Smell is stating to come in... it's amazing!

Week 12 complete and she's starting to fatten up a tad more. Pistils are going brown but she kicks up new white ones every morning. 80-90% clear tricomes still and as I hoped she looks like she's got another week or two to go. Slight clawing of the leaves and some brown spots but they're very few of them. I've raised the LED a couple of inches just in case of light burn. Or it may be she still has a lot of food in the coco as after checking the runoff of tds it was around 1000ppm but as it's living soil she should just take what she needs and stop when she's had enough. And I'm still just feeding her water as I'm 'flushing' her. The Symphylans are still doing their job well from the looks of her!! After researching Symphylans, they are microscopic centipede like insects that are white and they mainly eat seedling roots or decaying organic matter..so they're essentially cleaning the medium..and they stay under the soil away from the light. They can makes holes in roots for pathogens to enter her..but as she's doing so well and as it's only a week or two away from harvest I'm not going to worry about it. I defoliated the Plant for the first time and adjusted the LST to the growth of the plant. I found the first white pistils shooting out from the plant which shows me she is ready to go into flower. Until now i am very happy with the progress, still no issues :)

I cleaned out the reservoir and switched from Veg to Bloom nutrients on day 36. My 35% Hydrogen Peroxide arrived, and that definitely makes a difference with keeping the reservoir cleaner longer, although I am still cleaning it maybe every 10 days or so, just a quick 2 min scrub with bleach/water, and then i run it through the pump and lines as well, then run plain water through it before hooking it all back up. The ONLY water I have used from my well this grow has been to clean my reservoir, everything else has come from my dehumidifer. I am now using some Cal Mag, Maxi Bloom, AND some Liquid Kool Bloom. I am running an EC of about 1450. My runoff from Coco is coming in around 1490 EC. Not seeing any issues with the ladies, just worried I may have waited a little too long to switch from Veg to Bloom Nutes, although I was adding about 25% Bloom for the past week or so. This was a fun project that was a few years in the making and a year later to see if they would last a season for this upload to happen. Before any of this I would bike aorund town grabbing up all the old Ikea solid pine bed slats that I could find and storing them in the basement. I have a lot of wood down there, any size worked as long as I have enough of them. The hot days to find them were the first and last of the months because that's when people where moving in/out. I also kept an eye on the free section on local online classifieds as well. The entire purpose of this was to recycle as much off the streets as I could before buying anything to finalize the project. In the end I only bought sealer, screws and some takeaway/beers. All the wood was 100% free and salvaged off the streets of Toronto saving it from the dumpster bin. After collecting all the slats for about 2 years I was playing aorund with them on how I wanted to make this work. I had previously done a little project like this before but I messed it up and the boxes where crap. did not last longer then 2 seasons, they where thin and shallow as well could not grow much of anything in them. I Was talking to my friend who is renovating their house and we brainstormed some ideas on the boxes, I found some designs I liked online and said lets make something like this out of what I have here. We tossed out a few of the design features when looking at them as it would have been wasted wood and extra work not needed. If I had more wood them maybe it could have been an option but simple was the name of the game. They taught me what I needed to know like how the miter saw and sander worked, plus all the other tools I was using. They did help out with a table saw and creating the triangle support joints in the corners, They used some pine left overs they had while making a staircase indoors. I did not feel up to the task of using a table saw given all the relatives I know who have lost a finger to them. In the end we decided the design would be three boards high and take an alternating pattern on corners. layer one short, layer 2 long, layer 3 short. Went with a galvanized and painted deck screw so it can take the weathering. Ran into some problems like making everything level as some of the boards were warped and other ones had undesired aspects like knots and tacky sticker goo I could not remove. So I used them for the base that will not been seen so much. Clamped everything down and called it a day. Once it was all done and over with, I then brought them back home from my buddies work garage and started to seal them. I went with a boiled linseed oil as its a food safe option should the wood degrade into the soil I will plant in them. I will need to reapply it to the boxes year after year but the main coat is the most important one and I put it on 3 layers with a good dry in between coats. the inside of the boxes that where coated did not degrade at all as the sun did not hit them so it will not need a new coat just the outside. Overall the end result was very impressive for myself, I've never taken a woodworking class ever and It was a near perfect outcome for me. Heavy Duty Planter Boxes for all my gardening needs. I made a last min decision to add in a plastic liner to preserve the wood even longer and stapled that into the frame. it has held up quite well and may need replacing end of 2nd or 3rd year out in the sun. I'm finaly able to check in on her again. ### Day 9 ### She is looking good, a little short, but that should turn out alright. The humidity was only 30%, so I tried to raise it by spraying the walls of the bucket and adding a damp sponge. Watered her with 0.5l ph'd water and also lowered the light again to 40cm from the plant. ### Day 10 ### Looks like she is developing another set of leaves, keep it up girl! 👌Humidity is still not really on point, the sponge doesn't seem to help. Decided to cook some water and put the water cooker next to the vent, hopefully this is a solution. ### Day 11 ### Growing steadily, the new set of leaves are showing more clearly today. The water cooking seem to have some effect, but sadly it doesn't last long, maybe I should look for an air humidifier. ### Day 12 ### Decided to pull the trigger on an air humidifier. Because my grow space is naturally stabilizing to 30%, I don't really need a dehumidifier. This is a lot better then cooking water every few hours! 😛 ### Day 13 ### I will be away again till day 17. I gave her 0.6l of water with her first batch of food and then put 0.25l ph'ed water in the dipper so that she won't dry out. Also noticed that when the humidity was 65% her leaves where a little droopy and now at 50% they look ok. Will try to keep it at 55% while I'm away.

hellooo growers,❤️ crazy week last week, from police helicopter flying again around and near my growlocation from diffrent hights but not for 15min but more like 6 hours...That's really abnormal so we will see... and with growing last week was a heavy one because I had my first fungus gnats infestation ,(mystery where they come /came from I think some teleportation lol ) it started really slow but within couple of days it was not a couple but dozens so that was not funny, with some research I came 2the conclusion yellow sticky papers/plates and canna cure was not solving the problem but more running behind the problem.. so that was a mistake.. I read about mites and little nematodes , fascinating stuff, I know very little about them and they where a eye opener on a lot of different ways. love to learn new things.. I think the infestation did some damage in slow grow but I'm not sure because I never grew amnesia auto before and this is my second grow in total so.. but after a couple of days after I released the nematodes and mites i saw i huge diffrent in flying around gnats, and now 11-12 I only saw 2 or 3 in total last 3 days so that's great! the smell is strong already a fine sweet but strong present aroma with a hint of citrus smell, amazing... now and then I close my eyes and focus on the great smell it gives and sometimes with fascination thoughts.. 12- 12 I see already some of the girls are growing very good now so that's great to see I give the lady's all 700ppm from canna call/mag agent 20ml a 15 L or Atami callmag 20ml a 15L Canna A& b 35ml a15L rhizotonic 25ml a15L cannazyme 25ml a 15L BAC sillica power 5ml a 15L canna cure spray every 3the day lights power draw is 150watt of 480w quantom boards and the viparspectra p4000 also 150watt and the rubol Josephine 50 watt farRed cob is always on 50watt stay tuned new updates in progress! A very sunny week that made the plants double in size and grow healthier. I didn't water once this week and the plants are good with it, thanks to @MadeInGermany. Pre-flowering stage has started this week and each day I can see more and more pistils. As I expect the plants to stretch the following 2/3 weeks, I thought some little training would help. So I taped a couple leaves downwards in each plant-the ones that blocked sunlight from sidebranches, that will be bud sites in the future-.

Beginning of week: Can't tell yet if the branch i broke is going to mend or die yet. Light defoliation today focusing on the upper canopy and tapering to the bottom to allow the lower branches to catch up as much as possible. Midweek: going away for 3 days. Put my net down to help breakup the canopy more though it wasnt really needed this thing loves to grow sideways. Added Cycos suga rush at 1ml/L and a light defoliation. The branch i thought I broke hasnt shown any signs of dying and has continued growing 😁 I also have started watering with worm casting tea in between feeds.

They are on week 7 of Flowering. From weeks 7 - 8 will give them only plain water with ph 6.2-7. They are almost ready to harvest. As I checked on the Trichome's color 80% are milky, some turning to amber and a bit clear head. I think next week they will be good to go.

Die Seitentriebe wachsen schön an dem Haupttrieb mit hoch. Und es ist ein Weibchen. Da es sich um ein Indica Hybrid handelt, lass ich die Pflanze noch weiterhin Wachsen, da ich den Seitenaustrieb noch etwas weiter in die Höhe ausbreiten möchte.
