So I didn’t know about Grow Diaries when I started this, and do I am jumping in first day of second week. I know for a fact that she has been slowly picking up some vegetative growth over the past week. Before that I would say it was between 1-2 weeks to get her rooted out. She has been inside the tent still, but will be transplanted outside in a fabric pot with a whopping 100 Gallons of custom made soil. I am still new and learning. I started mother from seed and will be using her to make more seeds(rev-fem). It is possible I may be obsessed 😍. Either way it is also my very first successful clone, which I literally took ONE cutting at about 10” long off the main trunk towards the bottom, then I took off an additional 4”. I guess I was confident? Even though last year, or year before that when I tried a lot of cuttings from a completely different plant, they all failed miserably. I knew why. I just needed to be way more on top of my game with the cuttings. Anyways, this one here means a lot to me because it’s my first clone! Let’s hope I don’t love ❤️ (water) it to death ☠️!!! lol

First week in the new Tent with the new lights. There may have been some shock going on in the beginning of the week as the plants adjusted to the new setup. I am using 2 1000W lights (165W each at the outlet) in a 2 x 4 tent by vivosun. LSD-25: Still by far my favorite. Had a few issues this week. Early on I noticed the leaves were really starting to droop. My watering cycle seems ok, I decided to let them dry out a little more. I then noticed on some spotting on the leaves. after doing some reading I decided to feed all three plants with some herb and vegetable food. It is a 3-4-4 blend. It also has Ca, and Mg. Noticed an immediate change and she picked right back up. There has been some stretching, Nothing major, I did screw up and cut off a flower, or a would be flower. White Widow: My second favorite this grow. Nice bushy plant. However it is not auto flowering, so it will wait its turn and go in the other tent with the other widows. i fed her the 3-4-4 blend as well. Did some defoliation this week, not alot of height, but overall good growth I think for the week. Sleepy Yoda: The slowest of the three. She really picked up this week. I think the PH being so far out in the beginning stunted her pretty bad, but there has been a nice recovery. I fed the 3-4-4 blend and did some defoliation as well as continued LST. I added a time lapse of the days after the feeding. Shows some growth. Going to reposition next week to look more at the LSD-25/

Its hard to see the progress at this time but i had to remove a plant cause of space issues, so now there is only 7 under the 600w Dualspectrum

Flower day 31 - Having a little trouble with the temperature getting higher than I would like because my dehumidifier puts off some heat while it’s running so it’s been a constant struggle to keep the environment in this tent stable! Definitely will not have so many plants next run lol, but all in all the ladies are growing great & I can’t wait to see how they turn out! Day 92. Trim day. Wet trim chosen. Result could be better, but 100 will be reached I guess for sure ;))) Day 101. My friend has new record ! Not bad for screw up run ;))))) Happy Growing !!!

Constant LST on these girls. They are so leggy I'm worried that if I let up the canopies will get out of control. I feel like i'm doing a good job with it thought. The occasional super cropping is needed and I leaf tuck and even take leaves almost everyday. Doesn't seem to slow em' down. Lights are at about 75% now. Weather has calmed down so temperature in the tent is consistently below 80F. Happened just in time for mid-flower. Right before the weather changed I build an exhaust to vent everything outside so controlling the atmosphere is a lot easier and I think it shows. Switched to bloom nutes towards the end of this week. Miracle Berry Remix IMMEDIATELY perked up and stopping being droopy all the time. CDLC woke up and I'm really happy with her now. Phosphorous is really important once pre-flower begins. Getting impatient....gonna pop some Double Grapes for the Solo Cup competition. Lowering my PH to 5.5 - 5.7 to accomodate for any salt build up in the coir since they drink water so quickly. Their response was very good. CDLC loved the drop in PH the most I believe. I cut my veg nutrients (nitrogen) to half because they aren't in full flower but i'm giving them full doses of the Maxibloom and additives. I've learned that most chlorosis I am experiencing is a nutrient deficiency. PH and increasing PPM steadily is a MUST to be successful I believe. Potassium is what generally causes the "nutrient burn". You'll catch nitrogen toxicity before any chlorosis and phosphorous is really difficult to give your plant too much of. Especially in flower. I'm gettin' the hang of this.... If anyone could answer me this....Why would you use a feeding schedule when your plant is going to require different nutrients than any other plants? There are too many variable to use a feeding schedule correct? Really not much to see this week besides the plants bulking up. They are gorgeous...except for the CDLC...she's got some work to do. Day 49 - Watered with some whacked out PH water today...didn't catch it until it was too late. Mango Smile was dropping by the end of watering...hopefully I didn't stall anyone out. Hey hey hey Growmies 😘🤗🤩 Thanks for stopping in! I hope your week has rocked! 💪🏼So far so good over here! Today is day 49 for my set of G14s from 420Fastbuds and they are kickin ass! 🤩 The first plant was topped early on at 3 nodes and we also did some LST, we now have 4 beautiful main colas that are getting so thick!! This girl is smelling so so good and is really doing great! 💪🏼 The second plant pictured is the same age and was not topped. This girl we did LST early on and it is also doing very well and has a good smell! Both girls are receiving a few different types of bloom nutes and also cal mag. We did some more defoliation on day 47 so the bud sites are sure to get plenty of light! We’ve been using the spider lights and so far are very happy with them. 3 gallon pots that are super breathable. Like I said, so far so good 😊 We are leaving to FL soon for 10 days 😬 so hoping everything goes smoothly while we are gone. Any tips for that (leaving plants while on vacation) are welcome! Bubba Kush Mintz Autoflower is doing great. She is growing nice, and steady. I have not really had any issues. I have only added a little water every few days. She us likely comming up for a solution change soon. 10.05.21 Anfang der 7. Woche alles läuft ganz gut hab heute wieder gegossen für jede Lady 4,5 l wasser mit Zusätzen bis auf lady #2 die hat nur green sensation bekommen da sie den anderen voraus rennt mal schauen was diese Woche so bringt...... 11.05.21.................................................. 12.05.21 hab es gestern leider nicht geschafft den Bericht zu aktualisieren hab aber auch gestern nix an den Pflänzchen gemacht hab heute mal ein paar buds fotografiert und das erste mal geprüft wie fest die buds sind also gelato 41#2 ist wie ein Felsen die anderen 3 Ladys sind eher fleischig aber dennoch fest (fast wie ein Hüft steak Medium rare) sieht auf jeden fall viel Versprechend aus und der Duft an den fingern nach dem prüfen, ein hauch von zitrone trifft auf leichte Minze mit cremiger Dunst note schon ziemlich geil muss ich sagen freue mich schon drauf wie ein kleiner junge auf sein Eis...... 13.05.21.................................................. 14.05.21 hab mich dazu entschieden nur noch alle 2 Tage was zu posten ab jetzt passiert nicht mehr viel sie wird nach und nach fetter und die trichome sind zum größten Teil milchig werde Sonntag die Spülung beginnen das währe dann Tag 57 nach flip und somit tag 49 der blüte, demnach sollte ich an Tag 63 fertig sein plus 1 bis 2 Tage dann hat sie 9 Wochen blüte hinter sich und 10 Wochen 12/12 der breeder selbst gibt an 7 bis 9 Wochen flower sollte also hin hauen die Angabe bin gespannt wie sie am Ende aus sieht. Werde Sonntag mal versuchen die trichome zu fotografieren aber mein kleines Taschen mikroskop zu fotografieren während ich es an die Blüten halte is etwas kompliziert für mich hab einen ruhe tremor fehler sprich ich zitter sobald ich etwas mache was mit fein Arbeit zu tuen hat, nicht stark,aber ein Bild machen is da schon schwer, werde es Sonntag versuchen an meine Kamera vom Handy zu kleben mit Maler crepp und dann mal schauen ob es einiger maßen klappt..... 15.05.21................................................. 16.05.21 so liebe growmies und canna begeisterte heute war der Tag der Spülung hab jeder Pflanze 22,5 Liter Wasser verpasst so das eigendlich fast alles an Dünger und Zusätzen raus sein sollte die Suppe die am Ende unten raus kam war fast komplett klar wie wasser sein sollte. bitte schimpft jetzt nicht mit mir das ich so hart flushe, ich hab mir gefühlt 1000 blogs durch gelesen von Zamnesia bis royal queen über Humboldt usw. Zum Thema flush und da gibt es ja echt viele Möglichkeiten wie man das ganze angeht der eine giesst normal weiter halt nur mit Wasser der nächste spült mit doppelter Menge von gewohntem giessen und wiederum andere stellen die Pflanzen in die Dusche und spülen da eine ganze Badewannen durch die Erde. War mir da einfach nicht mehr sicher wie ich das am besten an gehe und bin halt am ende auf die idee gekommen wenn das wasser gut klar ist Dann Sollte doch gut gespült sein hoffe ich zumindest in ca 14 tagen hack ich die Ladys Dann ab ihr könnt euch gar nicht vorstellen wie ich mich auf den Tag freue wenn ich schneiden darf ist wie Geburtstag und Weihnachten auf einem Tag........

So i had to take all my plants inside because i found bud rot on 2 of them & the weather wasn’t going to get any better, had to transform my bedroom into a grow room😂 & i have 2 more plants which i am going to finish next to a window.. The smaller plant to the right is a Northern light by zamnesiaseeds that has a seperate diary if you are interested! I really hope the bud rot doesn’t spread anymore & if anyone has any tips or tricks for that they are always welcome!

Keep it natural. No heavy 21 defoliation. First indoor grow and test so kept em happy as is. Some pics are also week 2 just did a photo dump

Flipped on April 20th. Gave 24hrs of full darkness prior to 12:12.

On day 1 the plants are looking good. I confirmed that my one cola was seeded, so I removed all visible seed pods. After this run I will do a deep cleaning to make sure there is no pollen in my grow box. The rest of my plant colas seem fine... I changed out my reservoir and adjusted the PH to 6.1. I also dimmed my light to 75% to mimic spring conditions. On day 2 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir down to 6.1. The plants are looking great besides a few fox tails from too much light. On day 3 the PH in the reservoir is 6.2. On day 4 I diluted my reservoir with plain water to lower the ppm down to 400 ppm, and I adjusted PH to 6.2 . The buds are ripening for sure and smell great! I haven't gotten any autumn colors yet even though I have dimmed my grow light and lowered my night time temps. I hope by 8 weeks the plants will have some more purple tones but if not I'm good with the flower quality thus far :). The breeder says 7-8 weeks so I'm hoping I am close to the finish line. I will continue to monitor the trichomes for ripeness. On day 5 I adjusted the reservoirs PH to 6.0. I harvested my seeded cola on Pheno #1 as it had stopped growing/ripening and would be a good tester ;) On day 6 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. On day 7 the PH is 6.0 50 % pistils have turned amber so I believe I have entered my harvest window and expect to flush and harvest soon:) very excited!

Background Fingers crossed that these Spicy Bitch regs provide at least one male so that we can back build some stock of it. In the event that does take place we’ve got a single clone of each strain from the previous pollen chuck to sit in the tent with them so they can make babies for the next few months. The whole point of the last year was to start making some foundational genetics for a third generational cross we could call our own. If you’ve been following along than you’ll know that it’s been anything but easy. Our previous pollen picks didn’t pan out at all so we’re back to the drawing board with a new option from ExoticSeeds. This’ll be a 10 plant run with 5 regs and 6 strains for pollination including the strain itself. We’re running in a 2x4 MarsHydro grow tent all powered by a Mars Sp6500. That’s a little more than 600w packed into half the recommended footprint😳. Why? you ask - because we like our buds big and overcompensatory😂. Really, I’m just of the mind that we can pack more light into this space than recommended and get much better results. The math doesn’t lie. At least not as long as I wasn’t high when using the calculator again….. Many thanks to @MarsHydroLED for the opportunity to test run the equipment👊. In addition, we’ve also moved to a new nutrient system - Druid Nutrients out of the Netherlands. They don’t really have a presence on GD yet but you’ll be hearing about them very soon I’m sure. The beauty of this system is that it’s literally a 1 (one) component system for the entirety of the plants grow cycle. It really has changed the game in terms of ease of feeding and maintenance. It’s also very versatile and seems to provide everything needed across multiple different strains in the same ratios. Keep your eyes peeled for these folks. Pretty much a guarantee that they absolutely blow up once more people know about them👍👌😎. Strain Background Spicy Bitch: predominantly sativa, heavy yielder with a daytime kinda trip profile. It’s a cross of Queen Mother and a Pre-2000 AK47. We’ll pull what pollen we can and hope to have a female run out a larger supply of seed for the future. Many thanks to @Exoticseeds for the chance to give these beans a go👍👊. Pollination Strains: Holy Surfer S1 - this is one of the focal points for this cycle. A fellow growmie was kind enough to ship over some S1 genetics I took an interest in. The only ask back was that if I did cross it to send a few his way for testing👍. Shoutout and cheers to @blendmedmedman. Hoping to have something back to ya in short order. It’s a compact and squat plant requiring very little maintenance. Typical for the strain really. It’s been chosen as an option to potentially mellow out the high , shorten the stature of the resulting hybrid and inject it with some of that mellow indica effect. Boogie Nights - total shot in the dark. Still haven’t even tried the strain myself yet but it was available at the right time and interesting enough to make a salad with. Big thanks to AMS who’ve been nothing short of an excellent seedbank to collaborate with. Expect similar growth characteristics to that of the Northern Lights. Better resilience however. Blueberry - this particular clone is from extremely strong stock. Spliff seeds broke the mold with this strain. She’s lower maintenance than the NL, more resilient than anything else we’ve got on the menu and the terp. Profile on this girl is out of this world. If we can bring any of these qualities to the cross, then it could be magic👌. White Widow - garrghh, I just can’t get away from this particular plant. Again, still haven’t even tested the buds yet and all I can say is that the growth characteristics are extremely vigorous and desirable. This plant is one of 3 unicorns that I have yet to tame due to a combo of extremely bad luck and circumstance. All told, it’s still the same story: a VERY experimental breeding project designed to shotgun a broad swath of genetics against a reliable and dependable Breeder who’s put out proven fire 🔥🤟😎👍.
