SUNDAY 5/19: I accidentally left my UV timer in the "ON" position all night and half of the next day...fearing sudden death, I have moved everybody that was almost ready into the dark tent, including the Amnesia XXL Auto and will start harvesting them tomorrow..maximum UVB stress for about 20 hours...if it works out that they are even more potent than expected without turning brown overnight, I'll claim it was "intentional," and purport it as an "advanced technique" 😉 MONDAY: She's still sitting in the dark. I flipped on the green light and went into the tent for a sniff test on everybody...wow...she smells funky! 😳

The Blue Dream has recovered somewhat this week. The Moby Dick became more and more yellowish over the week, probably due to magnesium. I have uploaded some pictures of the leaves, perhaps someone might like to comment on their suspicions, without wanting to influence my guess. I don't know to what effect this will have on the harvest, but the buds continue to grow.

What can i say about this amazing success story from Barneys Farm. They were a breeze to grow and took whatever i theew at them without a hitch. the bigger pheno girls were amazi g with growth spurts and went easily more than double in stretch. I ran out of silicon and calmag which did hold them back a little during flower. In true Gorilla strain style , they were floppy with their weights from about week 6 and i suggest staking early on for a better control of their bud position. Without my lazy growing practices ( being resolved for the fast bud run shortly !) , i feel this strain is a winner. rhe smaller phenos were unfortunate but still gave nice buds to smoke. I would recommend this stesin to growers at all levels. easy if you want it to be but would meet you every step of the way with more complex training methods too. Love Gorilla Skittelz. My Rainbow Melon plant is still one of the biggest in the tent, and it's definitely the smelliest so far. The only thing I'm not crazy about is how big the leaves are getting. It's been a challenging week with the constant rain and ridiculously high humidity. Keeping things dry indoors has been a real struggle. Despite the weather, I managed to flip all my feminized photoperiod plants to flower this week. I'm hoping the switch will go smoothly, but with this humidity, it's going to be tough.

Melonade is in the safe house with her posse bc its a bit rainy today 😎 She is streching a lot (another 20cm this week!)👏 ..looks like she wants to break the roof! 🙌 happy growing for all✊

April 22nd No changes to nut's, temp, or humidity, but we did have to raise the lights with the growth. I may have mixed up a couple of my Green Crack grow's images but I did the exact same with both grows with amazing results both times, so if you see three then four plants it is due to my well intentioned intent to post each of these as I did them but forgot. LOL

Flower is in full effect. Day 43 - LST just to pull some little stuff up into the light. Day 44 - 3 cups clean PH: 6 T:20°C Day 45 - lots of bud sites starting to explode Day 46 - seeing some yellowing tips with brown spots like last grow. Positive that the light is getting to them. Moved light to 23" Day 47 - 6.5 cups of nutrient solution PH: 6 PPM:479 T:20°C Day 49 - bent down the main cola because it was creeping up too high and I didn't want it to burn. It was really nerve-wracking. Thank God it didn't snap. Opened it right up too! So many bud sites on this plant. Getting excited. Thanks for stopping by! 🥦

Flowers starting to form towards the end of the week, but first they were lollipopped at the beginning of the week. This was just the first of 2 leaf strips from under the canopy, to allow better air flow and to remove the lower, unwanted flowering sites. These would only grow into fluffy nothingness if left throughout the whole cycle, and would probably even shoot some nuts due to stress from lack of light/airflow, especially as im not using the most powerful lights 😅 Nutes increased with the adition of sugars and a slight pk boost to promote healthy growth now they're getting hungrier. All looking healthy and filling out nicely 🦊

The week ain’t over yet but so far so good.
