Final week flushing with reverse osmosis. So for my first photoperiod run no hermies 🙌👊🙏 I overfed this gal a tad but it's in my notes for next time. I also did not constantly check runoff ph which the ph was low for sometime which I'll stop being lazy and do it properly because it's worth it in the end. Other than a couple minor fixes the training went well and i couldn't be happier. That's all for the week stay lit and keep em popping!!

Removed alot of leafs this week. Now i am going to sit back and watch her fatten up. Sour D is a slow finisher around 10-11 weeks of flower. I have a lot of tall colas and a lot of small ones as well :D But the big ones are pretty huge. The stretch surprised me a bit so it was good that i kept her short. Blueberry 420 are following the sour d in height but blueberry only 6 weeks old and is an autoflower but practical none the less. Water schedule is to water every 2-3 days with 4 liters each in coco. 1 liter each for soil when the soil has turned totally dry and dry down to a 2-3 cm dept. All in all amasing plants in my oppinion :D

D64. A new week starts, and the stretch continues. Sigh. The first girl stopped at 80 cm, while the second is over 130 cm and still stretching. If she doesn't stop soon, I'll be in real trouble. Quite frustrating since it will affect both yield and quality. I added a few sachets with predatory Cucumeris mites to the girls. There are no problems, and I haven't scouted any bugs, but since I had thrips in the tent in the previous grow, I want to be proactive in case some bugs survived. I gave the second girl 2.5 liters of water @ pH 6.5, with bokashi and fermented fruit juice. ------------------------------ D67. The second girl stretched even more to a point where one of the tops touched a light. To combat this problem, I removed the first girl and put her in my small drying tent since my LSD-25 was just done drying. It's a wee bit tight, and I had to add some side-lighting to get enough photons to her, but it should work out. The yield will take a hit, but I suspect the second girl will more than make up for it. I moved the second girl into the middle of the tent and thus could bend the tops outward, creating more space to the light. I also removed additional foliage in her lower canopy. The second girl is massive, by far the largest auto I've grown, and she drinks a lot and requires daily watering. Considering her size, I am concerned that she will run out of nutrients, so I need to devise a strategy for keeping her fed. Topdressing will be tricky as the pot is already quite full, but I will add as much as possible and then feed compost teas often. ------------------------------ D70. We're at the end of the sixth week of flower, and the second girl is still stretching. She has slowed down, but one of the tops I already had bent hit the light, so I had to bend it even more. I top-dressed the second girl today to give her a boost, considering her size. I used kelp powder, rock dust, neem meal, calcified seaweed, and worm castings. She then got 2 liters of water @ pH 6.5, with fulvic and humic acid. ------------------------------

I haven't veen around for a while but my plant kept on doing her thing, she looks gorgeous now, she is full on flowering and I am extremely happy with how this grow is going, in the next week or 2 I will replace that 45w blurple with 60w led quantum board filled with samsung lm281b diodes which should set me up for blooming perios when the buds stack, I nearly filled the 55x45cm screen and I'm expecting high yield after I install the new LED board

Sie hat auch immer mal wider kleiner wachstumsstops drin 🤨🤔 Habe die Bewässerung nochmal angepasst und jetzt mal sehen . Habe bis jetzt kein strain gehabt wo die seitlichen Triebe größer sind als die Königin 🤔 Kann mir jemand sagen ob das normal ist bei manchen Sorten ?! Let’s dig into the details of this week! 🌟 Growth & Development This week marks a turning point for the girls! While their slow but steady growth continues, I decided to top a few of them. Why? Topping not only encourages bushier growth but also allows the untopped plants to catch up, creating a more balanced canopy moving forward. Each one is still showcasing those jaw-dropping unique traits that make this run feel like a gallery of natural art. The Mentha de Croco mutants truly live up to their name, with each leaf telling its own story—some broad and serrated, others narrow and elongated, all equally breathtaking. Watching them evolve week by week is a lesson in patience and appreciation for the beauty of diversity in nature. 🌡️ Environmental Conditions Good news on the environmental front! The room’s temperature has stabilized to a more comfortable range, with daytime temps at 22°C and RH steady at around 66%. These are near-ideal conditions for vegetative growth, helping the girls to stay happy and stress-free. Additionally, I’ve been sticking to bottom-watering. Filling the trays and allowing the soil to wick up moisture not only ensures the roots get what they need but also keeps pesky gnats at bay—especially when paired with yellow sticky traps. This method has made a noticeable difference in keeping the grow area clean and pest-free! 🛠️ Cultivation Techniques: To Clone or Flip? The big question of cloning or flipping still hangs in the air. I’m taking my time to observe and assess their progress. Each plant is so unique that I want to give them the space and time to reveal their full potential before deciding. Let’s touch on the two potential strategies for next steps: 1. Flipping to 12/12 for a Short Period: This would allow me to determine sex quickly, but it can stress the plants slightly. 2. Cloning: Creating clones and flipping them instead is a great way to preserve the integrity of the main plants while identifying males and females without disrupting their growth cycle. 5.23 F60 5.27 F65 - Everything has been going well this week. The plants went through a feed cycle that should carry them through flower no problemo. Started with the AACT Tea, then a bokashi drench with Fish Shit from Fishheadfarms and plain water from here on out. They are drinking quite a bit. 1.5-2 gallons a plant every 3ish days. The terps in my tents smell out of this world. The ScrOG and 3x3 are like a candy store. Passion Berry has mango/guava citrus terps while Deadstar v2 has strawberry watermelon terps. The 4x5 is much more varied, but in general the sweet pink dominates with it's grape candy terps and the dread bread cuts through with it stanky gassy lemon while the prayer pupil smells like moth balls and a bit of GMO. Very lucky to get to experience this much variety. 5.29 F67

Beginning of week 7, It’s always cool making it to the point where you can smell a strains unique flavors. The scent is still only minor, but coming in. Any LST at this point is just small re-adjustments to branches that have already been tied down. But overall it has its final shape. While smaller than I had originally hoped, going to do what I can to get these buds as fat as possible! At day 47, seems the runt of the litter is finally showing some formed buds, as well as some purple tint. The plant that started mutated, while still odd looking, has the frostiest leaves and largest branches so far. It’s now the end of week 7, time has been flying by the past couple months. The plants are mostly their final shape and structure, now it’s time to watch the bids pack on weight. The one runt plant is maybe a week or two behind the others, but I’m keeping it going because why not!

Fo' Twenny here! Welcome back to my garden! Thanks for following me on this 16 strain photoperiod SOG grow adventure! We have 18 strains running with 2 regular strains, I want to be sure we can fill up the whole SOG. 9/7 - Just to recap last week. 9/5 I transplanted from the 16 oz solo cups into a one gallon 8" tall Active Aqua 6" x 6" Square Pots. Today, I topped and defoliated. Everything is looking good, now just waiting for them to bounce back. Hoping to be ready for flower within next week or two. This is my first run using a modified SOG method, and not sure how long it will take for them to be ready. Ideally I'd like each main growing shoot to be about 12" or so before sending to 12/12. BAD NEWS: Half of the blue diodes have gone out in the TMLAPY light. This light was actually gifted to me shortly after a friend purchased it from Amazon and realized it was too small for their space. It seemed to be serving it's purpose well for vegging photos and running bumper crops of autoflowers but it failed only four months after the warranty period ended! Weak-Sauce! Welp, looks like it's time to upgrade the 24"x48" tent to Samsung LM301H boards. I ordered a 320w straight single piece heatsink with 3 boards from Geeklight. I went with the 3k spectrum and switchable UV/IR since all my autoflowers bloom under this light. So far so good, she is growing fast. 4 inches taller in only 3 days. On day 21 I defoliated plant #2 ( 3 gallon pot ) as shown in picture. Removed 4 fan leaves as they were touching other areas blocking light and air flow. It also looks only days away from flowering so have introduced bloom as well as a little cal mag to my nutrients. Voodoo juice & b52 will no longer be in my nute regime after this last feed. On day 21 i Fed 2 litres to the 5 gallon pot and 1.5 litres to the 3 gallon pot. Day 24 Trying out some LST on 1 plant as shown in picture. Pots were light again so gave a very weak nute feed and Ph'd to 6 to try bring it down a little as the run of was 7. They seem to be thriving and are thirsty.

This week I added a new controller to handle up to 8 functions. I installed a new heater, my old humidifier and some LED strips to the controller. Targeting a VPD at 1.0 day and night. Trying to keep the nutrient ppm under 900 and ph at 6.0 in the reservoirs. Ordered a second ph pen because I don’t trust my readings. Will be here by Thursday. Friday: Checked the ppm in the reservoirs and it’s at 1,000. Added more RO water with extra nitrogen to bring the ppm level down to 925. Saturday: I installed an updated AC Infinity controller 69 Pro Plus (controls 8 pieces of equipment) which allowed me to add a humidifier, corner LEDs and a heater to the controller. Overall I’m extremely impressed with this AC Infinity equipment. My VPD is within the range I want to achieve (.8-1.1). I programmed it to maintain 78 degrees and 67% humidity during the day, 73 degrees and 63% humidity at night. Charts posted also show the impact of an open tent compared to the closed environment. The heater is constantly pushing fresh air into the tent, so I don’t need to cycle the exhaust fan often. Rewired the tent again and moved the controller later that night. I mounted the controller on the wall. Added Mars Hydro UV/IR lighting to fill out all 8 slots on the controller. Sunday: I checked the ph in the reservoirs (6.8….i had filled it with 6.0 ph) and the ppm (1200 ppm…I had filled it with 900). So evaporation and possibly a mismeasurement of ph. I topped ff reservoirs with slightly stronger nutes and adjusted ph to 5.8 in the reservoirs. Poor magnesium absorption could be driving some leaf yellowing. Effective tomorrow, I’m switching over to Heads Formula which consistently feeds GH Flora series nutes at Micro (6ml/g), Bloom (9ml/g) and cal mag (3ml/g). Turned on the UV/IR lights for 3 minutes every 8 hours. I’m easing the plants up to 5 minutes every 6 hours which will provide the recommended 20 minutes of IR per day. This will help the plants stretch a little more. Monday: checked ph and ppm in reservoirs. 6.1ph and 880ppm. VPD remains stable except when I open the tent. Tuesday: checked ph (6.4) and ppm (880) in reservoirs. Added .5ml of ph down to two reservoirs. Still see slight yellowing between the veins but it’s not getting worse (might be improving). Adjusting ph down to 6.0 target might have solved this. The plants grew by 1-2” last night…..is the infrared light working already? Decided to mix up fresh nutes for the reservoirs following Heads formula. 6ml Micro and 9ml Bloom per gallon of RO water. Added 5 ml of CalMag too. Ending ppm was 1080 which is too high, so I diluted down to 880 with RO water. 6.0 ph. Wednesday: plants grew another .75 inches last night. I topped above the 5th node. Thursday: added RO water with heavy cal mag to reservoirs to increase amount of CalMag available.
