(Days 28-35) (Day 29) Everything seems to have recovered fine from topping so I transplanted into their 1.7 gallon pots. They were pretty rootbound so this should make them nice and happy. Going to start LST after recovery. Got a ton of holes poked around the rim of the bucket which should make tying down easier. I’ve been asking around on some forums and reading some articles and I’ve decided to switch out my MH bulb for the included HPS bulb. Apparently HPS bulbs will stretch the nodes out quite a bit more and provide higher PAR value for the same amount of electricity. My plants are looking pretty small for day 29. Although, that could just be from stuffing 15 plants under one 250-400w light. I’ve been powering the lights up to 400w at night and back down to 250 during the day. 400 just gets it too hot during the day (86-88) without ventilation. That temperature should be fine in veg once my co2 has really built up some mycelium. (Day 32) Just got 14/15 topped. The BCTG runt is just going to be lst’d and not topped or fimmed. I decided to just fim the plants I started later so they’d have a bit more time to recover and catch up to the others. I also LST’d all 9 quite well. Almost had a stem break but she’s doing just fine now. The deformed bbb was accidentally fimmed and as a result it’s got a very trippy looking main stem that has branched off into 6 mains. I definitely have fungus gnats. Fuckers must have got in with that coco I bought from hydro store. This has never happened to me with just promix but the benefits of coco are too much to pass up. I might order an OG BioWar/capsbennies/grubgrenade to help naturally get rid of them. I’m getting some confirmed yellowing on bottoms of the zkittlez and WW’s. They must be heavy feeders because no other plant in the tent is getting yellow like that. I’m going to feed a compost tea, top dress everything at full strength and mulch in some worm castings to help break it down faster. Will also do a foliar spray with some insect frass, microbes and m1pps. (Day 33) Got some more of that marine phytoplankton stuff to help stabilize my RO water. It’s got a good amount of soluble magnesium and trade minerals in it so that should help stop the yellowing on the zkittlez and WW. (Day 34) Things are looking great so far and they’re all recovered from topping/transplant/lst and thriving. Some slight yellowing and a few of the plants are cupping from heat and high humidity. I just put in a dehumidifier to help bring the rh down. The m39/zkittlez bagseed plant is just outpacing everything in the tent by 4-6 days. No wonder organized crime used to grow it. I hear it can completely flower in 45 days with a solid yield and very little trimming or leaf matter. It’s very weak on the high and smell though. Nonetheless it should be nostalgic to try those old terps. There is still a small chance that it’s a super vigorous zkittlez plant too. Plants should be showing sex this coming week. Hoping for 8+ fems but I can make do with just 4. 1-3 is unlikely but that would piss me off beyond belief. I’ve heard of it happening though.

I put it in 48 hours of darkness thinking iw as going to chop it but when i pciked it up i just couldnt have the heart to move forward and decided to turn the lights off... (i also fed right before 48 hours of dark because i was planning on keeping growing then decided fuck it lets chop b/c of a major setback while i was on vacation but now its experiment time!!!) ... lets see what happens! ASLO recipe called for NO CAL MAG but im adding 3 ML to the mix b/c i think itll help since im in coco... elts see

this week I wanted to add a wire mesh between the pot and the saucer, to make the roots breathe more and not to sediment the nutrients on the bottom. I increased the ventilation because in flowering it needs less humidity and decreased the nutrients after noticing a yellowing in the tips of the leaves. we are almost there 😍😍

The tent is definitely overcrowded, they're starting to really take-off. I need to get the females I'm going to force pollen outside but it's still too cold. I may have to make a makeshift grow area for a month. Aquarium water: 6.82pH 395 PPM 73.4⁰F I used Bloom City pH Down until I hit 6pH

SUMMARY: I flushed her this week on day 92 and thats it for nutes now until harvest on Saturday 10th April. I gave her a little flush on day 87 as she wasn't draining right and was still slowly dying. The runoff pH was 1 point up from the input though I'm not sure I trust the meter readings as my pen is cheap. Either way its in range and harvest is in sight so I'm not fucking around with her now. I am making an effort to feed her 3 times per day now though some days I'm only managing 2 waterings. I read that the more frequently you water the better as each time you water it brings in fresh oxygen to the root zone. Therefore, the more frequently you water, the higher your yield will be. I should have been watering as often as possible throughout really but life and work commitments have restricted it to once-twice per day some days. DAY 87 ----------- Tuesday 23rd March 11:00 I flushed the Amnesia with 1.5L of tap water though I didn't check the pH as the tap water is always 6.2-6.4 which is fine. However after flushing I tested the water before and after going through the medium and according to my pH pen the tap water was reading at 5.1 which simply can't be right but multiple tests showed 5.1. The runoff pH after flush was somehow coming out to 6.1 which just doesn't make ANY sense at all to me. But it's in range and too late in the game to fuck about anymore. [26°C/46%] I made 15L of late bloom nutes with molasses and rainwater. 5L at 5.7, 5L at 5.8, and 5L at 6.0. DAY 88 ----------- Wednesday 24th March 11:00 I fed the Amnesia 300ml of late bloom nutes which produced 140ml runoff (47%). Wednesday 24th March 18:30 I fed the Amnesia 200ml of late bloom nutes which produced 200ml runoff (100%). [26°C/48%] DAY 89 ----------- Thursday 25th March 09:30 I fed the Amnesia 300ml of late bloom nutes which produced 50ml runoff (17%). Shes draining so much quicker now that I do think there was a build up prior to flushing...and she does seem to be drinking more now...I don't know . Moving forward I will be watering her 2-3 times per day with pH'd tap or rain water providing 20-30% runoff each feeding.

2/17/24 - Day 103 - The flush starts today! By Thursday I'll be giving her the chop. 2/19/24 - Day 105 - Flush is going well. Buds are still plumping up nicely. 2/21/24 - Day 107 - Ok this is the last day shes at the end of the Flush. Ill start a new week tomorrow, when I open the box up at 9am its chop time! The end is in sight! This round with 8 plants in 4 pots (=2 GIRLS IN A CUP) of BANANA KRUMBLE (=Banana Punch x OG-Kush) from GREENHOUSE SEEDS is now in week 15 since germination. They are now flowering since 9 weeks and are starting to fade, that means they start to get ripe. All big fan-leaves are now red or yellow colored and start to wilt away. This is a sign the plant will be ready to harvest soon. In the pics and the VIDEO you can clearly see the purple/reddish coloration of the top-buds and the THICK LAYER of TRICHOMES they have. It is AMAZING to see and I cant wait to try this strain after its harvested and dried. All main- and sidebranches have developed into HUGE COLAS and the bud-structure is very compact...in one word: DANK! The aroma of the BANANA KRUMBLE is sweet and fruity (reminds me of ripe bananas with a hint of cinnamon!) and overwhelmingly STRONG! Every time I open the tent a THICK CLOUD of SWEEY SMELL greets me, its ASTOUNDING! My 3 SANlight LED-lamps still hang at 40 cm distance from the top of the plants. Right then 7 weeks of flower complete. I'll dive right in to the juicy bits as this week has been predominantly about deciding weather to chop or keep one of my girls going. In the end I chose to do both! As the photos and videos show the plant wasn't recovering so I checked the trichomes and it was actually pretty ripe. A few Amber's on the upper buds. Lowers still undeveloped so I decided to take the biggest and leave the smallest for another week or while ever the plant is healthy. I estimate I've taken around 7oz once dry. Depending how they swell up I'm hoping for a further 5oz of solid bag worthy nugs. Looking nice and frosty, smell is that typical sweet haze with some sour diesel/fruit kick in there. You can see how the photos progress my hands getting covered in resin. Got to give my other 3 some love as they are getting healthier and fatter. I'm thinking another week on one of them and 2 on the others. I'll more than likely stagger the harvest like tonight if it proves worth while. I will update mid week.
