GENERAL COMMENT. This week ran nicely for the two girls, of course one is going slower than the other. RQS NORTHERN LIGHTS AUTO The spotting got this girl hard, lock lock lock and stunt. She is packing the buds slowly, very slowly, patience is a key element with her now. But the good thing is that she is moving forward. I don’t expect top shelf or a huge harvest for her unfortunately. I couldn’t ID the early spotting reason, and the late spotting i attributed to salt buildup and acidic medium, but the correction was a real pain.

On day 1 the rez is at 6.2. The highest cola is 8.5" from the light. On day 2 the rez is at 6.2. The highest cola is 7.75" from the light. On day 3 the rez is at 6.1. The highest cola is 7.5" from the light. On day 4 the rez is at 6.3. The highest cola is 7.125" from the light. On day 5 the plants are smelling and doing well. On day 6 I changed out the rez and PH to 6.1. The highest cola is 7" from grow light stretch is deff slowing down and should be over shortly. My avg PPFD at canopy is around 800. On day 7 the rez ph is 6.0. The highest cola is still 7" away from light 😅 close but not too close in my small space.

Really fun plant to grow out I got just over a quarter pound dry, I really dig the taste of this lady like a pastry of some kind with a cherry finish. Over all excellent finished product very pleased about it.

Friday Sep 17 Day 50 -No water still -Growth on Billie is just unreal -Added a few more LST staples -I wanna veg her out a few more weeks -May have to send her flower earlier than expected -We’ll see -Grow my girl Day 51 -Feeding 2 gallons with aerated tap water base 62.5 PPM -Add calmag up to 327 PPM -Add Grow up to 968 PPM -2 gallon 6.2 PH - 968 PPM -Runoff 700 ml 5.48 PH - 3300 PPM -Defoliated a little bit -Not much more to say Day 52 -No water -Responded well to yesterday’s feeding -Perked right back up after some light defoliation -just killing it today -She’s a handful to water FML Day 53 -No water -Again growth is crazy -Might have to re evaluate my plans with her and send her to flower sooner than I want to -We’ll see Day 54 -No water -Still just killing it with growth -I can’t keep her waiting three more weeks for Penelope to be ready -Going to have to give up on my original training plan for her -Going to be too hard to water Day 55 -No water -She’s looking happy growth is great -she’s going to need a hair cut soon Day 56 -No water -Still exploding with growth -I might have to send to flower early -We’ll see -Not much more to say for today This is the end of the week. *Day 43 Plant #1: has been suffering real bad with phosphorus deficiency I’ve upped her feed 10 fold gave her 2 litres of bloom feed with 10ml of Bio bloom and 7ml top max total. The plant has been so stressed from this it developed tri bladed leaves. I hope she responds to this feed as I initially thought this was due to lockout. My Soil ph run off is near perfect at 6.3 but can’t test my EC. PPM pen on routé 🤞 * day 44 I think there responding well To The bloom feed. All this time I spent trying to rid of excess nutrients I was just starving them. I believe dark green leaves with red steams is the start of phosphorus deficiency not nitrogen toxicity. Big mistake!! Phosphorus spreads fast when flushing under that presumption. Word of warning guys‼️ *Day 45. Boyy...! These colas!! Plant number #1 if she starts stacking her buds like her sisters I’m gonna be a happy man. Baseball bat colas off an auto in only. Very impressed🤩. Smell coming of these girls now is prolific and filling my grow room. I have tried similar terpene backgrounds before. I can sense the cookies, and gelato, the mixture is outstanding.

Both Orange velvet underground's have segregation. Curious how this is gonna turn out😄 I hope they gonna give me a nice combo of purple/green leaves in flower. Stay tuned growmies 🌱

12/24/2021 So far only one male has been identified. Glad I just reviewed my video I didn't even notice how light green #3 is, guess I mix her nutes up separately and see if she just hungry? Or naturally lighter than others. All other plants are using coast of Maine mixed into soil (her too) so I'll give her a little mirimichi 901C this week and see what happens. 12/30/2021 Noticing that there is two distinct differences between these girls, color light green and dark green.#1,#3,#8 are light green and #2,#4,#5,#6,#7 Other than that there very much similar growth and node spacing, little differences but very happy with uniformity.Both light green and dark green maintained their magenta petiols, gonna make notes on stem rub notes next week and see how they will compare.

Week 1 of flowering. Increased ppm from 1050 to 1150 I do see some growth but not looking optimal. Temps seem to get pretty cold at night. No sign of flowering yet.

Day 54 update. Gonna give her about another week maybe to let her ripen before I chop but it’s getting close! Buds look and smell fantastic. Leaves are taking a beating from something or another.

Hello growers day 72 with the gorilla glue auto still Just feeding her letting her take her time she’s flowing abit slow but I gave her a crap start so just gonna let her take her time that’s it for this week so be safe and happy growing ✌️🏻

As we saw in earlier weeks, I'm trying to balance them out, something is bothering them. But seeing the results so far it could only be 2 or 3 things: 1/ the left plant (XL runt) is closer to intake of cooler / fresh air. 2/ That one is in a bigger pot 3/ buffering with super soil works better in a larger pot. So next time I will use: better ventilation, also horizontal circular, using bigger pots, also put back in the hydro corn, which I didn't this time, God knows why... Ah I know, cause I was stoned probably... Fr autos I will also use a little fewer amendments in the coming grow. It's just a learning curve with my setup and having never grown auto's indoors. Also with these Forbidden Runtz, I'm happy with what they are doing still with me messing up a bit. Still, it is a tent full of weed. See you next week!!
