Apple Fritter developed some CalMag deficiency when I used a different fertilizer, so I'll stick with B'cuzz for this round.

Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. Another good week!! I defoliated the smaller of the 2 plants mid-week... I think she is doing very fine. A small hiccup with the feed that same night. Only a few leaves are showing any sign on nutrient burn. I went ahead and fed them again today. I plan on watering them in a day or two... they were very thirsty this afternoon!! So, I definitely need to up the watering. I've still been feeding 3 quarts twice a week. Otherwise, all seems to be going well!! They are frosting up very nicely!! So exciting!! Peace!! Update for grow question: @The8thChevron thanks!!! I pulled them and will hope for the best for now. So close to the finish line. If I see more trouble brewing I will pull the plant. I don't know how to answer directly to you on the grow question.... Thanks again!!

Everything looking Great so far I transplanted in clean white 6l Plastic pots filled with 70 coco 30 perlite hydro mix from plagron Since im Unding athena you can see the planst grow so fast from Day to Day

Despite no A/C in the spot temporarily, things are going perfectly fine, no complaints! Thank goodness I’m just vegging. Temps have been around 87 ish, but the plants seem to love it.

Plants are acclimating to the flower area and new 5 gal buckets. DinaMed's leaves were damaged by the Diatomaceous earth dusting. The colouring is mottled green and growth is twisted slightly. Defoliated both plants a bit. Now, a week to let them grow.

Day 81, gonna call it day 32 flower. Some sweet, sweet terps are coming through! Buds are swelling. The anticipation is great with this strain

about 1/2 way through flowering now - Really enjoying this grow :) Purple hues are getting stronger each day. She is trailing slightly behind Peyote Cookies in Girth - which to me appears as though she may need some extra time to finish compared to PC and probably the rest of my summer crop as well - but I’m sure that it’ll be worth the extra wait....

Getting very tall, I thought this one would stay shorter?! This is my go-to night time pain relief with good sleep strain. She will be staying indoors for safekeeping so hopefully I can guarantee to have some flower from her.

Big Jack widow grew great, and finish fast. She has some great frosty purple hues in her dense colas. The Viparspectra P4000 light worked great. This week the plant finally gets the tent to itself and I began training for a wider canopy , poor girl looks tortured lol in this week I notice a mutation on one of the branches fasciation which I show in the video I’m unsure as what to do because in the week because I want to switch the plant very soon to flower and don’t want to waste a branch but I kinda wanted to see what the buds would look like if I left i ultimately decided to chop it

NOTE: Measuring light distance from top of net rather than top of plants for consistency. - Plant were developing nice broad leaves, but were refusing to grow any taller to push through the netting. So, I raised the light 3 inches and switched on both blue and red lights to allow them to stretch through, which did the trick! - Placed a lot of stress on the plants this week trimming and training them to grow throughout the ScrOG netting and removing lower branches that were not receiving as much light to allow the top leaves to get more nutrients. - NEGATIVE: switched off the grow lights to get natural color photos and forgot to turn them back on until several hours later! :-O My babies are too young to flower at this point. Hope they stay in vegetative state without any serious impact. Fingers crossed! - Been experimenting with clones from clippings. Last week didn't do to hot, but this time I got two nice long pieces and trimmed off the majority of leaves to give the roots a chance to develop without fighting over nutrients from the leaves. The trick this time was 1) sufficient size of clipping, 2) minimal leaves, 3) dipping the base in mycorrhizal fungi concentrate, and 3) placement near the humidifier to ensure leaves get sufficient moisture. Had a few hiccups. Plants ended up developing a nitrogen toxicity from too much worm casting. I simply did a flush on them with water PH’d to 6.3 and allowed the soil to dry out
