Buds are coming along nicely, they started off with a not so appealing smell but eventually started to smell very sweet. Increased dosage for increased blooming and ripening. Missed update for day 49 but vids from previous day makes up for it. Side note, I created a homemade Co2 bag with ingredients that is easily available and affordable. I don't think I let is have an effect on my buds but it sure did smell awful. After the 5th day, I got rid of it.

Had to move her to a smaller space with a weaker light. But she has the entire light to herself. I ended up giving her one more dose of cannacoco A and B and the pk 12/14 also by cannacoco. Will be flushing her with ph’s water at 6ish going forward. I may harvest her top buds first and give the lower buds some time to catch up.

1/11/2024 Vegetation Week 1 Day 1- I have a root almost in the water.. Yay!! Top feeding is almost done. she is looking a little sad as I work the transition Top feeding but once the roots are fully in the water she will start to take off. Ensured my PPFD is set between 250-300 it is set to: 258 1/12/2024 Vegetation Week 1 Day 2- I have a root in the water.... NO TOP FEED TODAY SIR!!! now that a root is touching the water and she looks stable, I am not going to topfeed, I will see how she looks tomorrow and as long as everything looks good I am going to go ahead and do a change and week 1 fill on Nutes.. I know it is a couple of days in but the same Nutes go through Week 2 and get changed at Week 3 So I should be good to go.. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grows First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. Hello. This is the end of week 2 and the beginning of week 3 of flowering. It's a late spring here. Some torrential rains and strong winds this week with lots of clouds. I get the greenhouse all open for the sun shine and 1/2 hour later I'm shutting the door closing the windows and turning down the fans. 2 hours later I back out there opening up and turning the fans up again. I hope it stables down for July and August, but they will probably be stinking hot.😏 I think I've picked out the best male for seeds. It's sticky with the rub test and the smell lasts on the fingers for about 10 minutes or so. It's bushy rather than tall and stretchy. I need to make up some pollen socks that won't hold the pollen so I can shake it to get the pollen on the stigma's but will let some air transfer so the branch lives and starts to make seeds. I have a extra Pink Kush and a Nova OG clones that I'll start to flower and put them in a different greenhouse for starting and making seeds and pollen capture with the socks. I tested the Pink Kush for Powdery Mildew last year but I don't know about the Nova OG. I'll do some final pruning and trimming this week. And tie up some more branches. Keep grown straight. Chuck.

some on the leafs are clawing come be due to nitrogen toxicity

Last week I could notice the plant has a calmag deficiency, you can see the leaves with pale borders. However, it looks heatlhy after all, with big leaves and gaining height. I'm planning to use LST next week, when maybe she's recovered from the calmag deficiency. Let me know your thoughts!

Not a ton to report as I switch them to flower. The first day they went to the 12/12 light schedule I chopped the shit out of them, taking probably 100 fan leaves from the 4 plants all together. They're just too bushy and I feel like I'm asking for problems letting them grow into each other. Of course when you try to grow four plants in a 2x4 tent, that's an expected problem. They looked blended, bomb-out and depleted when I finished chopping leaves and pulling the main growth tips apart from each other and through the scrog net. I was a little worried that I overdid it, but 12 hours later they had more than bounced back. I'm a little leary of hard defoliation in flower, but pistils have hardly developed and the plants clearly need and respond well to it. I'm sure I'll take about the same amount from them a couple more times. A couple concerns: small amounts of white mold growth on the top of the coco of a couple plants and the sides of a couple bags. Very faint and not growing much. Also no signs of it on leaves or stems of the plants themselves. I've been spraying with a water/hydrogen peroxide mix. Also a few leaves here and there on a few of the plants look chewed up or torn. There are no signs of pests, so I think they're from some minor abuse during training or from the fan blowing. Will definitely be keeping an eye on mold/mildew and pests, especially going into spring locally.

Finally starting to fill out! And the smell is starting to become noticeable if you agitate the plant.

Es ging stetig bergauf in Woche 2. Geplant ist toppen und später ein scrog zum stützen und zum Angleichen der Höhe. Der Wurzelstimulator von House & Garden performed mMn sehr gut, keinerlei negative Reaktion der Pflanze. An Tag 15 wird getoppt und dann bin ich gespannt auf die Blüte.

So WHY is this auto taking so damn long to mature??? Is this normal? It's my first hydro grow, but my wife's soil grow started after mine (more than a week) + was grown in the exact same room .... but has been harvested over the past TWO weeks. Thoughts? Not much needed doing this week. Did a huge trim mid week that was posted to a mid week update in last week's diary entry. She didn't like it at first but then bounced back pretty well. I think I have a very slight touch of nutrient burn on some of the tips, but it could also be a touch dry as we're having a hard time keeping the room over 40% humidity as the outdoor temps here are stupid cold recently. Hoping to harvest in 2 weeks or so.. but could be longer. Urgh. She's a big, bountiful, heat-loving lady that's finally a under a bit of vegetative control... but apparently REALLY likes to take things slow.
