Hi everyone :-) This week a lot of nice things happened in the flower tent :-) Everyone looks super nice, and is growing stronger and more beautiful week by week 😍👌. The blue cheese smells like a dream ;-) As usual from this variety 👍. The kosher tangie is also very, very tasty 👏🏻. Both got Pk 13/14 this week for the last time :-) Everyone else is developing very well 👍, That will be the last diary with several strains together :-) In future everyone will come individually 👌. Germinated in paper towel and then in soil prepared 24 hours before just with water. I decided to do outdoor cause temperature now is good but i m not sure is going to be hot enough for all the month.

In the end I was pretty happy and surprised about the dense and hard buds! Especially when I think about the way we had to move this plant in a setup that was completely crap except the LEDs.

Kl 10.00. She is growing like crazy and needs to get defoliated every morning. Girls are trucking along without much issue. I did have a bit of PH flux due to my PH meter calibration being off but no biggie, she didn't show too much signs of stress. These girls are starting to stink which I'm happy about, hoping for a really cheesy harvest :D

Die Pflanzen kommen in die 2. Blütenwoche und fangen an ihre ersten Härchen zu zeigen. Blumen wurden Anfang der Woche ausgiebig gegossen und mit Bio Flowering Booster von RoyalQueenSeeds gedüngt, den Rest der Woche mussten sie dann alleine zurechtkommen, da ich für ein paar Tage unterwegs war.

With a good Flushing out my little chunks are now ready for the chop. I think a combination of Anxious and Excitement begin to overtake, whilst all the time a nagging voice in the back of my head whispering 'are you sure its the right time'. This little voice i must admit has been a preoccupying factor and by far the most difficult decision so far. Despite this and the little voice screaming away i have decided that i am to stick by my guns and Harvest these Chunky delights as planned! Wish me luck the time is nigh.

Solid 10 inches of growth this week. Ladies were top dressed with more soil on Thursday night. Also game them a cal-mag boost with some Earth Pods back on Monday. The larger ladies are staying out in the garden, but the more finicky Critical Mass and Charlotte's Angel's are in the small greenhouse.

The cherry bomb doing well. Gave her a flush and fresh nutrients. Been tying the branches down a little as they grow out and pulling a few leaves every couple days to keep them from blocking light. Will be switching them to flower next week.

Overall I’m really happy with this genetics. Unique flavors. The plants had enough time to reach their maximum potential after 80 days of flowering time. Harvested pretty late, but it was worth waiting. Dried them under low temperatures with the 60/60 method for 10 days. After drying trimmed and put the flowers into the glass jars. Landed perfectly in the sweet spot between 59-60% humidity. The flowers are still curing in the Vivosun VCure at a temperature of 15.5 degrees C (60 Fahrenheit). Great product to maintain the quality in storage. For everyone who is interested I‘ve also uploaded a video of my grow gear. Herrrrro gang! Welcome to another week of Daank's grow! 8/2: Brought back the Great White. I was reading that it works well in conjunction with other root excelurators, like Rapid Start. I got 2 more temp/humidity sensors for the tent. It allows me to keep track of 100% of what is really going on, I find it to take away worry (b/c temps are very important!). Today was a "eureka!" moment in terms of understanding run-off pH and it's value to telling the grower how healthy the plant is and what nutes may, or may not, be needed. I also got some new LED glasses so I don't burn my fucking corneas when tending to the garden - they are phenomenal and I suggest them if you grow with an LED. Check the videos and photos. Pistils are growing rapidly and baby budlets are starting to form. I'm actually getting a nice subtle purple color - it's very neat. Today's run-off pH was 6.3, and I gave it 6.3 for water - so that's a good sign (I bounce the pH all around from 5.5-6.3). I'll keep track of this moving forward in the diary. Minor defoliation. ***Pro-Tip: If you're wondering what the run-off should be... around +.5/-.5 of what you put in is good. By the end of this week I assume we'll be in full swing. Day 39: I have ordered new nutes, Advanced Nutrients. The reviews, photos, and research all point to using this for the best results. I found them to be a bit expensive, but if I can always get perfect pH values without much of a hassle... I'm down. They will be here by end of the week and I'll transition that over this weekend. I can't wait. Day 40: 8/6 - Advanced Nutrient nutes arrive today. Watering will be a pleasure. The plants look great. The buds are real. Small smell. Trimmed last night quite a bit for bud production. They love George Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue". It perks 'em up.
