Hey Friends! Was sick in bed for the entire week - i'll try to give a brief summary: Kept feeding nutrients....... wasn't able to monitor the drain as close, but average pH was a bit high (+6.6) so i fed without ALL ESSENTIALS the other day. Girl's kept growing, i kept weaving and defoliating......yet filled about 70% of the net...... still not too happy with the way i prepared them by LST....... i could easily spend another 7 to 14 days filling the net - but will flip them to 12/12 on monday. Next week: - flip - giva a little phosphate boost - switch to flowering-nutrition Stay healthy🙏! p.s: A little LST on the side-shoots really helped bringing the girls in shape! All of a sudden it appears, there will be a SCROG one day :-))💪

I’ve heard you’re supposed to flush with 3x the container volume, however that would be around 57 litres for a 5 gallon pot which seems absurd. I didn’t record the amount but I took my time and flushed with at least 30 litres. I will now continue to flush until harvest on 10th April by which point she should have faded nicely and used up any residual nutes. I read that the each time you water/irrigate you draw oxygen into the root zone and this promotes growth and in turn helps to increase yield and so I will endeavor to water her twice per day now until harvest. Week 7: Two days post flip to an 11 on and 13 off light schedule and she is already showing pistols. She is loaded with bud sites and had zero issues bringing her into flower. I added a trellis net to the tent to help even her keep and even canopy. 8-9 week flower time so the next two months should be fun.

Back on track! Giving them some nitrogen has them drinking water at a much quicker rate and the flowers are adding some new growth in all direction. I think they’ll be a week or two behind the original forecasted finish date and while the leaves may not be the prettiest these little northern lights autos are going to have that great smell and taste we’ve all come to love.

Week 10 - Fifth Week of Flower The Donutz tent is stepping into its fifth week of flower with some exciting developments and a few surprises. The plants are thriving, and the vibes remain immaculate as the grow progresses. Key Updates: Purple Phenos: 3-4 of the plants are starting to show stunning purple hues in their buds and sugar leaves. The color shift adds a beautiful contrast to the tent and hints at the unique expressions within the Donutz genetics. Different Phenotypes: While most of the plants are stacking up nicely, 1-2 phenos are a bit on the thinner side with less bud density. It’s a reminder of the natural variability in genetics, but there’s still time for them to fill out in the coming weeks. Environment & Care: Stable Conditions: Temperature, watering (reverse osmosis), and overall care are dialed in perfectly. The plants are enjoying a consistent, stress-free environment with plenty of love. Healthy Growth: The rest of the tent is looking strong, with vibrant buds and trichome development continuing to ramp up. Observations: The purple phenos are a standout feature this week, bringing extra visual appeal to the tent. Even the thinner phenos are showing healthy structure and potential to develop further before harvest. Trichome production is increasing, and the tent is starting to radiate that sweet, sticky aroma. Next Steps: Continue monitoring the thinner phenos to ensure they’re getting enough light and nutrients. Maintain stable environmental conditions and nutrient levels to support bud development. Keep a close eye on trichomes as they mature, watching for any signs of ripening as the grow approaches the final stretch. The Donutz are flourishing, and the tent is alive with color, aroma, and promise. The Florida Gang grind is paying off big time — the finish line is in sight!

First week of flower has come and gone. Had a slight PH problem in the ladies that with a little help from some growmies we got it fixed just before they started the stretch faze. Now I've done a small defol just to get rid of some bigger fan leafs blocking the lower growth. And cut out anything that was hindered from the dominant branches.. she should get one last defol in two weeks. And will be starting the PK regiment after next week.

Alright, I moved her into Homebox Q60+ now and provided some professional light Q3W from Sanlight with 120W full spectrum range. This setup is much better for the plant compared to my setup in 1st week. Now it is also much easier for me to keep stable humidity and temperature. Day 9 - Looks like she recovers from stress I gave her in 1st week. Stem looks quite thin to me - but since I have no experience I can't be sure if it is abnormal for this age or not.

Hola gente!! Como veis han dado un buen estiron en 8 días, ya se ve el fruto de la poda apical, con dos ramas principales en cada planta. Color verde intenso y brillante, hoja muy ancha que nos dice que es una variedad indica pura. Las voy a inducir a floración ya, en un par de días despues de esto realizare una poda de bajos para estimular el crecimiento en altura. Como debe ser, reconozco mi fallo en no poner la semilla en macetero definitivo desde el principio, esto a hecho su crecimiento mas lento. Buenos humos para tod@s!!

03/13/2021 Side branches are developing nice, I may do a little more lst to help lower tops to catch up before flowering starts Ps. Couple videos uploaded Day #6 doing some bending, and broke a branch off so I dipped in rooting powder,threw it in some vermiculite soaked with Bonide Garden Rich Root & Grow 4-10-3 with (IBA) Lets see if she will root! Fingers crossed🙏

| WEEK FOUR UPDATE | Week four my friends, this came fast and furious and blew me away. I’m going to toss up a few more photos showing what I’m so surprised about. GROWTH! I was worried about a couple of the girls, and wasn't sure how to react to their progress until now. Autos have a completely different rhythm compared to what I’m used to handling (photo periods). I feel that autos can have an awkward stage appearance wise during week 3-5 (time may vary depending on seedbank) since a lot of hormonal changes are happening at an accelerated rate. Well done Fast Buds, these are truly living up to the name. Compared to other autos I grew from a different company (Growers Choice) which took over 100 days for flowering to kick in adding up to roughly 133 days till harvest. I could fit several grows of Fast Buds genetics in that time frame. If you’re someone who is looking to increase the amount of potential grows yearly, I’d recommend these genetics. These girls have just started flower so It’ll be a bit before I give my final thoughts on these genetics from Fast Buds, but I won’t deny that I’m impressed. I moved the plants around so the shortest are on one side so I can set individual light height for each side. I didn’t want to lose energy for smaller plants that could be utilized by lowering one of the lights. Now onto the details :) | ORANGE SHERBET | There are two phenotypes that are expressing themselves. One (#2) is medium height of 11 inches, stocky, and full of bud sites. The other (#1) is the smallest of all the plants, 8 ½ inches but honestly has a really good structure despite its size. I love the citrus dominant terpenes in both girls, 2# smell like mandarin orange zest which admittedly I have a weakness for. | WEDDING CHEESECAKE | This strain is also expressing two phenotypes. #1 is 9 ½ inches tall with a solid structure. #2 is 16 inches, a decent height and great limb proportions. She has the best structure of all the strains I’m growing from Fast Buds. Looks amazing, and is taking a bit more time to flower than some the others, which is fine considering how healthy and strong she looks. | PURPLE LEMONADE | When life gives you lemons, stretch! These two are the tallest of the strains resting at a height of 19 - 20 inches. #1 has limited limbs, if anything she’s all stem and bud sites making up one massive cola site that’s going to consume most of the energy and nutrients. So I expect this girl to have the largest buds of the others. She’s also the first to flower and currently ahead by almost a week. #2 has more limbs but less bud sites on the main cola than her sister. I’m curious how these two will develop in the next few weeks. | FINAL THOUGHTS | Another week has gone by my friends, time flies these days. This week was productive and informative. I’m learning a lot from growing these girls, and look forward to the coming weeks. I’m happy with what I’m seeing so far, especially WC #2, and OS #2, these two are the stars of this grow! On a side note I was contacted by Heather from Fast Buds, she offered to send another batch of Stardawg since they didn’t make it. I didn’t expect this, so I was surprised when I read the email. Hey guys! New week, here we are! As always, every Sunday is cleaning day. Took everything again from the tent, washed the saucers. Was also time to cut down some leaves as it was starting to look very bushy and hard for the light to get through it. During that time, came across with some bugs under the foliage, which isn't a great sign for sure. Not to mention the fruit flies that move in and are making my life a little chaos. Reducing now the RH a bit, and watering now on every 72h instead of 48h to keep the grow as dry as possible. Increasing the ventilator speed was another attempt, it so much air circulating should be hard for them to make a living inside. Just put now more of those fly traps and will add a couple glasses of cider vinegar here and there, as it attracts most of the flying things with success. Note that some plants are yellowing and that's never a good sign. Though for few weeks it was Nitrogen deficiency, but after increasing it and the CalMag values, the problem persists, so I'm inclined for something bug related. Besides that, temps are still very stable, RH was changed, now to 40% tops, and the light went a little lower to get it closer to the plants - always with the light burn effect in mind. 40cm is the line between the tops and the lamp. Flowering is looking good, buds are forming well and seems that's gonna be a good ending if I can keep the bugs under control. She's on pre-flower, switched the nutrients and increased a bit the feeding volume. That's all folks, have a great week
