Philhsy Rockwool for first time, hoping will succeed, long time since hydro also! Fun fun fun
Starting off with the paper towel method germinating the seeds for a day just so theres a tiny little tail, then directlyy into the cube be in the net pot with pebbles and a top dripper.
Solution:
Clean cold water with some orca for the roots to thrive and some aptus ro conditioner to add a bit of calcium and magnesium due to my soft water pushing it to 0.2ec.
Also lowering ph to
Ph 5.9
Hopefully these babies will get their tail soon and well do a nutrient bath

But still im wanting it to recover.. well see! Il probbably dont have space for 4 dwcs in this tent anyways so haha..

Philhsy One is really enjoyong herself, growing like a champ, nr2 has catched up, beginning to form
Nice root zone , was afraid i killed it when the tap broke, but it recovered and has a nice root mass now, so im hoping it will catch up in size! Same here ph 5.7, and ec 0.5 seem to like the bath aswell no droopy leafs either.

Philhsy Well the one plant is truly a monster, gone into flower almost taking the whole tent, 96 cm tall about 75 wide, many budsites im thinking that it might be a solo plant in the end
It eats so much, having troubles keeping up feeding it, hope its a quick one haha :) however, i do believe it will be a single plant in the end, since it still grows about 10 cm a day, necwr know when you get a monster like this so shouldve scrogged or atleast trained it somehow, but i just let it rip π±π hopefully my 120x120 is big enough lol. 7 gal pot with 20 litre water, rootsball almost covers entire pot with nice whiteish rootball

Philhsy Had to do a scrog because it is a monster plant. Had to kill the other two, because this baby now with a light late scrogg fills rhe 120x120cm tent from edge to edge, not mich space left so hoping it will stop stretching now and produce fat buds, never seen so many budsites on one plant, ordered plagron powerbuds cause have no bloom booster thought that might help,
and a small waterpump so i can easily change water, cause now its kinda hard haha, but did it anyways today, fresh solution.
But it keeps eating, some spots on lower leafs but otherwize its a very healthy planty π if i had not scrogged it would be about 130-140cm tall so.
But singe im new to hydro and the otherone i did yielded over 300 g dry, hoping i will beat that record π but that plant was way smaller snd compact..
See you guys in a week, much might happen ;)

Philhsy Using the scrogg net was a good idea, wluld have overgrown orherwize, its eating alot, trying to keep up, some minor spots showing on random older leafs, but nothing except that maybe a bit tiny leafs.
But the budsites omg, one plant and all this, doesnt account for all the buds below the net you cant see, its fΓΆowers all the way down and they seem to get enough light, truly a monster plan.t. Changed bath added calmag, and it ate .3 ec over night, dunno if thats good or bad, my humidofier broke so laying wet towels lol..
Hoping this auro will finish, dont think in. 8 weeks tho because shes huge, from edge to edge in my 120. Alotnof maintnence

Philhsy Its a high maintnence plant, had some ph drops, which might slowed things down, also explains some spots hwre and there, but it looks healthy, for a mosnter auto, dis a new solution bath, running out of bloom nutes so had to ordee anothee bottle, it eats alot. However, its stacking up, buss are densening up real good and alot has happen since last week so! Happy thoughts hoping it will finish one day hehe. Never grown an auto this big, last dwc one was also a monster just more compact, see you in a week!

Philhsy Week update π±π§
This week has been all about dialing things in. Switched to a fresh nutrient bath and let the plant guide the feeding β kept EC stable and watched the uptake closely. Sheβs been drinking heavy and responding perfectly.
Big difference in just a few daysβ¦ buds are getting noticeably fatter and stacking harder π₯ Frost is building up nicely and the structure under the net is really paying off now.
Kept environment steady (VPD on point), no big swings β just small adjustments and letting her do her thing. That consistency is really showing in the growth.
Weβre getting close nowβ¦ but still pushing for that extra density ππ₯
Finally harvest this beast, a whole net full of arm length buds bigger than ive ever seen and still a whole plant left hanging after net filled. Couldnt hang the whole plant. Weight acouple kilos.

Philhsy Huge yield of sticky buds, took 12 weeks from seed and filled a full 1.2m tent. Needed quite a bit of maintenance so happy to reach harvest day. Ran simple nutrients, slight foxtailing at the end, but most buds in the net are around 100g each plus ( and the net is full!
and still a whole plant hanging with fat budsπ
Ohhh damnβ¦ thatβs a pretty insane plant. Seeing that, mine definitely didnβt reach her full potential π
Enjoy it :) I found her to be a really nice, smooth smoke!
@Philhsy, I actually smoked some again a few days ago, so I can describe it a bit better now I think. Mine was really intense in a sweet candy direction not fruity at all, more like a slightly artificial cleaner citrus/menthol vibe. I think your description fits pretty well.
Iβd actually would smoking it a bit earlier rather than storing it for too long (good luck with that haha). Over time it really goes more into that sugary cotton-candy sweetness, but for me the interesting twist kind of gets a bit lost, even with good storage π
Thank you very much for sharing a new diary with one of our strains, and congratulations on the harvest, she looks amazing!! π
We hope you enjoy it. π
Sweet smokes,
jaypp
Lookin good, Stop complaining about big plants and you grow that Mother! Grow it until both your house and neighbours houses have been enveloped! ππ
