Es ist soweit! Am Freitag habe ich die fünf Easy Buds nach knapp 11 1/2 Wochen abgeschnitten und geerntet. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass eine Pflanze ziemlich stark befallen war. Ich vermute eine Milbenart oder möglicherweise Fliegeneier. Unterhalb der Blätter waren etliche dunkelgelbe und dunkelbraune Eier, die man auf den ersten Blick kaum erkennen konnte. Bei genauerem Hinsehen sieht man jedoch, dass sich der Befall auf die ganze Pflanze ausgeweitet hatte. Glücklicherweise blieben die vier anderen Pflanzen verschont. Aus diesem Grund trockne ich die Pflanzen auch getrennt voneinander. Die befallene Pflanze wollte ich nicht direkt wegwerfen, sondern erstmal trocknen lassen. Im Nachhinein werde ich schauen, wie ich mögliche Schadensbegrenzung betreiben kann. Die vier gesunden Pflanzen werden in einem geschlossenen Zelt in einem Trocknungsbeutel getrocknet. Die befallene Pflanze habe ich in dem Folienzelt aufgehängt und mit einer Plane abgedeckt. Nach wenigen Tagen der Trocknung sieht soweit eigentlich alles gut aus. Die Eier scheinen nicht mehr zu schlüpfen, sondern fallen von der Blüte ab oder verschrumpeln zu Kompost. Ich hoffe, dass es dabei bleibt. Der Geruch hat sich nach dem Abschneiden deutlich verändert. Schon nach der kurzen Trocknungszeit kann ich einen intensiveren Geruch feststellen, der sich noch nicht so richtig beschreiben lässt. Die Blüten waren stark mit den sogenannten "Sugar Leaves" verwachsen, weshalb ich sie grob getrimmt habe, um sie zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Nachdem die Blüten vollständig getrocknet sind, werde ich die Buds noch einmal einzeln trimmen und durch meine Trimm-Maschine von Vevor jagen. Der Ernteprozess hat zu zweit circa eine Stunde gedauert. Die Pflanzen waren zum Zeitpunkt der Ernte noch sehr gesund und kräftig. Die Verwurzelung war trotz des geschlossenen Topfes sehr gut. Die schönste Bud hat definitiv die zentrale Pflanze, Greta, ergeben. Nass hätte ich den Bud auf mindestens 12 g geschätzt. Ein Gesamtgewicht des nassen Pflanzenmaterials habe ich nicht ermittelt. Sobald alles trocken und fertig beschnitten ist, werde ich das Tagebuch um den trockenen Betrag ergänzen. Stand jetzt würde ich schätzen, dass der Ertrag aller Pflanzen bei circa 40-50 g liegt, was mich für meinen ersten Grow ziemlich zufrieden stellt, besonders in Anbetracht dieser wirklich sehr simplen Strain. There’s no amber trichomes on Mama Mia and I’m thinking of growing a little longer than the breeder suggests. Northern Lights trichomes are starting to amber and I may harvest earlier than suggested. King Kong trichomes are milky clear. I switched up which light is on which plant. Next grow I’m definitely replacing my two weaker lights with stronger lights and using the weak lights as side lighting. Light power is one of the big lessons from this grow. The bud size looks it’s age, but is much heavier than appearance. I think the kelp helped the buds get denser. The King Kong flowers are all much heavier than the branches can support. Next grow I’ll be more proactive with netting support.

Rotated the pots to help get better light and lst on a few other spots overall looking pretty good for my first grow I would say

Day 7 of flower. Cleaned up some of the lowers realized the strip is gunna be miserable. Put a humidifier in each tent so I can run the co2 with the exhaust low without getting the condensation. The trop juice 4 in the back right of the 5x9 is gunna be a monster.

🌱 Folder #1 — Lemon Cherry Gelato Week 3 Veg — 12/12 From Seed This run continues to surprise me in the best possible way. This plant is an autoflower, grown 12/12 from seed, and honestly… it’s performing well beyond expectations. This is my first time ever running autoflowers under a strict 12/12 cycle from day one, and I didn’t know what to expect going in. What I’m seeing now is clear, confident growth — calm, structured, and healthy. We are currently moving into the third pair of leaves, and what’s interesting is how balanced the behavior feels. At moments it almost feels like: • the autoflowers are behaving like photoperiods • or the photoperiods are behaving like autos Either way, the plant is responding beautifully. ⸻ 🌿 Growth & Structure • Stage: Week 3 veg • Light cycle: 12/12 from seed • Height: ~10 cm • Nodes: Third pair of leaves forming • Overall vigor: Strong, steady, controlled The leaves are lush, vibrant green, with excellent posture and spacing. Growth is compact but not stalled — exactly what I want to see at this stage, especially under 12/12. ⸻ 🎨 Leaf Expression & Personality We’re starting to see a bit of personality show up — nothing problematic at all. There is some light discoloration / pigmentation variation on the leaves, creating a subtle, almost camouflage-like pattern. Important to note: • No signs of deficiency • No stress signals • No structural issues Just natural expression, and honestly, it looks beautiful and unique. This is one of those moments where observation matters more than reaction.
