Hello and we are at the end finnaly!! I harvest them on day 64!!! Everything’s going great, but winter has arrived, causing some temperature and humidity fluctuations. The plant doesn’t seem to mind, though. She’s forming flowers beautifully, and I’m super happy with how she’s developing!

Week 2 and nice and green, we just gave some more organic nutrients like palm tree ash and some guanokalong powder, for the moment its seems to be all good, in 2 weeks I'll be adding some sugars and some more PK

Welcome to my FastBuds GSC grow-off diary! I plan on growing 2 seeds from the same package - one using a 950ml Gatorade bottle dwc system, and the other sharing a 64L reservior DWC. I'll grow them both while trying to be as simiar in techique as i can, but i'm more interested in how the 950ml does, so might not be super picky about doing things exactly the same, heh. I'm making this all up as I go! Enjoy the ride! Week 0 ====== Day 0.1 - 2 seeds in water for 24hrs Day 0.2- 2 Seeds in wet paper towel, in a plastic bag for 24-48hrs until taproot is out Day 0.3 - 24hrs later - one seed has sprouted a tail Day 0.4 - 2nd seed sprouted tail; put both seeds into rockwool Day 0.5 - 1st seed sprouted from rockwool Day 0.6 - 1st seed doing well, 2nd seed no change Day 0.7 - Checked 2nd seed and hasn't budged, so it's a dud. Started a new seed (had 3 GSC, so all good!) Day 0.8 - 1st seed into the 1L DWC bottle! Day 0.10 - 3rd seed germinated - into rockwool to sprout. DWC Prototype ----------------- - 950ml Gatorade Bottle - 2x small air stones - 1/2" overflow tube where i want the water level to be - Nutrient top-feed line The reservoir below is 19L (~15L of solution) with a small 80gph water pump on lowest setting, which will be on a timer for 15 mins every 3 hours (at first - we'll see how that goes). The water pumps nutrient solution up to the Gatorade bottle and the overflow goes back down into the reservoir.

Many thanks to Royal Queen Seeds for sending me two of their new strains, Green Gelato Automatic and HulkBerry Automatic. So this is the first of two new diaries. WHY GREEN GELATO AUTOMATIC? LET THE DIARY START OFFICIALLY: 10/06/2020. planting. I have prepared everything I need for planting. The 11lit fabric pot I got from RQS, also Organic Boost Nutrition and Mycorrhizza from RQS, Soil is Light-Mix from BioBizz and of course the seed of the new strain Green Gelato Automatic. After adding 50g of pellets from Organic Nutrition and 5g of Mycorrhizze, I mixed everything well in the pot. After that I watered well and soaked the soil, I dug a hole with a wooden stick about 2-3 cm, I first put 1g of mycorrhize and then put the seeds inside. I lightly covered the hole with earth and put the pot in his new home. The temperature was about 25 degrees and the humidity about 65%. 14/06/2020. She sprouted. After 4 days, Green Gelato came out. In the meantime, I sprayed the surface of the earth a little twice. The temperature is still around 26 degrees, thanks to the summer and the high temperature that enters the apartment anyway. I regulate the humidity with a humidifier, I maintain it around 60% -65%. 15/06/2020. Her first photo shoot, I also watered her with about 2 liters of water, which I only regulated p.H. at 6.3 with Plagron, Lemon Kick. 19/06/2020. Day 1. Green Gelato is officially one day old. On that occasion I took another photo shoot to celebrate this big day :). 24/06/2020. First Feeding First feeding. She got a whole meal from BioBizz, Root-Juice, Bio-Heaven and Acti-Vera, p.H of water I regulated with Lemon Kick from Plagron. 25/06/2020. Day 7. End of the first week. For now, everything is great. It is developing nicely, its conditions are almost perfect. Green Gelato will also have two roommates in the box, HulkBerry Automatic. Green Gelato - Day 7. - 10 cm I think that’s all for this week, I’m happy that it’s starting all over again, following its development and looking forward to what’s to come. See you next week.

Happy with the over all bud development again this week the smell has really picked up now going into the final weeks. Checking the trichomes regularly planning to possibly start flushing next week all 3 plants are showing signs of colour fading of the larger leafs. Still defoliating and using some sticks to help expose more of the lower bud sites have also added an additional fan to help airflow. Increased the light output from 90% to 100% ☀️ 🤞🏻

Entering week 9 of flower. According to the breeder about the week of harvest. I think she has still 1 or 2 weeks to go!

Curling is still a problem still :( A rainy week so high humidity all around... looking tasty though! Buds are getting bigger and sticker!

UPDATE mid week spoted smnth on the soil that turned out to be a polinator. When inspected the plant found them all over. Especialy in the lower btanches. But on mostly all of branches, they are blendong in with lower buds very tight making them hard to clear. I belive there still some left. And most probably they are going to keem emerging. 3rd week of flowering - looks good. Hairy and even a bit frosty already. I was wrong about water consumprion. Although I managed to put 2 liters at a time and the fabric pot held it, it was too much, the soil was wet for around 4 days. And the humidity in my 50 by 50 cm 1 meter high tent was 99%. So wattering back to 1 liter each second day, just right. Starting to think that maybe in couple of weeks I will need to remove some fan leaves as it realy is quite bushy and when buds will start to swell and get dencier I will need to addres humidity concearns

Noticed some more pink/purple stems on the plants and decided to increase the phosphorus content in the feed by mixing in half grow and half bloom from the nutrient lineup. I'd use the PK booster I have but its to high in K for my liking. The entire lineup is very high in K. mixing grow and bloom gives a NPK ratio of 7-7-14 then done 1:1 equal parts. Grow=8-4-15 Bloom=6-10-14 Boost=1-15-30 Run off was a bit high for my liking but only seeing minimal signs of nutrient burn. Still watering once with feed and runoff and then later in the week with water and no/little runoff for my watering cycle.The number in the nutrient section are wrong but the EC and ratio are correct. Also impressed the roots have started popping out the bottom of the container already after only being transplanted for a week. Good root growth on these ones. Lights doing well. The V1 spectrum is good on the medic grow mini sun-2's 240w. No issues so far, dimmed at 80% . Videos were taken on day 37 of flower. This one has a heavy strawberry aroma and some strange lookin buds. Looks like it will fill in pretty good. It's on the far right of the tent in the videos next to the purple leafed plant.

Grow Report Week 14: The Final Phase of Flowering is Approaching Hello dear grow friends, We’re starting a new week, and I’m pleased to report that everything is going well. Although the rear area of the grow is not yielding as lush results as the front, I am overall very satisfied, especially with the scents. Scent and Resin All plants really smell excellent and are well-resined, which indicates a good effect. I expect that the plants will need about 2-3 more weeks to mature. Expectations and Hopes I hope that especially the plants in the rear area will catch up a bit. The next few weeks will show how the buds will develop in their fullness and potency. Moved the plants to their final home in my 4 site RDWC system. This system has much more advanced equipment and the plants perked up before the end of the first day in their new system. Even after I had to detangle the roots to get them out of their last site. I have started the lighting at about 50% of the max and plan to bring it up slowly. I also added 10 gallons (about 35% of the total system volume including the res) of of bloom nutrient solution to some of what they were already drinking in veg to ease them into it. I am officially flipping them three days after transplant but we will call this flowering week one.
