Apr 09: Things are chuggin along, i think light may have been a factor in the brown spots, seeing similar symptoms on one of the other plants but very very minor in comparison.... I think it was too little calmag, i may have locked them out mid veg by using high concentration of nutes without watering till runoff (i now know, that is a no-go), and light stress. i have had them under 850-1050 ppfd when flipped to flower... one of them is loving the light, one is big and bushy (had to defoliate later than i wanted), and one has good bud structure but pistils seem thin, and growth seems slower (the one with the brown polkadot party on its body) so thinking it may be stunted. either way, im seeing denser buds, and im learning the ropes, thats enough for me :) Apr 12: Last feed day... Trichomes look just about ready, will do 2 runoff waterings 48hrs apart, then 24-36 hr darkness... Will try to post trichome pics.... Super excited to see the improvements from this run vs last run...!

Veg Week 6 Day 42 to 48 - 4/1 to 4/7 This week is primarily test training recovery and final topping set. I would have typically already cut the third top after 3 new nodes of growth but since I decided to experiment with breaks I allowed more time for recovery and None were cut until I saw I had at least 3 nodes of new growth since the last topping. All limbs are doing better now and I see little to no 'new' hindered to overall growth from this point. I also defoliated some of the oldest leaves that gone damaged in the breaks. So as I said, little to no damage will produce average branches (prone to weight breaks later in flower as discovered in my first grow) Small to slightly moderate break of green and evenly crushed stem can create heavy knuckles with large waterways through hardwood provides great support and growth Moderate to heavy rips with no back support will runt in growth and support if not die off. However if back supported immediately, it can recover with a little extra time. Feed this week was again an auto pot reservoir feed at 400ppm total before add-ins. I used 350ppm Veg concentrate mix (recipe week 2) and introduced 50ppm Bloom concentrate mix). I also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and ph balance this week was for 5.9 Video Post defoliation Next week I plan to monitor the training of the branches and change out the feeds with 500ppm at 5.9ph. All I am trying to do now is set the growth of the branch to where I want them to flower stretch from.

60 days into flowering now, pulled 2 of these girls 7 days ago because 1 had a few bananas on it and the other was stressed to much from light and not really giving any quality bud and it was stretched out taking up lots of space. The 2 left have been flushing a little over a week now and are very close to harvest. I will prob harvest them sometime this week. Everything is going good so far anyway for these 2 and we will hopefully get some nice dense buds, we will see. Cheers💨 Day-62 update Found my microscope! Got some picks up of the tricombs up now, and as I suspected they are not quite ready yet. There are a few amber but I’m still seeing clear ones, but there mostly all cloudy now so I’m thinking another week or so will probably do it. That will give me a good 2 week flush as well. I got some pics and a video up as well just before my lights came on so there better then under the HPS anyway. Lol cheers💨

This week has been awesome as far a new growth . The girls are coming along fine . I’m seeing some yellowing on the leaf tips so for the next few watering I’m going to use straight water and no nutrients. Overall both plant are healthy. I have some defoliating to do on both plants . I started low stress training but I stopped because with my work schedule ,it turned out to be a lot of work . So I plan on ordering a Scrog net to keep the girls evened out. Also every week or so I rotate the plants about a 1/4 turn to distribute sunlight and I’ve been tucking some of the bigger fan leaves 🍁 to get more light at the bottom.

Removed lil buds, had some insects this week removed them. Week 7 grow needs to be deleted its dubbel eith week 8 and since week 7 i use 4-4-7 npk.

She's really starting to take off now I've corrected the lights height and strength, you'll see in the next week that I'll start having some pH issues, I'm usually an outdoor grower. This is my first indoor grow so I don't have all the stuff you need yet, I should be getting a pH pen and PPM metre soon.

🔥🔥🔥I think the stretch is over. Did some slight defol nothin major. Widow and dream have grown most in this last week but are still smaller then the rest. Smell picked up too. Can't wait to seed how the buds develope. Wish I had the 2nd trellis up and trimmed em all harder to prepare for the reduced mobility of the trellis...only my 2nd indoor grow so I'm still learning any advice is greatly appreciated😀 I'm bored so I'm a day early with the update. 2nd grow with the mango 1st indoor with the headband and 1st experience either way with the rest. Well I thought for sure I was going to harvest a few days ago. Looks like it’s going to be one more week. Only getting pH water at this point and no nutrients. Starting to get a little color shift in the leaves but nothing crazy. Bud is dense and smells absolutely amazing. Slight bit of a Fox trail going on but not bad at all. Turns out I was very lazy and never raised my light up for 3 weeks and they were getting 1,000+ PAR at the tops for 18hrs a day. A few more days till she gets cut.

This week went real well ! Today is day 50 an these girls are doing 😀! Switched up the nutrients a little bit , instead of 3tsp of Floragrow they get 1 tsp now, and on the Florabloom they will get 3tsp instead of 1 ! Not much changes at all just those an that’s all! 2 of the wedding cheesecakes decided they were gonna stretch out a bit but no problem raised the up the other girls a little bit so it is all growing the same size an they are all loving it! They are starting to smell real nice can’t wait till further into to flower but we are getting there ! Hello Gromie's, all is well with these girls, continue to fill out & mature. Unfortunately I haven't had any Green planet Massive Bloom to give them this grow as I think it would have made a big difference! 5 days1 into week 5 & showing cloudy trichomes & quite a lot of amber as well, calyxs starting to swell & close up, pistills mostly orange. Think they will definitely finish up quicker than last grow, another week or so I think.👍
