Procedo a instalarla, de modo que tengo la tienda de 120x60 cm perfectamente cubierta con las DOS (2) lámparas FC1500 EVO
Es ideal tener dos lámparas, porque así puedo ajustar la distancia a la lampara en función de la altura de capa planta
Ajusto ambas lámparas al 75% de potencia (Total 225W), que es más que suficiente para cubrir el área de 120x60 cm

Hago un pequeño agujero cerca del tallo, espolvoreo 25g de SILICIUM FLASH en el agujero, lo cubro de tierra.
Riego con una solución de 2g de BACTREX por litro de agua.

11 Noviembre: Primer riego con 2.5EC y 5.9pH, runoff de 2.9EC y 6.2pH, en una semana más ya deberían estar recibiendo 3.0EC y seguir con esa concentración por todo el cultivo. Alturas están entre 15cm y 20cm.
13 Noviembre: Riego 2.5EC y 5.9pH, runoff de 3.3EC y 6.2pH. Hoy se removieron los primeros nodos de cada planta y se les hizo poda apical.
14 Noviembre: Riego 2.5EC y 5.9pH, runoff de 3.3EC y 6.2pH en la mañana. En la tarde se realizó transplante a maceteros definitivos de 5 litros con 4 litros de sustrato aprox. el cual fue pre cargado hasta la capacidad de campo, con 3.0EC y 5.8pH, desde este punto se debe esperar un par de días hasta que el dryback(secado) del sustrato sea de un 35-40%, lo cual vendría siendo el primer P3 del cultivo, una vez se alcance ese porcentaje de secado, se comenzará con los primeros riegos de precisión llamados P1.

Weekly update on these beautiful ladies. A little late on the update I was out of town for the weekend and couldn't get to it before I left. They're Growing amazing and wow did I come back to a jungle. They'll definitely be getting a defoliation and lollipop this week as it's needed. All in all Happy Growing.

This was my first ever serious grow ever. About 12 years ago I grew in a little PC grow case but I picked it early and didn't dry and cure it right. Tasted like hay, ha! So for my first ever legit grow, I was super happy with these genetics.
On the whole they were relatively easy to grow. There were never any bud rot, PM, disease or insect issues at all. I had two distinct phenotypes from these 2 seeds. One was the normal green pheno. It grew extremely easy and showed no deficiencies whatsoever the entire grow. The nugs it produced have a very funky smell to them. Lots of orange and green on those ones. My cell phone pics I attached were desaturated from my cell phone. I'll take better pics of it after it's done curing. The purple pheno on the other hand was a little more temperamental. Right after germination it kinda of twisted a little. I nearly cut it at one point because I didn't have enough experience to know if it would make it. Thankfully I didn't cut it! It had what appeared to be a calmag deficiency the entire grow despite the green pheno doing perfect with the exact same parameters/nutrients/water. In the end though, I think the environmental stress the plant had throughout the grow was possibly what caused the purple pheno to come out and maybe was also the reason there were soooo many crystals! They smell very floraly, spicy and perfumey kinda. And they are SOOOOOO beautiful. They smell incredible too. Green pheno yielded 41g. Purple yielded 37g for a total of 2.75 ounces dried.
I dried the green plant for 12 days and the purple plant for 16 days. Whole plant dry. Average conditions were 62 degrees, 58% over the dry. My basement is great for drying due to the year round low 60 degree temps in there. Gonna cure them for a couple weeks to see just how much more sophisticated the smells develop. I will upload some more high quality, non cell phone pics after these are done curing.
So I can only compare these genetics to nothing as it's my first grow but I was extremely happy with these. For my next grow starting tonight or tomorrow I'm gonna focus on more training, better nutrient feed and a slightly longer veg time so that I can really up the yields for that harvest. I'd like to get 8 or more ounces. We shall see!

It’s warming up outside so the a/c and dehumidifier are working a bit. Got the lights on during the night so just a few hours at lights on they work a bit hard. Cleaned up underneath removing any sucker shoots and leaf that was near the soil. Not much really. Mostly on #3 as I didn’t train out the branches as much and she grew tighter together, so I removed mostly all inner growth blocking light and that allowed a lot more penetration and flow. Left a few leaves below to die off naturally…more the better. Gonna put some Grub Grenades in the pots with some yellow sticky cards. Not because I see anything, just being cautious. I do see what looks like Springtails but don’t seem to be an issue yet. Still looking green and healthy so I’m happy!

Update
Made a few adjustments. I let the tops grow into the tsw2000, 18” to tops. I didn’t like how they looked so I raised it back to 24” where I’ll keep it. The “Kind LED” I know from previous grows that it can’t get closer then 24”. But this is my first run with “Mars” so I’m still figuring out the distance for my setup with additional overlapping light intensity from other lights. With that being said another pod failed so I’m down 2-Kind LED’s now. Gonna remove all old tech and use all newer TS series lighting. All Mars moving forward. Seems to be a great light and when compared to other quality lights you can’t beat the price!

I fed her some warm tea with a little bit of molasses bat Guano and fish fertilizer (N)
The buds are still green, so it’s safe to say she is healthy. My last mistake was eliminating nitrogen for the first two weeks of Flowering… her smell is still amazing.

This plant is still probably my favourite from all the for autos that I grew. She doesn't have a lot of Bud on her but her main cola is a footlong stick of bud. The stems are pink the leaves are yellow and the bud is green. It's such a pretty plant with nice structure, although this stems are a little weak and I ended up breaking one.
I'm going to harvest my last Northern lights this week and this plant will get the chop next Monday. She's losing all her fan leaves naturally so this looks to be the easiest trim I'll ever do.

Día 43 (28/02) Las ramas crecen muy rápido y se van colocando para recibir el máximo posible de luz. Es impresionante su evolución día a día!
Día 44 (29/02) Han crecido 17 cm desde que cambié a 12/12. Alucinante! 😍😍😍
Día 45 (01/03) Riego 1,25 Litro H20 + Wholly Base 2,5 ml/l + Solid Green 1,5 ml/l + Rise Up 0,5 ml/l de Gen1:11

Añado un poco de substrato al top y a los bordes de la maceta antes de regar, porque se ha compactado ligeramente.

Week three, seedlings were not as root bounded as I though but still time to transplant. I am transplanting them all into 1gal rapidstacks.
I noticed the roots look nice and healthy, that live soil is packed with nutrients and beneficial bacteria the plants love it!

Overall, we are very pleased with the end result of this grow! For the harvesting process itself - once the trichomes on the buds were milky white (see zoomed in photo above), we cut down the branches and hung to dry in the tent. The light was on in the photo to display the hanging to dry method, but the lights were turned off for the duration of the drying process. On the first day the buds were hanging, all large fan leaves were trimmed. Over the course of the next week, day by day, more leaves were trimmed. After 8/9 days of drying, the buds were ready to move into the curing stage (the test for this: the skinny branches would snap when bent, and the thicker branches were near snapping when bent). On day 9, buds were cut from the branches, trimming off the final accessible leaves, without damaging the trichomes, and placed in glass jars with dehumidifier pouches to begin the curing process. For the first 7 days, the jars were opened (burped) for 10 minutes twice daily. After the first week, burping was reduced to once a day and then every few days. Strain first tested after 10 days of curing, but cured for a total of 4 for optimal results. Citrusy flavor, excellent sativa for mellow productivity and a mood boost. Now that I have my first grow under my belt, it's time to move onto the next!

plants are really exploding, bubba kush is furthest along probably two weeks ahead of plants on the left. Kush is stacking up frost and smelling super sweet. buds just starting to form on C-99 and Dx4(GG4x Chem D)

Day 78. All is good, think next weekend is last day for two Alaskan Diesels. Need to put few pure water waterings through them.
Other girls still need food, so I took all N and CalMag away and will keep feeding for few more weeks.
Northern Lights are ridiculous behind ... But they were in shade and still trying to achieve something ....
