL THERE. IF U WATCH THE STEMS IN THE PICTURES OF DAY 32 U CAN CLEARLY SEE THE HYDRO IS WAY BIGGER. I NEED TO CORRECT MY PH SO SHE ABSORBS MORE CALCIUM MAGNESIUM FOR EXPLOSIVE GROWTH.

Day 92. All looking good. They will be getting Flushed from now on. Canazym to help flush roots. Rezin for some full taste. Day 93. Everything on point. Letting them do their thing; waiting for the leaves to get more of a lighter green. Day 94. Flushed Fed 4 L - 4.5 L each with 10-20% runoff. They are finishing up; Fan Leaves are yellowing and drying up. Trichomes are milky and really Amber on others. The 2 Diesel are still behind by about 10 days when compared to others. Day 95. Waiting for some to finish up. Will be harvesting in the next 10 days. Day 96. Flushed fed 4 L - 4.5 L each with 10-20% runoff. Day 97. Some fan leaves on some plants are yellow with brown spots, looks bad but they are comming to an end. Not worried. Day 98. Flushed fed 4 L - 4.5 L each with 10-20% runoff.

Day 85. All is good, watering with molasses or pure PHed water. My ppm from tap is 150 , ph 7.4-7.6 , really good water. Girls are runing nice, checked trich, still clear and cloudy, but on Fattest Tangie i spotted today first few ambers , max a week left for her. All other still far from. See some purpling starting on top colas of couple plants, end is soon ! Strawbery recovers well, think to give her like 5 days more max and switch to 12/12 on 7 of January latest.. Checked how high are them, still dont get how half of 2 unces + are achieved on this site .... They will be good, but just so little ... Honestly think that only late fast diesel, early tangie will reach 50g plank. Sad result for so much love, i smoke more in four month than that garden will bring in that time ... Day 86. Time is changed to 12/12. Late FastDiesel and StrawberyCough got heavy feeding, all other girls on pure Phed water diet ;) Smell is so fruity and sweet , cant wait till its over ... Added extra 2liters of soil for late FastDiesel, pot had too much space and i want to water her every 3 days, not every 2 like now. Day 90. Cant hold Strawbery cough surounded by other girls if i want her to be massive ;) And i really really want it ;))) So today Fatty Tangie had last 12 hours sleep and now she is choped. Tomorrow Early bigest FastDiesel falls, other girls still have a week or two. In anycase January 23 is last day for all of them except late FD and SC. Fatty had some amber, but like 5% max, she could go for a week aswell, but i need space and best light for Strawbery girl. I still think that 90 days for auto is too much ... Buds are very dence, i mean VERY, sticky but cant tell anything decent about smell, have cold again and nose doesnt work. She smells, but cant separate smells, feel fruityness 4sure. Guess after cure is more important then now anyway ;) Day 91. Strawberry started flowering quick, thats good and today is last day for Early big FastDiesel. No i have space for all of them to bloom till my holidays ! No more molasses, just pure phed water, my ppm is about 150.

Shes a bushy one, all these plants are growing so bunched up cuz they were stunted before the flip, expecting a disappointing run overall for quality although roughly 80% of the tent is purple so it should look cool atleast

In week 8, she has been growing nicely. i think i will stay in Veg stage for 1 week further before turn to 12/12 because i want her to grow a bit more after she was stunned for a while. i also increase a ratio of nutrients for my plant and i think i will increase a bit more on next feed. if anyone has a recommendation feel free to let me know.
