We have made it to day 42! 31/12/20 All the girls have started flowering now! I'm super keen to see them start to thicken up. Feeding as usual, nothings changed. Update - day 46 04/01/21 I'm a little concerned about the 2 runts that were laggin behind the rest, all of a sudden theyve decided they want to take up most of the room in the tent. I've never grown autos so big.. I was contemplating putting the runts outside but it's just going to make more problems as my outdoors are under attack from some kind of bug. I will keep the diary updated on the runts, other than that the other girls are doing just great, flowering is really coming along. Thanks for stopping by!

Спокойная неделя в плане тренировок, без дефолиации. Довольно хорошо сформирована крона, я ничего не делаю с ней, я просто отпустил её в росте и в коротком темпе междоузлий она проявляет свои цветы даже в таких местах, которые скрыты от света. Цветы по всей площади относительно равномерно растут, запах по интенсивности "Нормальный", пахнет так же - скунсом. Очень ветвистая, с толстыми, короткими ветками и короткими междоузлиями в 3-5 сантиметров. Немножко подросла, на 10 сантиметров, поэтому приподнял лампу на 10 сантиметров. W11F7 8/17-23 HARVEST 8/19 This past week has been rainy and overcast from a tropical storm with temperatures mostly in the upper 80s. We had Hurricane Erin with wind gusts of 30-40 MPH. While we won’t be directly hit by the storm, we will get the outer bands of heavy winds and rain. To protect my plants, I brought all the girls inside on Tuesday in preps for the storm. I inspected each one for bugs, rot or anything unusual. I did not find any bugs or bud rot on AK47. The leaves have some wind burn but that doesn’t affect the plant in any way. Auto AK-47XL is 59 days from germination. Divine Seeds indicates it is ready for harvest from the end of August to early September. 8/19 AK-47XL Auto grew outside until harvest today. I put her in the 3x3 in the dark for 3 days and cut her and hung her on August 23rd. Trichomes were mostly milky with only a few amber so it was time to harvest since AK47 is sativa and I don’t want a sedative effect. The smell is woody and piney with only a hint of citrus. From what I see and smell AK47XL should be a nice wake and bake vape. I can’t wait.

Schwerer rückschlag: sciarid larvae (trauermückenlarven) haben die Hälfte der seedlings angefressen. Nur die Pötte, wo neue pflanzerde drin war, wurden verschont. Diese Mücken legen ihre Eier in feuchtes Substrat und die Larven fressen Keimlinge und junge wurzeltriebe... klassisch Pech gehabt.. tausche jetzt die Erde und setze das dritte mal an diese Saison. Das Zeitfenster für automatics ist noch groß genug 🙂 Aufgeben ist keine Option.

End of Week 9 of Flower. I can just taste those buds now! The smell is intoxicating and the view is picturesque. There is definitely a noticeable difference between the two pheno's but I suspect both will pack a good punch. There has been some purpling in some of the top leaves which I expect will increase with the drop in temperature the last week or so. I cant wait to get some good pictures at the end of the week as Ive decided the chop day will be this coming Sunday. The clash of yellow, purple and green is always my favourite so I plan to capture as much as possible since the next update will be jam packed with pictures of the girls just before their chop and after 48 hours of darkness to get the last of that resin production from the plant. I will also take some pics of the hanging plants in the drying cupboard. The reason I am leaving my plants in darkness for 48 hours before they get chopped, is that it has been long belived that this practice will increase the last of the thrichome production and some say increases potency. There has been a recent study in the Netherlands which does confirm increased resin production for plants left in 48 hours of darkness (they also tested 24 hours darkness but found 48 was better) at the end of their flower cycle. The chop has been planned to be pretty straight forward where I will just be taking off the main fan leaves and leaves with no thrichomes as well as chopping off the larfy/popcorn buds which will go straight in the freezer for a fresh frozen bubble hash run. I dont bud wash my flower as my tent gets a regular clean each week and always gets a full deep clean when every harvest is over and besides, its only me and my friends that smoke it! The drying cupboard I use for drying is a small cupboard designed for storing and drying clothes which I have put a carbon filter and fan as well as a small desk fan to circulate the air as well as a small dehumidifier just incase there is an increase in humidity. So the basics of drying is that you want the area where you are drying to be dark and fairly cool (its recommended to be between 15 and 22 degrees C), have a humidity level between 45% and 55%. I aim for around 21 degrees C temperature and 50% humidity. The drying time can vary depending on strain but its recommended to dry the buds for 7 - 10 days and I will explain further about how to tell if your bud is done drying and is ready to be cured on the next post. Drying is very important as you can affect all your hard work if the conditions arent right and the bud ends up too dry (luckily these days there are ways to fix bud thats too dry) or you end up with mouldy ganja which isnt save to smoke. Its also believed that a good long dry in good conditions helps increase potency and also has been shown to reduce anxiety. Que pasa familia, vamos con la cosecha de estas Gorilla Zkittlez Auto de FastBuds. Por dónde empezar, es una autofloreciente que es normalita de cultivar, tiene un periodo corto de crecimiento y de floración igual no es largo, o igual tendría que haberla dejado alguna semana más no entiendo bien. En cuanto a la alimentación , pues la aplique una vez por semana y a sido suficiente, se a comportado bien en interior, la flor pues no es muy prieta porque no deja de ser una autofloreciente, pero es una flor que va repleta de tricomas. El periodo de luz pues de principio a fin a 18 horas, fue suficiente para completar el ciclo de vida como esperaba. The buds are really starting to pumping up and the smell too. She developed long branches during the stretch. She demands a lot of water as the 11 liter pot should be full of solid roots. Two weeks from now i Will start using the ripen as a booster instead of nutrients. 4 weeks to go

4/22/2024 Day 29 showing plenty pistils, still in the transition to flower stage. Training may help the plant grow bigger/ longer stems. They can be semi bushy when spread out. Switched nutes to flower bloom from Gaia green 4/26 day 33? Last half of week 5 there has been more of a stretch than there was previous to this. These plants have been mad with a bit of over water and chlorine issues and maybe cal mag 4/27 day 34 end of week 5 The plants both stretched. The one I didn’t train,I can see a visible growth of about double the height, just over this last week. For it being just a pre flower stretch/transition phase for the auto flowers, I am surprised at how many pistils are on the flower sights. The end of last week, I didn’t feel like there were enough pistils to consider it the beginning of flower, and now at the end of this week, it looks like this should be the end of week 1 flower, but they were still stretching.
