Sorry I havnt updated this diary in a couple weeks. I recently had a son and have been so busy. Anyways, this girl has really taken off. When I open my grow room it makes my whole house stink. Right now it's a very sweet skunky scent. She has filled out greatly and for a cbd strain I'm very excited about her resin production. Lately she has been getting a lot of water, slf100, em1, urb, fpj and a little bit of herculean harvest to supplement phosphorus. A good little plant with small buds but they seem to half almost no leaf to calex. And a high tricomb content. Would be a good one to breed with a plant that has large buds

01/23/2025 : a bit of yellowing last week but it seems OK now. AH may have eaten everything in its previous pot... Scrog net is already full after 5 days! I just added a bit of calmag and trace elements, autopot and biotabs will do the rest.

Alright, that's it! Another branch snapping off under the weight of the buds? I'm calling it. It's harvest time! Her trichomes signal barely any clear, mostly cloudy with only few amber - the idea is, to have an indica that's not too couchy and not too tiring, but more balanced and clearer headed in effect.

Day 71 I didn't label the plants so I don't know which is Sheryl or Candace anymore. I'm also not sure what I did different to have such varying results. One is thick, the other is not worth trimming. Based on camera zoom photos it looks like we're at 10% amber trichomes, which means it's likely the last week. Lesson: Label each plant, take better notes. I bottom watered 6.5ph 1tsp of Terp Tea Bloom in 15oz each. Possibly the last watering. I ordered a digital microscope so I can be sure on the trichomes. Day 72 Microscope came in. It's not great but it was $15 so... anyhow I could see that the chunky girl is ready with high amber trich count (30%) upper plant and about 10% in the lower buds. I put her in dark and will chop tomorrow. The skinny girl that pissed me off last week has about 5% amber trichomes so she got fed and watered. Additionally, she stacked up and put on some weight. Nothing too crazy but it's noticeable. I'll give her another week or two. By the time the chunky plant is done drying (HerbsNOW dryer) and in a jar, the skinny plant won't be skinny anymore and she'll be ready to come down.

day 15 (december 19) start of week 3 roots everywhere plant starts to take of now, the hydro is slightly bigger then the soil plant day 17: the hydro plant made a new set of leaves in just 2 days! day 19: i cut off the lowest leaves of both plants. i do this because on any autoflower these leaves produce a stem that wastes a lot of energy on small nugs. day 20: hydro plant got topped (3nodes) day 21: soil plant got topped (3nodes) same strategy with the topping, i do this early (i could pinch them off with my fingers) to reduce the time to recover. the plants bounce back like they didnt feel it and with the lowest leaf and small tiny stems cut off, these plants will produce 6 main stems with nice big and dense buds instead of a huge christmass tree with more leaves than bud.

Things are moving along great outside in the natural sun.These 3 girls are starting to flip and are very strong plants.I haven’t giving much nutrients but will soon top dress.

Noticed some deficiency at the top of the plant early in the week, probably Iron due to that I did a full reservoir change and switched to bloom nutrient (Yara Kristalon Orange). My best guess is that due to the "high" ORP I got trouble with the metal micro nutrients. The lower fan leafs are getting worse but top is doing good so I don't worry about it, maybe the plant is just transporting some nutrients out of these leafs to others higher up. I raised the EC to ~2000, lowered ORP to ~100 and didn't see any tip burn yet, will observe the plant and might increase it even more, haven't grown this strain yet. Otherwise the plant is doing really good, reacts good to training and keeps growing, stretch definitely started mid week and flowering is starting so I will count it as flower mid week but will mark is as flower on GD starting next week. The plant started to smell a little, nothing strong yet tho. Roots are looking good, maybe a little stained due to Universol Yellow which has a strong yellow color. Did more LST and defoliation, with the stretch I might reach the frame for Scrog next week? Also added predator mite pouches as precaution, better safe than sorry. Overall happy Values are average of the day. Hello there! This is my first time trying to grow Fruit spirit. I am beyond excited to try out this strain from RQS. I have learned a lot from previous grows so I hope this girl will turn out beautifull. Happy growing Xo- Nientje

The total yield was 40.7 grams dried, and it took around 7 days before ending up in the jar. Plant is not very leafy so the trimming part doesn't take long time. The taste is pretty soft at the beginning but the high is impressively strong and pretty mental. Acapulco und zkittlez brauchen noch etwas länger, denke bis ende woche 9 mindestens. Gieße nur mit Leitungswasser das ich mit osmosewasser mische bis auf 0.3 bis 0.4 ec. Hatte die Aca. umd Zk vor ein paar tagen gespült mit wasser. Beim nächsten wässern noch mal spülen bis ec 1.2 erreicht ist. Und dann nur noch wasser wie oben beschrieben. War bisher kein guter grow aber dafür trotzdem noch ein paar schöne buds produziert 😅✌️

Hello one and all , happy growing. This week I switched to bloom nutes and the girls have reacted well. The Shogun line up has worked a treat , with no issues since the beginning. There have been a few amputees ,as my mainlining adventures have taken me down the broken-stem-rabbit hole. As many of you know these are resilient creatures and have bounced back but not without a major loss of yield , come harvest. I’m at odds with myself as I find it almost impossible NOT to try LST/HST/ tying down etc. Something has to give and eventually I’ll have to be surgical with my treatment of my beauties. Let's start with the weekly overview: Flowering day 15 Today both were carefully checked for health and sprayed with Canna Cure. Flowering day 16 Today both were poured with 1 l each. The tent was cleaned and fresh osmosis water was filled into the tank. Flowering day 17 Both were sprayed with canna cure and checked for health. Flowering day 18 Today both were once again poured with 1 liter because they are very thirsty 😃. and like every day they were checked for their health. Flowering day 19 Today there was nothing to be done except to fill the humidifier :-). Flowering day 20 Today both were lifted out of their pots and the roots on the root ball checked, everything was great ☺️👍. For this purpose, the plants were sprayed with Canna Cure. Flowering day 21 to the At the end of the week, another 0.8 l was poured per plant :-). Both checked for health, and the humidifier refilled. Received the SF600 on Tuesday 28.05. First light since 29.05. The days before I brought the Plants outside my balcony and they revived the sunlight (as much as we got and only in the beginning of the day). 01.06 watering with 150 ml each. 03.06-04.06 (night) watering with 270 ml each. Added some soil because the plants started to grow a reached 7cm (frosted Guave) even more. So I added just enough, so the leave are not touching the ground and get more stabilized. Trainwreck show signs of some stress. Guess I had the spot to close and burned some of the leaves. The plants start to smell like cannabis.

The end of the fourth week. Only 2,5 to 3 weeks to go, since this is the FAST version of Gelato 33 by Advanced seeds. Last week temps were better, so that was a lot better to manage. The smell is a different story. We are trying to combat it as we speak with a double filter which my friend still had from a previous grow. The ladies are performing, however, because this is a monstercrop with many budsites, none of them will be very big. We anticipate a lot of cutting come harvest time. The stickieness and smell (cookies, dough, herbs, spices, gingerbread, vanilla) promise a lot to make up for that hopefully!! The middle plant that seemed to go fastest, now looks like to have the hardest time flowering. Her more advanced stage of flowering as a bigger clone, made it harder for her to return to veg, which she never really did. This seems to make her want to rush to the finish, as she is already browning the pistils. Also these buds seem more flakey, popcorny. As if the many flowers and grapelike bundled growth was too much for her. I put the light a little closer, to help her fatten up in the time she is given. I never expected the two 'runts' to outperform the mighty middle clone, but hey seem to fatten up and age much more nicely. So for now, prelimenary tip: make sure all your plants are completely revegged before flowering and consider that faster flowering species might have some ruderalis ancestry that might siderail all your lighting intentions and remains in flower what ever the growers lighting schedule. So with at least two more weeks for the two outer plants, and well see how many for the middle one, we are going to make them as comfortable as possible the final push of this flowering.
