Week 7 is going smoothly so far. The flooding issue has subsided and the clones seem to be really taking off now. I'm excited to get back from vacation and really see my girls and my reservoir conditions after a 2 week hiatus.

Orion F1 Liquid Nutrients grow. 31.5.25: Well, this week has been pretty dull 😅 I was hoping to have something to report on by now. I guess maybe next week 🤞 I've just been keeping the pot watered. I watered twice this week, with about 2l of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. Once; I used 1ml/2l of Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag amino acids, the other watering I used .15Tsp Ecothrive Biosys. ☆ Xpert Nutrients PH down, up to 1ml. ☆ Ecothrive Neutralise 1 drop per litre from the 1ml pipette, which is attached. This is my dechlorinator. I am planning on either topping or FIMing both plants. So I'm hoping that purgatory won't last much longer here 🤞 Quite a boring update, I know, but thanks for stopping by and hanging out! 💚✌️🍃😊🌱

Allright... starting today (20-12-2021) as day 1. 9 ladies in a whole new setup (see germination week). All looking great, curious about the performance of this setup and the lights in particular. Let's have some fun. 21-12-2021: First 12 hours of light was on the ladies @600Watt. Measured some PAR values to calculate current DLI. Average DLI: 61.7 mol/m2d, Peak DLI: 84.9 mol/m2d, PAR: Average: 1404, Peak: 1989 So it could be a little less😆 Will raise CO2 level next week when first nodes are there. I guess I start with 1000 ppm and raise it with 100 every week. 23-12-2021: Great... all still alive.. Put power down on the lights a bit because a DLI of 50 is a bit on the high side for seedlings I believe. Noticed a huge drop of PH so added some fresh water and will reevaluate tonight. My guess is that the buckets are finally full with water and so the older water is flushing through now. If I am right I should not see a PH drop tonight. If I am not right I will raise the irrigation frequency. 26-12-2021: The PH problem is solved... my PH- bottle seal was leaking😡. 7 days old now.... I believe they look fine. Raised the power of the lights again to see how temperature will hold. Total power now is 950W (just for a few hours to monitor the temperature).

It smells very skunky and diesely, kind of burned my eyes while harvesting it was so strong. Very excited because this was my first grow and my first harvest and it went very well.

Finally starting to look like she might be finishing, but every time I think that, a bunch of new pistils shoot out. Trichomes are getting more cloudy but still a lot of clear ones. Lots of stacked calyxes now packing on. Remember this plant has already had 5 zips of dried bud removed at 11 weeks! I have not changed the reservoir for 4 weeks, I topped it up with a little bit of extra nutrient after two weeks but there seemed no reason to do anything else, she has not been using much recently ppm is constant at about 800. Only now beginning to see some leaves dying. I'm going to let her go for as long as she wants.

I will maintain this nutrient level until the pre-flowering stage to avoid the risk of nutrient burn due to over-fertilization. Weather Improvements and Adjustments The weather has been steadily improving, with temperatures expected to rise to around 25°C starting Wednesday, accompanied by abundant sunshine. This upcoming forecast is excellent news for my plants, as I anticipate a final growth spurt before flowering begins. Every centimeter of growth counts at this stage, and I'm optimistic about maximizing their potential under these favorable conditions. Strengthening with Wind Exposure On days with good weather, I move the plants out of the greenhouse to expose them to natural wind. This practice helps strengthen their stems, improving overall stability. Additionally, the wind creates a more challenging environment for pests, helping to keep them at bay. Smart Watering Strategy I only water the plants when the pots feel noticeably lighter. This encourages the roots to search for water, promoting the development of a stronger and more extensive root system. This method helps ensure the plants remain healthy and resilient. Pest Management: Observations and Actions At the beginning of the third week, I noticed dark discolorations on the undersides of some leaves. A few days later, these spots turned into yellow patches. I am still unsure about the cause of these spots. To prevent a potential insect infestation, I sprayed all the leaf surfaces, both top and bottom, with a mildly dosed neem oil mixture. Since then, the spots have not spread further. Because these discolorations are only affecting the lower leaves, they are not causing me significant concern at the moment. Regular inspections and preventive measures are crucial to maintaining the health of the plants and ensuring that any issues are caught early. Decision Against LST At first I have decided against using LST. But some of your comments made me try some LST on two of my plants. I choose Tangie and Gorilla cookies to try out and learn some stuff. Blue dream and Banana purple punch stay without any training. Started the week off by swapping the girls tent for my tiny 2x2x4 and they loved the environment. Such a small space, so easy to maintain. Increased the nutrients to about 1/4 the recommended dose from Advanced Nutrients, and also increased the water to a little over 1 cup by the end of the week, the girls responded great, and perked right up. I didn’t dial up the light this week as they were in a much smaller tent, but will be moving them to my big tent , while also transplanting n the very near future. I like to move up to 2 gallon pots for the 1 transplant, then move into their final 4 or 5 gallon pot around week 6 or 7, just in time for them to settle in before flipping to flower. Salut a tous, nous sommes à la 7ème semaine de floraison tout ce passe bien les tête on pris en densité c'est une semaine fraîche la température de la tente a diminuer mais sans incidents toujours dans la plage optimale. Je pense que 2 a 3 semaine suffiront pour que les bourgeons soit mûre pour pouvoir récolter cettte dame. J'ai commencé le flush de advanced nutrients en fin de semaine est l'odeur es agréablement bon a sentir elle à envahit toute l'appartement. Va bientôt faire le concours du mois sponsorisés par Ganja farmer seed. J'ai jeté un œil au trichomes celle-ci sont encore prématuré.
