Week 1 Report: The White OG - Solo Survivor’s Journey Survivor Status: One Seedling Standing Strong 🌱 Our girl The White OG is standing tall and doing her thing! While some seeds may take their time or not make the cut, this resilient little seedling is already setting the tone. With close to 100% relative humidity (RH) under the dome, she’s got the ideal environment to kickstart her roots and early growth. Environment: Humidity Dome Life • RH: Close to 100%, creating that tropical atmosphere where seedlings thrive. Humidity at this level helps keep her cells hydrated, and with a dome, moisture is consistently recirculated. This prevents her from drying out and promotes steady root and leaf development. • Lighting: For now, we’re keeping the intensity low. At this young stage, seedlings benefit from indirect, gentle light, just enough to encourage photosynthesis without causing stress. Future of Grow LED on a dim setting (200 PPFD) does the job, providing the perfect balance for early growth. Water & Nutrition: Keeping It Simple No heavy nutrients this week; she’s working off the stored energy in her seed. The aim is to keep the soil or Root Riot cube slightly moist but not soaked. Overwatering can drown young roots, so light misting is all she needs to stay comfortable and growing strong. Growth Observations: Slow but Steady Wins the Race Our solo survivor might be growing at her own pace, but that’s exactly what we want! At this early stage, less is more, and slow growth often indicates a strong foundation. We’re looking for stable, healthy roots and tight early nodes as she finds her rhythm. Grower’s Tips for Week 1 1. Humidity Control: Keep RH high but watch for condensation build-up. Too much moisture can invite mold, so allow some airflow if needed. 2. Stay Light on Water: Just enough misting to keep the medium damp. 3. Patience Is Key: Each plant has its own pace; giving her time to establish now sets her up for a strong journey. Next Steps As we move into Week 2, I’ll be keeping an eye out for early leaves (cotyledons) opening up, as well as steady, even growth. So.... another week has come and gone, all the while this medicine keeps growing... Mexican Airlines #3 is a week plus a few days behind the other 2, because I sprouted another liberty bean to fill the tent. MA#3 "seems" to be a "different pheno" than #1 & 2. My reason for this observation is that MA#3 color is just slightly different than 1 & 2!.. Her green for #3 is not as deep a green, but very healthy and vibrant! I wonder how she'll play out... I have very high hopes and expectations for all 3 of these. This week I continued with the LST as well as gentle trimming of fan leaves to allow light to the bud sites.. I probably be more aggressive than I am in this. Also attempting the "bend & hide" of the fan leaves. Really trying not to stress this sativa too much... Still getting that beautiful Ganja smell mixed with the flower and herbal smells from my companion plants.... it's very nice... Mexican Airlines #3 is not showing any trichomes yet, no worries it's only her 1st true week of flowering. MA#1 has the most so far (which is expected) as she has always seemed a faster grower.. MA#2 has them but its still minor.. no worries the babies are growing I still havent added any extra "nutes"!... As I am using FoxFarm Ocean Forest as well as "KIND Hot Soil" (look this up! Wow!). The soil is jammed packed with organic goodness! I cant say enough how great the plants grow in this and how simple it is.... Still watering as needed, using only RO H2O, alternating between "light" and "heavy" waterings.. I love reading your comments and tips, so please post them.. Week 6 of 8 begins! Mandarin dreams 1&2 are looking great, bulking up and smelling delish! MD1 is the runt of the two pheno's and has a shitty smell, MD2 is the stronger of the two and has the smell of a citrus cleaner. 1/26: Honestly, this plant is just living it's best life outside of the tent. She's proving to be resilient. Unsure what's happening with the leaves...I'll be doing some research on that. Watered with pH balanced water, but will be considering nutrients, pending the aforementioned research. 1/29: Vegetative growth is exploding! So far she's been an absolute joy to grow. I do believe that I'm seeing some signs of pre-flowering, which is super exciting! Gave her a solid watering/light nutritients and moved her back into the tent for a more favorable light situation. She requires significant leaf tucking...some of the fan leaves are gigantic and they're blocking a lot of the lower potential lower bud sites. Looking forward to what's to come!

Blütewoche 6: Die Woche begann okay. Das Vergilben ist nicht gravierend schlimmer geworden.. 🙏 Also sollte es hoffentlich doch bis zur Ernte reichen 😁 .... Ich hatte jedoch das Gefühl, dass es irgendwie nicht so wirklich weitergeht.. Die Buds wurden nicht sonderlich dicker, bei 3 von 4 Pflanzen blieb der Stretch fast völlig aus.. Also nochmal jemanden fragen der Ahnung hat. Einen Tag darauf bekam ich Besuch von meinem Kollegen, welcher den Grow das erste mal sah. Er schaute sich die Pflanzen etwas gründlicher an... und sagte, dass dort eine Stelle verdächtig aussieht... Nach weiterer Begutachtung stand fest. Es sind 2 sichtbare Pollensäcke versteckt an der hinteren linken Pflanze... Er beruhigte mich und sagte ich solle nicht durchdrehen.. wir schauen uns es morgen früh im hellen an und entfernen die Säcke vorsichtig.. Das Problem mit dem ruhig bleiben ist nur ... dass es mir nicht so liegt, wenn ich meine gesamte Arbeit schlagartig als gefärdet sehe... 😓😐😶 Am nächsten Tag stellte sich heraus, meine Panik war nicht unbegründet ... kurzgesagt ich habs leider trotz aller Mühen verkackt 😓😓😓 Alles ist voller Samen.. jede Pflanze wurde von der kleinen Skywalker bestäubt. Von unten bis in die Headbuds... Aber Hey bleib locker, kann passieren, lernste draus und gut ist ... Das ist was man in solchen Momenten gerne hört 😡 Das Fazit ist jedoch... Genauso ist es. Es kann passieren. Man kann nicht alles von vornherein wissen. Man kann nicht alles perfekt machen ohne es einmal geübt oder fehler gemacht zu haben... Es ist einfach zu viel, dass man einfach wissen müsste. Ich bin Perfektionist durch und durch .. Aber diesmal war es gaaanz weit entfernt von perfekt 😩 Die ganze Zeit, Nerven, Mühe, Vorfreude und vorallem das Geld .. alles erstmal futsch.. Aber eine Menge dazugelernt habe ich... Hoffentlich kann ich das nächste mal mehr davon richtig anwenden 🙏 Für mich ist der Grow hiermit Emotional und aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht als gescheitert zu betrachten. 💤 Alle Pflanzen werden nun wieder gemeinsam in die erste Growbox unter 200W gestellt um ihre letzten Wochen hoffentlich ganz schnell hinter sich zu bringen.. damit sie mir aus den Augen verschwinden 😕 Die neuen Samen sind bereits eingesetzt und werden mir hoffentlich etwas mehr Glück bringen! 🙏 Vielen Dank fürs Lesen. To ensure uniform growth and maximize light exposure, LST have been applied By the end of the third week, the cannabis plants have demonstrated excellent growth, supported by strategic training techniques and effective pest management practices. Despite the plant's healthy growth, the presence of fungus gnats posed a potential threat. To combat these pests, beneficial nematodes (Steinernema feltiae) were introduced into the soil. Continued monitoring and adjustments will be essential as the plants progress into the next growth stages to ensure a bountiful harvest.
